Had our daughter's wedding reception there. I can't say enough how pleased we were with the accommodations for our out of town guests and the room reception was in was perfect. The food was the best I have ever had at this location. Did not get one complaint from anyone who attended. Would highly recommend this establishment for anyone getting married.

Rooms were big and the mattress was very comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor facing the top of the water slide. Kids are loud and we certainly understand that. Why spend more for a pool side room!!! Reserved a pool side room for my daughter's birthday. Checked in 10 minutes before check in time. Evidently, it's first come first serve in the pool area! We are repeat visitors. we are always pleased with the comfort of our rooms. My husband is unable to sleep on a bed and appreciate the recliners in the rooms. there was Ample space for my husband's walker in the room and in the bathroom. Nice location in Bismarck, near lots of shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious and the staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Nice location, but needs improvements. Be ready for your card to not work once you get to your room, they easily get cleared from phone, wallets, etc. The rooms are very average, and need some work. Great sleep number beds.

We had an excellent stay here this weekend! Ted at the front desk was wonderful! He was very friendly, accommodating, and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to see him if we stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was lovely, they had a lot of options for food. They even decorated for Halloween 🙂

Our family (me, wife, 1 teen, 5 children) had a splendid stay. According to some of our kids, this was the best hotel ever :) The rooms were clean and cheery. This is an older, but clean hotel. Beds are comfortable, and the room I was in was updated to a nice level. Fast hot water for the shower. I wish they had a bit more as far as vending machine options, but there is a gas station a block and a half away, and a grocery store two blocks away. I will stay again. Side note this is not a pet friendly hotel.

Amazing staff, I was really beat up from driving 12 hours and they did EVERYTHING to make my stay comfortable. The guy with glasses who worked at the bar that night was phenomenal. Overall appearance of the hotel both inside and out is "tired". It is over priced for outdated rooms. The lobby and eating area have been updated and look nice. Breakfast bar was good, would suggest moving the waffle and pancake makers to the end to keep the line moving. We did not use the pool so can't speak to that.

Loved the Queen Studio Suite. Very clean and very close to several restaurants/fast food. Room had a small kitchen area, sitting area, TV and DVD player..and conveniently there is a video rental place just across the street. Very pet friendly although I thought $75 pet fee was a bit steep but luckily they reduced the price to $25 since we only stayed one night. All in all I was extremely happy!

The room was very clean and spacious. There was a nice outside area and the pool looked nice, although not usable during covid. All the dishes were still in the dishwasher. I have been working the night shift temporarily in Bismarck and the Kelly inn has been very accommodating. They oversupplied the rooms with toiletries and only come by to clean the rooms once a week unless we ask for more. The beds are nice and I assume the TV is nice but haven't used it. Clean, quiet hotel. The kitchenette is great. Nice hot showers and comfy beds. Free laundry though we didn't use it. My only complaint was that the chairs in our room looked like they had been shredded by a cat.

Nice large room with a comfy couch. The bed was bouncy but comfortable. The shower too a long time to get hot, but was great once it did. The hot tub was simple but relaxing. The interior of the room needed a little maintenance, but nothing major. It was a good night and I'll return.

Brandon, the staff on duty, went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I found a used chunk of soap in the tub drain telling me it wasn't cleaned completely. Staying here tonight, with my mother who has brain cancer. We got the two queen beds disabled room. I have no clue how they expect a person in a wheel chair to get on that toilet. The disabled accessible sink is about a foot from the toilet. Mom had to have help to get on and off the toilet because it is so short to the ground, and the damn sink is in her face. Overall a great stay for our family get-together. Initially, our reservation was cancelled by the agency we booked with, which caused great headache. After several phone calls and problem solving, we understood this was not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was nice, good variety. Good price. The room wasn't very clean though. There was food already in our fridge, and was pretty gross looking, not sure they check that. There was something on the carpet that appears to.be body fluids. So many hairs in the shower, was like showering with chewy.

For the little problems we had I can't put anything but five stars still. Our room was very spacious and with having two kids that means a lot! My son love the extra computer chair we had in our room and we loved the comfortable beds! I loved how much I was helped by the woman at the desk!!!! We have stayed here a couple times for medical purposes. The staff is beyond helpful, kind, considerate and caring. The rooms have been clean. The breakfast, a staff member makes “fresh, made to order omelets. The rooms have reasonable rates. Bless your Hearts!

Room immaculate. Service from front desk to maintenance guy absolutely great. Very comfortable bed. And above average breakfast. Manager Kelly very polite and all about guest happiness. We recommend this hotel. We will be back!

The rooms were clean, with the exception that the bathroom could have used a little cleaning. Beds were comfortable and the AC in the room was great. The breakfast was mediocre and not a ton of options. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and elevator could use a good cleaning. The hot tub had a ton of sand in it also. Overall, a decent stay!
