Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. All shopping and restaurants are located within a mile or 2 from the hotel. Let's not forget, Houlihans is located downstairs, and they do send food to your room from the restaurant!

Beautiful property super convenient to Convention Center, we stayed on the Mill side and loved our corner room. Staff in the M club we're all so delightful! Location is convenient to everything uptown! Railroad track runs in front of hotel property, we only noticed one train a night, it wasn't an issue for us! For an older hotel it was fairly decent, when I booked this i was thinking it was the venue that was closer to the Civic Center. But it was still convenient to the Mall.

Touring comedian, Moody Molavi, recently stayed here after a performance nearby and had a wonderful time! The staff was super friendly (even after 2am!) and the room was perfectly clean, and quiet. Excellent staff, clean room and quiet. Comfy beds and extra towels were provided immediately upon request. When I told the desk clerk that I was going to purchase bags for ice packs, she told me not to. She then came to our room with 4 bags of ice suitable for icing my new hip. The pool is no where near 5ft at any point. They don’t have a first aid kit on site, either. Other than having to change rooms for a “maintenance issue” and having odd lights & switches it’s alright.

The hotel has close access to several restaurants. Close to I-185. If you're staying their for access to Fort Benning, the welcome center is only 10 minutes away. Staying there your only a few minutes from the Peachtree mall. The stay isn't the greatest but the location is the best.

Overall, the stay was good. I rated a 3 instead of 4 because the furniture (i.e. chairs in the room) need to be deep cleaned or replaced, and this is nor the first property that has had this issue. However, the customer service I received from Tanay and Jane while planning my stay was phenomenal. I hosted a marriage retreat at this property.

Rooms need updated. It's stuck in the eighties with wallpaper that was peeling. I saw bugs and ants. Close to everything. They have a variety and a great continental breakfast clean environment gym laundry in a pool rooms include microwaves and fridges and coffee makers. And they include dogs. Love everything about this place straight up Southern hospitality here. Only gripe is they say they have a towel shortage I say they need to get more towels

This hotel is by far one of the nicest hotels in Columbus, Ga! Top tier in my option and the amenities left me speechless. The suite, courtesy of staff, on-site gym, breakfast buffet, check-out; I can go on & on. This will definitely be my leisure spot when I want to get away to decompress. Crystal, Kaneisha, Craig, their boss (I apologize for not getting her name), and the other staff members were all so nice & helpful! Very clean and comfortable. Extended hit breakfast free. Crystal at the front desk is a newer employee but was very very accommodating and friendly. The mattresses were some if the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Beautiful pool atea. Nice and clean, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday they have social time so they have free food. Make you own sandwich, potato salad, chips and other stuff the night I was there. That was nice since I traveled most of the day and did not want to go back out to grab food. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, pillows etc... I would stay there again without hesitation if I am back in the area.
