Hyatt Regency Baltimore

First impressions were great - we weren't valet parking, but multiple valets greeted us and offered assistance. The lobby is beautiful. Aside from one young woman at the front desk (who seemed annoyed to be there), everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself could use an update, but it was clean and spacious and serviced (with fresh towels!) without us having to specifically request it, which was much appreciated. Two relatively minor issues: We couldn't change the temperature on the thermostat (it was set to 71, so we were mostly comfortable), and the bathroom sink only produced hot water, even if you turned on just the cold water tap. The hotel location was fantastic - we walked EVERYWHERE. We will absolutely come back, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Baltimore.

Perfect location literally across the street from the inner harbor in Baltimore. Had a really nice stay here this past weekend. Rooms were very nice and clean and we had an amazing view.

The elevators are really cool too taking you up and down while seeing everything in the harbor. A really cool touch. Very nice hotel that I highly recommend.

I had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the lobby was very clean & looked lovely. The staff was INCREDIBLY nice, every single person i encountered! I believe her name was Mana who checked me in, & Queen who checked me out both ladies were awesome at their job & very kind. The ladies who worked in the Starbucks were very happy bright faces in the morning, & the housekeeper was very polite & friendly!!! The room was lovely, very clean & spacious! I also appreciated the ease of parking as well. Very lovely hotel, & had an even better stay! My go to hotel on my future trips to Baltimore! Thanks again to the great staff!

Had a great stay last weekend at the Hyatt Regency. Great location. Parking garage is right on site - the rates are pricey but comparable with the surrounding area. We had no issues with our room and had a fantastic view of the harbor. Checking in and out was super fast. We've stayed in a few comparable hotels in Baltimore, and this stay at the Hyatt Regency has been the best of the bunch.

SUCH A GREAT PLACE!!

We came from NYC and stayed for 3 days for the annual Artscape :) Upon first arrival,The check in time took less than 3 minutes.

Once we got to our High-Floor room, we had such a beautiful view of the city and harbor! The room was clean, super spacious and had housekeeping services daily. Although in the bathroom, the mini lamp didn’t work and there was a tiny mold spot in the shower, but entirely it didn’t really bother us.

During my stay, I had the breakfast buffet. The staff greeted me immediately with a warm smile. Food options included cereal, sliced fruit, pastries, and it had a chef who made such a good omelette. It was all fresh and delicious. It was right by the Bistro 300 restaurant (which you have to try their Honey Old bay wings!! So good 🩷)

I can go on and on but just know I loved this place 😂 The Greatest value out of all the other hotels in this area! It was walkable, safe and in a convenient location. Overall, I give this place a 9.5/10 🤍 Next time I visit Baltimore, I’m more likely to stay here again :)

A couple friends and I come to the city to see a baseball game and one of them had points to get us a free room at the Hyatt. The service was excellent and the location was very convenient for walking to and from the game. The parking was right next to the entrance to the hotel. The room we had was on the 12th floor. The elevators might be scary for some... My friends included. They are windows that look out over downtown as you ride them up. I loved it myself. The beds claimed to be queen sized but I am almost certain they were full. My feet don't stick off the ends of queen mattresses. Overall it was a nice stay especially for the price we paid.

Great hotel. Nice bistro on 3rd floor. Pricey per night but you get what you pay for. My room had a awesome view

Great stay this past weekend at the Hyatt. The room was spotless with a great view of the harbor. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The gentleman who valeted the car were nice and helpful. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely be back.
