This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.

I'd definitely stay here again. The room was a good size, clean and quiet, the staff was so friendly, the self parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel lobby itself was really spacious and lively with the restaurant and bar. Nice, clean. Spacious king rooms. Loved the view of the lagoon outside my window! Super allergic to the brand of shampoo they provide though, so heads up if you're sensitive to heavy perfumes. The "Aromatherapy" Thann shampoo had me stuffy and sneezing for hours. Allergies aside, I would definitely stay here again for visits to North Dallas - I'll just be bringing my own shampoo.

The Crescent Court Hotel offers an absolutely wonderful experience and stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the main attractions of the city center. For a wedding, the hotel was the shuttle pick up. Parking was easy, the front desk was helpful, but they didn't know anything about the shuttle and neither did valet. With that said, I don't blame them for the confusion. Really pretty inside

I traveled here for business, and the location allowed a comfortable walk to an from our meetings, which was appreciated. This is not the experience I was expecting at a Marriott. They have renovated this hotel but there are so many imperfections as seen in the photos. The staff are nice and try to accommodate as much as possible. That's why the 3 stars. Stayed here for one night after flying into Dallas before heading to Austin. The rooms were clean and large, and I had a cool view of the downtown area from the 10th floor. the service was good. the upgrade to the suite was amazing. the neighborhood was may be not the best. they also pointed me to a steak house restaurant underground nearby that was closed on that Sunday night. I had the pleasure of staying at The W Dallas for two nights with my wife while on a business trip to Dallas. Overall, we had a good experience, except that the kitchen was closed for the night due to the pandemic, through no fault of our own.

Me and my wife came for our anniversary to watch the Cowboys. We absolutely loved the hotel. The views from the rooftop pool are hands down the best in Dallas. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Restaurant had great food and the rooftop bar served great cocktails. We will certainly be back again and again.

I stayed at Canvas for a week during a business trip. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room is clean and the beds were really comfortable. The restaurant doesn't have a huge selection, but the items they have are very good and moderately priced, especially for hotel food in this area.

Person checking us in knew all about our music concert times and walking distance. The room is nice and big. It looks like a older hotel that has been updated. Currently here on the second floor. The room is clean, big and up to date. The breeze flows right through the window, it's freezing and you hear every single car that goes by. I was having a lovely stay, but now a really bad odor is in my room (rotten eggs). Have been trying to call the front desk, but no response... Which brings me here.

Good location, a short walk from the American Airlines arena (the hotel offered a free minibus service to take us there). The room was very spacious but we couldn't work the lock in the bathroom. We may have missed them but we could've also used some extra pillows which we couldn't find as one was too thin on its own.

First time staying at this hotel. We had friends with us, and each room was slightly different, which was cool. The elevator was a bit slow. We were on the 9th floor, and we had a nice view! In room safe and fridge. Comfy bed and pillows were good! The one negative was the bathroom lighting. It's not the greatest and the carpet. It's very worn and dirty. Trendy vibe overall.

I come here for a conference or personal travel once or twice a year. I like the Aloft brand and this is a good example. Great lobby bar with lots of seating options. Front desk staff is helpful for quick check-ins. The rooms are oddly shaped because of the reuse of an older building but they are functional and nice. Definitely a good choice for a stay in Downtown Dallas.

Our room was nice and quiet. The hotel has a very “modern” look as do the rooms. The down side was room service. Not the best at cleaning and making he room back up. The bar was nice and well stocked.

I had a great stay at the Element! The room was very spacious and clean. The gym had lots of equipment and the pool was really nice. The location was good as it was close to Love Field and a few restaurants were within walking distance. Overall our stay was amazing. THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE WAS BREATHTAKING!!! Service was good and the staff were very nice. My only issue was that I booked the romance luxury package and I assumed it included a complimentary breakfast but that was not the case. No big deal but it would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast for 2 included in a romance package.

This is our go to hotel when staying in downtown Dallas. With 7 different restaurants on site there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Bob's Chop house although they are all good. The pool overlooks the city. The staff has always been phenomenal and when we had an issue recently the manager resolved it and upgraded us to a better room.

Staying at the hotel for a work conference. The venue has been fantastic. The rooms are lovely with a very comfortable, opulent decor. The food has been delicious with a wide range of options. The drinks have been very generous measures. All the conference facilities have been at a very high standard. The rooms are well laid out and the seating has been really comfortable.

Generally friendly staff and very clean...but not quiet and certain things make the place feel as if the renovation is not finished. The full 1 inch gap under the door allows in a lot of light as do the curtains. The noise level was consistently louder than it should have been. I would recommend it over Motel 6, but next time I will rebook at the Marriott TownePlace Suites for about 10 dollars a night...

The only bad thing is that there is a lady with a dog next to me and it smells like pee, and the dog barks all day and night, also that is an old heater inside a shopping card heating up the isle and it looks bad. Other than that, I would come back and also recommend it.

A great stay. Clean, nice accommodations and every staff member we've found has treated us great. The shuttle bus driver, Hayek, really saved us when we discovered, at the terminal, that we'd left our passports in our room. The in house restaurant food was amazing. Stayed here before leaving for our Honeymoon in St. Thomas. Victoria, a generous and sweet person struck up a conversation at Starbucks . I'm gluten free and she sent up gluten free cake and champagne to celebrate!!! Here for a business meeting/conference. The place is clean and efficient. Rooms are reasonably large, comfortable and well kept. Close to the airport, and there's a quick shuttle bus. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed in order to get a better rating. First there was a smell of weed as I went to my room. We stay here every time we come to town. Always clean and cozy. Nothing is ever broken or needs fixed. Water pressure and temp are great. Breakfast is great. And if we ever do need something they’re quick to help.

The location was wonderful. We loved that it as 2 bedrooms and a sitting Rea and a kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The location had many restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the pool. The place was clean and rooms were quiet. We enjoyed our stay and not far from the airport as well.

It's recently renovated. Full kitchen, standing shower. Omelet breakfast in the morning for guests. Rooms are spacious. Our room included a living and bedroom. Great deal for the price of $94 a night. Located near everything.
