Sheraton Boston Hotel, Boston1 / 32
8.3
Boston, 39 Dalton Street 🧭 Map
I didn't exactly have a bad time here, but I was very disappointed. I don't make a ton of money, and I saved for many months and took up many extra work hours for some extra cash. I had a nice weekend planned alone, I recognized the Sheraton name and saw the room prices and thought it was a nice glamorous place to treat myself at. I opted for the more expensive lake view room. The view was fantastic...
The lobby is very sophisticated and has a good aesthetic to it. This isn't a big complaint because it doesn't affect everyone but the scent they have going through the lobby is VERY strong. I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it. - The front...
I stayed for 2 nights in August 2023. Bedding, shower, and room overall were acceptable. Hasn't been updated in many years so there's lots of wear and tear, but nothing problematic. Location is very good. Convenient to transit and walking distance from lots of interesting places. Environment was quiet. No complaints. Staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly and helpful. Others seemed annoyed...
Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! Great bed, lots of light, sofa, coffee table, good armchairs, etc. Comparatively the bathroom was small, but very good shower. Helpful concierge.
I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The ac sometimes felt like it needed to be colder and most of the rooms were fine. Very nice location with access to public transportation
The club rooms have some of the best views of the city. While being cozy and clean, the staff was also rather professional and helpful. The workout rooms are some of the best iv used in a hotel. The only issue I has with my room was with the heating/cooling of my room. No matter what I set the thermostat to my room, the temperature remained at 80 degrees. Eventually I just turned the thermostat off...

Boston, 110 Huntington Avenue 🧭 Map
Great room, "this works" toiletries which was really lovely, Yard Restaurant for breakfast was very good. Starbucks on site was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, Subway close by and shopping malls too.
I stayed at this hotel as a little kid around 1986 and had not returned since. When we see things as an adult that impressed us as children, we are often disappointed. This was not the case with the Boston Marriott. Of course the hotel has been modernized, but it’s amazing views and well maintained lobby are still something to remember. As a child, I remember being in awe of the team of custodians...
we went to the Marriott in Copley place. it is a very good location. the hotel is nice too. i think my only complaint is the valet parking at $69/day which is just crazy but i was too tired to self park the car after traveling half-way around the world. also they charge you $25 fee for whatever but if can be used for purchases in the hotel (like room service). that seems a bit of a rip-off too...
Great customer service and excellent location. My only caveat would be that if you do not need an adjoining room and are assigned one, perhaps ask for another as those doors even when closed allow full conversations to permeate. In my case, I could hear a young child close to midnight still refusing to go to bed, understandably excited to be in a room with a view overlooking the amazing city of Boston...
Enjoyed a wonderful stay here with my daughter for two nights as we explored the surrounding Boston area and all it had to offer. In the Back Bay. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean and well lit, and a nice large TV. Housekeepers were very friendly on the floors and always said, good morning. The concierge was more than helpful and pointed us in the right direction whenever we needed some...
Location location location. Despite other hotels I've stayed in the city, it's hard to beat this location. It gives a lot of options for food, supermarket if you need it, the T is nearby, it's just the perfect location. The comfort of staying in a Marriott definitely always meets expectations. Beds are good, bathrooms are good (thanks for the large amenities!). Nice staff. It's all comfortable. Except...

Hotel is fine, but dated. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was awkward (no light switch inside bathroom??). Location great. WORST FOOD EVER!! I had the misfortune of eating breakfast there this morning. Waitstaff couldn't be less concerned about how I like my meal (it was inedible!). Spent $80 on food I couldn't eat. DON'T order the Eggs Benedict - the Hollandaise is horrible and the Canadian...
We stayed here for the Marathon. I honestly would like to give this place a low review just because of the awful smell of air fresheners pumped into all the common areas. I have asthma and am very sensitive to smells and suffered. However, the place is nice enough for a good review. We stayed in a Wicked Small Room which we didn’t mind as I like small cozy spaces. The bathroom is super small, if you...
My stay for a conference was wonderful. I brought two teachers with me and the staff was super helpful in making sure the correct charges were applied to the right accounts from my school district. The staff was helpful and professional during the conference. And the doorman and bellmen were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying here. We had the conference grouo rate...
We had a great time visiting Boston and staying here. Gigi was awesome at the concierge desk. I don't go places that have a concierge very often and she was super approachable and awesome. She helped us get tickets for all the touristy stuff we wanted to do and sent up a nice present for our anniversary. The hotel itself was very nicely appointed and everyone we spoke with was nice and friendly. You...
While we were only there for one night, our stay was extremely enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well lit, the service was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Our room had blackout curtains which allowed is to sleep late, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a very nice experience.
I love staying in this hotel, it's in a great location close to good food options (anything you want is within a 15 minute walk). The lobby bar is a great meeting place for drinks before you go out on the town and the staff is always friendly. They have a full sized gym downstairs that can not be beat! It was once a membership gym that went out of business and the Park Plaza took it over. Has anything...

The Westin Boston Seaport District, Boston1 / 45
Boston, 425 Summer Street 🧭 Map
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly. It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way. I had the same terrific...
I stayed here for a conference right there in the adjacent conference center, and for that goal, the hotel was great. There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks. The rooms were quite spacious, TV was modern, cleaning service was...
Great location and hotel, right next to the convention center. Rooms are of decent size and comfortable.
Great Location. The lobby makes you think you're in an upscale 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean and adequate but leave something left to be desired. The restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast Thu-Sun which is unacceptable.
Very disappointed in my stay here. Arrived in the room with the air conditioning completely off in the middle of July. I've never experienced that. Went to take a shower and had one towel. One. When I requested more the hotel said they ran out. .... They ran out of towels. The valet gave us the car without the key. We drove to our destination and realized that it was not on the vehicle. The valet had...

Everything is top notch at the hotels. The staff, amenities, rooms, and selection of restaurants are all amazing! The casino is actually bigger than it may seem at first, and has two floors to it. The high limit table game area is directly up the main staircase in a more quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The food served at the restaurants is all delicious, and the bartenders can make a very good drink as...
Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! A fantastic stay. One of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in, even though it was quite busy. Great food and fantastic service. The concierge really knows the area. Comfy bed and nice linens. Super clean and smoke free. Very high tech, with all room controls on a bedside tablet. I highly recommend it. They also have a free water taxi that will take you downtown. Catch the last ride before sunset...
Who says calling ahead and asking for special treatment doesn't work. From the moment I got on the phone with this hotel the staff was so accommodating and happy to help make this a very special trip for my son who's in the military. My son just recently got married and planned his mini honeymoon at the Encore Hotel. This staff went so far above and beyond for the new couple. 1st let me thank the booking...
It's actually beautiful. The architectural design is intricate and amazing! The decor is suiting for a casino. The entire place was well thought out; elaborate, bright, Exquisite and loud. Above and Beyond Hospitality—Josh Made My Stay Unforgettable! 🌆❤️🎉 I attended an executive education program at the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and had to stay overnight since no flights were available that same day. I decided to use the time for a Saturday working meeting with a colleague I was finally meeting in person after three years. When I arrived at the hotel, Josh was incredibly kind...
Overall good experience. The service was good and location can't be beat if you're flying in and out of Logan airport. The issue I had with the room is that it was incredibly dusty. I had black pants laid out to wear the next day and in the morning there was a layer of white dust on them. My phone and devices also had dust on them after the night. I looked at the chair in the room and it was coated...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Hilton Boston Logan Airport is incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or quick layovers. It’s directly connected to the terminals and offers a complimentary shuttle service, making it super easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and provide a quiet place to rest after a long travel day. One thing to keep in mind, though, is the parking rates...
Liked it! Would happily stay again. Room with two queen beds had loads of space and usual amenities. We loved being far from the elevator and never heard aircraft at all. Restaurant was expensive but the food was good and service fine. Lobby is enormous and the gym/pool are better than expected.
Great hotel located 7 minutes walk from Terminal A, connected from inside their hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious with great views. There is a restaurant on site with excellent food and drinks. They also have a breakfast cafe that serves a variety of food and drinks, as well as Starbucks coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay anytime.
I live nearby, but decided to stay at a hotel because my wife and I had an early flight the next morning. Stayed on a high floor on the skyline side of the building, very good view of the city and harbor. I saw some of the Delta planes coming in and out, and I was an aviation enthusiast, which was really cool. The room was clean and very comfortable. This hotel was in a great location and we were within walking distance to the wharf and Faneuil Hall. There were many dining options nearby. The hotel room and bathroom were small, but that's expected in Boston.
Excellent customer service, and prime location, very accessible. Rooms are small, including the bathroom and the bulky furniture doesn’t help with spacing. But they’re COZY. Shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers and couples. Quiet nights and they have a nice fitness area. Restaurant & Starbucks in on-site.
Wonderfully warm and inviting hotel. Great location in the center of Boston within walking distance to everything. The staff was so amazing, especially Richard at the front desk. The room was immaculate and the bed super comfy. We've stayed in ultra-modern hotels around Boston and they just didn't feel the same, we felt like just another number. We truly felt at home at the Omni Parker House.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading some other reviews. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. We got in at 3 AM and there was someone there waiting to check us in. The location is top notch, and even though it's right in the heart there was not much road noise that you could hear above the air conditioner. The bathroom was small so if you spend a lot of time getting ready or...
Very historical location, and you can see that in the stunning decor. There was no real view from the room I got. The rooms are well equipped, with a hair dryer, a large safe, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board. No fridge or microwave, however. We were welcomed enthusiastically by the lovely Elisabeth at the reception desk. We had a late bite at the Last Hurray bar and restaurant, which had a nice selection of food and we were served by a very friendly lady. Excellent customer service!! Stephen and his colleagues (I only grabbed one business card unfortunately) at the concierge desk were so extremely helpful and happy to help! I felt so welcome and their assistance made my day 100x more relaxing. I'll be coming back for the unparalleled hospitality.
Awesome hotel. Stayed here a few times always a great place. Bar's and restaurant's are awesome rooms and facility very clean. Got a room for St Patrick's day love this place
Good hotel in a great location. Excellent service particularly at breakfast and in the bar. Sushi restaurant was closed unexpectedly, though and there was on occasions a suspiciously sewage-y smell in the lobby.
This is such a lovely, wonderful hotel! It's the only one I stay at when I come to Boston if I have the option. Convenient location in the seaport. Large purpose built building with stunning views. I wanted to take the pillows with me. The bed linen was great too. Starbucks at the premiere. The hot tub was not working during this visit...
The staff were amazing, very attentive and polite. And knowledgeable, nice clean rooms. The hotel is exposed. COVID-19 awareness and cleaning staff used precautions to protect themselves, my family and others. Starbucks inside the hotel. Opens at 6:00 am. This place was in the best location. Everything is within walking distance. Rental car across the street. Parking is expensive. 49 00 per night....

I absolutely love staying at the Liberty! I just stayed for the second time and there is nothing like the welcome committee out front and coming up that escalator!! Beautiful hotel! Great thing is that right outside the hotel there is something to do, such as the library, 2 churches, not far from new berry street. The hotel is very upscale and classy. The rooms are a good size with a large bathtub. Toiletries are from Le Labo. The bar downstairs has professional bartenders.
A good place. Great staff. The room is undoubtedly upscale, despite its age. The doors are a little sticky, but the furniture and bathroom are in excellent condition. You can still appreciate the hotel's history while enjoying modern amenities.
Stayed here on a trip through New England and had a great time! We booked this place for a great price, but I would happily pay more to stay here again. Great view from Floor 24! Amazing gym! One of my favorite Marriotts. Lovely staff. The location is fantastic; you can walk, rent a bike and have lots of restaurant choices. (Picture taken from my hotel room window.)
They definitely try. The room is small. The small footprint is not unique for a city hotel but the low stepped ceilings made it feel even smaller. I’m 5ft 5inches tall (basketball was never in my future) and could touch the ceiling….it’s overpriced for what you get but convenient to the MIT Sloan building. The staff was awesome awesome (double awesome).
The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern, but what really made our stay was Norma at the front desk. Very expensive, and the restaurant service was much slower than seemed rational… likely because I am not a platinum member. Charlie at the front desk is great with interacting with kids. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was also great. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel and will return if in town.
Sparkling Pure, elegant and truly an unforgettable experience. I would say that the hotel is quite conveniently located. The restaurant staff was AMAZING and seriously took care of everything you needed during your meal. The lobby was clean and easy to navigate. The room was smaller than I thought, they really know how to make it feel spacious which is always a plus. Would love to have the opportunity...

Excellent all the way around. Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown. Also, the whole Seaport district is being built up and over the next couple years will be completely transformed. Definitely worth checking out!
This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat. The bed was comfy, the room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the fact that there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall ... I can't say enough good about this place!
Amazing hotel, especially for the price! Room was very nice and upscale, along with the rest of the hotel. Our stay was perfect and the hotel is in an amazing location near really good restaurants! Would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston!
Solid hotel experience. They do a lot of cool sustainability stuff (like having recycling in the rooms and implementing biophilia in their design.) You can also watch Netflix and other movie services in the room if you have your own account. They have a really nice gym and a lap swimming pool. It's conveniently located across the bridge from the convention center. It's give more stars, but the room...
Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work. The only thing the room was lacking was a mini fridge that could hold more than two water bottles and the wifi can be spotty.

Great location, front desk staff super friendly and accommodating (though it does take a long while to answer the phone). There is NO POOL fyi even though all the pictures online on hotel websites show many pictures of their pool and rooftop lounge area. Good room, nothing overly special. Would return for a good price depending on the day. Very clean and spacious.
The lobby and common areas are great but the rooms are outdated compared to others. My room had stained on the tub surround and burn holes in the furniture. The staff was great and friendly. Location is good for walking the area.
It was a girls trip for my best friends birthday the day we checked in and we had a few minor issues with the room and I called down to the front desk and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by sending up a complimentary bottle of champagne and wine glasses and chocolates plus they waved the hotel $35 resort fee for us, they sent the house cleaning up to clean our room and sent up a...
Came here with my husband as a tag along while he was at a conference. This swanky hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The area has many great restaurants and theaters. The room had a balcony, which I loved. The wifi was pretty good, and i loved walking out the door and being within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores, and sights. The staff was on top of...
I found that this was a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. Location can almost not be beat, so close to everything you need! But the hotel itself is fairly mediocre. Dated rooms and hallways, polite but not friendly staff, strange things like no mini fridges in the rooms, you could hear the toilet flush next door or people having conversations. All in all a good stay but not up to my expectations for...
Comfort, class, and style. The location is ideal in Boston with easy access to a plethora of restaurants, great running trails by the water and the Commons. The rooms are very comfortable, all with balconies. The hotel has a classy modern feel while still being cozy. The rooftop bar attracts a lot people on the weekends. A gym is more than adequate for most people.

The hotel was a lot busier than I expected. There was a lot of noise coming from the surrounding rooms with kids running wild or people just having a conversation at 3am outside the door. The room itself was comfy and I had a great nights sleep! The bathroom was clean but a little dated. Careful with the river view room upgrades, the room I was in only had a partial river view which doesn't look like...
This hotel has a great location and could be a wonderful experience, but the service was not good on our trip. I joined a friend at the end of a 2-week stay for a conference. The AC unit leaked onto my bed during the night. Maintenance fixed it, but no one changed the sheets. I think this could be a great hotel, but they might have some hiring issues right now.
Location is great and if you get a balcony view, it's a great overlook of the river. The room itself was fine. There were some nice touches and the bed was pretty comfy. No actual complaints over my short one night stay. Very quiet too. There is a Starbucks on premise which is nice. For me though, the highlight was the views and getting to watch the sweep rowing teams from the balcony.
This review is only for the restaurant. Dante was just OK. It was quiet and had gorgeous views on a Friday night which was great! It was also decorated nicely and the chairs weren't terrible. Unfortunately, the food was just eh. We split four appetizers then each got a small main. Nothing was excellent and everything was very expensive. Our waiter was also EXCEPTIONALLY awkward. Overall I would not...
Just went to meet friends at the bar. Had a great time! Bartender was cool and made me my drink even though he ran out of a liquor in the process!
Very nice hotel w/beautiful interior design throughout. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great toiletries. ALWAYS the bonus is having a bathrobe waiting 4 me in my room!!! Which comes standard w/every room. No microwaves anywhere on property!

THANK YOU for making our visit to Boston a memorable one. This hotel is great - location, staff, service... Our Fenway Park view from the window made it extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. Hotel has access to bar, restaurants and train. We cannot stop talking about our stay and how awesome it was. I wish I remembered the names of every single staff member so...
Great location just a short walk from Fenway. You may even run into a ball player in the hallway like we did! Helpful staff and a nice contemporary feel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will definitely keep The Commonwealth on my list for future trips to Boston
If I had written this review after our stay in August, I would have remembered and mentioned every staff member we encountered by name. They were friendly, professional, helpful and just an absolute pleasure. We were in town for our son's graduation held at the MGM Music Hall so the location was perfect. We walked to the venue, I ran along the river and enjoyed exploring the area on foot. Our room...
The entire front desk team was amazing! So helpful and welcoming. Chris and S were particularly awesome. Not to mention how incredibly cool this hotel is, it's a vibe. We were upgraded and our room was large and lovely and had a cool city view. Great location for catching a game or hitting up the T to explore the city. We will 💯 be back!
Walking in to the hotel smelled amazing. The hotel was neat and clean. The entire staff was friendly and welcomed us with a warm welcome and snacks. We were early and got checked in our room earlier than expected and it didn't disappoint.
Great vacation! The location was perfect for us to catch a Red Sox game. Literally less than 5 minutes walk. Several restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in a hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will be back!
