Best hotel gym I've ever seen. Has 2 squat racks which is really unusual for a hotel gym. Rooms were clean, shower was nice, and friendly service. Great location to walk to restaurants.

Clean hotel in a prime location next to Bellevue Square mall. Indoor swimming pool is a nice amenity and this Hyatt has an impressive fitness center for a hotel. Property lacks character -- lots of concrete and not very homey. Blackout curtains also somewhat lacking. Great location in Downtown Bellevue within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The rooms were pretty standard, very clean and comfortable. Huge flatscreen TVs available in each room as well. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any services needed. The 13 coins restaurant/bar was excellent. The rooms are clean and provide everything you’ll need for your stay. Only valet parking available and overnight parking in a separate property. Street parking could work if you don’t intend to park beyond the morning. The credit card machine was broken on the day I checked in so my details had to be taken manually.

They had bottles that cost 13 for the whole bottle at Target (I looked them up) and the hotel charges 14-22 a glass for these cheap wines. I booked a stay as a gift for a couple celebrating a wedding anniversary and baby moon. I worked with the hotel prior to their stay and they were so accommodating of my request and went above and beyond. In my view this is considered as standard 4stars hotel for business & leisure. Compare to other Marriott , this is modern style rather than luxury style. Bed is good but the blanket should be better.

Perfectly acceptable Hilton. I enjoyed some tasty cocktails in the lobby bar. My suite was quite spacious and luxurious. Enjoyed an evening here just before New Years. Excellent attention on check-in and followup throughout the evening by the staff. One comment, we had drinks in the bar and had a staff member come by, take our order and credit card, and then forget about it. We travel to Bellevue several times a year and this is where we stay. It’s very close to downtown so you can walk everywhere. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The hydration station has free water and a microwave so it’s also convenient for reheating or making simple foods, if you need to. Convenient when traveling with kids.

Rooms are acceptable, location is nice enough, but do NOT stay here if you want or need reliable internet. In my two week stay I did not have a single day where my internet/wifi was stable for more than a few minutes at a time.

Well everything was great but the pillows are not that good. Flat feather pillows yuck! 👎. Shuttle to the pier was late. Was told 10:30 not picked up until 10:45. When you’re excited to get vacation started it’s a big deal.

Very nice hotel and very well managed and maintained. Free drinks at cocktail hour and free in room snacks a very nice touch! Only cons are small 32” tv in bedroom and paid parking (lots of free empty land around as commercial district - thus paid parking is not necessary and just a hidden room fee). Love this hotel! These beds are like sleeping in Heaven!!! It's so hard to get out of bed in the morning, yes, it's that nice!!! While in your room it is so quiet it's like you're at some resort out in the wilderness. You are right downtown Bellevue , close to everything, including the mall. They have two restaurants on the property, the Bellevue Grille and Aztecs Restaurant.

Great location. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff was helpful. Bathroom tiles look to be original and full of cracks and lots of caulking repairs. It was all functional so no complaints since the water was hot and pressure good. The heater was a bit noisy so after the room reached the desired temperature I turned it off for the night so it would not keep me awake.

Easy to get to right off I-90. James at the front desk was helpful with his knowledge of the area. There is a secure parking garage under the hotel and the outside parking spaces almost all say compact. My king room is spacious and has all of the amenities. I would stay here again if working in the area.

Great hotel only 15 minutes from Seattle. Spacious room with a really comfortable King bed. Fridge was cold when I arrived which was nice. AC worked and room had a microwave. Bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom with tub/shower combo. I would stay here again over staying in Seattle. The price was great, parking was free and it includes breakfast.

Very nice hotel right off of I-90. Rooms were exceptionally clean, and beds were very comfortable. I am docking a star due to the staff charging me an extra $4/bottle of water. I am a diamond member and I stay at Best Western around 60 nights per year. I have never stayed at a hotel that has charged me for more water. I just felt nickel and dimed.

Currently under construction, has an interesting layout with no elevators with two floors. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic which I usually judge a hotel on, beds were a bit below average but I guess there is a plan to replace all mattresses soon. Older property but well maintained. I stayed here for 4 days on a business trip. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean. Overall I had a good stay. Jonah's Bar & Grill is located on the property. It is a nice quiet restaurant with decent food and drinks.

Had a coupon for a buy one, get one entree free. My wife had jack burger and i had turkey club. Both are bacon was well done and my wife was not asked to have her burger done, but the bartender was nice and food was fine. Very dead, so we had while place to ourselves. Would consider returning to try happy hour.

Bed was comfortable and the room had a balcony. The wing I was staying in was being remodeled so I had to put up with noise during the day. The fire alarm was set off by the construction too. Might be better once they finish the remodel

Great place to sign up in especially in a rainy city like seattle - it’s like a vacation center when you want to change your Mood you get a good work out and swim and jacuzzi so life can’t be any better ! Plus no other gyms in the area have pools or jacuzzis available or as clean.

The room we had was really nice for a couple's weekend away. The cleaning staff missed a few minor items but were quick to come up when we pointed it out to the front desk. There is definitely a lot of activity on-site to keep you active during the day. Once the light rail opens from Seattle to Bellevue I'm sure this place will be hard to reserve at.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s been a few months since I’ve stayed here. The staff is wonderful and friendly. We had no issues at all. Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle is a great place to stay on a peaceful area not far from downtown. The rooms are comfortable; with two beds (King and queen size) plus a sofa bed, it can easily accommodate a family of four or five people. Each room has its own bathroom. This hotel is conveniently located just outside of Seattle. Prices for hotels in Downtown Seattle can be pretty pricey and they charge you for parking, this Residence Inn ended up being very reasonably priced with free parking. Just a short drive to Seattle and a bunch of tourist places. There are some nice malls and dining options very close to the hotel.

This place took great care of me. At check-in I arrived around 8:00 PM and they gave me a complimentary beer and some hot dogs. The room that I was given smelled a bit, the phone, TV weren't working so I called the front desk and they gave me a different room with an upgrade to a large suite with multiple rooms and a loft. Very nice and friendly made everything great.

This is an excellent stay choice for all types of travelers. Free parking, WiFi, spacious kitchen and a wonderful complimentary breakfast available to all guest. The management are courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean with very a comfortable bed. Because of the layout of the rooms, it’s very quiet and peaceful. No hallway noise, no sounds from your neighbors, no sound of late night revelers...

Clean, quiet room. A little hard to find. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. There was a small kitchen but no USB ports. We would stay there again. Good value for Bellevue.

Cons: Upon arrival, we were not greeted with a pleasant nor welcoming "Welcome," but rather an abrupt and almost irritated, "the door's open!" Yikes. Parking at the very end was not great nor easy with a toddler. My toddler stepped on a nail sticking up from where the carpet meets the tile. The door was also very difficult to open. As far as the look and feel of the hotel, everything was okay. The bed was hard. Paint was chipped off some of the furnishings. However, this was not what made this review 3 stars. The staff were not friendly. When we checked in, the staff member was rude. On the day to check out, housekeeping came in before check out for some odd reason. When we arrived at the hotel, we were served by a very polite staff member who gave us some nice recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel room was okay, bathroom was nice and clean however there was a loud mechanical noise - possibly from the aircon unit or the fridge. However that didn't ruin the two-night stay. Great prices. Only concern was the lack of parking with lots of vehicles double...

Stayed here twice so far. First time was amazing! The second was still really good just not as great as before. The price is awesome and super easy to get on and off the highway. Its sits back a ways but I think its nice. Some wall paper was peeling in the bathroom in the shower, but who cares for the price. Staff is awesome! The 5 stars is for service alone! The employees were amazing and helpful. It really made up for the person who was working at the Bellevue location. Stay here instead.

Now I know what the "Extended Stay" means. It means the prolonged wait at the reception while they check you in.

I paid $3 extra for daily housekeeping but would not do that again. They forgot to service my room to often.

Like it because it's close to MS campus (basically on campus!) and because it's 79$ per night which is good when you work freelance :)
