Hampton Inn Bowling Green KY, Bowling Green1 / 47
Bowling Green, 233 Three Springs Road 🧭 Map
Breakfast was great! Staff was really working hard to keep everything fresh.
Rooms are well used. Surface cleaned, but Don’t look too close. Furnishings are dated but functional. Our first night we had to put up with the smell of a dead mouse permeating the room. We were told they were 100% booked that night.
The hotel was clean and but there was some toilet paper left on bathroom floor by cleaning people that didn’t quite get it all. And there was some cleaning that could have been done around base of sink. Otherwise the place was very clean. There are no microwaves in the rooms like most Hampton Inns and no pantry to buy frozen meals which we are used to. But there are a lot restaurants in walking distance...
The entire staff that we interacted with was very cordial, pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and well furnished with the exception of a microwave. Plenty of lighting and desk space and also had a portable tray in front of the sofa. Bath was well supplied. Would definitely recommend anyone stay at this motel.
Everything seemed a little dated and dark, but was comfortable enough. As others have noted, there is no microwave in the room - but there are mini fridges. The bed is comfortable, but pillows are small and lumpy. The pull out bed in our room also seemed like a new mattress, but would not lay flat. We had some ants in our room, as well. There is a small fitness room and outside pool (essentially in...
As usual, Hampton Inn is the best bang for the buck. Large, clean room with lots of water pressure and hot water. Breakfast had a variety of options and was well stocked despite being busy. Location is great right off the highway. Everyone was very helpful. Only downside was that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so the mirror steamed up and the weight room was missing a bunch of hand weights. ...

For 81$ on a Saturday night not bad... Rooms were clean so we're the sheets I've worked in a hotel I can tell the difference. I would definitely recommend this place. Not a 5 Star but I would stay again
Nice comfy bed and pillows. Room was clean and spacious. Lots of dining places within walking distance. The. front desk clerk Trista was so nice and helpful. She made our stay a complete 5 stars!!!!!!
Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Enjoyed the adjacent sports bar and complimentary breakfast. My husband didn't care for the coffee pot being located in the bathroom. Wish the offered decaf coffee in the breakfast room, but that's just me.
Just a mile from exit 22. Rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable. Pillows leave a little to be desired. The TV is a 32 inch TV. Bathroom is small. Have to close door to get in shower. Hotel is going through a remodel. The pool is closed and look like it is being worked on. Breakfast is your standard Continental foods. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel. There is a wide assortment of food...
Great hotel! Very nice room. Friendly staff. Room was well cleaned, very fresh smell! Very good free breakfast, although I didn't care for the eggs. Everything else was very tasty. I will be staying there again! The pool is currently closed for renovations.
Wonderful place for a great price. Clean room and large. We got a room with sliding door and enjoyed the outside pavilion. Breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant and bar was great. Large portions of food and great price. Will stay every chance we get.

It was easy to get to. The breakfast was very good. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful.
We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a one night stay; checked in late so unsure if the pool was open. Greeted by a positive front desk person checkin was quick. We had a 3rd floor room that looked newly remodeled it was clean spacious and nice. If they were still remodeling there was no disturbances. Breakfast was free with a nice variety. Would definitely stay here again
I'm so glad I stayed here. First time here and not the last. Staff was friendly. Rooms were super clean. Beds were perfect. Comes with soft and firm pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Bacon was actually bacon and not paper thin like other hotels. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. This will be my go to hotel for traveling. Thank you Holiday Inn!
Under renovation/construction, it'll be very nice when it's finished. Services are not very affected, still having free breakfast. Only problem is the thermostat in the room appears to be locked at 70 degrees and my room was super hot and humid, but even with the thermostat turned down to 66, it never got cooler. Air barely turned on at all. It was way cooler in the hall than in my room.
Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. Delicious cinnamon rolls.
Many restaurants!!! And close to activities!!!! No milk on Sunday breakfast, but otherwise very very good! Great room, and beds! Excellent! Very acomadating!!!

Room was clean, but bathroom shower head flange was pulled out from the wall and shower curtain had two broken rings. That said, the shower did not leak and the shower curtain stayed in place, so these items were mostly cosmetic. Room was quiet even though the motel is fairly close to the road. Very pleasant front desk clerks.
Had no elevator, but put us on the second floor with mobility problems. There was no getting money back so we were forced to stay there. Breakfast was very very limited and stale. Vending machine also out of date items inside. Would not suggest
Great rooms bed was excellent! We arrived a hour early from checkin and they let us get our room. There was plenty of places to eat around us! Everything was conviently located.
They let us check into our room before check in and have had the weekend at beech bend. This hotel is clean and we'll taken care of. Great experience so far and wonderful service only reason I gave 4 out if 5 is because the two cereas for breakfast that my kids got were stale but everything else was perfect.
The king room was great. The bed was so big and comfortable, wouldn't do much recommendthe average nightly room tho. Staff and location are a plus as well.
The room was large, and fairly clean. Had a bedroom, along with a seperate sitting room. Would be good if staying for a while, honestly. The bathroom wasn't the best, a floor tile was loose and under it felt kind of crunchy? But not the end of the world. Breakfast was okay, options were waffles, toast or bagels, and a few types of cereal. Along with some prepackaged danishes. Apple and orange juice...

The breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.
I stayed this location 2 nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Front desk was awesome,Mia and Ashley. The breakfast was amazing. My room was spacious and clean. The experience was phenomenal and this will definitely be my go to when in the area which is a couple times a year. Thank you for the courteous service.
Our expectations were exceeded! The service was wonderful and our room was spotless! It is obvious that the staff really care about the hotel and they make guests top priority. We felt safe as the hotel is in an upscale area and has security overnight. We hardly left as they have a great restaurant and lounge within the building. We will be staying here when we visit Bowling Green. 10/10!
the property is gorgeous! the staff was so attentive!
I have been staying at this hotel for a few years every time I come to Bowling Green. I have never had a bad experience or bad service. The staff is impeccable, the rooms are clean, and the food is great. It's nice to have a place to stay where you're treated so kind.
My stay here was pretty decent. Nothing too serious to complain about. Room looked and smelled clean. Came with all the amenities you would expect for its price range. Fridge, coffee maker, tv, etc. They have the option where if you and friends or family were staying together you could link your rooms through a door between them (only accessible one way, of course). The only odd thing here was the...

They kept the room clean and orderly during our 4 night stay. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is decent enough.
Room was nice, with all I needed, breakfast was great and the little mini market at the lobby a lifesaver.
This hotel did not disappoint! It was great for our family to have a one-night stop on our way through. The continental breakfast in the morning was hot and the bacon was crunchy! We will stop at this one again.
Thank you to the front desk staff and the housekeeping crew for finding my ring and getting it back to me. I was distraught when I realized I had left it behind and within 20 minutes of calling, they had called me back with my ring! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Always friendly service when we stay there for Corvette events while in Bowling Green. It's convenient to our favorite restaurants and the Corvette Museum. Breakfast is sometimes iffy as to selections and availability but handy before heading out. We will be back.
Great place to stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly and had the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. The standard fair, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc... But they had some great breakfast sandwiches (sausage biscuit, croissant breakfast sandwich) as well as waffles.

Breakfast was great and the staff was so nice and helpful!
Only motel so far with complimentary evening buffet. Hot tub works -- under roof, but open to outdoor fresh air -- same for pool. This brand has won my business.
This place is good! The workers are nice and there was once a mad one but i think it got fired, its kinda noisy at night due to so many supercars in bowling green because chevrolets factory is in bowling green, today we had a incident about that annoying being in the 3rd floor. Good news is that it does it more frequently. I kinda recommend this if you are going to vacation in bowling green!
We've stayed here a few times while visiting family. The facility is always very clean and well kept. They have an amazing breakfast every day which has lots of selection which is great. They have a pool and a hot tub both of which always feel very clean and well kept. The only issue we've ever had was towels at the pool can sometimes be scarce but that can happen at any hotel pool. It is very well...
This property was wonderful to stay at! The staff was friendly and courteous and the General Manager, Kelsey Hauck, was an absolute delight to work with. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my children. I felt genuinely cared about and heard when I voiced my needs and she made sure I was taken care of during my stay. :) People like her are a reminder that there are still fantastic people...
Good breakfast.. Gravy a little cool and bland but sausage added flavor. Would have liked bacon and tortillas. Great Happy Hour with good food…

Rooms were spacious and breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from.
Let me say we love Home2Suites. This one had two issues. Our bed was as hard as a rock I could feel springs. It was unusually hard and very uncomfortable and the air conditioner in our room wouldn’t remain on long enough to cool our room down. We didn’t tell anyone because we were only going to be there for one night. The staff was amazing as usual. We accidentally left our dogs toys and blankets...
First room had dust balls, dog hair, and the towels had human hair in them. I have mild asthma and the room aggravated my breathing. Front reception gave excellent service and let me move to a different room with no questions asked. Only thing, second room still had previous occupants stuff; a pair of kids pants in a cupboard, and kids stickers on the wall! Not going to ask again because I can breathe...
We really had a great stay here as we made our way on a cross country trip. The shower water pressure is strong and hot, a food in the lobby is excellent, and I slept so good in that bed.
Outstanding! Very clean hotel. Nothing broken or out of service. The salt water indoor heated pool was crystal clear. Overall, very good place to stay. Friendly staff as well. Can’t speak highly enough for this location.
Like the room arrangement. Quiet place will stay again

Great service. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful people. Free hot breakfast. It can be a little out of the way if you are just traveling through. It's located on the campus of WKU. Breakfast was very good! Several options & the coffee was great!
my dog and I spent 14 days here at TownePlace suites The staff are really friendly, and the hotel rooms are very clean. The only small issue I had... If you're on the first, second, or third floor, you can hear people above you pitter-pattering on the floor. Not exactly the hotel's fault. But that was the only issue I had when it was bedtime.
Very nice and clean new facility in a bustling area of Bowling Green. Plenty of food and entertainment choices. However, once again, Marriott goofed my reservation and had no king size bed rooms. I am considering switching to another chain not associated with the Latter Day Saints…
I spent much of a year living at this hotel for my job. In that time I had very few issues, and the few I had were promptly addressed. Great staff. Rooms are in good condition, though handful are still in process of being renovated/refreshed. Definitely recommend for long term stays.
Mattress was extremely saggy. When I complained to front desk, manager said "we've had complaints before from that room." Responsive staff exchanged mattress from another room at my request, but new mattress was only a little better. Studio room was nice. Included breakfast good. Nice location in Bowling Green near restaurants, grocery, attractions.
Good location for sightseeing and hitting the nearby mall as well as restaurants, beautiful landscaping out front, spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. Good stay!

Nothing extremely negative for what it was. Which was a cheap room but if I would of known how much on the end of the cheap side it was I would of paid up to stay elsewhere. The beds are horrible. The rooms are tiny and have an odor. Getting in and out of the parking lot was horrendous. The only thing I can say is I got what I paid for. I will pay up and stay elsewhere next time. Lesson learned.
Exceptional customer service! The women who checked us in and the man who checked us out were so kind and polite! Breakfast was good as well, but rooms are small and the bed was hard. Good enough for a one night stay for me though! Overall, our stay was fine!
We stopped in to this hotel on our way from Ontario Canada. We weren't looking for anywhere fancy, just a bed and shower to sleep and recoup before continuing our road trip. This hotel was perfect for affordability and we got a clean room and everything we needed. The only things that bugged us were the pillows (too thin) and the shower head which squealed as we used it. Breakfast was good with eggs, biscuits and waffles. The staff were friendly. We got room 230...it was small. If you are romantic, you would consider it cozy; otherwise it might be a bit claustrophobic. The shower is hot but water pressure is light. It is a nice and inexpensive motel. However, you just might need to ask for a larger room.
I highly recommend this hotel, staff from front desk manager to housekeeping team memebers all were nice and welcoming as well as helpful. The rooms are clean they also serve free breakfast. They completed a renovation in August of 2017, so everything was new, clean, and modern contemporary. For the price, it was top notch as far as room amenities and style. I would say a 9 or maybe 10 rating in that regard. Not what I expected with a Super 8. Comfortable room, clean and orderly. We stayed two nights and were pleased with the price as well. Racetrack is nearby, and you can hear quite a bit of noise. They don’t start until after 8:30 so it’s not too big a deal.
Clean, close to expressway, friendly staff, inexpensive. Good for short stay. Has pool & spa but did not utilize.
Stayed two nights and thought it was pretty good value for the price. Easy to get to and plenty of parking (including room for our travel trailer we had with us). This is a great place to stay when visiting the National Corvette Museum. It is very close to both the Museum and the Corvette Assembly Plant. Reasonably priced and clean rooms.
You get what you pay for. I'm going to be entirely honest, we only stayed two nights and for a couple on a budget it wasn't bad, especially since we were hardly there. I would have given 5 stars because the hotel was very clean, comfortable and updated BUT the front desk attendant was rude and not personable at all. Very nice, clean hotel, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed everything. Two problems they serious need to fix they WiFi and the key card machine could use some fixing.
We stayed here for the first time in December 2013 on our way from Texas to Michigan. This will now be our official stopping point. We are a military family and this place is owned by an American Veteran. When we arrived there, they gave us a really great price on a room. Typical Motel 6. Fairly clean room. TV didn't work properly. No soap dish in shower. Reasonable rate. Quiet. Motel 6 is almost always a safe bet for a place to get a good night's sleep. "We'll leave the light on for you," is more than a slogan...it's a list of amenities.
Overall room appeared clean except for shower there was appeared to be pink lip stick all over the shower door and inside of shower looked dirty as well.
