The Langham, Boston, Boston1 / 50
9.0
Boston, 250 Franklin Street 🧭 Map
Excellent Langham quality and attention to detail. Staff are wonderful from check-in to housekeeping. Furniture, amenities, and design elements should win an award. The room lighting in particular leaves no dark spots and uniquely placed night lighting was very much appreciated. The constraint is trying to fit the comfortable design in a space too small, at least for the king size bedroom. There is...
The Langham, Boston is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is known for its elegant design, its impeccable service, and its convenient location. I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Langham, Boston for a weekend getaway, and I had a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in a great location, just steps from many of Boston's most popular attractions...
I will only choose this place for my stay in Boston from now on. The bed topper here is absolutely incredible. In fact, we loved it so much that we ended up getting the same one for our own bed at home. The staff is also extremely helpful and can assist you in making that happen. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant, making it an easy choice for future stays.
The Langham Boston is a visually beautiful, luxurious hotel. The hotel decor is stunning and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The staff I met were extremely polite and very helpful, particularly the waiting staff. However, I requested a room in a quiet area but was allocated a room right next to the house keeping linen closet. It was very noisy and distracting at times. This wasn’t helped by...
My daughter and I stayed at the Langham for a mother/daughter trip and it was absolute perfection. The staff are warm and friendly throughout every interaction and truly wanted to make the stay a special one we wouldn't forget. The hotel itself is renovated to perfection and the beds are soft and cozy. Amenities such as the pool, room service, and club room were luxurious, but not pretentious. ...
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I love this place! I stayed here twice with my family. I have also been to their chocolate bar. It is definitely worth the money as a once in a lifetime thing! The food served at the langham is great, the facilities are great, and I love the customer service and atmosphere...

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Boston. The staff is extremely professional and polished. Exactly what anyone would expect out of a 5-star establishment. The rooms itself is a bit older. But amazing views. The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Only the gym itself is 24hrs. Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east. Would gladly...
Not only does the hotel look, feel, and smell wonderful - but the staff genuinely make you feel like you're family. I loved everything about my stay. Special thanks to Leo and the entire wait staff for making my solo dining experience so special!
This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat! The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking. Worth every dollar!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our six-year-old. The service here is top-notch. We felt so welcomed and all of the extra little details they take care of made it feel special. We will for sure stay here again the next time we’re in Boston. The location is also great with so many things to walk to and the area felt very clean and safe.
Staff is exceptional. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel altogether is great, but the staff is what sets this hotel as exceptional.
Amazing hotel! Gorgeous, centrally located and with a great view of the harbour. The staff and concierge went above and beyond to send me things I left at the hotel and make sure everything was received on time. 5 star service and amazing atmosphere! They really make their guests a priority.

The Colonnade Hotel
Boston, 120 Huntington Avenue 🧭 Map
The location is great, in a very nice and central part of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Also not very far from the airport so convenient when flying in and out of town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and check-in / out was simple and fast. The room was comfortable and basic. They have the option of 2 beds in the room so can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids if required.
Very quiet and comfortable room in a great central location. Opening windows, automatic temperature control, soundproofing and beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows made this a great place! I loved the rooftop pool and the food/drinks were great. Parking is very easy and the hotel is right on the green line. The coffee maker was a blast, but everything else was great!
Nice hotel in Boston, right near the Prudential Center. Nice small rooftop pool, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The attached restaurant is a little pricey for what you get, but there's a lot going on in this city.
The staff is the highlight of the Colonnade. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Orlando in particular went above and beyond to improve my experience upon arrival and address the noise issue from another guest. The rooms were very clean and well updated. The location is good for exploring downtown Boston.
The Colonnade was right across the Prudential Center and provided easy access to the convention center. The Duck Tours was near the hotel and allowed the group to do sight seeing. The rooms were clean and they provided free water bottles. The mini fridge was great to keep drinks cool and the TV had all the basic channels to make sure I didn't miss out on my nightly shows.
What a cheerful hotel. The Old Town Trolley has a stop right in front of the hotel that provides a 2hr tour of Boston complete with options to tour at all 19 stops. The green line T train station stops at Prudential which is exactly at the front of the hotel. Roof top pool, weight room on the 5th floor, it's own restaurant and much more! Enjoy!

200% satisfied. #1 reason was its location. At 6 AM I was astonished by watching the beautiful sun rise above the horizon and seaport, lying on my bed. Also, the area is very safe to walk late at night. My family went out to buy ice cream a few blocks down at night, but lots of families were enjoying the night time outside. #2 reason was the hoteliers. Receptionists and all other workers were so nice...
This is a wonderful place to stay. Very comfy and clean. Staff was very helpful. It is located in a busy district with a concert venue near by and I hardly was bothered by the music when trying to sleep early. It is in a walkable district with great restaurants near by and nice scenery. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
Hyatt & Valet staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Fitness Center was clean, spacious and comprehensive. Rooftop lounge was a nice space with a view. Hotel is across the street from Leader Bank Pavilion, but noise was minimal from room. Free breakfast consisted of bacon, eggs, bagels and other grab & go items. I booked directly with Hyatt and got a discounted valet rate.

Awesome experience both times(November 2020/July2021. Stayed in the presidential suite. Much better rate than it's competing neighbor hotels. View is spectacular. Room is meticulously maintained. It's proximity to the heart of the north end is second to none.
This is our second time at the hotel, we love the location and the staff is always very pleasant. However, I was very disappointed that when our room wasn’t ready I had asked if there was a location to be able to pump in as I’m a breast feeding mother and was told to use the bathroom downstairs that there is a “family” room in the restroom which might I add was out of service, I had to use a out of...
Excellent hotel and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep on! The harbor was beautiful. It was close to the concert we were in Boston to see. However they do not have vending machines for snacks or soda and the minibar prices were crazy. Bring your own snacks or be prepared to pay 9 dollars for a snickers.
Battery Wharf Hotel Boston is a really nice business hotel on the waterfront. Aaron at the front desk is terrific; friendly, good humored, and helpful. The room is spacious and the mattress feels great - not too firm and not too soft - with crisp white sheets. Bathroom is roomy, there is a nice high end espresso maker in the room, and the closet is spacious and unique - it opens from both the...
Super nice hotel on the water. The rooms are very nicely appointed. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine. Within walking distance to food and entertainment.
Great hotel with large rooms and really large bathrooms. Walkable to downtown (about 20 minutes away). Staff was very friendly. I'd stay there again.

Hotel is fine, but dated. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was awkward (no light switch inside bathroom??). Location great. WORST FOOD EVER!! I had the misfortune of eating breakfast there this morning. Waitstaff couldn't be less concerned about how I like my meal (it was inedible!). Spent $80 on food I couldn't eat. DON'T order the Eggs Benedict - the Hollandaise is horrible and the Canadian...
We stayed here for the Marathon. I honestly would like to give this place a low review just because of the awful smell of air fresheners pumped into all the common areas. I have asthma and am very sensitive to smells and suffered. However, the place is nice enough for a good review. We stayed in a Wicked Small Room which we didn’t mind as I like small cozy spaces. The bathroom is super small, if you...
I liked everything. Near the park, in the center
My stay for a conference was wonderful. I brought two teachers with me and the staff was super helpful in making sure the correct charges were applied to the right accounts from my school district. We had a great time visiting Boston and staying here. Gigi was awesome at the concierge desk. I don't go places that have a concierge very often and she was super approachable and awesome. Stayed here over night for a quick stay before visiting local colleges. Checked in past midnight and was still greeted by 2 people at the front desk that got me and my family checked in fast. For a late night crew they were also very accomadating for a room that would sleep my family of 5. The free breakfast in the morning was good and the place was clean. Overall decent hotel. Not in the best location, not much to walk too, kinda loud. However the shuttle will drive you places. Close to the airport. The rooms are very nice my recently refurbished from the looks. Hotel restaurant food is so so. Definitely not the best, but it's convenient. Beds were decent, but the pillows need some work. Very lumpy and not supportive at all. Staff was very nice though...
Super hotel and staff. Room was good sized and very comfortable. Shuttle drivers are courteous and prompt. I needed to mail something, and the UPS store was so close to one of the shuttle stops, the driver dropped me at the door, circled the block and picked me up. The staff was also very accommodating when my flight was cancelled, giving me a very late check out and then offering to extend my stay...
The staff was excellent and very attentive. However, the hotel was very clearly understaffed. The house keeping staff is obviously rushed, as well as all the staff who work in the bar and cafe area. There are also some things about the room that I really did not enjoy, like the bathroom door that slides and doesn't really offer much privacy, as well as the extremely annoying toilet paper roll holder...
It looks like they've recently renovated the rooms, and they are quite nice. I appreciated how close this hotel was to the airport as well. There are mini fridges in the room, however the only microwave should you need one is down in the lobby. I didn't personally check out the pool, but overheard a family in the elevator stating there were a lot of spiders in the pool area. Overall for a brief stay...
My friend rented a room for us on 2/17/18. The hotel itself & our room was clean. The hallway room light didn't work, the 2 maintenance guys tried to fix it in a timely manner. nice and clean, pretty cool rooms and the heated pool is awesome during cold winter days
Drinks and beer at the bar were very good. The bartender provided excellent service. It was fun place to have a drink before or after the game.
It was nice to be right in the middle of Fenway area, the rooms were small but comfortable and it was really need having a record player and a record collection to choose from! Employees were super friendly and the food was good although I wish it has been made clear to me that there was no room service ahead of time. It wasn't that much of a hassle to walk down to the bar to pick up the food though
Kind staff and clean. I truly did enjoy the hotel and the design of it. The beds where a little stiff and in the morning I did not enjoy hearing the landscapers blowing the leaf blower. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
Very cool vibes at the verb. Right next door to fenway. So if you don't like noisy pick elsewhere. My rooms peephole was blacked out which I found odd. The vent in the bathroom did not work which made it steamy. Everything else was super cool. Selection of records near the lobby if your into that kind of thing. I was pleased with the preselected records already in my room. Someone has good taste! I...
Perfect location by Fenway and House of Blues. A bit campy, but the music theme is pretty fun. I love the vinyl library you can borrow from for the record player in your room. Not really a four star hotel when it comes to the rooms, but the location and vibe of the place makes it a great place to have a good time for a night or two. Oh, and it has a pool! Be warned: it can be kind of a maze trying...

This is a stunning and glamorous historic hotel located in the heart of Back Bay right on Copley Square. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff kindly accommodated our request for early check in.
Beautiful hotel! Great thing is that right outside the hotel there is something to do, such as the library, 2 churches, not far from new berry street. The hotel is very upscale and classy. The rooms are a good size with a large bathtub. Toiletries are from Le Labo. The bar downstairs has professional bartenders.
A good place. Great staff. The room is undoubtedly upscale, despite its age. The doors are a little sticky, but the furniture and bathroom are in excellent condition. You can still appreciate the hotel's history while enjoying modern amenities.
Stayed here on a trip through New England and had a great time! We booked this place for a great price, but I would happily pay more to stay here again. Stellar! Exceptional! I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel and the staff. The restaurant In the hotel, Is also amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, in central location near everything in downtown Boston
We stayed here for a week and loved the whole experience! From spacious and clean rooms to friendly staff, it was a great stay. The exquisite gold lounge was definitely one of the highlights of this property. The location allowed us to walk to everything! Would recommend!
Excellent, scenic location. Quick access to local and intercity transportation. Clean, comfortable. Bathroom was large and beautiful. The toiletries provided were outstanding.

I didn't exactly have a bad time here, but I was very disappointed. I don't make a ton of money, and I saved for many months and took up many extra work hours for some extra cash. I had a nice weekend planned alone, I recognized the Sheraton name and saw the room prices and thought it was a nice glamorous place to treat myself at. I opted for the more expensive lake view room. The view was fantastic...
The lobby is very sophisticated and has a good aesthetic to it. This isn't a big complaint because it doesn't affect everyone but the scent they have going through the lobby is VERY strong. I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it. - The front...
I stayed for 2 nights in August 2023. Bedding, shower, and room overall were acceptable. Hasn't been updated in many years so there's lots of wear and tear, but nothing problematic. Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! Great bed, lots of light, sofa, coffee table, good armchairs, etc. Comparatively the bathroom was small, but very good shower. Helpful concierge.
I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The ac sometimes felt like it needed to be colder and most of the rooms were fine. Very nice location with access to public transportation
The club rooms have some of the best views of the city. While being cozy and clean, the staff was also rather professional and helpful. The workout rooms are some of the best iv used in a hotel. The only issue I has with my room was with the heating/cooling of my room. No matter what I set the thermostat to my room, the temperature remained at 80 degrees. Eventually I just turned the thermostat off...

I stayed at this hotel as a little kid around 1986 and had not returned since. When we see things as an adult that impressed us as children, we are often disappointed. This was not the case with the Boston Marriott. Of course the hotel has been modernized, but it’s amazing views and well maintained lobby are still something to remember. As a child, I remember being in awe of the team of custodians...
we went to the Marriott in Copley place. it is a very good location. the hotel is nice too. i think my only complaint is the valet parking at $69/day which is just crazy but i was too tired to self park the car after traveling half-way around the world. also they charge you $25 fee for whatever but if can be used for purchases in the hotel (like room service). that seems a bit of a rip-off too...
Great customer service and excellent location. My only caveat would be that if you do not need an adjoining room and are assigned one, perhaps ask for another as those doors even when closed allow full conversations to permeate. In my case, I could hear a young child close to midnight still refusing to go to bed, understandably excited to be in a room with a view overlooking the amazing city of Boston...
Enjoyed a wonderful stay here with my daughter for two nights as we explored the surrounding Boston area and all it had to offer. In the Back Bay. Needed an early check-in after a morning discharge from a hospital. They were very accommodating and the room was ready 5 hours before their standard check-in time. Neat, tidy. Just what was needed to recover.
Stayed here for a convention at BCEC. All other hotels in the area had crazy inflated prices except here. Very good price and very well kept. Looks a bit run down from the outside (as everything in Boston does) but inside looks maintained nicely. Location is kind of a pain, parking is pricey, and complementary breakfast was non-existent. Other than that, it was worth what we paid.
Our other hotel had no power and we had to scramble to find a new room. Hotel Boston accommodated us right away and even let us check in early. The friendly service was a major plus. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the motel is dated and older, but clean.
Decent room and service, the breakfast was selection was fair, however, the roll out bed was covered in debris when it arrived.
Decent room. Bathroom needed much better attention. Tub was slimy. Free breakfast was pretty bad, all breads and pancakes. WARNING: There's a massive construction project right next door. Machinery running all night (generators?). Was rudely awakened at 7 A.M. by all the beeping and banging.
Nice neighborhood and good value hotel in the Boston area. Really convenient to the T train. Nice breakfast and helpful front deak staff.

Pretty good hotel, amazing place, 7 minutes walk to the ocean side with a lot of restaurants. Pool and hot tube is heated so even in winter it's amazing to relax a little after a day. Rooms are pretty big, clean and have decent view. A lot of outlets around the room including USB-A so you can charge all the stuff you have with you.
The food was delicious nice variety of restaurants and bars for some delicious food and drinks. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back and stay overnight 😁
