Incredible service. Bar at the West Tower and Bowling alley called Play is the best. The Hotel Bar is also good with many selections. Great French Fries too. The Views are amazing, and I am a CONTEMPORARY guy and the hotel is traditional. Still left me happy. They gave away free Bottled water everywhere. Really need it with the altitude and dry air.
I would give 10 stars if it were an option! We had a magical stay. Everything about the resort is so clean and well kept. The friendliness and service was absolutely amazing! Far better than anywhere I have ever stayed. Anytime you came into contact with a staff member you were greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. Very welcoming. The mountain views are stunning! I would recommend this place...
We didn’t stay here, but came to walk around the grounds on our anniversary after going out to dinner nearby. Russell who works here was so kind and welcoming to us. He saw us admiring the artwork in the lobby and started telling us fun facts about the art and about the history of the hotel. I have never been so kindly treated by hotel staff and we aren’t even staying here! The Broadmoor is lucky...
This place lives up to its reputation. From the moment we stepped on the property the service was outstanding. Nicest room I have ever stayed in. They were attentive answered any questions. The bell hop was phenomenal. I needed to get my car from the valet at the time people were checking in. It was crowded. I thought it will be at least 30 minutes. No. My car was there in less than 5 minutes. I enjoyed...
Boy, oh boy, we had such an incredible time here that I tell everyone I know to go. For transparency, we did not stay here - we booked a reservation for Sunday brunch. I wish I would have stopped to take pictures of the spread of food because it was absolutely unreal. It was a dream buffet with endless breakfast, lunch, appetizer and dessert options. Talk about eating with your eyes - We tried a little...
This may be the most immaculate resort I’ve visited so far. Perfectly manicured property, genuinely caring staff, a mile-long list of incredible restaurants, bars, and cafes, and world-class golf.

This hotel has one of the best outdoor pools out of all the hotels in the springs. It's really large, has a water fall, & is 10ft deep!! That beats all the 5ft baby pools at the other places!! Lol! The place is in need of some renovations, which are currently being carried out. Staff is hit or miss, some are pleasant, some, not so much. Don't ever bother asking for anything though, anytime I have ever...
The hotel is not in the best location, but we didn't have any issues. Staff was very friendly. This is a pet- friendly hotel. There was a small, enclosed atrium for pets to do their business; it was clean, well-maintained, and did not smell. Our room had a balcony, which was great. We would probably stay here again, but I'm not sure it would be our first choice.
Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Parts of the hotel are closed and a mess due to this. Additionally, I placed a breakfast order the night before using the form you hang outside your door. On the form there times you can mark to receive your breakfast. My breakfast did not arrive at the time I marked. I did not receive any notification it would be late. I had to call room service to make sure...
We were so happy with our stay, our daughters loved the fun zone play area and the pool. The food at Rustlers Country Cafe was DELICIOUS, and the prices were extremely reasonable especially for the steak and seafood buffet. The live piano player was a hit for us as well. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly super comfortable; hotel beds are always dreadful for us, as with most people...
Attended a professional event, one of the best I've been to in awhile. Parking is plentiful, conference room had beautiful mountain foods and the food was about as good as it can get for such a large event (spring mix salad with salmon, cranberry glaze and pasta salad). Easy to hear, bathrooms were clean and staff were polite. I look forward to attending events here in the future.
My whole family loved this hotel. It was clean, friendly workers, great food. Everyone that worked there, was super nice. The food was awesome. The pool and play area for kids were a blast. We will definitely be staying there when we go back.

Service was great from start to finish! Our room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from the Quail Lodge. I only wish we stayed longer to utilize all the amenities that are included with your stay. I'd love to visit in the warmer months and hang out by the lake. We will definitely come back!
I really wanted to love this place. I was there for a wedding, which was lovely, and the setting is nice. My room was perfectly fine, though as others have noted the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, but nothing special. The food was pricey but not particularly good, though the restaurant was nice and the patios lovely. Service was at times quite surly. Like many places it seemed a bit understaffed...
Resort itself is spread across beautiful surroundings. We had resort facing room and view was pretty good, looking across golf course and Cheyenne mountains right on the horizon that gave us pretty good sunrise and sunset views. Prices could be bit low when you compare their offerings/amenities to other nearby resorts. We were looking forward to paddle boating and kayaking but we were told they only...
This resort is fantastic. The resort was much cleaner than our visit in 2020. If you have children this is a nice family type of resort. One negative for me is that all of the hand sanitizer machines were empty. After the pandemic, I am more cautious with this and feel if they aren't going to fill the machines, then remove them. It looks like they don't care. The staff was somewhat not very friendly...
If I could give 10 stars… I would. The Cheyenne Mountain Resort was nothing short of magical. The resort itself is amazing!!! We went for a weekend getaway and it was so peaceful. The rooms were clean and all of the food was AMAZING! The service was impeccable - especially Hannah at the Elevations restaurant along with Emily and Shawnee at the Country Club. Best service I think I’ve ever had. Also...
The beds were comfortable. This was the best sleep I had all vacation long. There was no temperature control in the rooms and we couldn't even get a microwave even though we paid for a deluxe room. Great views but otherwise nothing special about this resort unless you are have g an even. I assume it would be nice for an event. It's also close to several restaurants and basic shopping if you do...

The indoor waterpark definitely exceeded our expectations! The rock climbing, sky walk, bowling and mini golf were also an added bonus to the water park.
We went there on a Saturday afternoon with our 2 kids. Right from the get go, it was a very pleasant experience. The reception staff was super warm and welcoming, they helped us with getting checked in the property and helping us with all the information. My daughter had a gala time enjoying the water park, rope climber on the first day. The next morning, we all had a great experience with bowling...
So much fun! The kids we took range in age from 2-8 and there was something for every one. We did not buy a wolf pack but when we got to the hotel they offered us another package that allowed the kids to play as much as they wanted and was much cheaper. We also did the early access to the water park mainly so we could get seats plus they offered breakfast along with coffee it was perfect. We got to...
Such a fun experience with my family! They have plenty of activities for the kids, the water park is absolutely amazing. They can improve with the food options and taste, It’s so hard to go wrong with the pizza and we didn’t really like it. I enjoyed the dancing activity for the kids before bedtime, it helps get them to sleep faster. Great job to the amazing staff.
Great park for kids of all ages. Completely indoors so the weather does not come into play. Rooms are nice, with great views. If you are lucky enough to get "the mountain view", it is stunning. It is right across the interstate from the U.S. Air Force Academy and we had a great view of their football stadium. The one in Colorado has two sit down restaurants, with both giving medium service and fast...
All their staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The water park was fun but we got tired of it after the 2nd day. There is plenty to do close by so we visited the zoo (which was so much fun) and a few different museums close by as well. There are no elevators to get you up to the tall slides, so it is all stairs and if you are not used to air at 6000 ft you might...

When booking request mountain views! Hotel views of Pike's peak are great! Room was very clean and quiet. Well appointed and decorated. Bed very comfortable. Hallways had towels and messes out from cleaning earlier in the day. Restaurant was good and the room service was fast.
I’m a FA. First time here. Staff was great! Rooms were clean. Jamie my shuttle driver was so nice and informative. I didn’t realize there was so much to do here! I definitely want to bring my family back here. I really enjoyed my time at the Garden of the Gods! What a beautiful place! I cannot wait to come and stay again.
The location is great it is near restaurants, tire shops, trails, drug stores, gas stations, car washes, and grocery stores all within 2 to 3 miles. There is plenty of parking and there is 9 miles of trails around the resort. You have to ask for housekeeping service when you check in or ask the housekeeping person when you see them in the hall and they will ask there supervisor; otherwise, your...
I cannot say enough good things about this property. We found ourselves stuck in Colorado Springs after a car issue driving from Illinois to move my daughter back to Arizona State University. We made a reservation sitting at the car dealer and we were at the check in desk less than 10 minutes later. Lauren greeted us with a huge smile and immediately made us feel better. She provided water and along...
My wife and I stayed one night here during our honeymoon, and it was by far the best stay of our trip! There were so many things we enjoyed, the outdoor pool/spa is AMAZING, and includes some beautiful mountains views! We got the concierge package, which included snacks, dinner, and breakfast. There are also a bunch of hiking trails you can take advantage of as well right outside of their gate!...

Staff of the hotel was very kind. Bed very comfortable, room well equipped with necessary products. The facility in general looks nice and neat. Positive aspect was shuttle to the airport.
I recently stayed at the Doubletree for business to attend the conference. I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to the others. The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff at the bar/Mill House were very accommodating. The room (King with sofa bed) was a great size and had a balcony; there was a draft coming through the sliding doors, but the curtains helped maintain the heat. I ordered...
This last weekend was the first time I have stayed at a double tree. Wow very impressed. The rooms are spacious and nice. The beds are comfortable. They have seating and lounging areas in the lobby. The bar was nice and we got free cookies. Yummy!!
The employees are excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and personable. They bent over backwards to help me during my stay from 9/18-25, 2022. I’ve never been treated so well at any stay before. I don’t remember names very well, so can’t be specific about the employees. The hotel layout was excellent and extremely clean. Our meeting was over a 5 day period, and the rooms were wonderfully clean...
Overall good experience here. I can’t really complain about too much that is under their control. Except for the $12 beer and the $16 breakfast. Food didn’t even look good. Other hotels are free breaky and offer free happy hour, that’s right - other places offer free drinks for 2 hours from 4-6 so this place is really not a good bang for your buck. But my other complaints: it’s kinda difficult to get...
Hotel was very clean in a great location. Easy access downtown and to other restaurants that were local. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby was great although not free. The staff was very kind and helpful even when we arrive at 0400 (4am).

I would leave five stars for the staff of the hotel. The staff at Falcon restaurant were phenomenal. They were the friendliest and most welcoming group and always wore a smile every morning. The breakfast was a great set-up and we looked forward to sharing the larger tables with our extended family that stayed as well. The food was very good! The pool is right in the middle of the lobby. Absolutely our new favorite place to stay in Colorado Springs. Our stay was the best the atmosphere was so cozy and staff was super friendly. We loved sitting by the fire place and hanging out. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was so many choices. The restaurant was also very good. The rooms were clean and spacious which with kiddos it a must. Absolutely loved it!
This place has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay. There were a few minor issues with the room, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. The bed was super comfy & our fur baby was welcome. They have a very nice breakfast buffet that is complimentary but the best part for me was the ambiance of the place. It was wonderful. There were several fireplaces where you could just cozy up ...
Spent a night here while visiting the Springs. Overall, I do recommend it and would stay again. 1. Excellent location - you are so close to shopping, convenience stores, and there is a path near the hotel that leads to a GORGEOUS view of the mountains. 2. Nice 4-star hotel - historic but updated. Lots of wood in deco. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Quiet except the occasional door closing in the hall rooms nearest mine. View of city was great, especially at night. The view of the mountains must be extraordinary; Coffee pods are all "breakfast blend" - one decaf, one regular, and same with creamer assortment (one each). If you are a big coffee...
We booked this room mainly because of its location. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming And most of the employees we encountered were very friendly. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, they are old and outdated. And the rooms are all different. The last time we stayed our room was large and nice and this time they gave us a very tiny room. I would think that they should be consistent since we ordered...
The place is a little outdated and could use some remodeling/renovations but other than that it was comfortable and great location to everything! The entrance is clean and very elegant. Kind of gives me the shining vibes 😅 but I loved it! The staff is great, I called once my plane landed to see if there was availability for early check in. They were able to accommodate me, their site clearly states...
this was a nice hotel, i loved my view because it was a mountain view and who doesn’t want that. i loved my room, very spacious and clean. my bed was very comfortable, i didn’t want to get up. my only complaint is that there is no access to a microwave, couldn’t even enjoy my leftovers which stinks because i was hungry and it would have tasted better hot. i would stay here again especially since i...
Beautiful views on all sides, doesn't matter what room you are in. The furnishings are a little old, but everything is functional. It's a walkable distance to some good restaurants. Parking is provided
Nice hotel. I would recommend not getting a room near the elevator it is extremely noisy. Also the food is ok. It can be a little pricey. I would recommend going downtown for more options.

The staff is what makes this hotel 5 stars. Becca was so kind and considerate of my grand twins. They had a birthday right after Christmas and she made it special. We have stayed here before, but our most recent stay was very enjoyable. The hotel has gotten a facelift and looks very nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. This was especially true of the staff at breakfast. They...
Very cute older hotel with very friendly staff. You are able to take bar drinks back to your room, which is very convenient. You also get two complimentary drinks per night. The hot tub and pool were very nice. Only complaint whatsoever is the bathroom door was very loud/hard to close and the bathroom fan was very dirty (understandable considering their lack of housekeeping help). The a/c was also...
The embassy has the best deal going. Updated interior restaurants and lounge areas. Great breakfast included, as well as 2 happy hour drinks. Breakfast includes fresh Omelets, bacon, cereal and more. My family just spent four nights here. The staff was amazing and helped out with anything we needed. My family had no complaints. Everything was clean. Staff was always walking around picking stuff up and cleaning. Breakfast was great every morning. Swimming pool and hot tub area was kept up. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for a week on business and will definitely be coming back. The staff was very friendly. The evening receptions and breakfasts are great and very generous. I researched for a while to find a dog friendly hotel in Colorado Springs that was reasonably priced and still nice. The Radisson was nice for this purpose however, booking the dog friendly room was a hassle. You have to call to book a pet friendly room. If you're looking for a great hotel in Colorado Springs, you MUST stay here. The the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. There's an awesome restaurant that serves a full breakfast every morning and is open until 10pm. The staff is absolutely amazing and very personable. There's a beautiful indoor pool on site. Your family will enjoy staying at this hotel. Oh, it's not far from the airport.
Close to the airport not too far from downtown but in a quiet area. Very professional personnel and well educated, good the breakfast and beds very confortable
Have stayed here I'd really enjoyed each time. It's right next to the airport, which I prefer. It is about 15 minutes to downtown and 25 minutes or so to the north end of Colorado Springs. Rooms are terrific in that they are very spacious and fairly well updated. While the building is a bit dated, I actually prefer the layout of the rooms and the extra space it provides. Thanks to the Radisson Hotel and Jody at the front desk. My daughter had multiple layovers at a couple of airports and was exhausted the next day. Her ride was late and she was very stressed. At first I thought that the knights inn (formerly known as the days inn) was practically the same as it had always been, which was a decent place to stay. I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Colorado Springs. It’s a great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room and its amenities are very nice. Overall hotel services are excellent.
This hotel is located right off the highway and has easy access to area attractions. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. Had my dog with me while staying here and never felt unsafe walking her near property. Room was very quiet. Had read mountain view rooms weren't worth it but our room had a beautiful view of Pikes Peak so I disagree there!
Check in was easy, staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was adequate (was a little disappointed in the lack of options) but it was ok. The pool was closed again, but the food was great! Nice to have real short order cooks in addition to the usual self service breakfast offering. The standard rooms included the usual amenities and the staff were very cheerful across all work shifts.
Weird motel. Has only one elevator in the middle of the building with no waiting area so the hallway is blocked. The room had everything we needed but was oddly furnished. Mismatched furniture. We slept good in the bed and had a hot shower with low pressure. I would stay here again for that price but it wasn't horrible and was clean.
I have to say the customer service here is exceptional, I don't say that often but you are treated like a valued customer I'd say like family but better! The hotel it self is clean comfortable and well maintained. Location seems to be in a good area, easy to find and has lots of amenities close by. This hotel seems to be geared toward the single traveler. Only 2 of each size towel in the king bed room. Only 1 bar of soap. Only one bedside reading lamp. NO FREE BREAKFAST! Great place to stay. Nice, friendly staff. The WiFi is easy to connect to and fast. Hotel and rooms were well kept and clean. Only complaint is late in the evening/early morning it was hard to get assistance at the front desk. There didn't seem to be a paging system or bell that I noticed, and it took a little time for someone to notice I was there.
Not the most updated property but don’t let the age of the property deter you. This is by far the CLEANEST room I have stayed in. The rooms are smaller and they don’t have the most updated technology but again SO SO clean!! I’ve stayed in 4 star hotels that weren’t as clean as this one! Nice place, good , and up to date rooms. Great amenities! Very clean bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Loved the place.
The staff is friendly, the breakfast is decent but this place needs a bit of a facelift as it’s a little old looking. The shower curtain is cloth so once wet it soaks the floor. A typical residence inn. Very good breakfast, eggs and bacon. Comfortable room and bed. Quiet. Convenient to highway. Several restaurants within 2 miles.
We had a one bedroom suite. This suite was so small. We asked to upgrade, but were told no because we booked through a third party hotel app. Oddly, there were a couple very small trash cans in the room, which fill easily when cooking food in the full kitchen. There was no ice. No ice machines, no ice in freezer. The indoor pool is also very small and not heated. Overall, the location was clean...
Rented a two bedroom suite for a weekend. Rooms were very dim, very few lights made it difficult to see anything at night in the bedrooms. The lack of air movement made the rooms feel stuffy, I ended up buying a fan because it was so stuffy (even with windows open). There were no extra pillows available...
Selected due to convenient location - near USAFA North gate and it's a Marriott. Pillows and bed were true to brand - comfortable and clean. I'll echo other revies in saying the room s very spacious, and also showing its age. Overall, good value.
First things first, you need a car, the hotel is walking distance from food and entertainment but not from anything else. The staff are friendly and very willing to help. The hotel is very homely and comfortable with an all you can eat breakfast and evening gatherings.
We stayed here for a month while we were waiting to close on our house and we had nothing less than excellent service! I love the entrance because it's so open and modern! Check in was a breeze and they even give a military discount. The beds were very comfortable too. What I didn't like was the closet is in the BATHROOM, which we didn't use because who wants moist clothes!? Speaking of moist, there is no ventilator in the bathroom at all which equates to a moist room. You also can't open the windows, so it's makes...
I appreciate, the staff team. The whole lay out of this hotel is relaxing. I would recommend my family and friends here when they come in town.
Suede was at front desk very personable and accommodating.Hotel is very clean and modern. Pool and spa clean and spacious. Getting ready to go to happy hour and free dinner.. I will update more at end of stay.Location is great, lots if restaurant,s.mall and expressway close by.
Great stay! Clean and comfortable with a very friendly and attentive staff. A free hot dinner with adult beverage is included along with a great hot breakfast. The entire hotel is pet friendly and has the sound proofing to make it work.

Rooms are large and clean, breakfast is tasty and sufficient, very friendly contact at front desk and also in restaurant. Location for me perfect, will definitively go there again.
Staff here is so friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and sometimes a wave depending on who is working, even if I pass them multiple times a day. The rooms are nice and updated. I stay here multiple times a year. Great hotel!
It was really clean and the bathroom was totally cool. Carpets weren't bad and the parking lot was pretty much clean also. Breakfast was good and no one hassled me when I was late getting out of the room. I like the place!
We enjoyed our stay here this past week. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Location was perfect. Our room has the Mountain View and it was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset! One thing that stood out to my husband was when walking through the halls to the elevator, there were Exit Signs not only along the top of the walls but also down by the baseboards. In case of a...
Many of us were diverted from being able to get home for Christmas in NY, due to the blizzard and had to stay at a hotel last minute. This team went the extra mile and made sure every member had a room and got comfortable. They even called in additional staff short notice to help. Then, they opened the restaurant with a full service breakfast buffet in the morning to accommodate all of us knowing some...
Service unlike any other. Last night, at around 11 p.m. on Christmas Eve, the manager received a phone call stating 73 soldiers would be coming over in the next few hours. We were diverted from returning home to our families due to the snowpocalypse, and we ended up here to drop off some of the 250 soldiers to their home station. The manager, being hit with this mission on Christmas Eve, called in...

super clean room, great service, we were really happy there. The Lady on the checkin was so professionell, so friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was excellent!
Overall good value. Good breakfast. It is a non-smoking hotel, and we never had any issues with funny smells. The rooms and bathrooms appear updated. Clean. We appreciated the hot tub, free water in the lobby, nice laundry facilities, and the location.
This is the first time my husband and I have stayed at a Best Western, and we were both very impressed. The hotel was nice and well taken care of. The costumer service was great. We forgot to pack toothpaste and they were able to provide half a dozen single use tooth paste packs. It was super helpful and greatly appreciated! The breakfast was amazing. They had a pancake dispenser, which I found really...
I was supposed to be staying at a different hotel for this trip.. but after checking in and seeing how gross the mattresses were and how dirty the rest of the room was, I needed to find somewhere else. I looked online and there was only 1 of the 2 days I needed available here, so I decided to call to double check. The lady who I spoke with was very nice and told me they did have a room open for the...
This hotel was excellent! The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were of good quality and plenty of choices. The staff was very attentive in cleaning the breakfast area and they always had water stations available to fill water bottles which was great for hikers. I would highly recommend.
This was a nice, clean Best Western Plus hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was excellent, although the bathroom is a little small. I would stay here again if I'm this way again. Thank you for a great stay!

Very pleasant and affordable stay. Maintenance is a little behind and elevators often smelled like weed, but the service and friendly staff were a blessing. Internet worked great, too; much better than I expect from hotel internet.
Good for a short stay. we moved here and wanted to stay longer but the lack of a kitchenette prevents. Recommend for shor stays but nothing over a few days. Decent free breakfast
Great experience Jason checked me in and was very helpful and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better hotel experience. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Convert location plenty to see and do within walking distance. Highly recommend this location.
Got a suite on the 5th floor. Hotel is pet friendly which is great, but rooms could be cleaned up better after pets stay. Ours smelled like cat, and my allergies were terrible. Breakfast was busy, and had a limited selection: small packaged muffins, make-your-own waffles, and some bagel slices. First floor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.
Overall, a positive experience. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious enough, and generally clean. Continental breakfast was adequate, about what you normally see. Bed linens did have a few stains on one bed, which is about the only real negative I saw. I'd have no problems staying here again.
