Two queen room everything was clean and comfy as expected. Bed was a bit stiffer than I like, but not a dealbreaker. Breakfast was better than usual: omelets and shredded cheese, waffles had toppings bar with strawberries, chocolate chips, chocolate and caramel syrups, and a few other things. Single serve cereals were premium grade with things kids actually love. Would stay again for the attention...

Everyone who was working that evening were very attentive and accommodating to my needs. The facility offered plenty of everything you could think of. For the price in the Bismark area, was a good deal.

First time stay. Very warmly welcomed. Good location just off interstate and state highway. Easy access. Decent amenities.

We had an excellent stay here this weekend! Ted at the front desk was wonderful! He was very friendly, accommodating, and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to see him if we stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was lovely, they had a lot of options for food. They even decorated for Halloween 🙂

Being renovated and things are looking nice! Only issue is some of the sheets were absurdly heavy and there was not a lighter alternative in the room.

This is an older, but clean hotel. Beds are comfortable, and the room I was in was updated to a nice level. Fast hot water for the shower. I wish they had a bit more as far as vending machine options, but there is a gas station a block and a half away, and a grocery store two blocks away. I will stay again. Side note this is not a pet friendly hotel.

Very clean, very nice and comfortable. Got a good night sleep, the place was quiet. They had a very good variety in their breakfast bar. Make your own waffles, and this morning they had corn beef hash which was quite good. The woman was very friendly and kept everything clean and fresh.

Friendly staff. The best part of this hotel, it does not have outdoor spotlights directly light toward hotel rooms, basic dark in room. I slept well. Kirkland Mall is locate across the hotel. Lucky 13 restaurant is across the street, delicious food!!!

Decent hotel for the price. Room was dated, but clean. The pools looked nice, but we didn't get the opportunity to use them. Breakfast was good (make your own waffles, bread/bagels/biscuits, boiled eggs, cereal, homemade biscuits and mushroom sausage gravy). Would stay here again.

First, the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities, however, were not up to the usual Super 8 standards. The entire place had a somewhat gritty feel to it. There were also some young men staying there who appeared to be long-term residents. I didn't feel unsafe but I can see how a women traveling alone or in pairs might. The room was clean, the bed and pillows quite comfortable. The caretaker checked us out in the morning and was so kind to open the breakfast early for us. You can show he genuinely cares and is hard working. He said it’s been very difficult getting people to show up for work and has been working 72 hours straight at times. This super 8 was just what we needed to rest before continuing on our travels

Customer service was very good, nice staff and clean rooms. Only issue was I did notice red stains on the mirror and the bathroom door in our room did not close as it looks like it was broken at one time. Overall however, the view was nice, clean towels, bathroom, sink, as well as clean bed and a nice comfortable bed. Not all bad, just a couple small things that are easy fixes :)

The management at this location went above and beyond what I was expecting. We found the location perfect right off the interstate, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and the room rate was fair and reasonable. Staff is reasonably friendly. Rooms are nice, breakfast is good. The only issue I have is that there is stairs and no elevator. I wanted to give it 3 1/2 stars.

Nice place, they were in the middle of a major renovation so the upstairs rooms were all blocked off. Nice indoor pool, and pool area. Restaurant and Lounge weren't open. Not sure if of was due to the renovations or lack of business.

Older building, but inside is clean and comfortable.. The bar/ restaurant is closed now :( but it still has a nice pool and hot tub and a pool table which is awesome.. I'd stay her again.

Very nice place. The staff are calm, hospitable and attentive. Set back from the road (near the Capitol building) so very quiet. I have been working the night shift temporarily in Bismarck and the Kelly inn has been very accommodating. They oversupplied the rooms with toiletries and only come by to clean the rooms once a week unless we ask for more. The beds are nice and I assume the TV is nice but haven't used it. I haven't seen a microwave or fridge in the room but some people have one in their rooms. Very good continental...

The customer service was exceptional. I was there for work, and had just finished an 11 hour shift, so I was ready to check in and go directly to bed. The gentleman at the counter helped me finish my credit card authorization form promptly, as my company had pre-booked online with a company credit card. We come to Bismarck to shop 2 times a month and always stay at ABVI. We book on line to save a few bucks. Service is friendly, rooms are clean. Not excited about their breakfast, and their towels are a lil rough. Otherwise everything else is very good!

We have stayed here a couple times for medical purposes. The staff is beyond helpful, kind, considerate and caring. The rooms have been clean. The breakfast, a staff member makes “fresh, made to order omelets. The rooms have reasonable rates. Bless your Hearts!

The rooms were clean, with the exception that the bathroom could have used a little cleaning. Beds were comfortable and the AC in the room was great. The breakfast was mediocre and not a ton of options. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and elevator could use a good cleaning. The hot tub had a ton of sand in it also. Overall, a decent stay!

The location was near the freeway. We were on a long trip and the stop was near restaurants with many choices.

Honestly both of these hotels in the same building are the best places I've ever had a room in for Choice hotels outside of that Comfort Suites in Madison, WI which had a hot tub next to the bed in a handicap room. I will 100% go to these hotels here whenever we need to get one in Bismarck.

Room was very comfortable, staff was excellent. We would stay there again when back in the area. Need to change website that says full breakfast to minimal breakfast, only had muffins, coffee and juice. Need to consider alternatives for those who aren't suppose to have an all sugar breakfast.

Was up to early to have breakfast. Location was a bit far from where I had to be but location was close to interstate making access to leaving town great.

The location is convenient. But this hotel is not quiet. People slamming doors all hours of the day and night. I can't speak for all of the staff, but the staff that checked me in was barely civil and kind of dismissive. The rooms have potential, if you bring your own dishes, pots & pans, flatware... I won't stay here again.

Location was okay but the room seemed very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff seemed to just be going through their paces which was a bit off-putting but overall it was a good place to stay.

The General manager, Michael, was awesome from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Kayla needs a pay raise. The wheelchair assistance room and roll in shower was great. Thanks for the great visit home away from home.
