This is an awesome resort that's perfect for families, especially with lots of kids. The hotel includes multiple pools, some adults only, multiple water slides, and a lazy river. The tap water smelled so bad. looks like if the water was not treated previously. I’m pretty sure that is raw well water. This place was a safe haven for me and fellow co-workers during our storm reponse. It withstood Hurricane Ian. The manager lady Roopa handled the storm situation like a pro. First time staying at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Heather at the reception desk was absolutely wonderful and was able to check us in earlier. We were able to leave our bags in the room start enjoying our vacation time. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. Excellent location, great service, not an issue with cleanliness except the cobwebs in the corners. The only downfall is how dated, dreary, dark, and depressing these rooms are. It is near the beach so it should have beach decor, not all that brown furniture. The bed is comfy and the bathrooms spotless. Always a nice greeting!

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Rooms were a little tired, but fine overall. This hotel is part of the war on cash, and you have to charge things to your room or pay by card. Breakfast was pretty standard. One day they had sausage that wasn’t pork, which is always nice.

Closest hotel to family living in the area. Our room was spotless, all appliances working well and the AC blew cold and wasn’t annoyingly loud. The bathroom toiletries not only top notch but abundant and plainly great. Breakfast had many choices, coffee not bad for mass brewing, the serving and the eating areas were kept very nicely. Great family owned business. Staff were extremely helpful and if you like fishing and boating, you can easily rent a boat or take a tour of the bay. Best value-based motel I've ever stayed at. Located in the heart of old Bonita Springs, lots to do and see. Their on premises restaurant, Buffalo Chips, had friendly and charming staff, really good burgers and wings, in a family friendly atmosphere. I'll be back.

Mason is amazing and these 5 stars are for him and the house keeping only. The other workers made me walk to the sister hotel to collect my deposit after knowing I would be on foot, and price gouged hard-core after tax my four days it went like this 167-267 from Saturday to Tuesday after hurricane Ian hit and destroyed everything I own and my hoke and our vehicles. No breakfast..... it's just sad...

Stayed 2 nights at Comfort Inn in Bonita Springs, Flordia. Very clean motel with nice rooms. The breakfast was not as carried as some of the other Comfort Inn I've stayed at. Also they did not have the CUTE little towels folded

Hotel was a very good value for me and my family. If I am back in the same area again I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised here. I didn't expect much more than a cheap hotel for 2 nights but the place seemed newly renovated, was clean, and the staff was pleasant. Even the free breakfast was better than expected. But make no mistake, this is a budget hotel and they did cut corners on some things. The towels should be replaced for example. I would return given nothing changes for the worst.

This place is perfect. The roof top is available with chairs. Its perfect for watching sunsets. the location is located between bonita and fort myers beachs. Its close enough to US 41 where you can come and go without having to worry about long traffic back ups. The best part of it all though. When I arrived there were dirty clothes in the washing machine, the TV in the bedroom didn't work, it took 2 days to get it fixed. The blankets were filthy, the bathroom was dirty. I stayed there last year and it was clean and everything worked. I don't know if they have new cleaning person. I will not be going back again. The staff was friendly. I liked it last year. This year was horrible.
