Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

This location is awesome! It's near a lot of restaurants, walking distance to baseball stadium, arena, casino, convention center and more.
My room was nice, but they should dust. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The window view was sold out, so I stayed in the "arcade room" ( I think that's the name). That's facing the inside of the hotel. Everyone there was very nice. I would stay here again.

The hotel inside is beautiful and it couldn’t be better situated in the heart of Cleveland with lots of restaurants and tourist attractions.

When we stayed in the hotel we had a street facing room, which was better than the indoor courtyard facing room with windows where people could easily look inside your room unless you keep the blinds closed.

They had two weddings in the indoor courtyard which go until 11pm. If you are an early sleeper, you better get earplugs because the music is so loud we could barely watch television.

One of the nights we were woken up by the fire alarm saying we had to evacuate. Only to find out later it was the wind and rain that set off the alarm.

The hotel has pro and cons, a cute gym, small but clean, comfortable beds, staff was very nice, and it was definitely fun to stay in such a beautiful historical building.

Oh, also, we accidentally left an item after check out, and staff told us they would call us, but they never did. So make sure you don’t leave anything behind!

What a place 1940s setting all rooms were nicely done. Very comfortable. Located nicely. Also what made the stay even better they were filming the new Superman movie in the city at the hotel in the large open lobby and places around it. They even had the daily planet next door. And diff fight scenes set up

My daughter and I stayed Father's Day weekend for a trip to Cedar Point and we really enjoyed the hotel. The location was very convenient to the interstate and to downtown restaurants and entertainment. With the House of Blues directly across the street from our room, we could hear the live music around dinnertime which enticed is to leave the room and go exploring. We used the valet parking for convenience since we would be leaving each day, but they also offer a parking garage. The inside is beautiful and impressive -- a special treat for wonderful pictures that have a real wow factor. This was one of the very first indoor malls in America and it's unique opulence is something you have to see to fully appreciate. There was a wedding ceremony on Saturday night in the lower level which was a special treat -- as we saw so many people smiling, laughing talking and celebrating the new couple Starting their new life together. We also ordered room service to the delight of my daughter, who had never done that before. We enjoyed walking around downtown and enjoyed the music at House of Blues and some fantastic BBQ at Mables. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, shades could blackout the room if needed during the day, the thermostats could be turned up or down enough to satisfy our preferences, and the water pair and immediate availability of hot water was splendid. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

My go to, first choice when visiting the city for work or sporting events. City view and arcade rooms are always fantastic. The architecture of the arcade makes the Hyatt the most unique in town. Staff is always fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter with room service well after closing. Made her day! Cleanliness is always top notch (I'm a certified pain in the...on this topic). Location is walking distance to The Jake, The Q and local restaraunts.

Room was VERY nice. I would absolutely stay here again! The parking was valet only, so we found the parking garage next door. Getting to the front desk was a bit confusing, but all-in-all...the room made up for the parking and customer service.

THE ROOM. Just wow. We had a great view of downtown and windows on 2 sides. It was immaculate and nicely put together. Great place to stay.
