    The entire crew is very friendly with an exceptional attitude. Breakfast and cleanliness were good. Limited parking though.

    The room is okay, but it's too close to the main road and very noisy! It is not recommended to book this hotel, breakfast is ok, but extra charge

    We were BLOWN AWAY by how great this hotel was!!! The room, beds, bathroom were all clean, soft, and beautiful. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, the people running the place were so kind and accommodating to me and my family despite my daughter doing her best to make messes wherever she went. We were there June 30/July 1- in particular, the woman running the front desk all night, the 2 women handling breakfast area and cleaning, and the man who seemed to be doing many things but wore a baseball cap. If you hire more people like these 4 folks you’ll have a perfect hotel.

    They were under renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Great weight room. The hotel was also safe. It was close to everything. I would go back

    Room was nice and clean, that was the only good thing about this hotel. Pool is small and overcrowded, no adult only hours so kids run rampant all day, closes at 9 so no chance for any adult swims in the pool. Breakfast was mediocre, very small selection of foods. Front entrance was under construction, had to bring all our luggage in through the back where there is no parking. Could have stayed across the street at the hotel with no pool and probably gotten a better breakfast for half the price. Stay far away unless just for a night or two.

    They are remodeling but still open. Only room left was a king suite with a pull out. We were right next to the elevator and ice machine but you couldn't hear any of it. There is a pool. Breakfast was good. The coffee was GREAT! the Babaa and I fought for the pull out. I lost. 2 big TVs. The bathroom was really nice. New shower, loved the wallpaper. Clean room. Checkout is 12 noon-exceptional. The staff was very friendly and professional. Really nice crew. Located in Greenbrier along with several other hotels. Lots of events in town that we didn't know. So it was a great room with no reservation. Thanks Fairfield and "Jaime".

    Very nicely done and newly remodeled rooms. The continental breakfast could use some variety like hash browns and grits. However, the manager of the area was very kind and personable.
    The bathroom while unique in it's shower area. It needs a vanity inside the toilet area to place items on. But it very spacious.
    The housekeepers are boisterous and attentive.
    I enjoyed working with David and the front desk crew. The TV package is very diverse.
    Be ready for tight parking close the building due to construction to the hotel. But the neighboring buildings can take overflow parking.

    Stayed in a double bed room for 4 adults. Our room was very humid when we got it. The bedsheets were slightly damped. And we were missing a set of towels and toiletry items. Breakfast bar could've been better. Not the greatest Fairfield Inn and I've stayed at plenty.
