The location on the hill is remote but quiet at the same time. Spacious appartments with kitchen, table and 2 large room and massive bathroom. Appartment was very clean, well done! All required tools available. Even a balcony with 2 deck chairs.

The grounds are beautiful. We stayed in a villa, it was only fair. We opened the patio door and screen fell off. If you opened a drawer in the kitchen it hit the refrigerator.The freezer door didn't close. The furniture was not comfortable. It's not worth the money. the screen fell off. screen

Fun location in Cape Cod, basic apartments for rent, and has an activity center with a pool and play room for the bad weather! There’s a golf course out back from some of the apartments!

Great place, basically a whole house for rent: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kinchen, laundry room, patio with a bbq, parking, wifi... for the price of a single-room hotel in the area, at least at the time we visited. Premises are perfect for kids, with 2 pools - indoor and outdoor, playground, free bikes, and clubhouse for a rainy day! Will definitely try to come back for a longer stay!

2 pools (indoor/outdoor), tennis courts, small gym area. The place wasn't too busy and quiet. There are restaurants and a shaws all within 10 mins from the resort. There are multiple beach to visit. I liked and would go again. The price was equal to 2 rooms at a hotel. Their suites have a master bedroom with full bath, then another bedroom with 2 twins. Living room, dinning area and kitchen.

The front desk staff was very helpful. One lady helped me look up which ferries were running when i was stuck due to windy weather , the other called a taxi for me . They made my worry being stranded in hyannis tolerable. Then the cook Mr. Tom informed me that its not yogurt or ice cream in the cups. Its actually waffle mix . He saved my tounges life. Have stayed several times in the past. It really is simply the best location in Hyannis. It is a block or so away from the ferries which our family travels very frequently to the Islands. I don’t normally review hotels as I stay in so many. This one took me by pleasant surprise. The hotel rooms were spacious. The beds and blankets were soft and cozy. We loved the indoor pool opened until 10pm. I high a few work calls, which I took in the modern lobby / coffee shop area. Would come back again.

They give better service than the bigger city Courtyards. They also have refrigerators and USB ports in the room which isn't automatic in other Courtyards.

CLEAN. This was our second stay with Raj and Nina. They are very helpful and friendly. The location can't be beat. Walkable to Main Street, right on the harbor with some great restaurants, hy-line ferry is just down the block. They have a few rooms that have a third sleeping surface. With our opposite gender teen kids, this works well for our family.

It's in a perfect location for seeing Hyannis and the surroubdung area, resteraunts, beaches and accessing th Hy-Line ferry to MV or Nantucket. Only down side is, there is no pool. This hostel was incredible! My partner and I had a queen sized private room which was perfectly sized and very homey! The greatest part was that we even had a WATER VIEW from the room window!! This is a excellent independent hotel in a very pricey area. It is very nostalgic and well kept. Don’t expect a Hilton but a very nice place to stay which is walkable to the ferry to Nantucket which saves parking too. The staff is second to none. We had the best stay here! We were skeptical at first but willing to give it a shot when we booked it. Couldn't have been any further from but our thoughts origin of were we were happily surprised. The manager who checked us in was super nice, all of the staff that are on the premises are more than happy to help. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

The beds were so uncomfortable!! Free breakfast is good, but you eat in the pool area...thankfully you couldn't smell the chlorine. Tv's in the room plenty big and are HD problem is the shows don't come through in HD.

We stayed in March for one night. Hotel is in excelent location, next to HyLine ferry. Beach is 3 min by car.

They bill it as updated, but really it's just been painted. Room looked clean, bath was small. Our door stuck so it had to be kicked open, and slammed shut, and we weren't the only ones judging by the slamming we heard. Great customer service before and during our visit. We had a group of 5 families and they were kind enough to get us rooms near each other. The hotel was clean and updated. The pool area was nicely maintained as well. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.

Current room rate 8/18/22 is $400 a night. The hotel is old and outdated inside. My room faced the road and road noise for any front facing room likely sucks. Stuff is broken in the room and the shampoo and soap were empty. The staff was nice and professional. It’s pretty clean. Not really worth the cost but there’s not a lot of options here.

The shower in our room was one of the cleanest and new showers in a hotel of this class. Breakfast was a healthy display of fruit, cereal, with oat milk and almond milk available. No fruit loops or low quality muffins from Cisco. The veggie sausage was excellent.

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms. The best thing about it was the location. Right in the center of town, Main St. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Many shops, restaurants and museums in walking distance, as well as the waterfront. I felt very safe at the hotel and walking around alone.

I stayed here when my family had a block booked at the neighboring harbor hotel for a wedding. The service was excellent. I got all of the amenities as the harbor hotel and more for way less. No price for parking, beautiful pool, and most of all: clean rooms. I would recommend this to anyone.

I stayed at the Hyannis Inn Hotel this weekend and it was excellent. I booked the Family Suite and it was so spacious, room appears to be newly renovated, and smelled so fresh (thankful for not having a carpet)! We had wonderful experience at Best Western Cape Cod. Hotel is very close to route 132 but still very quite. Staff is very friendly and helpful to any needs. We had king room and it was well maintained with lots of floor space. Swimming pool is huge. They have excellent hot breakfast.

Nice place for a conference .we did not stay there overnight. Restaurants were to o busy to get into had to drive into town . convieient location to many hotels and tons of great eateries but have to drive and find a parking spot every time. They did offer a shuttle to get you around the parking lot.
