I reserved a room online. I requested a ground level, no smoking room. I got a second story room. Although the room itself did not smell like cigarettes, the hallway to and from the room reaked like cigarettes. The toilet flushed very slowly, like it was almost plugged up. The front desk person was extremely friendly!

Heat works good -almost too good ! I was working outside during day and it was refreshing to get into heated room. Thanks

The Boise room was fine, however when I got to Twin Falls, ID the room was cold. Would like to see clocks in the room. Other than that, nice clean rooms at an affordable price. Thank you for keeping your prices affordable.

Room was nice and clean. Most everything looked brand new. Bed was comfy enough given the affordability.

The checkout time is amazing. It beats all other checkout times. The rooms were very basic but very very clean. Aside from the boogers on my pillow. The hallways smell like old cigarettes and too much cleaner. I love that this hotel is very cheap, but none of the outside doors from the parking lot actually lock,allowing anyone to come in even if they aren't a guest here. It doesn't make you feel very safe.
