Overall satisfied.
The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market.
The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working.
Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided.

The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day.
The bar was closed for lunch during my stay.
They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests.
The gym was well equipped.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience.
I would consider and return.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days and had a very good impression. It is a very cost-effective hotel, located in the center of the area, with a simple style, a few varieties but still meticulous breakfast, and very friendly staff, which makes people feel inexplicably moved. Highly recommended.

The location is very good, very close to the inner harbor and only a few minutes' walk away. The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the price is high. The room is cleaned only once every two days

This Residence Inn was extremely convenient to the Aquarium and the Inner Harbor. The reception staff was very friendly and remembered us every time we entered the lobby. The valet was amazing—they were incredibly efficient. We liked the restaurant, but they seem to sell out of things quickly, so next time we will go early. Our rooms were clean and spacious, the mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

You know what I love about this place. I had a pure and authentic Baltimore experience. I never felt more at home and alive in a long time. Staff, Guests, Delivery drivers, pedestrians. Everything about this stay was straight Charm City.

Check-in was a breeze valet service excellent room was a little smaller than expected couch not very comfortable beds average nice clean to be continued..... ok so stayed for a couple days. It was fun nice Gym kind of sketchy area outside of the hotel though. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Complimentary Breakfast throw it away its for the 🐦. Bagels bread and english muffins not fresh. Eggs disgusting no taste watery such that you actually see water under the eggs. Yogurt or cereal best bet waffles make it your self long line but not even worth the wait. Batter not the greatest. Nice bar 🍸 for the evening. Cleaning/room service very attentive awesome.

Was in town for a wedding and stayed here. The rooms are clean. Pretty pricey, if you're driving a car because it's $45 a night for the valet. I probably would walk around the area that night. It is very easy to get an Uber, since it's downtown.

Pretty decent hotel! I discovered that I really dislike the Baltimore area overall and will not be going back anytime soon, but the hotel itself was fine. Very roomy and spacious. Not super updated though. Hotel was kind enough to provide us with a few things we requested like a toothbrush. The parking situation was pretty odd- we paid for a parking pass but then were told we had to park in a separate lot across the street that required an additional al parking fee. Definitely a little bit of a scam
