I love love LOVED this hotel! It was perfect the staff was amazing, accommodating, extremely polite, and professional. The room was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. The parking garage was no charge and extremely close and it's easily accessible to the hotel. I was extremely surprised at how inexpensive the room was considering what a nice hotel it was. The bar & restaurant in the lobby were not only available 24 hours, the menus were also very well priced. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing and delicious. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The staff front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet okay. They had assortment breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes with peppers and onions on the side if you wanted to add them, and french toast sticks, and assortment of dried cereals with a choice of regular milk and oat milk,which I loved. Not many hotels offer non-dairy choices of milk. The cleaning staff kept knocking on our door in the morning when we were trying to sleep in before check out. That was quite annoying, especially since our checkout wasn’t until 12pm. After they knocked the first time around 7:30 am I placed the do not disturb sign on the door. They knocked again at around 8:41 and the 3rd time around 11, the woman just walked in without knocking. Maybe there was a miscommunication with the front desk and cleaning staff about check out times. I am not sure but I didn’t like that at all.
The convenience of location to WKU campus was why I chose this hotel, and tho I was annoyed by the cleaning staff, I am glad I chose this location.

BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT REMEDY THE SITUATION. NO REFUND.
We found a bed bug exoskeleton underneath the mattress in our room and there were blood smears on the curtain. One mattress had a bed bug cover and the other did not, which shows that the hotel knew about the issue but did not take care of it properly.
We were freaked out enough to decide not to stay there and drive the additional 6.5 hours home. Hotel management refused to refund the price of the room and after days of fighting this, they say they “had a professional look at the room and there were ‘no signs of an infestation’” after we literally found a bed bug. Very rude staff, especially Chelsea, who hung up on us when we were trying to explain that one bed bug IS actually sign of an infestation. Bed bugs are masters at hiding and not easy to spot, and in a hotel that is regularly cleaned, signs (nests, blood spots, stains) can be washed away. Unfortunately, regularly cleaning or putting a bed bug cover on a mattress does not solve an infestation. An exterminator is required.
Over the years, we’ve had this issue at a few hotels who were always responsive, took care of the issue immediately, and offered a refund in the spot. Never have we been treated so poorly than at this Hyatt in Bowling Green. Wish we could go back and avoid this place altogether. Don’t stay here.

Great service. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful people. Free hot breakfast. It can be a little out of the way if you are just traveling through. It's located on the campus of WKU. But it's worth a 10 minute drive from the interstate. Better rates and a better experience. We are very glad we stayed here.

The establishment is dirty, it smells, the A/C didn’t work, the in-room phone didn’t work, the breakfast was minimal at best, and the worst part is the manager does not care. Hyatt is not the hotel chain it used to be, it's more like a 1-star hotel with no amenities and a cranky attendant sitting behind the counter. I would avoid this hotel and try another brand, since my bad stay the Hilton brand really cares about their customers and offers cleaner and more professional hotels. If you are thinking about bringing your family, think again. Google does not allow photos of with bad reviews, anybody want photos of this horrific hotel just request and I will provide.
