Their wheelchair accessible room was actually wheelchair friendly. Came in for a surgery sadly the hospital needs to take tips from your builders about what is accessible with wheelchair. Needed to get spouse out of hospital earlier than we would have because of bathroom situation. Your staff was very kind and your asking in advance what we needed gave us a relaxing check in and room experience.

The hotel is definitely older. We had a very weird room that had a window looking into a large empty room within the hotel. It was very strange. We were not told this ahead of time. Ask for a room near the elevator if you need one, otherwise you may be walking quite a distance to get to your room.

Emma and her team at The Best Western here in Bozeman went above and beyond to make sure my stay here was phenomenal. When asked if I could move rooms away from the stairway entrance due to unavoidable noise of people coming and going (which is understandable as it's a hotel) they accommodated me to a room which faced the courtyard. Postives about this hotel - easy parking, good breakfast, full kitchen. Other things- The air conditioning in the rooms is very loud, the fan in the bathroom is loud and cannot be turned off. Air quality left us all stuffy. I stayed on 2 occasions and neither time did the front desk staff acknowledge or thank me for my loyalty.

This is a fabulous hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Kristina helped us make our reservation and Luke checked us in. They were both very helpful! We stayed here twice during our visit to MT. I don't normally give reviews for hotels but our experience was worth sharing. Property was clean overall. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we were only there 1 night, on our last night of our stay in the area prior to flying back home but the staff was super friendly, the room was excellent with a nearly full kitchen (small sink with garbage disposal, full fridge/freezer, electric range top), living area, bedroom, bathroom with a separate sink/vanity area. In Bozeman to check out MSU with my wife and daughter. The room was great, though the pillows for the beds were lacking. Has a decent breakfast. We reserved our room through Google and there was no mention of paid parking. You pay $10 a night. Wish they would have used it to remove the snow from the parking lot. 🙄

Pretty New and nicely designed. There’s a good sized comfortable high ceiling lobby with a fireplace/bar/breakfast area. There is food and drinks to buy at the bar nightly. Also, there is a small privately owned gas station north of hotel too and the owner was friendly and I’d get gas there if I lived there. I've had worse accommodations, but I've also had better. If you don't smoke or if you are allergic to it, don't stay here. Paid with points, so I'm not sure what the price/value ratio is but the rooms were dated and the WiFi (when it worked) was awful. I visited the holiday inn Express for a graduation party. The hotel set everything up for the party, they had chairs, all the plates and utensils we needed. Planning with them was very easy and everyone was very accommodating. We were able to bring everything we wanted and had plenty of time for the party as well as setting up decorations we had.

The bed was comfortable. It was okay, but definitely not the best Residence Inn I've stayed at. Breakfast closes early and the selection was sparse and not even the quality of a Holiday Inn. Fantastic Hotel!! Absolutely loved our 2wk stay, the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are very dog friendly and even include a jar of cookies at the front desk. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were better than expected, with new appliances and an LED tv. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Bozeman.

We are a couple with a child under 2 and a dog. This hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming. We have been traveling for a week, moving out west and it is so nice having a welcoming place to end a day. It was cleaner than most hotels, however I still wipe things down for my own sanity. I would definitely stay here again.

It's clean, the front desk person is very polite and friendly, the bed is comfortable and clean, and the towels are soft and clean.. I booked this online through a booking site and got a great discount. This would have been a higher rating if there was an elevator. I had to haul my luggage upstairs, and I was already tired. Nice hotel on the inside, friendly staff. Was a little concerned about safety, cops showed up at the hotel for a bit but turned out to be nothing. overall was pleased.
