Very new, clean and good service. Location excellent because it is connected with the shopping mall and MBTA.
Good location. Staff was friendly. The room was clean.
Room cleanning is not good. There was hair on the bathroom floor.
VERY GOOD HOTEL, ONE OF THE BEST ONES IN BOSTON
We have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments...

There was something on the toilet bowl. I just wiped it off, but it was so dirty that it felt uncomfortable.
I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty...
Great hotel in the middle of Newbury. Extremely convenient location, standard Marriott amenities.
The hotel is located near the Backbay train station and is convenient for taking the Orange and Brown lines of the subway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is that the room only comes with a coffee machine (which is quite difficult to operate) and no drinking water is provided.
Staff are always friendly and helpful to my stay! Will book again!
The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate. I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea. They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets. They just re-set them. So there were hairs and cookie crumbs...

A great hotel with a great location highly recommended.
It is a good accommodation to stay but a bit overpriced, which I feel.
The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly. It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way. I had the same terrific...
I stayed here for a conference right there in the adjacent conference center, and for that goal, the hotel was great. There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks. The rooms were quite spacious, TV was modern, cleaning service was...

N1 choice to stay in whenever in Boston
Great location and the room was very big my only complaint is that the pipes in the bathroom were very noisy and continuously making noise the entire stay. But a great location!
Room is nice. Front desk is helpful.
Good option for downtown Boston.
Quite a nice hotel but super busy. There is a big park nearby for early morning run. The lacation is great, quite a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby
Really not that great for the price, it’s a very old building in the city centre, so it’s a little small and feels old too. Location is amazing, service is decent and overall clean. Resort fee is quite expensive and it includes a small daily non stackable voucher for use at restaurant which is not very useful.

Hotel is big so the services are so so. But the room and facilities are great. It is convenient to be right at Logan Airport.
Came back at night finding our backpack was put on the bed, we put it in the closet before we left. Bed was not made, only changed the towels
Convenience, cleanliness, and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Very convenient location. Very efficiently run shuttle between hotel and airport. Staffs are all very helpful.
Big room tidy and clean. Surprisingly with an indoor bike!

The service attitude is very good. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years. The great British writer Charles Dickens once stayed here for three months during his visit to the United States.
This hotel was brilliant. The location is amazing, right next to the common and many other attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of history. My teens were very excited to be sleeping across the hall from room 303 but no ghosts were seen 😄. Creme pies were delicious.
Very famous hotel, full every day, excellent location, downstairs is the Michelin restaurant, bar and the City Hall History Museum
The room is not big and the facilities are simple. But it is clean and sanitary. The service is OK. It is located in the city center, close to large supermarkets and many restaurants around. The price is very suitable compared to other hotels
The location is good. The staff is very friendly. The room is a bit small. The wall is thin, and you can vaguely hear people talking in the next room.

Nice property, but beware of overbooking I arrived late 11:30pm and the hotel oversold their rooms and did not have a room for me. They sent me to the Westin down the way, which walking 4 blocks to another hotel in the middle of the night was frustrating and annoying. I was able to check in the next morning and enjoyed the remainder of my stay.
We only stayed one night to go to an event but the hotel was very nice. The beds were soft and dining options were plentiful. Nice to have a food credit!
Would definitely stay again, bit out of town but with excellent transport links to downtown no problem with a great walk around harbour.
I booked well in advance and then received a room with a corner building view just looking at the corner of the building next door. It was but worth the cost at all. Bathroom is dated.
I will come back. Perfect!! Very clean and big room, big window to nice city view, great gym space, smooth check-in & -out and much more reasonable price compared to the other ones in Boston… Perfect!
Fantastic room service food We all know room service food is usually kind of 'meh." Not so here. Everything was delicious and we were so exhausted there was no chance we were going out. Note that if you're usually a bargain shopper and you decide to splurge, this is DEFINITELY the sort of place where you need to carry cash for tips.

Marriott Hotel, the quality is guaranteed as always. The hotel is clean, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the breakfast is relatively rich. The hotel facilities are first-class, the lobby is bright, and there are sports equipment
PS: I clearly requested a quiet room, but I don't know why they gave me a room near the elevator? There were too many people coming in and out of the elevator, so it was too noisy. I didn't sleep well, and the service was not very good. The hardware is probably at the level of Samsung in China.
It's a good time in the hotel.
The location is very good, convenient for travel, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, very satisfied, I will stay here again next time
Good breakfast menu, other than that, I would like to say everything is normal.
Very good hotel, right next to the MIT Science Museum, with a subway station downstairs, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets for shopping. The room is very cozy. Next to it is the Google office building with complete facilities. It is great to meet with teachers and friends. It is also very convenient to Harvard, just two subway stops away. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here in the run up to the Boston Marathon over five nights. The hotel staff were amazing. Polite, courteous and professional. We really enjoyed staying here - the location is right on the harbour side and close to restaurants, transport hubs and the airport.
Clean, new rooms. Convenient location. Walkable safe area. Comfortable mattress. Would highly recommend! We even tried the brunch buffet downstairs and while it was a little pricey it was great! We can't wait to go back again. Easy check in and check out.
This hotel is a good bargain for a quiet, high quality hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the atmosphere was elegant with a huge display of fresh flowers in the lobby. The area is very walkable. The only drawback was that it was not particularly convenient to the T.
Nice rooms, ocean view is beautiful! We had a corner room and it felt very private. Concierge was amazing, took the time to show us lots of options. We did valet parking but there is an option to self park, no designated parking lot tho. There’s a breakfast buffet on the weekend with lots of options: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. The dinner restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. Good was fine but...
I stayed here for work for a few nights. I was in town most of the day, but traveling to and from the hotel was easy enough. We recently stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, and I must say, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located along the waterfront. Good location and good service
The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, museums and harbor tours. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Just a little noisy, especially around the elevators. The food at the Waterline Restaurant is very good. Felipe is a great server and Meaghan the bartender is delightful.
I can’t complain about this place. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient exchange services, clean and spacious rooms, and stunning views of both the water and the city. The pool is classy and a fun spot for photos. The workout room is well-sized and well-equipped. Additionally, the lobby bar offers great service and delicious drinks.

The hotel staff was generally friendly, and we were especially impressed by one front desk officer with long hair who went above and beyond to assist us. She was exceptionally helpful and eager to support us in any way possible. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with convenient access to the Red Line subway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!
Pool was being renovated and sauna room was not turned on. Good location. Concierge was very helpful. Make sure you have a credit card or you can't check in (even though I prepaid online)
Great location, walking distance from Boston train station.
Checked me in early which was really nice. Good location. Comfortable room. Not much of a view that I paid for. It takes forever to get in and out of the hotel the way it’s set up with the two elevators.
Amazing location! Walking distance to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail paths and attractions as well as Chinatown. Rooms were spacious and clean.
For a brand as Regency that represents more of a premium product, the amenities offered were really below par. Even lower priced hotels offer more basic amenities. Very disappointing.

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. Last minute reservation, fast check in, received a room upgrade when offered to join the Sonesta program. Very nice staff. The room was excellent, very clean and well presented. Highly recommend.
The hotel was a lot busier than I expected. There was a lot of noise coming from the surrounding rooms with kids running wild or people just having a conversation at 3am outside the door. The room itself was comfy and I had a great nights sleep! The bathroom was clean but a little dated. This hotel has a great location and could be a wonderful experience, but the service was not good on our trip. I joined a friend at the end of a 2-week stay for a conference. The AC unit leaked onto my bed during the night. Maintenance fixed it, but no one changed the sheets. I think this could be a great hotel, but they might have some hiring issues right now.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and loved it!
For an expensive hotel in Boston's financial district it was rather underwhelming. The downstairs bar was nice for breakfast and had a busy evening atmosphere regardless of the day of week. Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!
It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. I was satisfied with overall quality of hotel and its location.
Excellent stay, excellent location
The front desk staff was so official, no welcoming, and kept a straight face. The room was nice, but I could see some hair in the bathroom and body lotion was empty, never refilled.
