Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. All shopping and restaurants are located within a mile or 2 from the hotel. Let's not forget, Houlihans is located downstairs, and they do send food to your room from the restaurant!

Touring comedian, Moody Molavi, recently stayed here after a performance nearby and had a wonderful time! The staff was super friendly (even after 2am!) and the room was perfectly clean, and quiet. Very conveniently located, and there's a free breakfast served in the morning before check out which makes getting back on the highway that much easier!

What a pleasant surprise! Hotel was soo clean, smelled so good. It was absolutely spotless. I had a wonderful night's rest after traveling 12 hours. The cleaning crew here does an amazing job!! My daughter was visiting me, she chose to stay here. We (her youngest brother 10, and i) was allowed to go in the pool. So I was able to see her room. Price was too high for my budget. But can afford it. That was her 2nd time. Just extremely nice. Awesome!

Breakfast was so good. My mom has a restricted diet and she got her healthy choice. One thing that I love more is that they have 24 hours free coffee and at the end of the day you'll enjoy their freshly bake cookies too.

I enjoyed everything from the checkin to the checkout. The reception was outstanding. The room was clean and the breakfast was great and on time every morning. Front desk Jameshia was a joy. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the front door and continued to greet me, by name, every time she saw me out and about. Everything was great! We had a funeral at FT Benning. Staff was excellent, rooms clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was better than most and had lots of options. It was overly warm in the sitting area when we were at breakfast and later in the day when we met up with family there.

Pros Good location for travel. Parking lot for trucks a bonus. Clean room. Front desk when checking in was very nice and accommodating. Very quiet Cons Water temp needs to be turned up a little. Construction made for traversing the hotel a little difficult. Clean up the areas customers may see. Elevator was down.

Room was very clean and welcoming. The mattress was very comfy. My daughter said that it was the nicest hotel room that she's ever stayed in...enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Only downfall was that the pool was out of order while we were there but we were too busy to swim anyways as we were only in town for my sister's wedding. Would definitely recommend!!

The manager was very polite and extremely helpful. The rooms are updated and very clean. We stayed in a 2 room suite which fit our family perfectly. Free hot breakfast was a plus. Free wifi. We would chose Sleep Inn again.

The staff was great and very professional. I'd only suggest cleaning the air and heating system, and fixing the hot water, it had to run for 15 minutes before it got warm. Other than that I loved staying there!!!

I recently came to Columbus for the state cheerleading competition...I was hesitant to stay at the Quality Inn after seeing some of the bad reviews although they were few and far between.
