Stayed here because of AAA review and needing a room last minute on a long drive. Very nice hotel with a huge double queen bed room. Bathroom clean and stocked. Great early breakfast with lots of options. Would love to see fresh local bakery items though. Floors were clean and dog friendly! Close to many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

We had to make last minute changes for a trip transporting 3 large dogs across country. They gladly took us in. No pet fee, no limit. (Most hotel chains have a 2 dog or 50# limit.) Great place to stay! Kids were able to burn off energy in the pool with a slide. Located right off the interstate and close to restaurants. Rooms were super comfy and very clean - plenty of pillows. Staff are friendly and helpful. I think the best part was the continental breakfast. Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, waffles, yogurt - it was great! Highly recommend this gem and will return again! Thanks

Really enjoy our stay. The room was roomy and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and water get pretty hot. Decent coffee and tasty breakfast. Friendly staffs. Take away one star for not having a hairdryer in the room.

Booked this hotel because of the price and the amenities, but to my surprise when we got there the hot tub was down unfortunately. The room was great though which made up for the rest. Ver clean and spacious which was a surprise after walking in. I would recommend just due to the rooms alone.

The breakfast is awesome! It's cooked to order by a very nice, friendly good cook. This is the best part of the stay! The rest of the hotel experience was average. Instead and outside could be cleaned.

This was a good stay during my Texas to Canada road trip. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good for the price. I liked their 10 AM break fast timing. No complaints at all.

I have spent a week at this location. The rooms are updated and nice. The breakfast bar is delicious with polite help. Finally, the front desk staff has worked to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to Jorden, Mary Jo, Noah, Lexi and Cathy.

If your traveling to Billings this is a great hotel. Great breakfast and coffee. You do have to pay for it but at least try it out once you will not be disappointed. Rooms are very comfortable with big TV'S.

I love this hotel! Everyone running it is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, the gym is really functional and the breakfast and coffee is nice. It's in a safe area - I felt comfortable parking my truck with a lot of valuable belongings inside due to move. My pup and I really enjoyed our stay and happy to have landed here after a long trip on icy roads.

Overall, it was a nice place. The pool was out of order for 2 of our 4 day stay Kama and they seemed to run out of breakfast items early. The rooms are large, clean, and well equipped.

Was in town for the Laurel Brewfest with our company (Bearded Viking Mead Co). The amenities are great, the rooms were very clean and cozy with a working area and kitchen. Exceptional night staff. We arrived late and Darren took great care of us! We experienced absolutely phenomenal customer service and he was able to help us with everything we needed. He is a great representative of Marriott! After driving all day across Wyoming it was great to just hang out by the fire pit with our dogs. Oh yeah, this place is very pet friendly as well! We've stayed here several times because of the location. We also like the room set up with the slider between the two bedrooms. However, the cleanliness is lacking more and more with each visit. The rooms don't have microwaves which is so strange and inconvenient. Stella's is good but always busy. The rates are high considering how dirty the rooms have started to become.

Room was pleasant, everything in the room worked, bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Stella's was very good. Within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. Staff, from front desk to airport shuttle to maintenance were all exceptionally friendly, and for only $144 a night is a bargain. Recommended.

Charged my card 3 times worth $216.32 and then again for $166.32 I was refunded. But at 3am the only thing you wanna argue at that point is whos getting what bed not prices and banking.

Love the downtown area. Day we got here the pipes burst, no hot water for shower first two days, cold showers in the winter are no fun lol. This hotel has great vibes, the waterfalls make it peaceful in the evening. The hotel is getting older and the atrium area could definitely get a cleaning going. Trees, pictures, rails , lights. Etc. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Fun place for a more unique kind of stay! The rooms were nice, especially enjoyed the private balcony. The in-room jacuzzi was nice. Even though the 5 hot tubs weren’t “private” we didn’t have any trouble getting our own and never saw them very busy. This property is smack dab in the center of a sprawling hospital complex which is probably perfect for visiting family or a peaceful nights sleep before surgery. This is my go to hotel when I am coming in or going out of Billings Airport (about 1.5 miles away). The staff is great the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Their free breakfast has plenty to offer even for keto folks like me (hard boiled eggs, sausage, egg white fritattas) and decent coffee. If you are using Google Maps to get to the hotel it looks like you are headed to the hospital next door...

A good place to stop in the state. Near a hospital. 24 hour front desk and a great breakfast. Extra blankets would have been appreciated but the vending area and microwave made for a good late night meal after a long drive.

Incredibly welcoming, including pets. Given doggie welcome gifts and have several pet areas and an enclosed courtyard space that is pet friendly. 2 great restaurants half block away. Highly recommend and will stay again. Only complaint is no USB charging ports - bring a wall charger, which is why I knocked one star off a ten.

I was shockingly really impressed by this hotel. I've stayed in several Homewood suites but was just not expecting anything special from Billings. The room i got was the nicest I've seen of any Homewood suites I've stayed in! So big with really high ceilings and nice toiletries. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Tesla supercharger in walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on all around the place when we were there, so cannot speak much to the surroundings, but seemed like it was in a good location.

Good location with several restaurants, a convenience store/gas station/car wash right next door. We were able to just relax and prepare for another long day on the road! We enjoyed our stay. Had a handicap room and it was laid out well. Shower was easy to get in and out of and bench was well supported. We especially liked the height of the bed which was not to high, which has been an issue in other hotels. Breakfast was very good. Did not like that at check in they automatically wanted to tack on $50 of incidentals.

This place was fabulous. It's one of the few places we've stayed where when they say they have rooms for accessibility needs, they mean it. The bed was not too high. The bathroom was easy to maneuver in. The host in the breakfast area was also great. He seemed to be all in, taking pride in his work, helping the guests, and was quite friendly. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was very clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was by far the best we've had at any hotel. Several gluten-free options which is amazing. Most places don't offer any gluten-free options. Nice and close to the highway so getting back on the road was easy. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Many thanks to this Hampton Inn for accommodating our large family gathering. In addition to rooms for all of the out of town guests, the conference room served as the perfect spot for meals and headquarters. Our room was spacious and clean (and had almost enough towel hooks). Breakfast included a nice variety of items each morning. Lastly, their staff is very kind and helpful.

I have used the services of Acorn Plumbing since 2014. They are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have replaced a waterheater with an American made unit that runs beautifully, fixed and old bathroom faucet and outdoor pipe and faucet. Haven't had any problems or complaints with their work or prices. They give estimates and are very responsible.

We had a great experience staying here a few nights. The staff were all super helpful & they provided multiple rides to us into the downtown area. They also picked us up from the airport! Lovely place and friendly staff! My only complaint is that our room keys randomly deactivated. It's located within 5 min of the airport and the shuttle provided is clean and timely. There are many breweries within a couple minutes drive and a wonderful breakfast options!
