Incredible service. Bar at the West Tower and Bowling alley called Play is the best. The Hotel Bar is also good with many selections. Great French Fries too. The Views are amazing, and I am a CONTEMPORARY guy and the hotel is traditional. Still left me happy. They gave away free Bottled water everywhere. Really need it with the altitude and dry air.

I would give 10 stars if it were an option! We had a magical stay. Everything about the resort is so clean and well kept. The friendliness and service was absolutely amazing! This resort is fantastic. The resort was much cleaner than our visit in 2020. If you have children this is a nice family type of resort. One negative for me is that all of the hand sanitizer machines were empty. After the pandemic, I am more cautious with this and feel if they aren't going to fill the machines, then remove them. Absolutely our new favorite place to stay in Colorado Springs. Our stay was the best the atmosphere was so cozy and staff was super friendly. We loved sitting by the fire place and hanging out. My husband and I stayed for a week to visit our son and his new family stationed at Ft. Carson. The staff here where absolutely amazing they are always so nice and helpful in anyway they can be. Room was very clean and spacious. House keeping was very friendly.

This hotel is located right off the highway and has easy access to area attractions. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. Had my dog with me while staying here and never felt unsafe walking her near property. Room was very quiet. Great place to stay. Nice, friendly staff. The WiFi is easy to connect to and fast. Hotel and rooms were well kept and clean. Our company stayed the week for a leadership retreat and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone loved the cottages, the meeting rooms were fantastic, the wildlife and food were outstanding. My Husband And I lived here for over a year while our house was being built. Very clean, remodeled rooms. My advice is to just keep to yourself and stack your money! Then get on outta there! They have locked premises, fully furnished rooms, gym and laundry. On site security that responds with a simple phone call to major noise disturbances. Friendly staff. Non smoking property.

Hotel room a bit out of date and the furniture looked scuffed up. They confused us with someone else at the front desk. They never checked us out so they charged us for more nights than we stayed. After calling the hotel to clear this up, the manager was helpful and resolved the issue, giving us a refund. Probably would look for a different hotel next time.

Very cozy rooms... A little on the small side. Staff is friendly. Only thing i didnt like much was that if you choose to stay and pay daily as opposed to paying for your whole stay upfront, you have to pay a new deposit every day instead of simply being able to switch the deposit over. Employees were extremely friendly. The woman who does the breakfast even put back out the waffle mix when I was a few minutes late to accompany me and rooms were clean. I appreciated having a kitchen and larger refrigerator. Only drawback is, yes it is close to the airport, but far away from everything else, including stores and supermarket.

Stayed here multiple times. The staff is wonderful and amenties are amazing. I have three kids and Towneplace Suites is my first choice of hotel when traveling. Depending on your length of stay, the available kitchen can save hundreds of dollars on meals.

This is a standard TownePlace with good appliances and clean rooms. I always take off a star when the HVAC unit doesn't have an option for the fan to continually run. The sound of the fan timing off and on wakes my wife up. This is a setting that is blocked by hotel owners to save pennies at the expense of basic comfort for the guests.

Location to Garden of the God's was great, quiet area. Room was decent, it really helped having the small kitchenette for washing bottles, storing milk, heating up baby's food, etc. The complimentary breakfast was good, it was nice not having to worry about one of our meals. They also had coffee available in the lobby 24/7, which was fantastic for us since we had an early flight to catch.

Mostly good. We had 2 room suite at end of hall on third floor. Comfortable except for bed in one bedroom. It was foam mattress and incredibly soft, in a bad way. Ever try sleeping on your side in a hammock? Hot breakfast was not so good. Eggs were cracked into rings then griddled. Heating dish was only warm, eggs got cool. Just minutes from the Garden of the Gods natural mountain formation site and Pike’s Peak. I wasn't a fan of this particular Marriott, mainly because there isn't a hot tub which I did not notice when booking. Second there is almost never anyone at the desk when you walk in, and then on top of that we couldn't get ahold of anyone when we called several times for a late check out... other than those two things the stay was not bad.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only the front desk but everyone there I interacted with. They keep it clean for an older building. I’ve been staying here for the past months, Friendly and courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping always saying hello to me when I come or go. Rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and you can pick up kitchen equipment (cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc) at the front desk for no extra cost. Parking is adequate. Rooms are quiet. Not sure if others experience with this place, but as a frequent traveler throughout the country, I thought this place was excellent for a budget hotel. The management was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the room was updated and clean.

The staff is very friendly. They allow pets. There is a small fee for the pets, don't try to hide your pets since the cost of the pets will be 2.5 times what it would be if you just let them know and you will be charged for the room and asked to leave. The rooms could use some work, but for the price, they are a good clean place to lay your head at night.

First time stay at this beautiful resort lodge. A few critiques: The shower room wall doesn't have a place to lay a razor or any other item. The reading lamps didn't work independent of the main light between the beds. 🤔 (room 345) The same light between the beds do not have a dimmer, much needed since reading lights do not work. Words can't begin to explain how amazing Dave and Rochelle are!! Super nice, straight forward, guest comes first attitudes and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay special. The rooms are super cute and newly remodeled, always very clean and welcoming as is the property. With the modern BBQ area and restful Zen garden you kinda forget you're downtown! Definitely a hidden gem on Nevada....

It's a quaint motel, we stayed for five days. They were still renovating, but it wasn't noticable and didn't interfere with our stay. The new owners are lovely people. We loved having a carport right outside the door. It made it easier unload the car. It's non-smoking, but my kids didn't mind because of the carport. We are staying there again next year, because this is going to be our yearly vacation...

We originally reserved a room under the previous owner. Just a few days ago, new owners took over, so it’s in transition. It’s still all original decor from 1949. Floors need more thorough cleaning and they need new linens. But generally clean. Very quiet. With carports in between the rooms, and thick walls, you don’t know you’re along the old highway. I hope the new owners improve the place. But...

Excellent hospitality from the owner (also the front desk lady). No coffee pots in the rooms, but she makes coffee every morning like clock work. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious, with a microwave & mini fridge. Picnic benches available for a cigarette smoking area away from rooms, which is nice. We stayed for a week and we're very comfortable. No issues at all. Private car ports for each room...

Very exciting place to stay! Believe it or not, the facility was built back in 1949. And the owner has cared for the property! Very comfortable stay.

Don't overlook this place just because of South Nevada Avenue's reputation. Staff is super friendly. Room is "retro", but very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are separated from each other by the carports, so it was quiet and felt private. I felt safe here. If you just need a cheap, no-frills motel room, this is a great option.
