I wish I had something nice to say, I’m staying for work and I’m a light sleeper. I do everything I can to sleep- ear plugs, sleeping pill, etc. My room is next to some storage area and I keep hearing loud banging through the wall. Call down to the desk, they send someone up, say they’ll call me back and then don’t, when I call back, as it continues to happen intermittently, the lady tells me basically whoever came up to check it out didn’t hear it and they’re sold out so I’m out of luck. Been up for 19 hours straight and no sleep is in the cards for me tonight. Going to be a great day working tomorrow without sleep. First and last visit to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. Great location in the flats to all the restaurants and bars. We walked to the muni lots to tailgate from here for the Browns. It was a bit of a walk, but enjoyable! Good rooms, good view of the river. We would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for one night so we could attend a concert nearby. I selected this location because it had mostly good reviews and the price was decent. However, it's a bit confusing upon arrival where to go to check in and the staff seem entirely disinterested in the guests. The snack/breakfast area is cute but tiny compared to the rest of the lobby/hangout area/bar. Our room was clean but the TV remotes batteries were dead, the USB outlets next to the bed didn't work, and the sink drain was practically clogged. My husband went down to get our "complimentary" breakfast and the ladies at the front desk were rude and short with him. The breakfast sandwich slapped so that was a plus.
Overall, it was an okay overnight stop. The staff definitely needs some work with friendliness and customer engagement.

The lobby was promising, but the decor of our room was garish…we thought we were in a brothel. I cannot imagine a less inviting experience of red and black. Further, I was surprised at pricing…parking 40+ and they even charged for us to make in room morning coffee?!

Giving a 2 because the location was fabulous. It’s walking distance from bars & restaurants. Room was absolutely disgusting. Hairs and stains all over the bed. Bathroom and floors extremely dirty. I would never stay here again. It’s in a great location and the staff are wonderful & very friendly but the hotel rooms itself are super dirty. Maybe if they upgraded on house keeping. Also it is very hard to sleep due to loud music & partying going on outside. If you are visiting for the bars etc. then it’s probably fine. But if you are in town for an event or a night out and wanting to sleep, I don’t recommend.

A great location, clean room, and comfortable bed. Don’t fall for the joke of “hot breakfast,” though—breakfast sandwiches from the lobby kiosk. Self-parking in the lot across the street is $14.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! Best hospitality experience I've had at possibly any hotel. Rooms are GORGEOUS! Views are outstanding! Front desk is amazing and says hello every single time you come in.
There's lots of food you can walk to down in the flats, and also attached to the hotel! We went in December and got a great rate but quite a few places weren't open on a Sunday night or Monday morning in December. I don't blame them.
Went to Cocky's across the street for breakfast and had a mean bagel sandwich and a cappuccino-- big recommendation!

Fantastic hotel. Super comfy beds. Excellent decor and extremely friendly staff. Parking an area can be a little bit expensive but there is plenty around. Right in the heart of everything in the Flats which is a great area for dining and night life. Great lobby with lots of activities.

I love Aloft hotels. BUT, I DO NOT recommend using their valet services on Browns game days. I spent $60 on valet yesterday, only to be told when I returned that it would take 2 hours to retrieve my truck. I was then handed my keys and instructed to retrieve my own vehicle. Why did I pay $60 for the convenience of valet when I only received half of the service??? Such a rip off.
