The door is locked at 11 PM. You need a key to get up-and-down the elevator. The is literally one way in and one way out. Never again would I stay here!!!
Then there's a small parking lot in the front. But then you can park across the way in a bigger parking lot. Then the rating is a four star hotel but it's really unbelievable.

I scheduled the complimentary shuttle from and to the airport, and Sammy the driver was such a gentleman! Great driver, he was there on time and I had fun discussing with him during the ride. I saw him again at the reception, still welcoming, and ready to help in any way.

The room looked clean until my son wiped the dresser off and it was so dirty the rag was brown. They hold 75.00 a night for incidentals after charging over 100.00 a night to stay here. INCIDENTALS FEE is never stated until you are there. So $450.00 extra hold for a 6 night stay.

Other than Sammy, the shuttle driver and the other awesome employees Brianna and the 2 other young men that attempt to make it a nice stay, actually do create a very great experience. it is just an average hotel; it does not have any Hilton brand standards you would expect, no beds that are super comfy, it does not have room cleaning daily only every 5th day there is no laundry facility on site. The rooms are dusty and when my son attempted to use a hand towel to wipe the dust a brown residue like smoke residue or the stain from the wood wiped off onto the towel. Gross. No indoor pool. The room does put your name on the TV screen but TV is older model flat screen and are not able to cast from your phone or tablet.

Stayed here for two nights while on business. The location of the hotel is great, just a short 5 min walk to JFK/UMASS Red Line, which is why I booked it. Bed was quite comfortable and room itself was clean and spacious.

I booked an accessibility room at a discount rate through United Hotels, and had two pretty big issues. The accessible shower barely drained, so the bathroom floor was covered in water until it eventually drained an hour later. The AC/heat unit on the wall was also insanely loud whenever it was on, so light sleepers may not get sound sleep. The front desk said they would send up maintenance up after my first night stay, but nothing was done about those two issues.

Good location, solid room, but some upkeep seems needed in general.

I stayed here for two nights last week for veterans weekend. My mom, boyfriend, and I had a wonderful stay. The front desk- Eddie and Jorge- were fantastic!! They were friendly and accommodating, assisting with anything I needed. The chefs in the cafe area were very friendly as well. They made great hot chocolate and food! The hotel supplies a complimentary shuttle to south Boston which was very convenient for Friday night dinner. You are very close to the beach and the harbor walk. That is a beautiful walk. We did the harbor walk after the JFK museum and the sunset was just amazing. The hotel is in a good location for not being right in the hustle of Boston. We got around by Uber but you are walking distance from the bus and train station. I would recommend staying here and will definitely come back again.

Good location. Good service from staff. Shuttle to/from airport, cruise terminal, and downtown was good, but times and frequency could have been better. Our room had a squeaky AC unit and toilet that wanted to run frequently. I fixed the toilet and ignored the AC noise.

Great Comfortable Hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Quiet, Close to the beach, clean. Took 1 star out since Wifi and parking not free and limited choices of restaurants nearby.

I am a Hilton Diamond member so with that there comes so basic expectations. For the cost of this hotel you would expect some basic amenities. They do not have fridges in the room, but they are available for a charge. Even the most basic hotels now have a fridge in the room. Do not expect to be able to sleep once the sun rises because they hemmed the black out curtains 2 inches above the will so once the sun comes up your room is lit up like you are outside. Save money on breakfast too...it was all cold..even when they just fill it up. Not to mention they are in a beautiful location but the set up of the hotel allows you views of the front or back parking lots with the bay in the far distance. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

They don't employ enough people to handle the mass of humanity that goes through their doors. At these rates HIRE some people! Only one person at the front desk for check in and the line is out of the door at 8 pm! People are tired from traveling, get them to their rooms efficiently. The food is garbage and our bill was $70 for two sammiches and a couple of wines each, woof. I'd rather stay at a hostel

Room was nice, service was good. I gave 4 stars because I had a long black hair on the bed when I pulled the sheet back. Also the A/C was not working when I got into the room but they did send the maintenance guy to fix it pretty quickly. The food in the food court was good as well. Major plus they serve Starbucks
