Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Dallas1 / 50

Dallas, 400 North Olive Street 🧭 Map
This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.
I always stay at the Marriott, but this particular hotel is one of my favorites! Comfortable beds and view, and unmatched customer service. Check-in was a breeze. The Draft Sports Bar & Lounge has amazing Servers, especially Mr. Jose! Let me tell you about this guy! Over my stay, Mr. Jose serviced me with “THE” best Sidecar drinks I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and ensured I was overall happy...
My favorite thing about my stay was the comfortable bed and the view from my window. The lighting was poor but something I can get over. While there, I happened to accidentally leave behind my toiletry bag. I reached out once I realized my mistake and was directed to a very nice gentleman in security. It had not yet been turned in but he offered to go to the room I was in and personally look. While...
Me and my man went for a trip to the state fair and it was great! Rooms were tidy and clean and had an amazing view. Only thing I wish was that we had breakfast included in our rates. Location of the hotel was close to a lot of food places and lots of walking around downtown. 😊 parking was $30 a day which can add up pretty quickly.
This place looks nice on the outside. The building lobby is nice and impressive. The room was nice when I first looked but as I looked at the details it was giving 2 star. The curtain was broken, it was dusty in the room. The shower had a string of hair on the curtain. After a minute it started to feel unclean and I understood that it just looked good. The food is good. Be mindful when walking on...
Rooms were clean and big, hotel has some facilities to get coffee and groceries within.

I loved everything about this hotel. The lobby welcomes you without anyone having to say anything. The room was nice, the mirrors were super clean (I'm a mirror fanatic). The shower was amazing. The room doesn't have a microwave. We went downstairs to see for an area that might have had one. Surprisingly, the receptionist said, "No problem, I'll have one send to your room". I knew then, I was going...
Stayed overnight from attending a concert at the Toyota music factory. Location is great for the concert venue. 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk as well. The hotel is very nice. The room was clean. We had a king room with a balcony and lake view. Beautiful. The bed was super comfy. The only thing that was disappointing was that there is no microwave in the room. We always...
I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Las Colinas four nights. The accommodations were nice, clean and worth the money but Tonya truly took our experience to the next level. She was prompt with every request and kept a smile and positive attitude. smile the whole time. She recommended the hotel restaurant as well as those in the surrounding area. Tonya truly made our stay a very pleasant...
I'd definitely stay here again. The room was a good size, clean and quiet, the staff was so friendly, the self parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel lobby itself was really spacious and lively with the restaurant and bar. I like that you can book rooms based on floor level and canal/lake view. The location is great too... Variety of food, retail, and entertainment options.
Nice, clean. Spacious king rooms. Loved the view of the lagoon outside my window! Super allergic to the brand of shampoo they provide though, so heads up if you're sensitive to heavy perfumes. The "Aromatherapy" Thann shampoo had me stuffy and sneezing for hours. Allergies aside, I would definitely stay here again for visits to North Dallas - I'll just be bringing my own shampoo.
Great Exec lounge (for the members) - food choices and food quality. Lounge closes at 10pm but most Marriott's do. Cindy (in the Exec lounge ) is amazing, very attentive to everyone. Front Office manager, Dylan Franco, checks in on the guests as if we were owners. Small hotel feel at a big hotel. Rooms are renovated and remind me very much of a W Hotel room (one of my favorite Decor hotels). Staff...

My girlfriend and I booked a room here for our anniversary. The service was really good here and the staff and was friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is it all seemed a bit overpriced for what we were getting. The prices reflected online are not at all accurate after you calculate the fees and taxes. We had...
My husband and I always stay at Crescent whenever we come into Dallas! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The service was great from valet to bell hopper to front desk. Petra was very sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back!
My husband and daughter surprised me with this beautiful hotel for my birthday!! We enjoyed all 3days the good things that happen definitely out weigh the bad❤️💯I would like to give a huge shout out to the bar Kay my Leo friend, Oscar, Tiffany, Beau and Mayra sorry if I misspelled anyone's name😉Thanks everyone for making my day super special!!
The Crescent Court Hotel offers an absolutely wonderful experience and stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the main attractions of the city center. The stay was one of the most comfortable in recent years and the hospitality is second to none. The angel at the front desk really made our stay and holiday special, he showed true hospitality and care for each guest. We will definitely return here...
I am so grateful that there is a place that still values customer service throughout the entire hotel. We stayed at the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas for our wedding anniversary. Angel at the front desk made our anniversary extra special by upgrading our room and sending chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates to our room. His hospitality was nothing short of "great service". Angel...
For a wedding, the hotel was the shuttle pick up. Parking was easy, the front desk was helpful, but they didn't know anything about the shuttle and neither did valet. With that said, I don't blame them for the confusion. Really pretty inside

Nice hotel and good location. However was not happy that self park was not available and valet service was the only option, which was an absurd $50. Would not recommend staying here if you are driving your own vehicle as it still took longer for the valet to go get my car and drive it to me opposed to me just walking to my car which would have been faster. Asked if I would be able to use the free night...
I traveled here for business, and the location allowed a comfortable walk to an from our meetings, which was appreciated. The hotel lobby, bar and common areas are all well maintained and very modern. The room itself, was spacious and comfortable enough. The bed was nice, and the pillows magnificent. I had a problem with my bathroom sink not draining, but upon reporting to the front desk, it was repaired...
Accommodation was good bar & food good location good
This is not the experience I was expecting at a Marriott. They have renovated this hotel but there are so many imperfections as seen in the photos. The staff are nice and try to accommodate as much as possible. That's why the 3 stars. It does need a lot of tune up to bring up to the usual Marriott standards or have the overall standards of the chain come down??
Very friendly staff. Asked a gentleman in housekeeping who delivered towels to a room about Sunday brunch. He wasn't sure and he went and checked, they then called my room and confirmed the hours for the Sunday brunch. Great to see people go beyond their job to assist customers/guests. The executive chef was extremely friendly and sought our feedback on the meals that were prepared as was the rest...
I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. I was in the process of moving when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. But the staff at this Marriott was impressive. They provided me with an experience that made me feel like a VIP. Led by their very friendly General Manager Juan Calderon and his Assistant Manager Jennica Gonzalez. Renaissance Dallas North Hotel offers a mix of experiences. Guests praise the comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and good food. However, some find the hotel a bit dated and in need of renovation. Despite this, the service and overall ambiance remain positive. It's a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay with good amenities in a convenient location.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I spent 9 days, and the customer service was exceptional. Crystal and Terrance at the front desk were especially kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious as well. I've been to hotels where even simple meals, like wings, weren't fully cooked. However, I had the wings here on two occasions, and they were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The room I stayed...
1. The location is great, parking is good, and ambience is pretty nice also. 2. We traveled and reached there late at night looking to find a warm room for us to rest. There was a solitary reception staff handling everything and thus it took us a bit of time but still we were provided with a room on the 8th floor so great. 3. But upon entering the room we found it in used condition, bed sheets strewn...
We enjoyed the two nights that we spent at this hotel, but there is room for improvement. The front desk clerk, Jeffrey, was beyond helpful and congenial. You can tell that he not only enjoys his job, but he sincerely wants guests to feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was nice enough but needs to be refreshed. The ottoman and upholstered chair show signs of wear and are a bit tired looking. However...
Very disappointed. Hotel needs an upgrade. Tried to choose a luxury hotel for vacation and the only thing luxury was the restroom accessories. The hotel smells of old stale clothes once you arrive to your floor. Tried to ignore this. We recently stayed at the omni hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was super clean and the staff was super helpful when we needed more sheets. The pool and hit tub was also super beautiful and they have a good bar and music out there as well. They even gave out complementary bomb pops to the kids which was super sweet. This was one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at.

We were attending an opera concert in Dallas and had found this nearby! The rooms were a bit expensive at $900+ for a King suite. The rooms are a simple ‘Modern’ style, yet beautiful designed. I got married in Dallas a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of having a bridal shower hosted by my mom and maid of honor in the French Room at The Adolphus. We booked the venue over a year in advance and the communication we received from Hallie was always prompt...
I would rate our overall stay - 4.75 stars. We had a one night stay for the Texas/OU game. We arrived late AM and we were fortunate our room was available early. Not sure if it makes a difference but we have Titanium status. It was a busy weekend with many traveling in for the game. Our room was upgraded to a 2 King Suite on the top floor. The room was quite large but I would call it a larger 2 King...
My five-day stay at the Adolphus for my daughter's wedding was memorable. The bridal shower in The French Room surpassed our expectations, thanks to the exceptional service led by "Captain Connie." My family and I recently attended a bridal shower at the Adolphus, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by 'Captain' Connie in The French Room and Pedro along with the rest of the staff. clean and good facilities the pool was great. location amazing right by tram station.
Nice clean quiet hotel. Walk outside and the sounds of the city are there but inside nice and calm and quiet. Easy reception area, great location close to restaurants and sites.
Stayed here for one night after flying into Dallas before heading to Austin. The rooms were clean and large, and I had a cool view of the downtown area from the 10th floor. The only negative was that my room didn't have any toilet paper when I arrived...but they were quick to fix the issue. I would stay here again!
the service was good. the upgrade to the suite was amazing. the neighborhood was may be not the best. they also pointed me to a steak house restaurant underground nearby that was closed on that Sunday night. I was also assured that the neighborhood was safe but a 8 pm stroll did not give me exactly that warm and fuzzy feeling. it may be safe but I would recommend being careful.
Nice big clean rooms. Fitness centre and the open swimming pool is nice too. It wouldn't hurt to have a weighing scale in the gym or provide the guests with some water bottles. The keurig coffee maker is decent. The toiletries are good. The view from my room on 8th is cool too. An absolutely amazing time. Customer service was great but in the restaurant it was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only one thing was missing from making this a 5 star review and that was not getting fresh towels after requesting them twice. Can’t wait until my next stay.
This was a hard one to really type out because I loved the staff and location, but the quality of the hotel did not even closely meet my expectations. I stayed in the Fantastic King Suite with a romantic package and never received the champagne that was mentioned. Me and my wife came for our anniversary to watch the Cowboys. We absolutely loved the hotel. The views from the rooftop pool are hands down the best in Dallas. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Restaurant had great food and the rooftop bar served great cocktails. We will certainly be back again and again.
I cannot speak for the hotel, but the rooftop bar was amazing. We had a great experience, delicious cocktails and great and friendly service. Juan was our bartender and did an amazing job, the DJ after 9pm was great as well. Beautiful rooftop with pool, amazing views over the Dallas skyline and cozy ambiente. Very chill environment! Definitely recommend.
Such a cool hotel, with a great vibe. We loved the high ceilings in our room and all the bright windows! Room service was delicious too. I stayed at Canvas for a week during a business trip. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room is clean and the beds were really comfortable. The restaurant doesn't have a huge selection, but the items they have are very good and moderately priced, especially for hotel food in this area.
The hotel staff are super friendly (with the exception of Larry in the ground floor restaurant, who made us feel uncomfortable and gave the room an air of complete tension), it was an amazing stay, hotel is fabulous, room was generous size and the team very very helpful. Such a fun stay!

Nice hotel, clean, fancy finishes, good location. Not the standard usual awful continental breakfast, they got omelettes.
We were extremely satisfied with the prices, amenities, friendly staff, and location! We will absolutely book rooms here again if the need arises.
Located within walking distance to the Dallas stars hockey game. The hotel seemed a little dark, but the room and friendliness of the staff was good.
Person checking us in knew all about our music concert times and walking distance. The room is nice and big. It looks like a older hotel that has been updated. To say the least they did a great job on the update. The best part of the stay was the free hot breakfast. Cooked to order omelets, fresh bacon. What else can you ask for. One other thing received online check in and online check out!
Currently here on the second floor. The room is clean, big and up to date. The breeze flows right through the window, it's freezing and you hear every single car that goes by. I was having a lovely stay, but now a really bad odor is in my room (rotten eggs). Have been trying to call the front desk, but no response... Which brings me here.
Good location, a short walk from the American Airlines arena (the hotel offered a free minibus service to take us there). The room was very spacious but we couldn't work the lock in the bathroom. We may have missed them but we could've also used some extra pillows which we couldn't find as one was too thin on its own.

First time staying at this hotel. We had friends with us, and each room was slightly different, which was cool. The elevator was a bit slow. We were on the 9th floor, and we had a nice view! In room safe and fridge. Comfy bed and pillows were good! The one negative was the bathroom lighting. It's not the greatest and the carpet. It's very worn and dirty. Trendy vibe overall.
10/10 front seat staff was so polite and friendly! The room was gorgeous and the bartender was hilarious and the drinks are very moderately priced. It’s walking distance to a lot and with many other people outside walking i felt safe walking around the area at midnight to get some tacos from Twisted Trompo.
Great hotel with an artsy, contemporary vibe, located within easy walking distance of the convention center. Rooms were clean, spacious and laid out well. Hotel was quiet at night and easy to get a good night's rest. One star taken off on the service because the person checking me in to the hotel refused to call regarding my company's corporate account, which had already completely covered hotel costs...
I come here for a conference or personal travel once or twice a year. I like the Aloft brand and this is a good example. Great lobby bar with lots of seating options. Front desk staff is helpful for quick check-ins. The rooms are oddly shaped because of the reuse of an older building but they are functional and nice. Definitely a good choice for a stay in Downtown Dallas.
Great location within walking distance to convention center. Walking distance to Dealey Plaza. Modern rooms. Limited on food available on site. Great staff.
Our room was nice and quiet. The hotel has a very “modern” look as do the rooms. The down side was room service. Not the best at cleaning and making he room back up. The bar was nice and well stocked.

I checked in a little hate (due to bad GPS directions), and I was checked in easily, at check-in, I asked if I could have a late checkout, for various reasons and they granted it very easily. Rooma were clean and smells fine. The bathrooms were mostly clean, minus...
A great stay. Clean, nice accommodations and every staff member we've found has treated us great. The shuttle bus driver, Hayek, really saved us when we discovered, at the terminal, that we'd left our passports in our room. The in house restaurant food was amazing. Five stars, couldn't ask for a better stay.
Stayed here before leaving for our Honeymoon in St. Thomas. Victoria, a generous and sweet person struck up a conversation at Starbucks . I'm gluten free and she sent up gluten free cake and champagne to celebrate!!! Plus helped me by showing what all in the hotel was gluten free and how they would go out of their way to accommodate my allergy. Everyone went well above anything I could have expected...
Here for a business meeting/conference. The place is clean and efficient. Rooms are reasonably large, comfortable and well kept. Close to the airport, and there's a quick shuttle bus. Conference food was good. Service was also fast and efficient. Bathroom too was clean and well presented. Good hotel for airport stopover or for meetings. Views are nothing special, not a good place for a romantic break...

I stayed at this hotel last minute and i found it good. Rooms where good. Checked in at 11am yesterday and the front desk lady was so nice and respectful. Will be going back in the future. ??
There are a couple of things that need to be addressed in order to get a better rating. First there was a smell of weed as I went to my room. Then the room had a mildewy smell inside kind of like old socks almost. There were holes on the sheets from what I can tell came from smoking or something. The heater was not working so it was a bit of a cold stay. But I will say you get what you pay for. The...
Roons were as posted. However, vanity area carpet was soaked due to leaking plumbing. No coffeemaker or soaps provided. Safe area but noisy neighbors
We found ourselves either here or on the street. This motel did their best to help us feel as good as they could in a stressful time. Thank you, it was much appreciated. D. Jubb

We stay here every time we come to town. Always clean and cozy. Nothing is ever broken or needs fixed. Water pressure and temp are great. Breakfast is great. And if we ever do need something they’re quick to help.
The location was wonderful. We loved that it as 2 bedrooms and a sitting Rea and a kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The location had many restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the pool. The place was clean and rooms were quiet. We enjoyed our stay and not far from the airport as well.
The room was great. Great for families to share and spend time together while still having privacy when you get a 2 bedroom suite. Price is in line with a typical hotel room especially if you book a little early and take advantage of discounts online. Maid service was excellent. She even loaded the dishwasher! The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the pool was freezing. I know it's Texas and...
The rooms are nice and cozy. Seems like a small apartments. Has a full size kitchen, dining room and even a walk in closet. The bed could've been a little softer and the bathroom could've been a little bigger but it was not too bad overall. The area is nice too, it has a pool and a basketball court. Parking isn't the best though. I do recommend booking on Expedia though because it saved us like $2...
This was a nice hotel with a full kitchen. They offer a hot breakfast each morning that includes an omelette station. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport. Restaurants and shop are nearby. The beds are ok. The shades they have let in the lights they have at night however. The rooms were clean but needed the bathroom door fixed (would not close completely) and the toilet would run...
It's recently renovated. Full kitchen, standing shower. Omelet breakfast in the morning for guests. Rooms are spacious. Our room included a living and bedroom. Great deal for the price of $94 a night. Located near everything.
