This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.
I always stay at the Marriott, but this particular hotel is one of my favorites! Comfortable beds and view, and unmatched customer service. Check-in was a breeze. The Draft Sports Bar & Lounge has amazing Servers, especially Mr. Jose! Let me tell you about this guy! Over my stay, Mr. Jose serviced me with “THE” best Sidecar drinks I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and ensured I was overall happy...
My favorite thing about my stay was the comfortable bed and the view from my window. The lighting was poor but something I can get over. While there, I happened to accidentally leave behind my toiletry bag. I reached out once I realized my mistake and was directed to a very nice gentleman in security. It had not yet been turned in but he offered to go to the room I was in and personally look. While...
Me and my man went for a trip to the state fair and it was great! Rooms were tidy and clean and had an amazing view. Only thing I wish was that we had breakfast included in our rates. Location of the hotel was close to a lot of food places and lots of walking around downtown. 😊 parking was $30 a day which can add up pretty quickly.
This place looks nice on the outside. The building lobby is nice and impressive. The room was nice when I first looked but as I looked at the details it was giving 2 star. The curtain was broken, it was dusty in the room. The shower had a string of hair on the curtain. After a minute it started to feel unclean and I understood that it just looked good. The food is good. Be mindful when walking on...
Rooms were clean and big, hotel has some facilities to get coffee and groceries within.

I had a fun time with my 5 and 10 year old daughters~~
Great location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink...
Hotel anatole is a mini vacation for my son and me we have started a tradition of staying here before school starts i never want to leave here it’s the perfect trip for us i get to relax and enjoy time w my son while he is happy i look forward to coming again real soon
I was over charged! I was told when I called that the resort was included and when I left the resort was charged separately causing me all kinds of issues.
We loved our stay here and are planning to be back again. Dalya was wonderful and welcoming when we checked in and made us feel so welcome. It was our first stay here and her kindness and attentiveness made us feel like we were at home. The pool was immaculate and the lazy River was a dream. Restaurant staff were top notch and the food was delicious and everything was sparkling clean! We can't...

I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!
I proposed to my fiance yesterday at the reunion tower and we stayed in one of these beautiful rooms and had the best day of our lives. The Centennial had a breakfast bar in the morning and everything was delicious! And Robert Larios the guest services manager even emailed me after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. Really made our whole experience special. Robert is the best in Dallas! I...
What a beautiful hotel!!! Beautiful rooms, large accommodating conference rooms, and super spacious dining area. Super nice bartenders and wait staff. Checking in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend staying here.
Great place to hold a work event. We came here for a work event. The staff were great, facilities and rooms were really nice, and meeting/ ballrooms were good. They also have some other amenities, like quick grab coffee and snacks places, and a few restaurants. It was easy to navigate with parking attached.
I was genuinely impressed with my recent stay at HRD. The suite was spotless, spacious, and incredibly quiet — exactly what I needed. But what truly set the experience apart was Michelle, my concierge. She went above and beyond in every way, turning a quick trip to Dallas into something truly memorable. Her exceptional service and attention to detail made all the difference. You have to appreciate...
Me and my wife stayed over the weekend for our Anniversary. It was our 3rd time staying at the hotel, And we always have a great experience. A particular person from the valet department stood out to us the most. I asked the gentleman on how we could leave a review, and He gave me a Google review card. His name is Errol. The service facilities are great! There are many restaurants in and around the hotel. This time I was given a city view room which was very comfortable.
Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!
The coffee machine and bathtub in the room have not been cleaned for a long time. The location is quite convenient
Unreasonable charges! ! !
Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the...

Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport Hotel
Dallas, 2334 North International Parkway, P.O. Box 619014 🧭 Map
Stayed here between work trips. Very convenient location especially if on a layover or need to stay by the airport. Also walkable from the terminal C.
This hotel is good enough for an overnight layover in Dallas. However, the rooms didn’t have complementary bottled waters or slippers. Buffet breakfast also cost $30.
I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.
Great location at the airport. More affordable alternative to the Grand Hyatt.
I love her in front of the desk
This hotel is very close to the airport but no easy access to. We used shuttle services not too great. Hotel is not super clean compared to the other Hyatt Regency. No free water provided in the room unless you have high tier membership.

Quick family visit
We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.
It was close to tons of activities, restaurants, bowling, cinema etc.
Dallas Stay
The staff is fantastic. They are friendly and professional. My room was attended to during my stay which was a nice touch.
Nothing but the basics
You get what you paid for basics. No morning coffee other than what is provided in the room. No complimentary breakfast other than what you pay for.
Overall, it was an average stay
It was hard to get service at the coffee Café in the morning. The place was under construction, so it was a little limited on what we could access. And the cost for parking was high.
Great place to stay the room was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful.. I would stay here again

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. You can get on the highway right outside. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is large enough, but the facilities are relatively old and there are not many types of breakfast.
Facilities: Basic configuration
Sanitation: Good
Environment: What a business hotel should look like
Service: I don’t need to mention American hotels
I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.
The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.
Exceptional staff. Kind. Compassionate. Room Service THE BEST. I had to have a medical procedure done and this hotel was 7 minutes away from surgical facility. I slept like a baby in my bed, with feather-free linens and pillows. I will return. So quiet and soothing. The staff are 10 stars plus!

Excellent hotel! The room was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. The waitstaff was outstanding! They were very kind and polite and we appreciate everything they do. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family members. Thanks for a great vacation!
The people, the service, the accommodations were excellent. We stayed in the executive level and it was just anything that we wanted was there for us. We spend every anniversary here they always accommodate us by giving us the same room on the same floor and we just absolutely love it. I would recommend this...
Top notch service! I was upgraded when I arrived. I had personalized bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in my bathroom. Received a note under the door giving me a head's up on the following day's weather, so I could be prepared. My experience has been great! Thank you Fairmont.
A nice hotel we've stayed in. It's located at a convenient location if you need to do something in the downtown area. Parking is only valet but nothing to worry about. Rooms we nice. Overall speaking, we are quite satisfied with the hotel but the only fly in the ointment was that our request of cancellation of last night for one of our team who had to reschedule his travel plan was bluntly rejected. by the way, I have booked 6 rooms for three nights.

Food For Thought
Dallas Tx is an extremely difficult place to drive to. The traffic is rated as the worst in the USA by me. Because of the traffic you are forced to dine in the area. Dallas essentially shuts down on the weekends and one must eat at the hotel for every meal. All the usual stuff you expect at a Marriott hotel was top notch. But the food situation really would keep me from returning...
Nice hotel and good location. However was not happy that self park was not available and valet service was the only option, which was an absurd $50. Would not recommend staying here if you are driving your own vehicle as it still took longer for the valet to go get my car and drive it to me opposed to me just walking to my car which would have been faster. Asked if I would be able to use the free night...

I'd definitely stay here again. The room was a good size, clean and quiet, the staff was so friendly, the self parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel lobby itself was really spacious and lively with the restaurant and bar. I like that you can book rooms based on floor level and canal/lake view. The location is great too... Variety of food, retail, and entertainment options.
Nice, clean. Spacious king rooms. Loved the view of the lagoon outside my window!
Super allergic to the brand of shampoo they provide though, so heads up if you're sensitive to heavy perfumes. The "Aromatherapy" Thann shampoo had me stuffy and sneezing for hours.
Allergies aside, I would definitely stay here again for visits to North Dallas - I'll just be bringing my own shampoo.
Great Exec lounge (for the members) - food choices and food quality. Lounge closes at 10pm but most Marriott's do. Cindy (in the Exec lounge ) is amazing, very attentive to everyone. I had an amazing stay at the Westin. The front desk receptionist, Deborah, did an incredible job accommodating our room with special touches such as communicating with the kitchen to get us a charcuterie board, getting us bath robes, upgrading us to a bigger room, and even went out of her way to write us a customized note to celebrate our weekend. They truly do care about their guests and I highly...
The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! It can get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the busy street, but the beds were super comfortable (though the pillows were a bit flat). Still, I can’t get over how wildly large the room was. Overall, a really nice stay!
Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, there are restaurants and coffee shops around, there are several attractions around, I will choose it next time!
The hotel is located in downtown, but the service is really bad. The front desk refused to admit the repeated deductions. I have communicated with the hotel and have not received a reply. I had to ask Ctrip to intervene. I have been abroad many times, and this is the first time I have encountered such unreasonable things from Marriot
Good hotel, nice clean rooms. This spot is in a good location downtown. The thing I don't like is there is no gift shop or vending machines. When you check in late and have nothing cold to drink, it's super disappointing.

The receptionist at the front desk was just as awesome! Her name is America i believe and she made the stay much more grand than it already was! Will visit again!!
I just recently stayed at the Magnolia Hotel for just two nights and the only problem I found was that the shower was just a bit too small. The coffee in the room was horrible. The required $100 room deposit SUCKS. That being s aid, any issues I had, the staff was very helpful and quick to solve. Canceled flight and the only one out was the next morning. Saw the Grand Hyatt on the board for the train and figured that was the simplest solution. I was able to make a reservation easily over the phone and check in was a breeze.
I wasn’t sure about a room with a view of the runway but it was really lovely at night.
But the best was the staff at the Grand Met restaurant. So friendly and kind....
The best airport hotel in the U.S. And they have great sushi Monday - Friday beginning at 5:30 pm
