Overall our stay was amazing. THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE WAS BREATHTAKING!!! Service was good and the staff were very nice. My only issue was that I booked the romance luxury package and I assumed it included a complimentary breakfast but that was not the case. No big deal but it would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast for 2 included in a romance package.

This is our go to hotel when staying in downtown Dallas. With 7 different restaurants on site there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Bob's Chop house although they are all good. The pool overlooks the city. The staff has always been phenomenal and when we had an issue recently the manager resolved it and upgraded us to a better room.

I am so impressed with this hotel. It is a beautiful structure with a modern design and immaculate rooms but that isn't even the best part. From the moment we arrived from the valet parking attendant to the check in and maid service every employee has been so friendly. They treat you like you are a friend coming to visit. I came with my daughter and her 2 month old son for a conference. Usually when you have a baby in tow in such a nice hotel you can get a cold reception. So opposite to that here. They were super friendly and accommodating. It was if we were VIPs. I noticed that even employees passing by were friendly. I don't think I have ever received more attentive friendly service. For such a big hotel it had a really nice individual community feel. The beds were super comfortable and the TV in the mirror of the bathroom was a nice addition. The bathroom was very spacious as well. I would definitely stay again and have no problem with recommending it to family and friends.

Came in for a Hockey game, just a couple of nights, and had no problems with the hotel. Loved all of the restaurants, and had meals at Texas Spice and at The Owners Box, multiple times. Prices were reasonable for a hotel, and everything tasted good! We even did room service for breakfast, and the food was still good. Our room was on the top floor, so the view was great. We spent most of our time out of the room, but overall the stay was great. Only bad note is that the valet took 30 minutes bringing our car around at checkout, which we did early to avoid that problem. While we might stay closer to the stadium next time, we would use the Omni again for other reasons.

Was there for corporate meeting. Room very comfortable. Banquets team, service and food was terrific. My only concern was the inconsistent room service daily, including not making sure my door was completely closed after daily cleaning, so could push to open. Water not replaced daily as well as other products, inconsistent. Finally you go to the trouble to make a sign about saving the earth...so I leave my towel on a hook every day to dry...but it was still replaced. Probably should let the help in on the goal...

Staying at the hotel for a work conference. The venue has been fantastic. The rooms are lovely with a very comfortable, opulent decor. The food has been delicious with a wide range of options. The drinks have been very generous measures. All the conference facilities have been at a very high standard. The rooms are well laid out and the seating has been really comfortable.

I booked this hotel for a stay-cation for Christmas with my husband. We have always wanted to experience the Omni, but we were so disappointed. The service at the front desk was terrible! The lady that had helped us, was honestly no help at all. We went to check in to the hotel and I had left my ID at home (which they need to check a person in) so I had explained to her that I did not have it and they would not check me in. I even had a picture of it on my phone and she said they must have it in person. What kind of policy is that? So am I not allowed to get a hotel without my ID even when I had a picture of it? What if I had been from out of state? She came up with the idea that they could cancel the reservation and put it under my husbands name since he had his ID but the room rate would change $7 a night. Which I thought was ridiculous since I had booked it for that rate. She couldn't comp it? Even though she was the "supervisor." And to top it all off, she didn't even make the new reservation for the time that we had planned to stay. I had to go back down to the front desk the next day because they were wondering why we didn't check out!
The room keys deactivated so that was annoying too and the keys didn't let us out of the parking garage.
Other than that, I enjoyed the view and the room was very clean. We didn't explore the amenities. Room service is the only thing that was exceptional! They were very nice and timely! The food was great too.
All in all, wish we would have stayed somewhere that has better customer service. Especially on Christmas!!!

Greatly enjoyed my first time visit at the downtown Omni. Large parking garage with plenty of parking. Very nice room with an ample bathroom and nice, hot shower. Great customer service from the front desk to housekeeping. A problem in the bathroom was fixed within minutes, and a someone knocked at my door within minutes of our request for an extra toothbrush. Best part: I got a great, same-day rate on Expedia!

I was in need of a spa day, or so my husband said to me. He had booked an appointment for the Renewal Package. It was worth every penny! Heather took care of my facial. My skin feels fresh and I left with a glow. Amy filled the rest of my time doing my manicure and pedicure. She was a joy and kept my spirits up. I loved the environment. Kudos ladies! The hotel is gorgeous. I will send others your way!
