Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bozeman

Service was great!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel itself is not so great. If you have any mobility issues, I do not recommend this hotel. The entrance doors are not automatic and there are no carts to help carry luggage. The elevator is a VERY long way from the main entrance, so everything has to be carried up the stairs. Also, the rooms seem to need some sprucing up. My sink was very sluggish. Shower would get cold in about 6 minutes. I asked for shower supplies 3 times, and I imagine the bottles are still empty. Not a very good hotel experience for the price I paid. Apparently there was a festival going on the weekend I was there visiting family, so the fee was outrageous for the quality.

Never again! Stayed 2 nights. Turns out they only perform housekeeping once every 3 nights?! Is that a hotel or a self-catered cottage? I want my (bath)room cleaned! Nowhere stated on the website if you book, only on frontdesk when your money of the booking is already taken. No lower price because part of a normal hotel service is not performed, no full price, but half service!
Besides that: Looks pretty worn-off on the inside. Bathroom very tiny as if designed for a dwarf....

My family and I stayed here last weekend. The hotel is located in a good location. The outside of the hotel and the lobby appeared decent. We were greeted by the employee at the front desk and given our room keys right away. That is were the good experience stopped. Once we entered the exterior doors closest to our room, we were hit with the pungent smell of a dead animal (? rodent). This smell carried to the hallway of the second floor where our room was located; fortunately we couldn't smell it inside our room, but there was something else that made our room smell awful (more on that later). The hallways were stained-not just a little but massive stains that streaked down the hallway carpet. It was like this on both of the floors we walked on. We only made a quick stop in the hotel room before going down to the pool so the kids could swim. The pool was cloudy but that was likely due to it being overchlorinated. There weren't any towels in the pool room, so I went to the front desk to ask for towels. At first they said they didn't have any, but then gave me a stack of four. When we unfolded the towels we noticed one had a large brown chunky spot on it and another was covered in long hairs. Gross. We then returned to our hotel room and examined it closer after our gross experiences with the hallways and pool towels. After pulling back the bedding, we noticed debris that indicated the bedding had not been washed prior to us arriving. The tub was dirty, cracked, and the faucet leaked. It was a hot day so we turned on the air conditioner, only to have to turn it off due to the rancid mold and mildew smell that was released. It was obvious the housecleaning staff cut corners and maintenance was severely lacking. We almost left that hotel even though we spent almost $300 for one night, but decided to go buy some bedding, towels, and disinfectant spray at Wal-Mart instead. There are too many other things to mention, but these are the highlights. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast or coffee because we couldn't even imagine what the food prep areas were like, which is unfortunate because it is one of the reasons we picked the hotel. I reached out to the company after this bad experience and just received a generic response. Do not stay here unless you like your hotels filthy.

We own a business and have stayed off and on at the Bozeman Inn since 2006. I reviewed our quickbook files and have stayed at this hotel for over 229 days since that time. I am not the type of person to take the time to write online reviews. They must be under new management, because the level of service that my office manager received was atrocious. We had a crew stay there for the last two weeks (and were going to stay there another two weeks). They were not reserved for last weekend, but she informed them that they have our credit card and photo id on file and if the crew was going to stay the weekend, that they could call the office we would authorize payment for continued stay.

She received a call from the front desk accuising her for non payment. She explained to them that they had our credit card on file and can process it, she yelled no and handed the phone to her manager where he proceeded to scream and curse at our office manager.

They went into the crews' room before they could remove their personal items (since they were on a job site) and threw away all of their food and consumables.

We pay our bills and did pay our bill here, but we will not stay at this hotel again.

Run like your on fire! HORRIBLE! Not a montana family biz either. Some guy from India owns it and basically hates his customers. This is a hotel that only stays In business because of the busy tourist season. But NO LOCAL would ever stay here. Trust me you would rather sleep in your car, in a ditch or in the dumpster behind home depot. Basically anyplace but here. Your wife will try and hurt you and your kids will cry. RUN.
