Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade, Cleveland1 / 50
8.7
Cleveland, 420 Superior Avenue East 🧭 Map
Beautiful hotel in great location, just wasn't suitable for a us in the end. Rooms are bigger than typical Hyatt rooms and beds good. Gym is really good and staff is great. On downside, since inside of the hotel is nice hall, any noise comes loudly to the rooms. There is no laundry you could use, any laundry you need washed is returned next day around 6pm. No breakfast included. With a quite high price...
The hotel inside is beautiful and it couldn’t be better situated in the heart of Cleveland with lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. When we stayed in the hotel we had a street facing room, which was better than the indoor courtyard facing room with windows where people could easily look inside your room unless you keep the blinds closed. They had two weddings in the indoor courtyard which...
This location is awesome! It's near a lot of restaurants, walking distance to baseball stadium, arena, casino, convention center and more. My room was nice, but they should dust. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The window view was sold out, so I stayed in the "arcade room" ( I think that's the name). That's facing the inside of the hotel. Everyone there was very nice. I would stay here again
What a place 1940s setting all rooms were nicely done. Very comfortable. Located nicely. Also what made the stay even better they were filming the new Superman movie in the city at the hotel in the large open lobby and places around it. They even had the daily planet next door. And diff fight scenes set up
My daughter and I stayed Father's Day weekend for a trip to Cedar Point and we really enjoyed the hotel. The location was very convenient to the interstate and to downtown restaurants and entertainment. With the House of Blues directly across the street from our room, we could hear the live music around dinnertime which enticed is to leave the room and go exploring. We used the valet parking for convenience...
Room was VERY nice. I would absolutely stay here again! The parking was valet only, so we found the parking garage next door. Getting to the front desk was a bit confusing, but all-in-all...the room made up for the parking and customer service. THE ROOM. Just wow. We had a great view of downtown and windows on 2 sides. It was immaculate and nicely put together. Great place to stay.

We had our son's wedding at the Ritz on 12/10/2022 and it was outstanding. Everything was perfect. They went above and beyond on everything. We could not have been more pleased. Emilia was the wedding planner and she was excellent. Thank you to everyone at The Ritz for making my son and his wife's wedding perfect. I would highly recommend the Ritz.
My husband and I decided to stay here at the last minute on our way home from a vacation. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We did not hear any of the people around us, the water was hot, and the amenities were great. We love staying at The Ritz-Carlton's and will definitely be returning in the near future. The only thing is...
We stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Cleveland the night of our wedding. We had a lovely stay in one of their suites. Devin Manassa was absolutely the epitome of the Ritz Carlton gold standard. He coordinated with our wedding planner and our room was decorated beautifully for our arrival. We have stayed in Ritz locations all over the world and are proud to have one in our hometown. Team members like Devin...
Elite Marriott member who spends 100+ nights a year as a business and leisure traveler. The property and staff were all top notch. 5/5 recommend. The staff and service really sets this property apart! I specifically want to mention Chelsea Thomas, EAM of Rooms. She was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. Thank you! We visited during a late October weekend. Checkin was a breeze, and staff...

I was traveling for work and stayed at this hotel this week. Not only was the service impeccable, but my room was top notch. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. My favorite part was visiting the onsite speakeasy, The Vault. It was a cool experience. My only negative was having to wait for valet service for 20 minutes upon my arrival but it was on Cavaliers game day. The hotel was just...
Awesome hotel. Wish the valet park was a but less but whatever. Hotel itself is very nice. Huge rooms and very clean. Dog friendly hotel. Had a few pups in elevators with us so that was surprising at first. Great location also as we walked to many bars and food spots.
This hotel redefines serenity and luxury. Nestled in a picturesque location, it offers an oasis of tranquility. The spa services were heavenly, and the infinity pool was like a dream. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the room decor to the landscaping, was impeccable. A true gem!
My niece had her wedding here in early October. This place is upscale and very nice. She had planned the ceremony outside in the rooftop bar, but Cleveland weather brought rain and wind, so we ended up inside instead. The staff was very accommodating and flexible with the arrangements. The food at the banquet was quite good, and the labyrinth of bars inside the old bank vaults on the lower level...
Love the complimentary water. Room felt great and was comfy. Beautiful fire place feeling was great as well.
The hotel was wonderful with the various bars - the Ledger was great, and the vault was amazing. We had a wonderful bartender Maris(sp?) All of the staff were top notch. We had great food and drink there.

proximity to Cleveland Clinic. large suite which provided comfort during recovery. wonderful staff. restaurant on site.
We have stayed here a few times. Over all it is a great place to stay. this time we had a drain issue with the tub. the room temp was great we didn’t burn up or freeze!!! they have valet which is great, then you can just used the Cleveland Clinic shuttles to get around to appointments. make sure to allow extra time for shuttle. If you have someone that cant walk too far, be sure to pack your...
Everything was good from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. The only issues I have is the sofa cushions needs to be steam clean because of these stains and the heat was not on. I had to call down to let them know it cold in the room. The maintenance man brought me a heater which did ok but we just had to bring it back and forth from the living room to the bedroom.
Cleveland clinic affiliated. Nice rooms . Housekeeping could be better . Room temperature won't go below 65° . Restaurant was good not great . Seems everywhere is understaffed these days. Close to Clinic and that is very helpful as that's usually why your there.
Christie at the front desk is the nicest, most genuine person we've ever met at any hotel, & we have been to plenty. This place has great rooms & great service. STAY HERE! ESP if u r here for Clinic
Most of the guests come from/to the Cleveland Clinic. Suites are very comfortable, spacious, newly renovated. Customer service is good as well.

We stayed here in March 2024. I really can't say anything bad it wasn't a bad stay. We were here for one night.. It's in the heart of downtown.. It's funny the first time I walked into the lobby. All I could think about was MIB ( Men in Black ) .. The elevators are small.. The rooms are nice, beds comfy, hot water that gets hot.. It was a good stay..
We stayed here a few days a few weeks ago. Enjoyed the eclectic feel of the place & jetted tub. The revolving front door entrance is kinda tricky when utilizing a luggage cart though. They do have valet. There seems to be plenty of food establishments within walking distance as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Room and hotel were clean. Continental breakfast above average. The valet parking will cost in addition to the room. It costs $20 for extended parking past checkout time (we got our car 5 hours past checkout)
This hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance to lots of awesome spots in Cleveland. Shake shack is next door, tower city is down the street as is Heinens & Playhouse Square. The staff here is helpful & friendly. The rooms are beautiful with incredible views of the city. On a weekend night the outside noise can be loud, but some white noise or having the TV on helps drown it out. The hardwood...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Cleveland downtown. The rooms are huge with high ceilings and beautiful views of the city. We were on the 14 floor. The hotel was very quiet for a downtown location, and the beds were so comfortable! The location puts you within walking distance to many major attractions. Breakfast was wonderful with something for everyone. The only tricky...
Best location in downtown Cleveland. Less than a 10 min walk to everything downtown has to offer. The hotel itself was historic and beautiful, the room was clean with high ceilings, updated decor, and well stocked amenities. Check in was easy, staff was helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a large selection. We are very satisfied with our experience and will return next time we’re in town!

Seriously someone needs to change the rating from 2 star to 5 star for this hotel. It has been years of this or that hotel since I have felt so welcomed and so important as a guest. The staff from front desk to breakfast went above and beyond. The young lady who checked me in helped me get my room early and called to be sure it was done right. The best experience in long time.
Shower leaked , sink leaked underneath as well. Older location with repaint and peeling as well, super friendly staff both in the host and housekeeping that made it a pleasant stay. Breakfast was soggy eggs and the normal fare for continental, edible but glad is was free/ included . Had booked a few months ago at a higher price , rebooked the week of for a 40$ savings , per night , supposed to be...
The best part about this hotel is the location. Staff was not interested in giving any suggestions about anything. We were standing outside and a worker that wasn't even on duty overheard us talking about where to go. He suggested a bar called Becky's which we were thankful. Rooms were clean but dated. Breakfast was excellent
Rooms are slightly dated but very clean. The staff was amazing. Seriously All of them were friendly and helpful. This hotel is also right downtown. Your one street over from city life and about a 8 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic. I would stay again.
Good stay here. Nice stay. Hotel staff is nice. Breakfast is great. Location close to playhouse square. Food places nearby
This hotel is located conveniently in downtown Cleveland. Hot breakfast is offered and they allowed me to switch to a quieter room. Not a ton of food choices really close, but grub hub is quick and easy.

The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. The doormen and chef, also very friendly and courteous. Nice bed... however, I had a hard time getting into it because it was so high, seriously. So, unless you're tall, you'll need to jump or use the chair from the corner. While most people are willing to overlook a little, it was late, so I let it go for the night. Regardless of this being...
The entire building is beautiful, and it had gorgeous Christmas decorations that were still up. The dining area had amazing woodwork. The breakfast was much better than I expected for the price. Best of all, however, was the staff. Everyone greeted us from housekeeping to the front desk. Breakfast is set up buffet style, and I had grabbed a cinnamon roll. Before I could start eating, an employee came...
The location is amazing!! Lots to do in walking distance: good dining and museums. Rooms need some TLC though. We had a king bed room: ample space but furniture could use some updating. The biggest complaint is the thin walls between rooms. We could hear muffled coughing and TV sounds coming from our neighbor. And similarly, we got a few bags on the wall in the morning when we didn't silence our alarm...
Everything you need all in one place! What a dreamy location to have a wedding. As a professional photographer, I love coming back! The proximity to the Art Museum and Botanical Gardens is amazing and eliminates any travel. From getting ready to your reception it's just so convenient to stay in one place. And let's not forget the outdoor ceremony location - it's so dreamy! And no worries if it rains...
Wonderful service! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast staff was outstanding, (individually warming cinnamon rolls as we went through the buffet,) food quality was very good, rooms were nicely appointed, beds were firm, and the service bar was great for a nightcap. Once we arrived at our next stop over 300 miles away, I realized I left some clothing in the closet. They kindly...
Here for wedding and it's a smaller venue (maybe 150 max)... beautiful outdoor ceremony and courtyard, cocktail hour had indoor + outdoor bars, dinner reception are was crowded with small dance floor

Jerry at the front desk is an absolute STAR! I had been traveling for quite a while cross country and was visibly stressed. Jerry was so welcoming and kind upon my arrival he immediately put me at ease. He was helpful, informative about the hotel and always went the extra step to ensure me and my parents each had what we needed for a pleasant stay. Cheers to you Jerry! Thank you!
I really wish I could give 10 stars for the service at this hotel! Jerry became my personal reminder that life is good! His smile and style is such a breath of fresh air, he makes it so hard to be sad! Past that, he was always so professional and handled guest request very promptly. When the desk would get busy he had such a wonderful manner of greeting everyone and managing multiple requests at the...
To start off, the valet service was awesome! They were right on top of it with getting our bag and helping us out. The same service when we left. 10 out of 10 for them. The bathroom was huge with his and her sink areas, and the shower...
Fantastic King room with an generous walk in shower and a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the free coffee in the lobby in the morning was quite delicious. The restaurant attached to the hotel is closed, so don't plan on eating there. The room wasn't that bad. It was a bit old and it showed it's age. The bathroom was smaller than the average hotel bathroom. The elevators are in dire need of maintenance. Sometimes the elevator would start moving before the door fully closed. Wouldn't recommend staying, but if it is your last option, staying here wouldn...

Super friendly staff! It was easy to find and because they have valet parking, it was super easy getting in-and-out. It was a bonus that the front desk with super helpful in recommending nearby restaurants...
Have stayed at this location a few times and am very satisfied. The hotel is clean and staff is always friendly and accommodating. The decor is a little dated, but frankly, who cares? We only spend time in the room to sleep and shower. You simply can't beat the location if you're attending an event at Progressive or the Q.
Located in a fantastic spot. Really loud at night though, took me forever to fall asleep. If noise doesn't bother you shouldn't be a big deal, especially with how close it is to everything. Decor is dated but we'll maintained
As close as you can get to the Q. The bathroom was small but it was fine for the price. Definitely my first choice for the location alone
Great facility. The included breakfast is pretty phenomenal! You might have to check the front desk woman, at night. I don't think she realizes that she gets paid to assist people. . .???
Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints there. I couldn't figure out the parking, however. We arrived late and it appeared that the garages next door and across the street were closed. No valet option that I could see. Ended up parking several blocks away on a VERY cold night.

A decent value for a night's sleep. The room was clean, linens seemed fresh, and there was cable television. Staff are nice, and there is a restaurant inside. Very close to Playhouse Square and the heart of the city. Would stay again if overnighting in Cleveland.
It is an older hotel, but our room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Bar was a nice way to unwind after a long day and the food looked very good. Buy a bus pass and enjoy everything Cleveland has to offer! Great rate on the room and beautiful sights from our room !

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. Great location in the flats to all the restaurants and bars. We walked to the muni lots to tailgate from here for the Browns. It was a bit of a walk, but enjoyable! Good rooms, good view of the river. We would stay again.
My husband and I stayed here for one night so we could attend a concert nearby. I selected this location because it had mostly good reviews and the price was decent. However, it's a bit confusing upon arrival where to go to check in and the staff seem entirely disinterested in the guests. The snack/breakfast area is cute but tiny compared to the rest of the lobby/hangout area/bar. Our room was clean...
The lobby was promising, but the decor of our room was garish…we thought we were in a brothel. I cannot imagine a less inviting experience of red and black. Further, I was surprised at pricing…parking 40+ and they even charged for us to make in room morning coffee?! Having said all of the above, service was attentive. Not our best experience.
Fantastic hotel. Super comfy beds. Excellent decor and extremely friendly staff. Parking an area can be a little bit expensive but there is plenty around. Right in the heart of everything in the Flats which is a great area for dining and night life. Great lobby with lots of activities.
I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! Best hospitality experience I've had at possibly any hotel. Rooms are GORGEOUS! Views are outstanding! Front desk is amazing and says hello every single time you come in. There's lots of food you can walk to down in the flats, and also attached to the hotel! We went in December and got a great rate but quite a few places weren't open on a Sunday night or Monday morning in December...
I hosted my wedding at Aloft this past weekend and had such a positive experience. We had room blocks at two hotels and, of the two, Aloft was much easier to work with. Throughout the planning process, Amanda was very responsive in updating us on the status of our room block. Clean, comfortable, modern. My husband and I enjoyed a private room with private bath during a night away with friends. We were just a few steps away from great restaurants and bars. The West Side Market is just across the street. Breakfast and coffee downstairs in the morning was delicious. Oh, and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing!
We had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland Hostel and Guesthouse. We enjoyed socializing in the shared kitchen and common area. We stayed in a private room with an en suite bath and it was very clean and comfortable! We did not get a chance to check out the rooftop patio so we will be sure to book another stay to fully take advantage of it and the beautiful view!
I had the best time here. It's like a little coffee shop with a hidden hostel above it. So cool, so hip, so comfortable! And the fact that they had vegan options made me super happy. Also, private rooms, so not a community hostel where you're afraid of the others. Quite nice and quiet as well. Highly recommend.
Great service and nice rooms. The location is great with easy access to the Rapid and downtown, and in the heart of a great bar/restaurant scene. The roof is open and has a great view of the city.
This place was by far the absolute best place to stay during my visit in downtown Cleveland. Very helpfull and friendly support even when we booked just a couple of hours in advance. Even though it was kind of far from downtown, the bus connection was great. Would definitely recommend!
Historic house has a lot of charm. Room was tiny. Lots of stairs. No place to eat in the house. Had compl imentary coffee and bottled water. Parking was good.
We chose this place because it was a very quiet, beautiful environment and next to the lake and the Pavillion we needed to attend for a concert. I love these old houses, the rooms were clean, no noise from other guests, easy access with correct instructions from the owners. We stayed in Damon's room which was like a dream to me. The shower and tub was AMAZING. I would definitely stay here again.
Extremely friendly host (with top tier restaurant recommendations). The room (and the mansion as a whole) is amazing. This is perhaps the first and only time that I have been awed by how beautiful a stay is (comfort is way out of the question). I would shill the living daylight out of everything about this place.
I have never booked at B&B, so naturally I was hesitant—without reason, as it turned out! This is a gem hidden conveniently 13 (walking) min from downtown! Its a mansion built before the turn of the century with all the best present amenities. The house is gorgeous, the big mature trees surrounding the property gives it a more peaceful natural feel. Great time as always. Stayed again this year, and the dog is friendlier than ever and the cat is great. Enjoyed the trip again. Great being in Ohio City.
Jim is an amazing host and provided us with a fantastic breakfast every morning. The house has charm and character and our accommodations were spacious and cozy and we were provided with everything we needed. Henry the dog is beyond adorable. Couldn’t recommend more highly and we’ll definitely return for another stay
Comfortable Victorian home. Superb service, breakfasts were delicious. James knows the area and can pretty much guide you to any restaurants or attractions of the city. Henry the dog is a sweetheart.
Great B&B in an awesome location. Close to all sorts of restaurants and bars, but off the main street so it is quiet.
