Quality Inn Airport

The front desk clerk never stays at the desk always, MIA, so you're literally standing around waiting for someone to come assist. The time I was waiting to check in, they lost two customers who waited more than 15 minutes to be greeted, and no one at all ever came. They even yelled hello anyone here and nothing. The hallways have a musty smell, which makes me want to throw up. The shower isn't made for tall people. The fridge stunk and didn't work. My room had spiders in it. The pillowcases were stained blue you couldn't even tell they were white. Two housekeepers and a man on a bike were standing outside smoking weed just the whole place is very unprofessional I wouldn't stay again and I'm sad I wasted my money on this hotel for 4 nights. But you live and you learn and i definitely learned a lesson.

From the moment we entered the building our noses burned from the smell of old piss and stale beer. There was a drug addict passed out in the lobby and strange people walking around at all hours of the night. The biscuits and gravy they served made us both sick. The two redeeming qualities where the staff where super nice and their pool and hot tub where nice.

I reserved a room to our corporate lodging folks while on a business trip a few weeks ago. When I arrived for check-in, the gentleman that assisted me was dressed in shorts and an old T-shirt. The whole place had an old, worn down, vintage feel.

I was assigned to room on the first floor and noticed that the door was propped open instead of closed as I expected it to be. When I pointed this out, the clerk stated that they just had not finished putting towels in each bathroom. He encouraged me to go ahead and go for supper and when I come back, that would be done.

When I come back from supper, as I was walking to the room, the clerk flagged me down to state that the toilet inside had been found defective and that he needed to change my room. This time room upstairs. I went in and turned the AC on and begin breaking down from work. After about an hour to an hour and a half, I noticed that it still had not cooled off in the room and I was sweating pretty profusely. I brought this to the clerks. There was nothing you could do about it and eventually canceled my reservation so I could go elsewhere.

I did quite a bit of trim, missing from places you expected in the exterior areas. As mentioned before the whole place felt like it was rundown and need of a professional renovation attention.

As soon as I walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes, even though it states it’s non smoking. There is burn holes in the blankets, hair still stuck to the bathtub, sheets dirty, garbage under the bed, TV remote was held together with duct tape, even the walls are dirty. Every other Quality Inn I’ve stayed at has been very nice, so I had high expectations. This definitely was disappointing. Do not recommend, and will not be staying again. I read some other reviews just now… and for the person responding on behalf of the hotel. None of these people are lying that posted negative reviews. I took and have pictures of all of my claims, and will gladly send them over. If I could post them along with this review I would.

This was by far the hotel I've ever stayed in. It's very outdated. Phone charger wouldn't even stay plugged in because the outlet is so worn out. The tub in the bathroom is a very old school jet tub. Very tall to step in and out of. I'm not happy at all with the breakfast or the room they used to serve breakfast in. Food was nasty and the room was extremely small.

House keeping could definitely be improved.
Rooms and hallways need to be vacuumed.
Bathroom was also not the cleanest.
As you can see from owner's sassy response, they know their hotel is far from clean and are more interested in blaming customers than addressing the issue.
