This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.

This hotel is very close to the airport but no easy access to. We used shuttle services not too great. Hotel is not super clean compared to the other Hyatt Regency. No free water provided in the room unless you have high tier membership.

Quick family visit We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.

A nice hotel we've stayed in. It's located at a convenient location if you need to do something in the downtown area. Parking is only valet but nothing to worry about. Rooms we nice. Nice, clean. Spacious king rooms. Loved the view of the lagoon outside my window! Super allergic to the brand of shampoo they provide though, so heads up if you're sensitive to heavy perfumes. The Las Colinas area is gorgeous. The Ritz property on the golf course blends in and looks great. We had a great visit and throughly enjoyed our stay. The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! I was able to make a reservation easily over the phone and check in was a breeze. I wasn’t sure about a room with a view of the runway but it was really lovely at night. But the best was the staff at the Grand Met restaurant. So friendly and kind....
