Great location on the Manatee River & in the heart of downtown Bradenton. The hotel is situated just steps from the Riverwalk, which is very nice. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Stayed 1 night after my daughters sports competition. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed for the night. I was happy for the noon checkout I got to sleep in. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the noodles for purchase. The Bistro staff was amazing getting our breakfast. The river view was amazing.

This is an older hotel but it’s very quiet. The rooms are nice and big with a bathtub and fridge. Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Our room had a pretty fountain and lots of trees outside. The bistro is pretty basic but the gym has everything you need.

Our family loves this hotel. Great size rooms, very comfortable beds, beautiful setting, great service, pool, hot tub & amazing view of the river & access to Bradenton Riverwalk.

Breakfast could of been better even during pandemic. Juice instead of water maybe milk in carton and cereal. There was no option . An orange, water and pastry. If u didnt like it ..oh well... Not expected from such classy place

Rates were on the expensive side for the accommodation. Staff was excellent. Bathroom floor was dirty. Television positioned next to bed, difficult to view. View from corner unit, river view, was nice. Central city location was convenient. For the money, next time I will investigate an online accommodation marketplace.

One of the best Hamptons we stayed in. The rooms were big and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast 😋 It's by the pier and the scenery is beautiful and was tranquility. Perfect location. We held our 55th high school reunion at the Hampton and it was the perfect venue for a small group under 50. The room was set up with tables, bar and food tables which was catered by Pier 22. Food was fabulous and set up was completed early. Our room was large and comfortable and we felt right at home! Staff is welcoming and helpful for any request.

The hotel was great. Luke at the front desk was extremely accommodating. Gary over the breakfast buffet went out of his way to provide us with a delicious meal. Customer service was definitely the focus for the hotel's personnel.

When trying to sleep, you couldn't. People all around you have no consideration for others around them. It was like I went to a third world country! I don't mind if things need to be repaired. Not sure what some people's deal are. I found this place to be far better than reviews of some guest. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean with a comfy bed. This is not Disney's Grand Floridian but a budget motel. The price is right and I will stay here again if in the area.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the phone was not only out of service, there was no phone cord. Fortunately, I didn't need it apart from wanting to request that my room not be made up. Apart from that everything was as expected.

I chose this hotel for its convince to everything and everyone I needed to see.....I was originally going to stay for 3 days there but after staying and seeing how comfortable and clean the hotel was and nice the staff was I went ahead and booked for 3 additional days there. I will definitely stay there again in the future when I visit my brother again.

Great service at check-in. Loved the oreo cookies and microwave popcorn as a gift in the room. Nice comfortable room with small fridge and microwave. Small continental breakfast (bananas, muffins/danish, instant oatmeal). Fantastic lighting in the parking area and around the motel which makes you feel safe at night if you are coming in late. I would definitely stay there again.

The B&B is absolutely lovely - well-appointed, spotless, and comfortable. Jane and Jay were wonderful hosts who provided an amazing experience. Perfect destination for a couple’s weekend away - but we are also excited to make plans with other couples or with our family!

We stayed here a few nights for our 39th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time! Jane & Jay were great host. The place is well kept and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Walking distance to so many places to eat and footsteps to the river walk. We had a 3rd floor room and with our own bathroom. It was so very quiet sleeping. Had a mini fridge! Jane always had fresh brownies and candy for snacking...

Jane and Jay are 2 of the sweetest people I have ever met! They really look out for their guest. Breakfast was delicious 😋 everytime I had some. And when I had to go early Jane made me a doggy bag to take with me. It was quiet mostly and close to everywhere I needed to be. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever down there in there in the future

First room had some issues but the office staff switched us right away to the secobd floor, this room did not have a blow dryer, staff got me one pretty fast. We checked out but wanted to still do some beaching on the isand the staff let us leave our bags in the hotel until we returned later that afternoon to head to the airport... thank you staff, you were awesome!

The room was spacious and beautiful and very clean but the lamp connected to the switch by the door did nothing but flicker, making it difficult entering into a unknown room. None of the clocks, TV microwave nor alarm clock was set to the proper time and the heat side of the environmental control unit did not put out hot air. I was very satisfied with this hotel until I went to go pay for my 5 days that I booked on my Wyndham rewards and they were unable to give me a reason as to why I couldn't continue to stay there and Nik started to tell me then said he couldn't I have an idea as to why though I won't voice it I love this hotel and the staff and everything about it until this!! Basic clean lodging. Wonderful friendly desk manager at check in. Made me a cup of coffee! Beautiful renovated shower, all tile, really nice. Beds comfortable. Food and drink close by. Breakfast room small, but clean and coffee hot. Much quieter than I expected. We were in 201 at the front of the building, some road noise but not bad at all. No complaints.

Good enough for the money. Friendly staff clean and updated rooms. Mine had a microwave coffee maker hair dryer mini fridge and flat screen tv. No complaints. I’ll use them again

A very nice, clean place to stay. I loved the amenities. You can rent bikes there. They provide umbrellas, chairs, & towels for the beach. They have a small coffee juice area in the lobby. Noah, who checked us in, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Made for a nice hassle free stay.

I highly recommend this place. It’s incredibly well-kept, and the staff are incredible. Noah and Angie run the office who have nothing but great attitudes and guest services. Joseph set up the breakfast and is also incredibly nice and then you have Emarita who cleans the rooms and does an impeccable job like I said 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody.

What a wonderful weekend! Thank you to Noah for making our stay so great! Wanted to celebrate a small anniversary and this was perfect! This is a great little spot close to the shops and bars nearby! Small pool but main attraction was the beach steps away from the property. They have bike rentals we wish we knew about earlier as that would have made parking a bit easier but not a big deal. We stayed here for a couple of days in August of 2022 and loved it! The rooms were clean and decorated so well. They were so accommodating as we travel with a medical alert SD and I wouldn’t hesitate at all if you’re looking at staying here!

Nice condo facing the beach. Good hot water in showers. Enjoyed the full size washer and dryer. Convenient location Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Nice having beach chairs in storage closet. Enjoyed covered parking. Living room carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Great views of the ocean, easy beach access, well equipped for cooking....in. Comfortably furnished, clean. Something was going on with the master bedroom balcony could not open the door and curtains didn't close I would stay there again.

Very clean, fully equipped (Just bring clothes & food), hulu/netflix/wi-fi,etc, RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with a pool, only steps away from free trolley service with many stops to get off to eat/shop/site see then get back on=No worries to drink/drive or look for parking! Condo's only downfall is No elevator. Our stay in unit 208 was perfect!
