This is a great hotel right in the heart of Billings. It has a nice restaurant and lounge. The only thing I could fault it on was their "gym" is just a few cardio machines. No weight machines or free weights. The cardio machines were newer so they worked fine.
The good: Wonderful pillows Clean fresh bedding Ophelia at front desk - wonderful! Big tv Evelyn and Crabtree toiletries Great event space Nice views from upper floors The not so good: Parking isn’t easy or always accessible. Small lot that is often full, parking in parking garage across the street. Bathtub was slow draining so standing in shower water - yuck. Cookies? Didn’t see any of those! No...
This was a cross country trip that lasted 4 days for us and this was one of the 3 hotels we stayed in. This one had the best decor, most comfortable room, and a great location! Maybe even the best location because it’s downtown and you can walk to restaurants. Checkin was effortless. The staff was nice. Checkout was easy. The thing we didn’t like was parking. Parking was very difficult but after we...
Stayed there for my Uncle's funeral. Very nice fireside room to gather and have a beer and conversation. Great Downtown Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were a little more than I like to spend ($200) All in all worked out great.
First time in Montana! Absolutely love the location of this hotel!! Great place to stay with easy access and walkable distance to shops and local restaurants like Stella’s Diner! But I was very impressed by the excellent service Shane from the Front Desk gave! He was very welcoming, gave us great tourist tips, and his recommendations on restaurants like Stella’s which I absolutely loved for breakfast...
Had a very nice stay here. Great location in town close to tons of restos and shopping. People were super friendly. Attended a conference here and the rooms and food were good. Wasn't overly impressed with the bed or the shower, but rooms were pretty quiet and clean.

Great place for a large group function, efficient, well kept, staff and management were very attentive and able to provide service and information, professional, happy to return and have another function
I love this hotel for its own sentimental value in my life. I have been going here for years and was heartbroken to hear that it wasn't the Grand Montana anymore. The hotel is dated, but beautiful. Plenty of rooms, but hard to navigate. And the appliances need some work. The door handle on my friend's room came off, and the end of the flush handle on my room's toilet was cracked. Regardless, this...
A wonderful place to stay if your needing peace n quiet along with a fantastic grill restaurant/ bar(bloody Mary) to door for!!! Breakfast delicious indoor pool workout room, my room was clean smelled good all 4 days I was visiting from Tennessee. Overall it was by far the best hotel I've stayed in..
Outdated and in need of a remodel, serves basic food, but has very friendly staff. I had been getting decent breakfast for my 5 days here, but today they brought me an omelet with no cheese (did not request that!) and apple juice that had no apple! This cost $20. I also kept getting locked out of my room and had to repeatedly get my key card reset. I would recommend you book a newer hotel that...
The service was great. The room was clean and comfy. I enjoyed my stay here. I give it only 4 out 5 stars because I had to replace my card key so many times. The magnetic strip wears off so easily. I didn't even keep it close to my phone or anything...so I'm not 100% sure how it wears.
Although an older property, I was very impressed by the professionalism of the hotel staff, the cleanliness of the property overall. They were constantly cleaning the public areas during our visit. A nice large private pool, and exceptionally large hot tub that functions very well. The rooms were exceptionally large and had been recently remodeled. Although apparently they were in the process...

Very comfortable and great price. These rooms were great. 2 bedrooms opposite of each other with their own bathroom. Each room a TV. Full kitchen equipment, regular stove, refrigerator, living room nice couch, with pull out bed. Chair by the big window. And a really nice fireplace. They had a little grocery store downstairs. Nice breakfast included each day. Good variety. And the grounds were landscaped...
I really wanted to give this one a 5 star review however, the suite had some wear and tear. The first thing I noticed was that the kitchen and sitting room chairs and ottoman were torn and the walls had nicks that really needed to be touched up with some paint. Also, the couch was covered in pet hair. That being said, the room was impressive. I didn’t feel disgusted with the state of the bathrooms...
Great location, check-in/ front desk, beds, and breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful 2-bedroom suite. We only stayed one night, but it would've been comfortable to stay much longer.
This hotel features a clean, modern facility, and friendly staff. It is also located well within the delivery range of the famous Pie Guys Pizzeria!
I enjoyed the room. It was set up nice and had every amenity I needed for my extended stay. Fridge, stove, dishwasher plus dishes for preparing and eating food.
The rooms are spacious and clean. We had great interactions with the staff, everyone was helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Good location just off fwy w lots of eateries nearby. The most expensive Hampton Inn on our 8-day all Hilton trip ($229) but warm cookies on arrival. Room perfectly warm on arrival. Bed and pillows very soft - we slept for 11 hours straight. Bathroom nicely remodeled w non-slip floor but old slippery tub. Hot water a bit scarce for two and in the morning (room 118). Excellent HI breakfast w strawberries...
Looked clean from the surface. I picked the cheapest room and what was left in the area. It was a king/accessible. Not sure it was actually deeply cleaned… there were multiple small black hairs on the toilet and in the shower. Which if cleaned I think they would have noticed? I am a Hilton fan through and through…the room didn’t seem to align with their standards. Otherwise the hotel itself was nice...
I called to make a reservation as I got into town as I was traveling across the country. Quick and easy on the phone, got a room for that night. Pet friendly and affordable. The water pressure was AMAZING. Clean and spacious. The shower supplies smelt great. Free breakfast was a plus!
Great hotel! So clean and the staff were great! The woman who was working the front desk when we checked in late on Friday was just amazing. Her attitude was 10/10. It was clean and the rooms were great! The breakfast omelet was excellent! Great hotel for families or individuals!
Wow! I really love staying at this hotel. 1st of all the staff was extremely attentive and very friendly. 2nd of all the breakfast was delicious and even though their juice machine was not in service, they provided bottled juices of many varieties. I really like the location because I was able to get up early in the morning and run early in the morning and run through the industrial park that this...

Great service clean and convenient location, quiet and safe. Staff was very helpful,,,,,,,thank you !
This property is smack dab in the center of a sprawling hospital complex which is probably perfect for visiting family or a peaceful nights sleep before surgery. On our cross-country move, this hotel had the best breakfast hands-down and the woman monitoring it took great pride in the spread. No fake eggs, but a really nice small omelet with peppers plus sausage links, Chobani yogurt, and bakery fresh...
The rooms were nice the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is just a couple blocks from the freeway, easy to get to.
For us the location was perfect, near the hospital. Service was good and the staff friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was pretty complete. Recommend.
This is my go to hotel when I am coming in or going out of Billings Airport (about 1.5 miles away). The staff is great the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Their free breakfast has plenty to offer even for keto folks like me (hard boiled eggs, sausage, egg white fritattas) and decent coffee. If you are using Google Maps to get to the hotel it looks like you are headed to the hospital next door...
A good place to stop in the state. Near a hospital. 24 hour front desk and a great breakfast. Extra blankets would have been appreciated but the vending area and microwave made for a good late night meal after a long drive.

We love coming here! We've stayed here 3 or 4 times now. My family of 6 is provided with a family room that we can all share. We love the swimming pool with the 2 water slides, and hot tub. The workers here are great! Great restaurant! It's right off the freeway...
Stayed in the honeymoon suite for a birthday present to get away. The room was awesome! Bed was so comfy and the jacuzzi tub and kitchette was great. Only downfall was the fireplace was broke and couldn't see the flames and no continental breakfast. Was also a bit disappointed on the size of the jacuzzi tub. But only paid $270 for 1 night compared to hotels downtown that are much more fancy and over...
Good conference room. Good staff. All-around good place for a conference. Only complaint is the doors close super loudly, which should be unacceptable for a business who’s business is conferences as it is excessively distracting. Getting soft closures on the doors would be a relatively minuscule purchase.
Not a bad place, nice pool and water slide. Great convention facilities. It's a big hotel, takes quite a few minutes to walk from one end to the other. No carpet in the room. My problem is with billing. I'm sure it will be worked out in the end but may cause problems for some. Maybe this is standard now too, but I haven't run into it at other places. First off, my account was charged for my three...
Bhcc has some of the friendliest staff and for sure the best owners around. The rooms are really nice as is the courtyard. The pool has updates and the slides are really fun. The menu has had updates with more great food added with wonderful cooks to prepare it. The servers are fast efficient and kind...
My room wasn't clean. The front desk staff in the evening were having unprofessional conversation in front of me and other customers. I gave it a higher score than it sounds it deserves because when I made these comments to the morning front desk staff, they brought it to the owner and I had a call from the owner with a very nice apology within a couple hours of leaving.

The breakfast is awesome! It's cooked to order by a very nice, friendly good cook. This is the best part of the stay! The rest of the hotel experience was average. Instead and outside could be cleaned.
First off we stayed there a total of 4 days using points Do to business obligations. Being able to, stay somewhere 4 days just using points is obvious we stay in a lot of quality inns. The hotel overall was good room was good. However upon checking out while loading our truck we were exiting through a side door that was blocked by three employees smoking blocking the door. Room was clean enough. Happy they had pet rooms available but that said my dog managed to find garbage throughout the room(opened tea bag, chips and floss) Pink mold in the shower and dirty shower head. AC worked well but the room still felt/smelt stuffy and humid. Really enjoyed breakfast(cooked to order!) and the pool area. Beds sucked. My lovely room had the delicious aroma of dampness. The ceiling also had some gorgeous mold esk Jackson Pollock going on in the bathroom. Wish I caught her name. When traveling alone for work it was wonderful to have a genuine human interaction. While it was about coffee and eggs. She made me feel that I was her only priority. Thank you.
I have spent a week at this location. The rooms are updated and nice. The breakfast bar is delicious with polite help. Finally, the front desk staff has worked to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to Jorden, Mary Jo, Noah, Lexi and Cathy.
If your traveling to Billings this is a great hotel. Great breakfast and coffee. You do have to pay for it but at least try it out once you will not be disappointed. Rooms are very comfortable with big TV'S.
The place was amazing, clean, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and the AC/heater unit works amazingly well. It was also very quiet in the hotel.
Travelling across the country, almost stayed in the city but did not particularly enjoy the atmosphere. Drove further to find this hotel, and immediately felt safer. Room was very clean and quiet. Kind of small but it had everything I needed. Fitness room was good. Had breakfast at Bernie's - excellent. Ate a fancy dinner one night and a small dinner another night. Both were excellent. I'd stay here again for sure.
Hotel guests should be warned, you will be upset when you sleep on your mattress due to the absolute touch of heaven the Northern Hotel mattresses use in their rooms. On top of that, the employees are respectful and willing to do any task within reason. Both Bernies and Ten have tantalizing choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I refuse to stay anywhere in Billings.
I was much happier after switching to a larger room. The first room (401) was cramped and the smoke alarm was beeping all night and the shower door didn’t close and the bed seemed shorter than a normal queen. The staff must take a lot of heat for the cramped rooms and lumpy pillows because they didn’t flinch when I asked for a solution. No apology or concern, just more of a blank stare and they switched...
Everything was brilliant - the location meant it was totally walkable, shout out to Andrew (barman) - friendly and great service, our room was exceptional especially for the price, super clean too. Very surprised at the complementary valet service. The hotel went that extra mile but still kept it friendly and efficient.
Miss Vicky is the most wonderful host at the reception desk. Love to come back here, because her! Great hotel, love it!!!

We loved the hot tub and lovely swimming pool. A great place to lounge around while waiting out the evening. The beds were comfortable enough to be able to sleep thru the night. We were upgraded to a King room without extra charge. The shower was nice and hot. I sure needed it after being out and about shopping in the cold snowy day. What’s not to love!
Stayed here mostly for the pool. If you're looking for the nicest rooms in town with the best beds, look elsewhere if you're looking for an inexpensive stay with a pool for the kids this is it. Staff was friendly and my kids loved the pool and water slide.
Great service, friendly staff! Alice went above and beyond to make our stay special. Clean and pleasant room. Nice breakfast area with fireplace and view of pool. Our kids loved the water slide! We'll be coming back for sure!
The beds and rooms were great. T.v. had the usual channels. The pool was wonderful had a slide, two hot tubs, and a sauna. The hot tubs jets were a little lacking but it was passable. Breakfast was okay, eggs were bad and the bananas were bright green but the rest of the food was at least decent. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay.
Great hotel and staff, but a bit small. We were moved here after an issue with another hotel being dirty. The HoJo was able to squeeze us in and they took good care of us. The rooms are a bit cramped, but I was not there to live, I was there to sleep, then roam Billings, so the small room was not an issue. The pool is decent sized and has a slide. The breakfast was good as well. The biggest things...

Great Hotel in a sea of hotels on the industrial side of town. Not much for Restaurant, but that is not why you rented here, is it now. Very spacious room with all the needed amenities. The staff was kind and very accommodating. Any issues were immediately addressed. I'd stay here again for sure.
My wife and I stayed here for her birthday weekend and the room was clean and well cared for! The staff was friendly on check-in and made us feel welcome on the furst step. Will come here again!
Everything was fine except the breakfast was lacking. With very little effort or cost, it could be better. A small detail that I can't say is that important.
Very clean and friendly staff. The only thing they need to improve is the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
Great room fantastic service n sara was great....room very large n super clean..plow trucks came into lot when it snowed... Def would visit n stay again...
Very nice place. Got a great price on the room and the room was surprisingly clean and the tv worked. The last time I stayed in a more expensive hotel the tv did not work well and had no local channels. It was nice being able to watch local news and see that it was -17 degrees.

I love this hotel! Everyone running it is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, the gym is really functional and the breakfast and coffee is nice. It's in a safe area - I felt comfortable parking my truck with a lot of valuable belongings inside due to move. My pup and I really enjoyed our stay and happy to have landed here after a long trip on icy roads.
Overall, it was a nice place. The pool was out of order for 2 of our 4 day stay Kama and they seemed to run out of breakfast items early. The rooms are large, clean, and well equipped.
Was in town for the Laurel Brewfest with our company (Bearded Viking Mead Co). The amenities are great, the rooms were very clean and cozy with a working area and kitchen. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Location was excellent with regard to hwy access, downtown, and our venue in Laurel (15mins away)
Our family and puppies had a great stay here! We felt safe parking our vehicle and trailer outside. There was a nice area to walk the dogs and the rooms were very clean. Stayed here because of AAA review and needing a room last minute on a long drive. Very nice hotel with a huge double queen bed room. Bathroom clean and stocked. Great early breakfast with lots of options. Would love to see fresh local bakery items though. Floors were clean and dog friendly! Close to many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again
We had to make last minute changes for a trip transporting 3 large dogs across country. They gladly took us in. No pet fee, no limit. (Most hotel chains have a 2 dog or 50# limit.) The hotel was clean, comfortable. Employees were nice and professional. Pool was nice and cool for me, jacuzzi hot for the wife. Great place to stay! Kids were able to burn off energy in the pool with a slide. Located right off the interstate and close to restaurants. Rooms were super comfy and very clean - plenty of pillows. Staff are friendly and helpful. I think the best part was the continental breakfast. Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, waffles, yogurt - it was great! Highly recommend this gem and will return again! Thanks
Really enjoy our stay. The room was roomy and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and water get pretty hot. Decent coffee and tasty breakfast. Friendly staffs. Take away one star for not having a hairdryer in the room.
Booked this hotel because of the price and the amenities, but to my surprise when we got there the hot tub was down unfortunately. The room was great though which made up for the rest. Ver clean and spacious which was a surprise after walking in. I would recommend just due to the rooms alone.
This is a GREAT place for families! 3 kids, more and more, is prohibited in hotels, and they make you get another room. That wasn't a problem here. Beautiful, clean room, lots of space. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The showers have a nice new shower head. Beds are soft with comfortable pillows(firm and soft). The rooms are not musty and the AC actually works. Good breakfast too. Hotel should provide an extra USB cable for the printer at the business area on the desk. A lot of guests bring their own laptops to do work on and don't trust an open computer to log into.
A little confusion since they changed their name between when we reserved a room and arrived on site. However, the staff was prepared and handled the situation confidently and got us settled in quickly. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was a nice change from the usual continental breakfast, including quite a few other items.
Our family of five stayed here in a king bedroom suite. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good, had plenty of options for us despite our dietary restrictions (nut and gluten allergies). It's located near shopping and restaurants. We chose to have pizza delivered from Pizza Ranch. Kids loved the pool.
My family had a nice stay. The beds we're comfy, and break. The front desk and house keeping staff were incredibly friendly!
In town on business and was delighted with hotel. Would of gave the hotel a 5 star, but loss a star due to maintenance crew on duty who was very rude to us in the pool area. The stay overall was good. The only and I mean only issue was the bathroom. Hair. Hair everywhere. On top of the rags/towels above the toilet and all in the tub. It was unreal. This is a great place to stay. Pool is perfect for kids and hot tub was nice and relaxing. Rooms are nice and cozy. Beds are a little stiff but easy to get used to. Breakfast was good. Staff so far has been great. It was nice and not over crowded for a Friday/Saturday stay.
Right off the interstate, next to a restaurant and gas station. Service was great. I had an issue, they couldn't fix it with a normal fix but they figured it out and the substitute worked great. Always clean rooms. Great facilities and great lunch.
So so so happy with this hotel. I had the worst day. Pets are free. Pool is great for kids! Staff has been so kind. Rooms are comfortable and clean! No complaints.
The staff were all very grumpy, couldn't get a smile from anyone. The pool was great for our kids ages 1 and 3, even the bigger nephews at 10 and 14 had fun. Upon entry into our hotel room, we were VERY ecstatic about the 2 King Size Beds! However, upon further inspection of the room...The bathroom door was initially painted shut. Reservation was messed up for 2 queen beds. Got moved to a room with a king and couch sleeper. Other than that, decent continental breakfast, good shower, and friendly staff.
The hotel staff was awesome, the room wasn't my favorite. The bad was hard, and the shower was extremely slippery. My 3 year old fell 3 times while in the shower. Luckily there were no injuries.
The rooms were very clean, although the layout was kinda weird.. . The beds felt comfortable and the location is pretty nice being close to the free way. I didn't have any problems checking in and the overall service was good. We did have to leave pretty early and although their breakfast was not open till 630, they let us go ahead and grab a bite before our trip.
Super friendly staff, great breakfast choices including fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, and hot breakfast options as well. Rooms are super clean.

It was terrific. The rooms were clean and warm which is what I wanted because it was so cold outside. I slept like a baby. Room was okay not the cleanest as there was still dirt/dust on the trays that hold the coffee pot didn't look like it had been wiped for awhile. the sink wasn't very clean around the faucet as well. One of the bigger complaints I have is when you 1st turn on the room fan it smelled really bad almost like cat urine but the smell went away after a hr or so. The room was larg, almost like a studio. Rooms had a full fridge, they provided dishes and cooking utensils, the bathroom was huge, and extremely clean! 1000000% would stay again!
Great hotel. Great prices. Nice staff. Great amenities. Free laundry. Great rooms. Well equipped. Would definitely stay there again when in town.
I like it. Currently staying here while working in town. Bed is comfy. Couch kinda sucks, but it's fairly quiet. Relaxed. Quiet. Good price. Quiet. Clean. Did I mention it's quiet?

When I went to front desk I ask about cámaras & she said she didn’t have any
Staff friendly, room nice and clean. The breakfast had many choices and very clean eating area. The lady taking care of breakfast took pride in her job, very helpful and friendly.
Best service I've received from a hotel in Billings.. Check in was fast and simple(the lady at the front desk was super kind).. No complaints from me on the room.. clean and super comfy bed! I've stayed here quite often and the remodel has made it a very nice hotel
I chose this Holiday Inn due to its location. I wanted to be close to the Interstate and pretty close to the Little Big Horn Battlefield National Monument. I made my reservations through the Holiday Inn Website. The rate was compatible with or slightly lower than some of the other Hotels in the Area. Check-in was quick and in no time, I was in my room. My room was very clean and well attended. The...
Wow! We are very impressed with our stay at this hotel. We got caught in a bad storm and could not complete out travels. I called and they got us a room at the last minute. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the hostesses were very friendly and accommodating. My children loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We had a perfect night here and when we were ready to check out in the morning...
A great place to rest your head after a long day driving. Quiet enough, comfortable enough, a slightly led firm mattress would have made this a 10 outa 5.
