Holiday Inn Cody at Buffalo Bill Village, an IHG Hotel

Nice, modern, clean, breakfast with a lot of choice.
Quite large hotel (many rooms), but were not disturbed by a lot of noise.

Newly renovated rooms. Very modern look (for IHG) and in-room amenities unlike most Holiday Inn properties. Very pleasant experience, despite the paper-thin walls.

Staff were friendly. Quick to get a room, not too much paperwork. Price not terrible for the location. Room very nice with many outlets and extras but disappointed in a few aspects. The AC did not get cold at all. Set at the lowest temperature and highest fan and I was warm in the far bed. The bathroom looks much nicer than most hotels, but the shower design, although looks nice, is terribly designed. Having to reach into a small hole in the glass to turn the shower on and adjust temperature and then the shower head does not adjust well and soaks the floor of the bathroom. Overall it's nice and a good stop before Yellowstone. I'd suggest making a reservation ahead of time if you can (try for a price deal) and go to the room early and check everything out. It was late, so I didn't want to call and ask about the AC. Oh also, the tissue in the room was nearly empty. I understand not changing it for every day but some extra should be left in the room. Overall good.

Neat, clean. Rooms of average size with two double beds. Beds were comfortable with decent pillows.
Service, most likely due to lack of employees, was lacking.
Our alarm clock did not work and we needed to meet our group earlier than usual.
Went to front desk to ask for one and was assured yes soon. Waited two hours and called, same assurances. Waited another two hours and went to desk again. Yes one would be. Brought immediately.
Surprise to me. They never showed up.
Management needs to take note and step up their game.

Beds were clean and comfortable, rooms were clean, and showers recently upgraded. Breakfast was ok. Not at all noisy given the number of young soccer players staying on premise. A little pricey. 3 and 1/2 stars.
