my stay at the sheraton was lovely! the staff upon arrival were incredibly warm and attentive. Marwan specifically went out of his way to help me with my bags, ask all my questions, and personally direct me to areas I wasn't sure of where they were. He was smiling everytime I saw him and was sure to make me feel like I was at home. I had no issues in my room and room service was also amazing. Would...
Very nice place to stay. Very clean and atmosphere is great. Felician our bell boy went over and beyond to help us. Check out super easy
Marwan and Ayo took such good care of all our bags and handicapped equipment with a smile on their faces! Tyra at the desk was very personable and helpful. John went over and above to help us get our room to how we needed it to help my handicapped husband . Staff is top notch and made us feel welcomed and important. I couldn't ask for better! Our ADA room however was not accessible for my husband...
I stayed here on a business trip. Since I checked-in online and used the mobile key, I didn’t have to interact with the folks at the reception. But from my limited interaction with the staff at the hotel, they are very friendly and courteous. Hotel is in a great location and has multiple restaurants inside and there is a gift shop as well. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There...
The facilities are complete and you can check in. The facilities are quite comprehensive, such as restaurants, gyms, and small supermarkets where you can buy breakfast, so you don't need to leave the hotel. The swimming pool is a little small
When visiting Dallas, I chose this Sheraton. The hotel is very good in all aspects, with warm service, rich and varied breakfast, complete facilities, and clean rooms. It would be perfect if the windows in the room could be cleaned. Living on the 36th floor, I originally had a good view of downtown, but it was a pity that the view was blurry because of the window.

I had a fun time with my 5 and 10 year old daughters~~
Great location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink...

I was over charged! I was told when I called that the resort was included and when I left the resort was charged separately causing me all kinds of issues.
We loved our stay here and are planning to be back again. Dalya was wonderful and welcoming when we checked in and made us feel so welcome. It was our first stay here and her kindness and attentiveness made us feel like we were at home. The pool was immaculate and the lazy River was a dream. Restaurant staff were top notch and the food was delicious and everything was sparkling clean! We can't...

I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!
I proposed to my fiance yesterday at the reunion tower and we stayed in one of these beautiful rooms and had the best day of our lives. The Centennial had a breakfast bar in the morning and everything was delicious! And Robert Larios the guest services manager even emailed me after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. Really made our whole experience special. Robert is the best in Dallas! I...
What a beautiful hotel!!! Beautiful rooms, large accommodating conference rooms, and super spacious dining area. Super nice bartenders and wait staff. Checking in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend staying here.
Great place to hold a work event. We came here for a work event. The staff were great, facilities and rooms were really nice, and meeting/ ballrooms were good. They also have some other amenities, like quick grab coffee and snacks places, and a few restaurants. It was easy to navigate with parking attached.
I was genuinely impressed with my recent stay at HRD. The suite was spotless, spacious, and incredibly quiet — exactly what I needed. But what truly set the experience apart was Michelle, my concierge. She went above and beyond in every way, turning a quick trip to Dallas into something truly memorable. Her exceptional service and attention to detail made all the difference. You have to appreciate...
Me and my wife stayed over the weekend for our Anniversary. It was our 3rd time staying at the hotel, And we always have a great experience. A particular person from the valet department stood out to us the most. I asked the gentleman on how we could leave a review, and He gave me a Google review card. His name is Errol. The service facilities are great! There are many restaurants in and around the hotel. This time I was given a city view room which was very comfortable.
Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!
The coffee machine and bathtub in the room have not been cleaned for a long time. The location is quite convenient
Unreasonable charges! ! ! Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the...

Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport Hotel
Dallas, 2334 North International Parkway, P.O. Box 619014 🧭 Map
Stayed here between work trips. Very convenient location especially if on a layover or need to stay by the airport. Also walkable from the terminal C.
This hotel is good enough for an overnight layover in Dallas. However, the rooms didn’t have complementary bottled waters or slippers. Buffet breakfast also cost $30.
I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.
Great location at the airport. More affordable alternative to the Grand Hyatt.
I love her in front of the desk
This hotel is very close to the airport but no easy access to. We used shuttle services not too great. Hotel is not super clean compared to the other Hyatt Regency. No free water provided in the room unless you have high tier membership.

Quick family visit We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.
It was close to tons of activities, restaurants, bowling, cinema etc.
Dallas Stay The staff is fantastic. They are friendly and professional. My room was attended to during my stay which was a nice touch.
Nothing but the basics You get what you paid for basics. No morning coffee other than what is provided in the room. No complimentary breakfast other than what you pay for.
Overall, it was an average stay It was hard to get service at the coffee Café in the morning. The place was under construction, so it was a little limited on what we could access. And the cost for parking was high.
Great place to stay the room was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful.. I would stay here again

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. You can get on the highway right outside. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is large enough, but the facilities are relatively old and there are not many types of breakfast.
Facilities: Basic configuration Sanitation: Good Environment: What a business hotel should look like Service: I don’t need to mention American hotels
I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.
The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.
Exceptional staff. Kind. Compassionate. Room Service THE BEST. I had to have a medical procedure done and this hotel was 7 minutes away from surgical facility. I slept like a baby in my bed, with feather-free linens and pillows. I will return. So quiet and soothing. The staff are 10 stars plus!

Good value for money, very cost-effective, and the service is very good. The location is next to the highway and not far from the airport. I will stay here next time. The service attitude here is also very good.
It's clean, but something is missing...
Room was really small not enough room look bigger on the picture. Sheet and comforter had some stains on them had to get them changed asap. Took some getting used to.
Omg! The Renaissance is my favorite home away from home. I enjoyed my peaceful stay. James worked the front desk during my 2-night stay and was extremely professional and accommodating. He built rapport and was flexible with some of the things I requested. If you’re ever traveling to Dallas, please visit the Renaissance Hotel. You won’t be disappointed.
Stayed at the Renaissance for 2 nights and had a great experience. Very busy hotel due to its convenient location close to the highway and downtown. The hotel was clean and looked new. Overall speaking, we are quite satisfied with the hotel but the only fly in the ointment was that our request of cancellation of last night for one of our team who had to reschedule his travel plan was bluntly rejected. by the way, I have booked 6 rooms for three nights.

Food For Thought Dallas Tx is an extremely difficult place to drive to. The traffic is rated as the worst in the USA by me. Because of the traffic you are forced to dine in the area. Dallas essentially shuts down on the weekends and one must eat at the hotel for every meal. All the usual stuff you expect at a Marriott hotel was top notch. But the food situation really would keep me from returning...
Nice hotel and good location. However was not happy that self park was not available and valet service was the only option, which was an absurd $50. Would not recommend staying here if you are driving your own vehicle as it still took longer for the valet to go get my car and drive it to me opposed to me just walking to my car which would have been faster. Asked if I would be able to use the free night...

Smaller Marriott property but nice. There is no valet at this location which I thought was a little unusual, or at least there wasn’t one during our stay there. Great location for being between Dallas and Ft Worth. It was a great stay at this property. Cynthia at front desk was wonderful. Our 2 nights for a soccer tournament were made positively by a decent breakfast, clean room, no fee parking. My only issue is the elevator issue, which I know was being addressed. Would stay again for short periods.
Marriott Las Colinas was an excellent stay for us. This is a 15-story high rise property and from our 15th story room we had a commanding view of the Toyota Music Fair and Convention Center, both of which were conveniently nearby. I had an amazing stay at the Westin. The front desk receptionist, Deborah, did an incredible job accommodating our room with special touches such as communicating with the kitchen to get us a charcuterie board, getting us bath robes, upgrading us to a bigger room, and even went out of her way to write us a customized note to celebrate our weekend. The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! It can get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the busy street, but the beds were super comfortable (though the pillows were a bit flat). Still, I can’t get over how wildly large the room was. Overall, a really nice stay!
Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, there are restaurants and coffee shops around, there are several attractions around, I will choose it next time!
The hotel is located in downtown, but the service is really bad. The front desk refused to admit the repeated deductions. I have communicated with the hotel and have not received a reply. I had to ask Ctrip to intervene. I have been abroad many times, and this is the first time I have encountered such unreasonable things from Marriot
Good hotel, nice clean rooms. This spot is in a good location downtown. The thing I don't like is there is no gift shop or vending machines. When you check in late and have nothing cold to drink, it's super disappointing.

Team made me feel so welcome from the 1st check in. They helped me to find best route to my conference… made restaurant recommendations and were fun to engage with.
I would describe this place as 'Spartan'. Only pretending to be a luxury hotel because of the old building and the location. Once inside things are more run down. The room was tiny, had a rock hard bed, a TV from approximately 2008, and a dirty bathroom floor. If you're traveling by car, I would find a nearby parking lot and walk your things over. Renaissance Dallas North Hotel offers a mix of experiences. Guests praise the comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and good food. However, some find the hotel a bit dated and in need of renovation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I spent 9 days, and the customer service was exceptional. Crystal and Terrance at the front desk were especially kind and helpful. 1. The location is great, parking is good, and ambience is pretty nice also. 2. We traveled and reached there late at night looking to find a warm room for us to rest. We enjoyed the two nights that we spent at this hotel, but there is room for improvement. The front desk clerk, Jeffrey, was beyond helpful and congenial. My wife and I enjoyed our stay this past week! Overall it was a great experience. We benefited greatly from the location and the staff was very friendly. VERY CLEAN. VERY NEW. The bartenders Nick and Daniel were very welcoming, funny and charming young men who had me return to the bar every night of my stay. Great Breakfast, Dinner we had American/Indian Food. Room service was very convenient
We stayed one night upon our flight being canceled at around 11pm at night. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay...didn't care for eggs and chicken strips but there were many other choices. Shuttle runs every half hour 24 hours a day. Short distance from Wal-mart, Olive Garden, etc.
I requested the shuttle bus to pick me up twice and even though I communicated with them on social media, it didn't come for 2 hours. In the end, the Holiday Inn driver was worried and called out to me and sent me off. He took me to the airport properly. It was a shame because I booked it because there was a shuttle bus service, but the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The main draw of this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport. I had to stay here last minute, so the price was exorbitant. The room was incredibly spacious, but a bit dingy. Not a whole lot of lighting, but was comfortable enough for a night before my flight the next day. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty decent, though my room service food wasn’t great, especially for the price.
The room is very big. I missed my connecting flight due to flight delay, so I checked into the hotel. It was very convenient.
Clean and tidy, high-grade. If you know how to take the airport tram loop train, you will feel very convenient, and you won't feel the trouble of tossing between the 5 terminals. Staying in the airport is guaranteed to take the flight, like it 👍
The location is very good. You can find it upstairs after leaving the airport. The front desk is also very friendly. You can take the free airport bus from the hotel to the car rental location. The room is very comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel provides very convenient dining. You don't have to walk far. The food is very delicious
Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience.
