Hyatt Regency Bellevue

We stayed at the Hyatt and it was the best experiences we had. Thank you for having us stay, beautiful room with views! The coffee place was amazing glad they open at 6am, the front desk was very polite and valet was very sweet and caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The pool was a about 2/3 minute walk but it was nice and clean. The maids were very nice and took care of the room, did an amazing job. Over all the place was well kept. Definitely would stay again.

Best hotel gym I've ever seen. Has 2 squat racks which is really unusual for a hotel gym. Rooms were clean, shower was nice, and friendly service. Great location to walk to restaurants.

Clean hotel in a prime location next to Bellevue Square mall. Indoor swimming pool is a nice amenity and this Hyatt has an impressive fitness center for a hotel. Property lacks character -- lots of concrete and not very homey. Blackout curtains also somewhat lacking. Seems like a well-run property but at this price you only get value from the location, ideally if you're traveling on the corporate dime.

The rooms in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue were nice and well appointed. I would have changed only one thing - the reading chair could have been much more comfortable.

I loved the shower! The whole bathroom was great, but it's amazing to have abundant hot water in a hotel.

I cannot say enough about the level of service at the front desk. The staff there was always helpful and made me feel like I was valued. Friendly housekeeping staff and catering staff (I was there for an event) added to the experience.

The hotel sits on the edge of the dining district, surrounded by copious food choices. It's also close to loads of shopping and the Bellevue Arts Museum. There's plenty to do within a short walking distance.

If you have money to spend then go ahead and stay here. You will be very pleased. Customer service was excellent. Me and my wife arrived very early from airport and we were not sure what to do meanwhile but staff was good to store our bags and cleaned room very quickly and made it available as soon as they can. Checkout service was good too. Never feel hesitant to ask for anything! Room was very comfortable as well. Only thing i missed was Microwave oven but i am sure if i would have asked them they would provide it. It is obviously expensive for the service they provide but it is really worth it!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and overall, I had a nice experience. The highlights of my stay were definitely the delicious breakfast and the well-equipped gym, both of which were among the best I've encountered at hotels.

However, there were a few areas in which my experience was less than perfect. One issue I had was with the front desk staff's recognition of Globalist benefits. The hotel's location near multiple large corporations might result in a high percentage of Globalist guests on a daily basis, but I still expect to receive certain perks and benefits as a Globalist member. At this property, I found that I had to proactively ask for them. Additionally, I wasn't offered late check-out or room upgrades, and I would have appreciated being informed of this upfront instead of being told "no" when I asked.

A significant concern I encountered during my stay involved my check-in. I arrived quite late, around 3am, due to a flight delay, and although I did check in and stay at the hotel, my receipt showed a "no show" status. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I was told nothing could be done to correct it. As I was on a business trip, this has caused me some worry about getting reimbursed by my company.

In summary, while the Hyatt Regency Bellevue offers outstanding breakfast and gym facilities, improvements could be made in recognizing Globalist benefits and handling unique check-in situations. I would still recommend this hotel to others, but guests should be proactive about requesting any entitled benefits.

Extremely professional and courteous staff. Hotel was easy to walk around. Night life options were great. Disappointed with indoor pool only being a lap pool with several loud children due to echoing from walls. Comfortable bedroom and bed with nice amenities. Large and clear flat screen TV was great to relax with. Will definitely be returning.
