Super 8 by Wyndham Bismarck

Stayed here because the price was very reasonable. We have stayed here before and it was ok. This time the manager of the hotel is the same man that checked us in. He acted like we interrupted his night or made it seem like we were not allowed there. Her was very rude could hardly understand him he didn't say a word or so questions when he was checking us in just told me to sign and tossed me the keys. Got up for breakfast headed downstairs to find police officers hiding sind the corner for someone sins the breakfast area. Told me to go back to my room. We had no idea what was going on how long we needed to stay in there nothing. We missed breakfast felt a little unsafe. I complained to Wyndham about it and all they did was sent my email to the same manager and he sent me an extremely rude email calling me a liar and he didn't get any phone calls from me to complain about my issues. Worst! Manager! Dingy, dirty, stinky hotel. Not worth the cheaper price.

Verry poor hotel, room was cold heater barley kept up, slept with full clothing on and thermal wear, thin bed sheet for a blanket, noisey creeking bedframe, floor creeks from above and below. Waited 3 hours for hot water to have a shower, at which point the hot water lasted about 5 mins. Vending machine was sold out 1$ a pop, but conveniently they have pop at front desk for 2$... would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra 20-30$ and go elsewhere else

Got into my room last night and found the furniture to be very well used. Bathroom seems fine but the bed was broken and sunken by the headboard. One of the worst nights of sleep I've had.

Today went to go check in about 3 o'clock got in the room The room wasn't cold so went to the office told the guy up there he said give 30min he came back with a round fan and.no stand on it so you couldn't even stand it up so that was useless asked for another room was told that there was not another room so we turned the AC down all the way to 61 left went to Walmart came back. It was hotter in the room than when we left before well whenever I asked him for a refund and we will go somewhere else all of a sudden he had another room available, I asked to see it. He said not until 10 o'clock tonight. I told him I was not waiting. I just want my refund. I will go somewhere else. The guy up there at the office, pointed his finger in my face and told me I was going to wait very unprofessional .

I checked in and got to my room, put my stuff and checked the beds like I always do, there was a big indent in the bed, I sat down and turned the TV on and started hearing a periodically banging sound coming from what sounded like the room beside mine but could have also been the storage room that was a couple doors down, it stopped and it would be good for like 10 minutes and then you'd hear it again, went and told the front desk clerk and he checked and I never heard anything from him, so I went back and told him it was still happening and asked if I could switch rooms and all he told me was he didn't have any single rooms left. Finally had enough and just asked to get a double room for an extra $10. The whole motel just seems ditty, sketchy and gloomy, definitely not staying here again and I haven't been charged yet but my bank account is showing alot less money than what I had.

We stayed here 1 night during our travels. First floor, last room before the exit. The room was gross. It had an odor that I thought was musty, my husband thought it was old smoke. There was no screen in the window. I had to wear my shoes the entire time because the carpet felt sticky and dirty. At least the bed was comfortable. With a little TLC it could be a nice place. But I warned our kids to not stay here as they passed through on their trip.
