Free covered parking for guests, nice rooms, very comfortable beds. Great main elevators, but the elevator to parking garage very short. Older historic building that is being updated on some of the floors now. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and had a nice comforter. Went here for Work conference and stayed for four days. The head Bellman/security Dre, was extremely nice. I greatly appreciate his hospitality. Decent rooms but our toilet was dirty as well as the interiors of closets. It is convenient for direct access via Flyway to the Cleveland Clinic. Restaurants and breakfast is also ok. Staff are not very efficient and responsive but things get done with insistence.

Excellent hotel for those going to the Cleveland Clinic. They offer late checkout upon request and held our bags while at the Clinic. They offer free shuttle service to and from all of the Cleveland Clinic buildings. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant is decent. We had a great overnight stay.

It's currently under renovation, so everything is a little bit of a disaster, including the customer service. I had a great experience at The Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square. Valet Parking was quick and friendly. The front desk was helpful and friendly. "Rosie" was wonderful! Great location in downtown. Pet friendly so was very happy to be traveling with our dog. The room was good. The service was great ; they let us do a late check out and the whole process was hassle free. Like the lobby area too, good for working. The breakfast was good with fresh fruits and eggs.

Everything was good from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. The only issues I have is the sofa cushions needs to be steam clean because of these stains and the heat was not on. I had to call down to let them know it cold in the room. The maintenance man brought me a heater which did ok but we just had to bring it back and forth from the living room to the bedroom.

I had never stayed at this location prior to July 2 2022. I was only there for 1 night to care for a family member at the Cleveland Clinic. I was a patient at Lutheran Hospital Cleveland Clinic. I was told the shuttle could take me there and when I went to get the shuttle, I was told they didn’t go there. The staff arranged transportation for that day and I worked out something for the rest of the time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well maintained.

The walk-in shower was great and the water pressure and shower head were a nice surprise. Love the rolling table. The beds were comfortable. Love the smart tv with Netflix and Amazon. The 24/7 valet parking and free shuttle service is awesome. The room had a mini fridge. The hotel is within walking distance of Case Western University, restaurants, museums, and a botanical garden.

Service was excellent despite the cold outside and the construction at the entrance. Room was great, shuttle was down, staff really friendly, what caught my attention the lady at the front desk Paula, so beautiful and friendly and kind listened to me, Gave me support even a hug! Can't wait 2 check out hope she's here. This hotel is wonderful my first stay,I'll definitely be back !

Room was very clean, and spacious. Enjoyed area off from the lobby where friends were able to congregate, and sit and have libations and talk. Valet parking was convenient for a weekend celebrating college Homecoming.

When i first arrive I was greeted with notices in the elevator that the water was being shut off from 12-3pm. Then I flew in for an interview but when i called for my car from valet apparently the person took my keys home from the day before which caused me to miss my interview. The hotel was wonderful with the various bars - the Ledger was great, and the vault was amazing. We had a wonderful bartender Maris(sp?) All of the staff were top notch. We had great food and drink there.

Everyone here was so polite and so kind. My flight got changed and instead of arriving at 5:30pm I didn’t get to the airport till midnight and the young lady that drove the shuttle bus stayed over to pick me up and get me to my room. Everyone went above and beyond will certainly stay here again and recommend it 100%
