Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, Baltimore1 / 37
Baltimore, 401 West Pratt Street 🧭 Map
We recently stayed here and had a really great experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the lobby restaurant and cafe are super convenient, the location is amazing and near so many great restaurants. We finished the evening out in the hot tub, sauna and pool that were very clean. Highly recommend!
Reasonably nice room. No microwave in the room, but there was one in the room with the ice machine. The "business center" was a couple of computers and a printer in the lobby, but both computers were broken. The lobby was extremely loud - they need some sound absorbing tiles or something. Continental buffet breakfast (selection on the small side) was within the HHonors allowance, but full buffet...
Updated, larger than usual rooms, great lobby and restaurant, store within building and pretty central location for both business and pleasure. I cannot speak badly about this hotel in any way, shape or form. I have stayed here twice and my reason for visit is convention, and I love the fact that there is a tunnel that takes you right to the convention center without having to step outside. As a...
It was a very beautiful comfortable and convenient to the John Hopkins pediatric center! I travel a lot for my daughter and Hilton did beyond my expectations and I really appreciated so much!
This hotel was chosen for a conference I attended. The room looked very nice it had a coffee pot and a little refrigerator. They were having some plumbing issues which caused an odor from the room below. They don't have microwaves in the room which I am used to with a hotel of this size but there was no microwave for the whole building. No snacking or warming up your half eaten dinner. Service was...
We loved being so close to the ballpark! It made traffic a headache at times, but it was worth it to be so close and be in the fanfare. The room was mostly very nice. I would have liked a softer bed, but it was decorated nicely and clean. We encountered many employees who went above the call of duty, from front desk, to restaurant hostess, to waiters, and cleaning people.

Perfect location literally across the street from the inner harbor in Baltimore. Had a really nice stay here this past weekend. Rooms were very nice and clean and we had an amazing view. The elevators are really cool too taking you up and down while seeing everything in the harbor. A really cool touch. Very nice hotel that I highly recommend.
First impressions were great - we weren't valet parking, but multiple valets greeted us and offered assistance. The lobby is beautiful. Aside from one young woman at the front desk (who seemed annoyed to be there), everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself could use an update, but it was clean and spacious and serviced (with fresh towels!) without us having to specifically...
I had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the lobby was very clean & looked lovely. The staff was INCREDIBLY nice, every single person i encountered! I believe her name was Mana who checked me in, & Queen who checked me out both ladies were awesome at their job & very kind. The ladies who worked in the Starbucks were very happy bright faces in the morning...
Had a great stay last weekend at the Hyatt Regency. Great location. Parking garage is right on site - the rates are pricey but comparable with the surrounding area. We had no issues with our room and had a fantastic view of the harbor. Checking in and out was super fast. We've stayed in a few comparable hotels in Baltimore, and this stay at the Hyatt Regency has been the best of the bunch.
SUCH A GREAT PLACE!! We came from NYC and stayed for 3 days for the annual Artscape :) Upon first arrival,The check in time took less than 3 minutes. Once we got to our High-Floor room, we had such a beautiful view of the city and harbor! The room was clean, super spacious and had housekeeping services daily. Although in the bathroom, the mini lamp didn’t work and there was a tiny mold spot in the...
Went here for a Wedding Brunch. The atmosphere was nice. The Wedding coordinator and her team from A vision from Shaye event planning was on everything. They were extremely helpful and professional. Had that event flow so smoothly. Don't think they are connected to the Hotel in any way. Maybe they should be, because that was the best part of the experience out side of the Beautiful Couple.

The hotel staff for my work conference were exceptional. Good food, great drinks and the rooftop bar was delightful! I was warned to watch out for ghosts...but my nights were peaceful and quiet.
Safe location in this crime ridden city. Family friendly, clean, large lobby, bar and restaurant area so you don’t have to venture outside. Valet parking. Excellent security for elevators and rooms. You will feel safe and secure here. Staff excellent, food selection excellent with chiefs on staff. Rooms very clean. Stay here you can’t go wrong, and excellent mobile booking. Go direct and not through...
This historic hotel downtown is in a great location and is a good value. The building is charming and the art and historical items throughout the hotel are really interesting. The lobby and bar area boasts an old-school vibe with several seating areas to enjoy. The hallways and rooms could use some TLC. The wallpaper in the hallway and room was damaged and sloppily patched in several places. Overall...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore, MD, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, I was blown away by the staff's knowledge and friendliness. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The reception staff were not only professional but also...
Staff is INCREDIBLE!!! So friendly and tactful with our corperate event last week. Space is beautiful and the rooms are great. The bathtub is perfect for those bigger bodied individuals so make sure you bring a bath bomb! Beds were super comfy too. Walking distance to most everything the Charm City has to offer and if not in walking distance? Don’t worry about it, get yourself a scooter and explore...
Historic and storied history of this old structure. The building has lovely bones. However, there is need for repairs and a more thorough cleaning. The doorknob on our bathroom was falling off. The room was very dusty. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful.

You know what I love about this place. I had a pure and authentic Baltimore experience. I never felt more at home and alive in a long time. Staff, Guests, Delivery drivers, pedestrians. Everything about this stay was straight Charm City.
Check-in was a breeze valet service excellent room was a little smaller than expected couch not very comfortable beds average nice clean to be continued..... ok so stayed for a couple days. It was fun nice Gym kind of sketchy area outside of the hotel though. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Complimentary Breakfast throw it away its for the 🐦. Bagels bread and english muffins not fresh. Eggs disgusting...
Was in town for a wedding and stayed here. The rooms are clean. Pretty pricey, if you're driving a car because it's $45 a night for the valet. I probably would walk around the area that night. It is very easy to get an Uber, since it's downtown.
Pretty decent hotel! I discovered that I really dislike the Baltimore area overall and will not be going back anytime soon, but the hotel itself was fine. Very roomy and spacious. Not super updated though. Hotel was kind enough to provide us with a few things we requested like a toothbrush. The parking situation was pretty odd- we paid for a parking pass but then were told we had to park in a separate...
This Residence Inn was extremely convenient to the Aquarium and the Inner Harbor. The reception staff was very friendly and remembered us every time we entered the lobby. The valet was amazing—they were incredibly efficient. We liked the restaurant, but they seem to sell out of things quickly, so next time we will go early. Our rooms were clean and spacious, the mattresses were comfortable and...
We really liked the spacious room and kitchenette. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the harbour.

Nice hotel for families who want a nice moderately priced property close to The Charm'tastic Mile/Inner Harbor and all the main downtown attractions.

When we arrived early in the day, we were surprised to find our room was ready! Pretty sure they were just being prepared for the convention, but it was relaxing to get our luggage and cosplay up to the room before hitting the harbor, and not having to leave it all in the car. The room was spacious and very clean, had a microwave and small fridge! Extra towels too so you didn't have to have the room...
Very lovely and homey hotel. Spacious and clean beds and rooms. Best Staff I have ever dealt with. Staying there allows you access to a convenient indoor pool and sauna, the gym is also accessible, all included with your stay for nothing. Barely a five minute distance from the convention center(some rooms you can even see it from) but with a great price compared to others in the area.
My 3 night stay here was great. The warm pool and fitness center was a great addition. Everything in our room was in tiptop shape

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and clean as expected for a four seasons chain of hotel. The front desk and roof top bar staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and felt safe.
A bit over priced. Stayed here to celebrate a big mile stone. The room was small and overly hot, it was very hard to sleep. Opened the window on the 17th floor to cool off and was woken up by street noise.
Great experience with great people. I'd definitely stay again. Nice clean building with plenty of space and service was impeccable. Highly recommend the experience.
I had dinner at Maximon in the Four Seasons with my co-workers as part of our firm retreat. The food and service were excellent. There was a live band which is always a plus in my book. Our dinner was served family style so we were able to try lots of dishes on the menu. All were nicely executed. They have an amazing outdoor bar by the water. If the weather holds, I will be back very soon!
This is one of the most eloquent hotels I have ever stayed it. The view from my suit was phenomenal all times of the day! The bed felt like a cloud! There was a tv in the mirror which I thought was an awesome touch for those like me who can only catch the news when I’m getting ready in the morning. It’s located on the quieter side of the harbor, perfect for going out to explore then retiring into the...
Great location, views, amenities in the vicinity. The spa services were great although no indoor pool but the heat services were much appreciated especially on a weekend where the winds were in excess of 40 mph and the temperature below 45. The staff was very polite and responsive. The room was well laid out with all the accoutrements for a comfortable weekend stay. Also have good room service service...

We came for a wedding reception. Such a beautiful venue. The courtyard was magnificent, even with the freezing temperatures. The staff was amazing from valet parking to hostesses to bar tenders. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back to stay again.
This the absolute best hotel in Fells Point! We’ve stayed here a few times and we absolutely love it. It’s centrally located near all of the great restaurants and pubs and is very safe. Updated, clean and superior customer service! We didn’t eat here this time but they also have a great bar and menu at the restaurant in-house.
Everything about this hotel was top notch. We arrived very late after landing to a closed rental car counter. After an Uber to the Pendry, they graciously upgraded our room (totally turned our trip around) to the most amazing penthouse with the best balcony overlooking the harbor. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was amazing - best crab cake we had while we were in town. Our concierge was fantastic...
From the moment we stepped out of the car we were greeted by Robert who was very helpful and welcoming. Showing up late, we assumed we would get the skeleton crew that could care less but customer service but it was the exact opposite. From Robert at valet, to Charles at the front desk, everyone was friendly and provided no issues. Room was super clean and the view at night was amazing. Hotel is in...
I didn't stay in the hotel. Went for drinks by the pool. Pool area is for hotel guest only but the bar area seemed open to outside guests. It was very chic. They have pre-made drinks on tap, very convenient. Service was great! I certainly would love to book a stay to get the full experience.

i was disappointed when after the first day my room was not cleaned or tydeid, only after I complained they informed me that I had to request cleaning the room, after that, the room was cleaned daily. one drawer was broken and it took them two days to fix. there is no room or restaurant service. otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. the area worked for me but the location is far from tourist...
Five stars on account of the kindness that the staff showed to me and my family during a stay back in July. The reason we were visiting Baltimore was because my mom was at Hopkins and sadly she passed away. After hearing about our situation, the staff went the extra mile to comfort and check in with us, sharing their own stories of loss and leaving a thoughtful card along with an orchid in our room...
When your under the impression that you will be in a Suite instead of a double queen room it was kind of disappointing no fault to Staff. The rooms were nice. Nothing to write home about except the view at night time. The location was awesome. I would recommend this location if you're on a budget but want to be in the mix of downtown. The lobby staff were great and provided great customer service.
Good location in a very walkable area. They have a parking garage attached to the hotel which is convenient. Hotel staff was excellent, very pleasant to talk with and attentive. The rooms were ok. They seemed a little tight. I am not a fan of having the sink open to the rest of your room, at least at night when your family is sleeping. Starbucks in the lobby!
I have stayed in nicer rooms, so the 4 stars is not a negative, just grading on a scale. The staff (and I had many interactions with several of them) was awesome, so friendly, and helpful. I can't remember staying anywhere that I would rate the staff higher. It is conveniently located in downtown, not far from the water and many restaurants.
Great experience. Forgive me for forgetting his name, however the late night bald headed 60 year old gentleman was super. He was such help with our parking and everything. Some times when traveling and tired, small gestures can mean the world. We will stay there again due to our wonderful experience.

Came to this establishment for the comedy show I stopped in the restaurant first for a drink. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a super friendly Bartender named Jen. I definitely recommend this establishment and will be returning soon for...
Chose this property for a “stay&cruise” package. We ( wife, myself, son and daughter-in-law) found the hotel to be very nice. Clean rooms, restaurant was great along with the service and breakfast was excellent along with the service. The only complaint was dealing with the shuttle service. The shuttle staff were rude, unprofessional and could care less about your “check-in” time at the port....
This hotel could be very nice but it definitely needs a remodeling and a super overhaul. The bed was comfortable and I slept good. The room smelled bad and was super out dated. The hallway was always super hot. The elevators took a long time to come up. Waited at least 5-10 minutes every time
Really enjoyed my stay ! Rooms were nice spacious and clean , so were the bathroom ,they had free wifi , gym , pool & hot tub. Free breakfast with good selection! Loved hanging out in the lobby.
I'm in the area once or twice a week for work. This is my go to, never gad a problem here! On site restaurant with good food, ample parking, convenient to the highway and port for my work. Always friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. I'll definitely be back.

We needed to be out of our house for some maintenance work so we checked in here. They have changed ownership and are now Red Roof Inn NOT Days Inn. We got a room right away. It was clean nothing fancy, but had WiFi. Great Indian restaurant next door. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room but it had clearly been used by smokers recently. Other than that, we were pleased with the choice.
By far, this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in the Baltimore area that has great prices! The room was VERY CLEAN! & actually smelled CLEAN as well. They are trying, but it is simply run down. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and professional. I saw two rooms. The toilet would not stop running in the first. It was ok. The wifi didn't work and it took 30 min for someone to see us at the desk. The free breakfast was good but there was no fridge in the room.
This is a Motel 6 in a big fancy building. It's shabby, but comfortable. Our room was quiet and clean but on close inspection, you may notice scuffs on the walls, broken picture frames and torn mattress covers. They seem to be firm on no smoking in the rooms, but the third floor definitely smells like weed. That being said, it's a good value for a cheap room and a hotel that's walkable to the inner...
The receptionist was very friendly, and the lobby and hallways on the floors are kept clean and very presentable. For the location, you can't beat the price. You're close to inner harbor and mt vernon, and there's a bus stop right around the corner. The rooms could be in a little bit better condition but it's nothing to be mad about. The rooms are kept clean and that's all that matters. Overall, this...

The blackout curtain was totally jacked but we made it work. Stains on the bedding...
I had a great stay here. Quiet, secure, clean. The front desk staff was efficient at taking care of my every request. The room was ample, the free breakfast was good, and the gym was a bonus. There are many other pics of the room spaces here. I would like to mention one room item that made a big difference in my sleep: the total light-blocking window shade. The room was amazing. Breakfast was a little disappointing because there weren’t hot eggs and bacon and that sort of thing that other hotels often offer. We had to heat everything ourselves. But their gourmet coffee was incredible! The food was decently fresh as well. Directions into hotel will send you down an alley. Lots of one way streets here. Adjust your directions so you end up two blocks south and head north on Charles.
First time at this hotel but definitely not the last. Loved my room. Everyone in the hotel was super nice and helpful.
Don't stay in the rooms adjacent to the elevator you can hear it at all times of day and especially at night. Maybe hire a better contractor Hilton Corp lol. The staff needed work. They need to get better with there shuttle times, setting it up. As for there valet service, there's no reason why anyone should have to wait 15+ minutes for there car. Stuff was nice though.

Sleep number bed was a plus. Hot shower with good pressure. Found some hairs in the sheets and on the counters in bathroom so the room could of been cleaner. The hotel has a parking garage which is nice. The staff were kind and pleasant. Overall it was a decent stay.
