Not too crowded during spring break. The water is clear and perfect for swimming, and the sand is a beautiful white powder. The community is great for a family vacation!

Water is usually crystal clear. Just have to watch for the boaters who want to get real close to the shore.

Location is superb! Close to City Pier and Bean Point Beach, bike rental right around the corner. Comfy beds!!

Sunrise garden matched exactly what we expected and what was featured online. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean, and walkable to everything. The only feedback i could provide is that the pool area has a fresh towel cabinet, but there were never any fresh towels when we'd check.

This is our second time staying at this location in this exact room and we had a great time. The room was small. The a/c was in the window. The bed was soft. The tv was small. Who cares! Pros: this complex is an adorable, quaint, old florida style complex. Very convenient for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool and grounds were well kept. Any maintenance people i interacted with were very nice and responsive to what they could take care of. cons: unit 4 is one of, i believe 4, units that have an upper unit. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Quiet, clean and beautiful. Very friendly owners. Off the beaten path just far enough. Close enough to the trolley stop. Quick walk to Bean Point for the sunsets. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great place and location near the end of Island. Walking distance to beach and restaurant. Marcia and her husband have owned the place for over 35 years and put great pride into it. Super clean and no issues during Stay. We will be back again for sure.

Great local place with a great location. A very nice couple own this place which gives everything here a personal touch. The place was super clean (Mr. Clean clean), had a nice pool, chairs for use and is just a short walk to both the tip of the island as well as most of the local shops. I would definitely stay again!

Cozy motel with wonderful owners. Stayed here because the nearby beach/park was a perfect kayak launch location for my FL Circumnavigational Saltwater Paddling Trail trip to Sarasota. Marsha was a phenomenal hostess which helped me have a successful kayak expedition. Immaculate & very comfortable rooms. I’ll definitely be back, next time for a relaxing vacation😎
