Great location: close to downtown, yet quiet. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a choice of where we wanted our room since they said it was not busy/full. Room was super comfortable and clean. Shower was roomy and modern. We slept well.

I got lost trying to find my room at first since it it split into 2 almost completely separate buildings, but once I made it I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was large and extremely comfortable and the rest of the furniture was set up nicely. The large desk area with detachable appendage is kind of a neat feature. Overall I was satisfied.

Whether visiting Boise or staycation, this new Marriott is my favorite pick! Rooftop terrace pool and fitness center, comfort spacious rooms, friendly staff... good breakfast, but too much plastic!

Every thing about this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff knew my name and greeted me daily with smiles. I love to return to the hotel after a long hard day and be welcomed so nicely. Also, the fitness center is well equipped. Breakfast is delicious, also.

Was at the Grove for a work conference - this was the perfect hotel. Great location everything was walkable - resturants, stores, bars, & activities. The food in the restaurant was great and reasonable priced. The employees were respectful, and hospitality was amazing. We visited here with a group of friends for an evening of dancing in the Sapphire Room. Upon arrival, there was a band playing in the open lobby of the hotel. The Sapphire room is a nice venue, with good service. Our drinks were tasty, and there's a good bar menu. We shared two orders of food, and both were well prepared. We felt the drink & food prices were reasonable, ($7-8 for a hotel.

This hotel is sprawling! Extremely large area-wise, you will definitely get your work-out here. I was here during a rural water trade show and the hotel had obviously been re-done fairly recently. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The staff kept the bathrooms clean and sanitary. I would not hesitate to come back here again.

Hotel has been there a long time but is definitely not lacking. The facilities are great. The staff are very helpful and seem happy to be there. The live music in the lobby is a plus and so is the bar. We have been here for many events, and they always do a great job catering. Rooms are a bit outdated,but they are working on that. The stay has been amazing! So close to pride festival this year only a mile or so away. The food is of course very good for a hotel. Eggs were a bit plastic like, but I won’t peg a star down for that since it’s outside of their control when they have to make so much. The waffle was nice and crispy as well. Room seemed nice.. however the tv didn't work. It definitely wasn't a quiet place either.. don't expect to sleep past 5 am. Prompt and friendly service at check-in and checkout. Bed was comfortable but the room was rather dumpy. Peeling paint and crumbling drywall in places and the bathroom had not been well cleaned. We had a pleasant experience with the front desk lady when we checked in. The beds were nice and the rooms seemed clean. When you enter the building the people the counter extremely nice. It would have been good to know prior to booking that parking is an additional $16 a night. Wouldn't go to Boise without staying at Hotel 43. Beautiful rooms, bed is so comfortable with a choice of pillows from mild too hard! The bathroom shower was super and had enough handles that you weren't afraid you might slip and fall. The little teddy bear on your bed is charming as are the two little pieces of candy. The welcome bag was also a new treat!

I loved it here we went for a formal event and Chandler's was amazing. The location off of Grove St is right beside the Grove St parking garage so we walked right over. Always a great place to stay when we visit. The pool area could use a little care as the jacuzzi was broken (jets didn't work) and the water appeared grungy. This is a pretty good place to stay, the building and rooms were clean and nice. They have a big pool as well. The breakfast here was decent, but the waffles and the french toast were really dry, and I had to use a lot more syrup than normal. The water in my shower also took almost 5 minutes to warm up, regardless of the time of day I used it.

We stayed one night and our room was very spacious and clean. It had two queen beds and a sofa (that folded out to a bed). which allowed my teen boys to each have their own beds.; which is always a plus. I’ve been to a few Hyatt locations over the years, but this one has made me question my loyalty to Hilton and Hamptons. The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. Despite having to leave early in the morning before the complimentary breakfast at 6 am, the staff still prepared some of the food earlier so we can get a small bite prior to leaving for a long trip. Great hotel!

The room was nice. There weren't too many TV stations for children. Breakfast was not bad, but I've had better with more variety. I wish there was a jacuzzi, but the pool is good.
