Hampton Inn Bowling Green KY

The hotel was clean and but there was some toilet paper left on bathroom floor by cleaning people that didn’t quite get it all. And there was some cleaning that could have been done around base of sink. Otherwise the place was very clean. There are no microwaves in the rooms like most Hampton Inns and no pantry to buy frozen meals which we are used to. But there are a lot restaurants in walking distance. The fro t desk clerk was super nice and cordial. The workout room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Rooms are well used. Surface cleaned, but Don’t look too close. Furnishings are dated but functional. Our first night we had to put up with the smell of a dead mouse permeating the room. We were told they were 100% booked that night.

The entire staff that we interacted with was very cordial, pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and well furnished with the exception of a microwave. Plenty of lighting and desk space and also had a portable tray in front of the sofa. Bath was well supplied. Would definitely recommend anyone stay at this motel.

Everything seemed a little dated and dark, but was comfortable enough. As others have noted, there is no microwave in the room - but there are mini fridges. The bed is comfortable, but pillows are small and lumpy. The pull out bed in our room also seemed like a new mattress, but would not lay flat. We had some ants in our room, as well.

There is a small fitness room and outside pool (essentially in the parking lot). Parking is also free and there were plenty of spaces available.

Overall, a fine stay off I-65 if that's what you need. It's an easy drive to Bowling Green attractions and there are plenty of restaurants (mainly chains) nearby.

As usual, Hampton Inn is the best bang for the buck. Large, clean room with lots of water pressure and hot water. Breakfast had a variety of options and was well stocked despite being busy. Location is great right off the highway. Everyone was very helpful. Only downside was that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so the mirror steamed up and the weight room was missing a bunch of hand weights. Another great experience for me!

Good hotel, easy check in. Bathrooms a bit dirty and didn't have a fan. So it gets steamy. But didn't destroy my trip. Hard to turn left out of the driveway during busy hours. Good breakfast.

Staff is professional and welcoming. Things are pretty clean, but you can tell furniture rarely gets moved or cleaned behind. The room had an almost overwhelming perfume smell when I got it. Breakfast is quite good, except for the hard boiled egg I had that strangely enough tasted like fish.

Rooms were clean, decor tasteful and updated, and beds very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location was convenient to restaurants. Coffee was available in the lobby, rooms had refrigerator. Nice fitness room.

Nice staff, especially in the dining area. Rooms are mostly clean and typical Hampton Inn. Breakfast items are reasonably fresh and of a nice variety.
This property like so many others has the sign in the bathroom to hang your towel to re-use but Jen you return to your room your towel had either been taken to laundry (defeating the purpose of the 'green' program) or folded and put back on the towel shelf, so now you don't have a way to be sure which one it is... (grab a different one and the next guest gets your used towel - unsanitary).
I wish all hotels that have the reuse policy would leave the used towel where it was hung so there's no doubt or potential sharing of' dirty laundry'.
