Best Western Plus GranTree Inn

Their wheelchair accessible room was actually wheelchair friendly. Came in for a surgery sadly the hospital needs to take tips from your builders about what is accessible with wheelchair. Needed to get spouse out of hospital earlier than we would have because of bathroom situation. Your staff was very kind and your asking in advance what we needed gave us a relaxing check in and room experience.

We had an overnight stay to catch an early flight out of BZN. Check-in took a few minutes, but that was because of the number of guests and only one clerk. She was very friendly, helpful, efficient and keep her cool with all she had to do.
We were on the 2nd floor in the back corner with a room that had a living and a separate bedroom area. Comfortable mattress and pillows. We slept well with the short stay we had. The only two small issues we might had were a loud fan in the bathroom and there was a slight wrinkle developing between the living and sleeping area. Heat worked great and the room was very clean.
Getting to the room was a decent walk from the elevator. Ample stairs should you desire to use them.
Accessing the hotel was a slight bit tricky due to traffic engineers.
We had a flight out early in the morning. Our shuttle driver was great. His driving was very comfortable and his attitude extremely friendly. While out of Bozeman, we were permitted to park our truck in there lot.
The lounge’s food was excellent. We had a Moscow Mule and salads. The huckleberry mules we really liked and the salads were very large and good to eat. We had to laugh, should you purchase the nachos, be prepared to share them. A gentleman ordered them and started laughing because of the amount he was expected to eat.

Should we drive up from Billings again and need a hotel, we will be back.

My first accommodation experience in Montana. Beautiful place.. Facilities and service were just right in the place. Better to have your personal amenities or you could ask the front desk for limit choice. Room was a bit old but very clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. A/C works really well and quiet (thumb up). Guess it's a great choice for this price point. If there's only thing I need to say it's bad to balance it. That will lbe the indoor pool. Terrible chlorine smell all over the door way, and you could hear clearly what people talking (noise) inside the room. But still, not a bad choice.

Emma and her team at The Best Western here in Bozeman went above and beyond to make sure my stay here was phenomenal. When asked if I could move rooms away from the stairway entrance due to unavoidable noise of people coming and going (which is understandable as it's a hotel) they accommodated me to a room which faced the courtyard. The peace and quiet was absolutely what I needed for my stay here. Truly a quiet atmosphere and calming room. The pool and jacuzzi are stellar, the gym is clean and had all the things I needed. A lively hotel restaurant/bar with great prices and food. Thank you again team Best Western.

Camp Host Gallatin Red Cliffs Campground

Beautiful. Nice views of the mountains. Small rooms but comfortable. Only somewhat bad thing that happened was, the groundskeeper did his weed trimming and got grass all over my car. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. A home away from home without the free breakfast, but, there's a restaurant right downstairs. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice!!!

We had a family medical emergency during a trip to Yellowstone which resulted in an unexpected stay at Best Western Plus Gran Tree inn. Our son had to have an emergency appendectomy. We needed a place to stay near the hospital. When my son was discharged from the hospital our rooms were ready and available for us before normal check in time. The staff was very helpful and considerate assuring us we would be able to extend our stay as needed. We were extremely grateful for their attentiveness and help during our time of need.
