The really stand out thing about this hotel was the staff. They were phenomenal. From check-in to restaurant staff to cleaning people just fantastic. The hotel itself is becoming dated. Nice hotel. I'm surprised it was only rated 3.5 stars at the time of this review. I've been many other 3-3.5 star hotels and felt like this one should be rated higher. Nice hotel with a decent breakfast. AC machines need to be cleaned I believe there was mold forming in the vents of both mine and another member staying at the hotel. I wiped mine down with a disinfectant wipe while I was there but this needs to be checked throughout the hotel.

Rooms were small but clean. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Location is safe. The receptionist didn't use our Hilton membership so I couldn't get points for my stay, and also the breakfast was terrible. The products were overwhelmed but they didn't refresh for a long time.

I had no issues with my room, everything was clean. My issue is the $10 fee that is not included in your bill for using their parking lot. There is no parking deck and you have to take steep stairs from the parking lot up to the lobby. So you’re paying an additional $10 to use a parking lot with no valet that is not clearly stated on the booking website. Fabulous.

When I visited there was construction outside, on the road, and inside due to remodeling. The noise however was very minimal. They have a 24 hour shuttle which I used to get from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night. My driver was swift and very nice. The room was clean and quite nice. I would stay again.

They're currently remodeling with little inconvenience to the clients. I believe they will soon become another Marriott. The breakfast buffet is one of the best!

Stay was ok. They were renovating and our room was not what was told to us. We weren't able to change and my husband and I and our 3 kids had to be cramped in the little suite.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable value for a weekend concert in Norfolk VA and this fit the bill! It had what we needed to enjoy our weekend away from home. It was not good when I got to my first room, bed sheets were dirty and faucet was broken in the shower. The ladies were able to assist me very fast. Jasmine at Front Desk was awesome, Ms. Martin in Housekeeping assisted. After the accommodations, we had an great stay .

The hotel is Alright i guess. I like how you can do your Landry and there’s a snack Place that isn’t very expensive. Staff member at front desk was really nice. The shower had the best water pressure in any hotel ever. The shampoo and other needed shower stuff was there too. And it smells good. My air conditioner was leaking so the carpet in that side was wet. Didn’t have issues with the management...

Over 1 week into a month stay. Spire Elete member used to Full Holiday Inns and I'm impressed! Good sized rooms, almost full kitchens. Nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The shuttle is free and very nice for people who are not familiar with the area! A+

The staff was professional and extremely helpful. The issues were the following: 1) It's a extended stay suite: why is there no love seat or couch in the room? 2) I registered the room for three people: we had one bath towel. Staff is extremely friendly, although I preferred to have my room cleaned daily as trash began to accumulate on day 2. Coffee and Otis Spunkmeyer banana nut muffins are my absolute favorite so I was beyond excited to see them as an option. This is my go to hotel! I always stay here when i go to VA. The price is good and you'll find a clean room with accommodations that are good for the price. The king room is much more comfortable than the double room. The elevator creaks and it can be loud at times but it's a good accessible location, spacious room and helpful staff.

My stay at Days Inn at military circle was excellent. It was very clean. Receptionist was very helpful friendly. Continental breakfast was Excellent. The next time I'm in town I will definitely come to Days Inn at Military Circle.

Probably about THE WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. Made the mistake of coming back a second time...there won't be a third!!
