Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Wide variety of items. Fitness center was adequate and very nice pool. Rooms were clean but the bathroom light was broken and unable to shut off. Solved that by keeping the door closed. The only negative issue was the other hotel guests (not many off peak) but still inconsiderate and loud in the hallways. This was at 11...
The hotel and breakfast were great, my kids loved it. I took one star off simply because the pool was out of order when we visited. We would definitely return and hopefully the pool will be fixed by then.
We checked in at the desk after 3:00 and got our room key, but when we walked in we discovered that the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Luckily, the cleaning crew was there and dropped what they were doing to clean the room. The A/C wasn’t as strong as I’d like, but it never is. Ice machine was great, breakfast was nice and the pool was clean. Great location- but no shuttle to the induction so four stars...
We started on this trip with no reservations for a place to stay. We stopped at this Best Western to inquire about a room for the night. The night clerk was very nice and even signed me up for the Best Western Rewards. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Room was average, no frills, but very clean. Mattress was very soft, not what I prefer. Staff very friendly. Overall a good basic room.
My kids can't wait to go back to this hotel. The service was great, rooms were clean, but of course their favorite was the pool. The pool turned out to be the best "attraction" for them while we were visiting for an event. The location is perfect for travelers, food and groceries right next door. We will definitely be back!

I was hesitant about my stay for a conference due to some of the reviews. H O W E V E R, It was a wonderful experience and stay. Everyone was so helpful and professional. I appreciated that the TV was a smart tv so I could stream my favorites. It was very cold, so I didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas as much other than the views from the dining area. The food was amazing and a decent variety for...
Nick, the other managers and their staff at the Hawkeye are fantastic!! They are always friendly, helpful and the service is beyond comparison. The food is really good quality and interesting, too. Don't skip the chocolate ice cream, it's the best we've ever had anywhere. We try to make the drive to the restaurant at least once every couple of months.
Choosing the Otesaga as our venue was one of the easiest decisions that we had to make when planning our wedding. We could not have chosen a more beautiful place to celebrate with our family and friends! Our planner, Amanda, as well as our day of coordinators, were also amazing to work with. They were very thorough throughout the entire wedding planning process and were instrumental in making sure...
Have stayed several times at this establishment, and the staff is always courteous and professional. This last visit at the beginning of September 2022, far exceeded all previously hard-to-beat experiences. Especially noted for the wonderful treatment by staff members at the Hawkeye Grill. I look forward to my visit there every year.
Impeccably maintained century-old hotel in a beautiful lake setting. A huge veranda overlooks the lake and is filled with comfortable rocking chairs. The included breakfast buffett is scrumptious. My only complaint was the bed, which was soft and sunk in the middle.
Nice resort. Overlooks scenic Lake Otsego. Have been coming here for years. Resort closes for the Winter, but the bar/restaurant stay open with great food, and pretty good drinks.

This place was amazing!!! My fiancé took me here for my 50th Birthday. Due to a snow storm, places in town closed, and the staff made excellent recommendations for our dinners. The breakfasts were 5 stars. The rooms a very comfy and relaxing when we were not in town. Everything is within walking distance of here. We will definitely be back!!!!
My husband and I took a weekend trip to Cooperstown back in October, and the stay was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were warm and accommodating. We stayed in a room upstairs in toward the back of the house, simple and clean, but bathroom was nicely updated and the shower was great. The dining recommendations and places of interest information that they shared with us ahead of...
Loved our stay at the Landmark! We stayed with our dog and 14 month old in the one dog friendly room (Henry’s Hideaway). The room was so cute and the bed and sheets were the best hotel experience I’ve had! The breakfast in the morning is exceptional and made even better by the amazing staff. Terry was our server both mornings and she was amazing. So friendly and accommodating, with recommendations...
This was not our first visit to the Landmark Inn but it was our first stay since John and Keith became the new owners. The Landmark has always been our go to place when visiting Cooperstown. We always felt that it was the nicest of the many accommodations in the area. We still feel that way, but the new owners have taken it to another level entirely. The rooms are quite spectacular end it appears...
I had a magical time at the Landmark Inn! I arrived after dark on a drizzly night and the lights from the inn immediately felt warm and cozy. I stayed in the Chance Suite which has a spectacular en suite bathroom. I enjoyed the jets in the bathtub, and the provided bubble bath was a lovely touch. I especially enjoyed that the bath products were lightly scented with great lotion! The bed was awesome...
The place was pristine, the furniture was lovely and the pillows and sheets were so comfortable that I checked who made them to buy for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. I complimented the chef on breakfast and he offered, and gave me the recipe.

Loved it. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Baseball Hall of Fame was 10 minutes away. My only issue was the new tech thermostat but worked around the problem.
This was our third stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Milford/Cooperstown. As seems to be the norm, we were greeted warmly and with amusing conversation during check-in and each time we entered or left the building. Our room was nice, clean and ready for our stay. Our room was well lit and offered plenty of outlets for electrical needs. Though we chose not to use housekeeping, our supply needs/ exchanges...
Great place for a quick trip to Cooperstown. The room was clean and quiet, staff was freindly. Easy checkin\checkout and a decent breakfast. There is a pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to use them. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive to HOF and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Would stay again if we're in the area.
Hotel was clean everywhere. Room was really nice. Bed very comfortable. Coffee pot and condiments, hot showers plenty of towels. Every outlet worked all the lights worked. Used the iron it worked. Breakfast was really good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, link sausage. Yogurts, cereal, toast bagels, butter, cream cheese, coffee, orange juice . Loved it. Only downside was the elevator carpet stinks . And maybe...
Very nice new and modern hotel. Nice views and nice comfortable rooms. Friendly staff that have recommendations if you need any while you are staying. Great complementary breakfast in the morning. Plenty of parking and not far from downtown Cooperstown. This hotel is worth checking out if your planning a visit.

My stay here was awesome. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was modern. Breakfast good too!
The location was great with plenty of parking. The rooms are the perfect size for a simple overnight and the beds we're extremely comfortable. The showers we're simply amazing.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub kept us entertained for the evening! We loved the pillows! The cases said "firm" or "soft"!
Everything was quite nice. The entire hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful. The room was nice and cozy. The staff that we interacted with were super nice and helpful. All in all it was a great experience!
After a terrible experience at another local hotel, the staff at this establishment went above and beyond to make sure my dear friend had a place to stay. After losing everything to a terrible house fire including two beautiful children, my friend received a debit card from the redcross to get a hotel room for a couple nights until he can figure out his housing arrangements. After being denied by some...
Rooms are very well taken care of. Very clean and organized layout of the room. Gyn equipment perfect for my needs. Personnel friendly. Enjoyed my first stay so much I just booked 32 more. Thank you for making me comfortable while away from home working.

Great place to stay. Right on the water. Within walking distance to downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of TV channels. Comfortable bed. Great heater, we were there in October. Hot shower. Beautiful Fall leaves. Free parking.
This is definitely a motel and not a hotel in my standards. I don't understand how they call it a hotel no amenities whatsoever. However that's just my opinion but we had a nice stay... Read the fine print before You book it..
A great location in Cooperstown that is in walking distance of Main Street where most of the shops and restaurants can be found. The guy who checked us in was very nice and check in was quick. The room was clean and had plenty of space. There is a fridge in the room which seems to not be as common these days. We ate at the restaurant attached for breakfast which they give you $5 off vouchers for. Breakfast...
Location, Location, Location! This hotel is within a 2 minute walk of downtown Cooperstown. Our room was clean and the view off the balcony of the lake was great. The only two downsides are the room didn't have a fridge(we brought a cooler) and the bed was a little too firm for my taste. The location far outweighs any downside. You can park your car for your stay and explore Cooperstown on foot.
High priced, clean room, grumpy clerk at front desk. Thin walls so if you have a noisy neighbor :-( Would be a great room at about $100. But at $235 it is overpriced for the value.

I would recommend the Inn at Cooperstown. The room was clean, the bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Plenty of coffee and places to hangout. I liked having my coffee on the front porch and slowly allowing myself to wake up.
The people who work at the Inn are very nice and helpful. The Inn itself is tired with very dated paint, carpets, and furniture. If you have a heavy walker staying in the room above you every step will be heard. The location is excellent with many attractions an easy walk.
We chose The Inn at Cooperstown because of its proximity to the Baseball Hall of Fame….but the GM (Hope) and her staff of this beautiful hotel made our visit just perfect! The room was bright and clean, and they serve a wonderful breakfast to help get your day started right! We will go back!!
Charming inn centrally located in walking distance to all of the main attractions in Cooperstown. The view from our room in the front of the house was lovely, the owners are kind & helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious. My review is actually 4.5 stars and my only suggestions would be to get rid of the carpet in the rooms and update the bed spreads. These two elements just feel more like a chain...
My first time at a B&B and it was the best time ever. short five minute walk to the Hall of Fame and the rooms were super clean. Loved the excellent breakfast with your choice of two different kind of hot muffins along with all the rest of the eggs, toast fresh fruit, and yogurts. Staff was very helpful in suggesting places for dinner and seeing if you needed anything else for your stay. I wish we...

Unable to arrive by check in deadline but management responded to our phone message and had room ready with key available when we arrived. Very much appreciated after driving 13 hours.
My third time staying here and everything was wonderful. Very clean and up to date rooms great view and very reasonable prices.
Reasons this place is great: 1. It offers both motel rooms and full cottages to rent. 2. It is clean and well-maintained. 3. It offers kayak or canoes for free to guests. 4. It has a beach with loungers. 5. There is a fire pit. 6. Staff is helpful. 7. It is less than 10 minutes from Cooperstown. 8. Beds are comfortable. We split our stay between a cottage and a motel room. I'm looking forward to staying...
First time at a resort of this type so was expecting Hotel room service. They do not make beds but clean bathrooms daily. Spent 7 nights so feel a change of bedding or more room service could of been extended. Older facilities the mattresses need to be replaced as you roll off the edge most sat on. Bathrooms seemed to be newly done so could be in the works for the future.
The staff is exemplary! They make you feel so comfortable and are very friendly and family oriented. They also cater you your business needs as well. I didn't want to leave, and the access to the lake is easy. My family felt safe while we were there. We were very close to Cooperstown and all their activities. We're going back next week. Simply put, Amazing time! A must Stay for us!!!
Clean, well maintained facility with an old school charm. I found it unusual to sleep in a double/full bed. Maybe it was a queen, but it sure felt small. Aside from that it was comfortable. I hoped to have a view of the lake from my cottage, but alas I was not so lucky. Staff was very nice, and helped us procure a private driver for the evening.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The desk clerk was very sweet and friendly upon arrival. We got a 2 double beds room, it's not huge but spacious enough to not feel cramped. Clean. AC worked. Bed firm but comfortable. Bathroom is nice - new sink with tons of counter space, plenty of towels. Decent sized mini fridge, though the freezer in it isn't much of a freezer. Microwave too. Furniture...
It smelled must and could use an update but the bed was very comfortable and is serviceable for the the experience
Very clean. Staff kind and helpful. Room had everything you need: Microwave, fridge, blow dryer, iron, cable TV etc. My only complaint is that the water was rusty. The room smelled of bleach, which I don’t like, but hoped it meant it was really clean. Continental breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot but good enough. I do recommend this place.
We called late on a Sunday night looking for a room to sleep 3 adults, the host said no problem as long as we got there by 10. When we arrived the host gave us extra towels to clean our motorcycle gear. The room was nice with 3 double beds, with 2 of the 3 facing the TV. My only complaint was all of the outlets had one recepticle on a light switch. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also, the hotel...
Slept 3. Soap sucked. Everything else was awesome for the price. Office guy was alerted us to AAA discount. Nice place to squanch.
If your looking for a super convenient no frills place to stay on your visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park this is it. Close to Park and downtown rooms are clean shower is decent and can pull the car right up to room. No turn down service but your not there for that just for getting to the games.

We were pleasantly surprised there was a second room off the main room with two couches and a television. That I recall, that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Loved being a 2 minute walk from The Baseball Hall of Fame. Super convenient.
Nice basic room however a few issues. Check-in and check-out is at another building about a 5 minute walk away which make it a bit inconvenient. No air conditioning controls as this is centrally regulated. TV has horrible reception.

It's your basic, older motel. It is not luxurious but has a great view of the lake and has a convenient location between Glimmerglass and Cooperstown. It's clean and quiet. They even let me charge my plug-in hybrid car by sharing the outlet with the vending machine.
This place is so cute and quaint! We loved it for our week stay in Cooperstown for baseball. The owner is so amazing, and genuinely nice; the whole staff actually. Only thing that could have made it any better is a hot tub and comfy beds. I highly recommend terrace motor inn.
The rooms were clean but basic and old. Ours had a very small shower stall. The TVs are tiny, if that matters to you. Lake is across the road. Access to the lake with kayaks and paddle boards is nice. Breakfast is included but there is not a dining area. Nice picnic tables and Adirondack chairs to use, as well as charcoal grills. Expensive for what it is, but you're paying for location.

Clean motel close to Cooperstown with a great view of the lake. Free breakfast and parking. The cost of rooms right in the town proper can be steep so this is a great family alternative. Idyllic setting right on 80 and just a short drive from the Hall of Fame. Would stay again.
Fairly acomidating room, and friendly staff! Very pretty lake view from terrace, and excellent morning breakfast and coffee. The beds are very comfortable, however I would definitely bring your own pillow! But over all a great experience.

Patti couldn’t be more accommodating! Loved my room... clean, comfortable and private. Always great advice about where to eat and things to see! Housekeeping was spot on every day. The breakfast is always amazing! Highly recommend, and I’ll be back again!
Just arrived home from a delightful 2 night stay - it was just what we needed. Home was charming, clean and comfortable. Patti you made us feel right at home from the get go and I felt like we knew each other immediately - we laughed constantly and shared stories. You gave great recommendations and suggestions. Patti is a wonderful host. Very comfortable rooms with smallish bathrooms. Great big home cooked breakfasts. Be on time - she says 8:30 sharp she means 8:30 sharp!
First time at a Bed & Breakfast and wanted to surprise my boyfriend for the weekend. Patty was very friendly from the moment we arrived. It felt like we were coming to visit an old friend. The home was exactly how I imagined a Bed & Breakfast should be. Breakfast was served at 8:30 and what an event. Not only was the coffee and food good but the company was even better. Patty is able to bring a bunch...
What a wonderful place to stay. The room and breakfast is 5 stars but what makes this a must is Patti the owner. Warm, funny and full of stories she makes you feel welcome in her home. When we return the Rose and Thistle is the only place we will stay.

My son and I stayed here while visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame. The location in the center of Cooperstown was perfect and the Inn has free parking. This is not a 5-star hotel, but our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay near the Hall of Fame.
I had lunch here during a trip to Cooperstown. They offered an $8.00 lunch which my husband and I took a chance on. We were so happy with our choices. My cheeseburger was perfect and the fries are addictive, super crispy outside. The shrimp bisque was tasty along with a half sandwich. Ruth was gracious and attentive server and we enjoyed a lovely quiet lunch.
Tom was wonderful at every encounter. He was very accommodating even when a sudden change to our schedule came up. The food at the restaurant was very filling and the staff was just as friendly and warm. The location was phenomenal for the Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. Very close to everything in town. Definitely the place to stay for Hall of Fame weekend.
Staff a very friendly! Location is right off main strip and makes everything easy to get too. parking is available but there is also a lot of off street parking. Older building so keep that in mind. Everyone complained about the stairs but I thought they were fine...maybe because I am used to growing up in an old house. Everything was clean!! We visited last year and I thought I had written a review, but can't find it anywhere, so here it is. Visited in fall 2020 and loved the quaint little town. Excellent place to stay. Very clean, very friendly and the rooms were perfect. The Baseball Hall of Fame was less than a 10 minute drive and the view of the lake was amazing! We will be back soon!
Beautiful view. Stayed for 2 weeks for work and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms were a little dated and beds were just ok. They did have a nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna which was nice. There's a pool table and a few arcade games in the game room. Over all its a nice and affordable place to stay on the lake. Reserve early and ask for a room with a lakeside balcony. They only have a few.
This is a really good place to stay. The view is just great. The rooms are perfect for family’s up to 4. The only things (pretty major) that brought this down to 3 stars is because when we first got settled into our room, there was no water! So we had to go to the office to get them to fix it. (Thankfully they did) And the water in the indoor pool is disgusting. It is not clear under the water and...
Fabulous place to stay! We stayed here after seeing a concert at Ommegang. It's an easy 20 minute drive to the venue. First of all, I loved the wallpaper--representing books in the main hallway (surrounding a well-stocked real bookcase), floral in the bedroom. Nothing snobbish about the decor (some of those books were Reader's Digest Condensed Books), but I appreciated the baseball references being kept to a discreet minimum (I'm a fan of baseball, but even more a fan of NY history).
