Sheraton Dallas Hotel
Dallas, 400 North Olive Street 🧭 Map
Rooms were clean and big, hotel has some facilities to get coffee and groceries within.
I really liked the place, the interior design is beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The view from my room was amazing. He went to the pool, it was very clean, with a fresh towel.
The experience was great. The room was clean, coffee was available, and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use the Sheraton again when visiting Dallas!!!!
Very exceptional services provided and great meeting rooms for the business travelers. Excellent selection on drinks although a little bit on the pricey side, limited food options. However it's a wonderful atmosphere
Overall I think the hotel itself is nice, but my main problem is with the bathroom. The toilet flush is as loud as an airplane toilet & lasts a bit longer as well. This was not ideal for a higher tier hotel that you pay $100+ a night. The shower/bathtub drain was also incredibly slow so I had to stand in the water as I took a shower. This might sound picky but standing in your water while showering...
Beautiful and comfortable rooms. They were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Came here for a work conference and would recommend it for small-medium sized conferences. If you are parking, I would suggest you confirm that they encoded your key card for garage access, I had trouble with mine initially,so it would be better to confirm as you are checking in.

Great customer service. We had an issue and the manager I spoke with at the front desk was so nice and quickly resolved the situation and we were able to enjoy our stay.
I think this place is wonderful. We had a wedding at this location last year and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone was treated with such respect. We returned for our anniversary to the same wonderful service. This place is better than Disneyland. If you want to feel like royalty, no matter who you are or what you look like, stay at The Ritz Carlton in Dallas. Thank you for always making us feel like...
I often travel around the country for business and usually stay in five-star hotels. The Ritz Carlton in Dallas certainly offers the best service. All the staff are always incredibly friendly, make you feel like you are coming home and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The layout of the rooms, the comfort and amenities of the hotel are at the highest level. I always look forward to...
There is a difference between a "5 star hotel" and a Forbes 5 star hotel. This hotel exemplifies what separates them. Incredibly pleasant service from the moment you step out of the car to the reception, hotel bar and staff. The in-room dining experience was particularly noteworthy (even a simple appetizer like chicken and chips was somehow enhanced by succulent marinated fried chicken and...
We ate at the restaurant. The selection was great, if not a bit eclectic. Our lunches were well prepared and tasty. Ryan (live music) was wonderful. Just a wonderful atmosphere!
This was our first experience staying at the Ritz. However, I will say that we have stayed in many good boutique hotels and the Ritz did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped out of the car at the valet, to check in, housekeeping, club level housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Great room, great bathroom. All the hotel staff were very helpful and took the time to make sure we...

I'll start by saying I've managed and worked in hotels for 13 years, so I'm a little more critical than most... Location was right in the heart of the Design District and the vibe was on trend for Virgin. We booked it because they have a nice outdoor hot tub we were excited to use. Front desk told us it was open until 9pm at check in, but when we got up there at 6pm they said it was closed for a...
REAL PEOPLE, REAL FUN, A REAL HOTEL. I'm so tired of looking up hotels and finding the same pictures, commercialize pictures out of a magazine of some sorts. On top of that, no one really speaks on the importance of your stay like things that really matter. So let's get into it, shall we? 1st of all, valet does not procrastinate. They get you out of your car safely, swiftly, and without slamming...
Very cool and funky hotel! The aesthetic was so great!! The pops of red everywhere, all the artwork/patters and design was very modern and cool! Beds were super comfortable and the pillow options were a plus! My biggest complaint was how everything has weathered so fast in the (I think) 3 years they've been open. I just think there are items and materials that are built much more durable. So I don...
The beds and bedding here are really nice. That's about the only thing that sets this place apart from any hotel I've visited. They've gone for a unique design in lots of instances, and it's a bit of a double edged sword. For example, the elevators are so dark, I could barely see the buttons. Lots of vibrant red aesthetics throughout, can be kinda headache inducing. Toilet paper is of gas station quality...
Cutest hotel ever! Everything is so beautifully designed inside and out. They have a club/lounge for those who like to party and right outside they have a beautiful pool, cabanas, with food and drink services! They are pet friendly and even brought a dog bed and treats upon request. I should have taken more photos but I was too busy enjoying my mini stay. I brought my friend and she said she felt like...
The yoga mat in the room was awesome. The design and beauty. The management and most of the staff was great. My toilet was broken and they never came to fix but the housekeeping lady named Laura fixed it herself.

Stay with a dog without additional fees. Big field next to the hotel where you can walk a dog. Quiet at night. Nice rooms. Very good water pressure in the shower.
Very nice and clean hotel. Pool area was also clean and very nice setting at night. I go to the gym and most hotels don’t have good equipment but this one has to be hands down the best gym I’ve gone to at a hotel. This is the main reason I booked this room. Room was very comfy BUT the fridge did not work so that was a bummer that I had to throw my food away in my 4 day stay.
We arrived pretty late in the evening after flying in, so we couldn't wait to check into our room. I didn't know that it was actually 2 hotels in one building so I had to pay close attention as to which entrance to go into. The night shift check in clerk wasn't very friendly. I tried to crack a few jokes but she wasn't having it. Parking isn't free and it's $13 a night, which is kind of hefty considering...
Great place to stay if you have a quick layover, one night stay or more. Cool hip bar in the lobby! Never got to use the pool with an event they we’re hosting. The Gym is massive compared to other hotels you would stay at. The rooms are sleek & modern. Definitely worth checking out!
I stayed at Aloft Lovefield hotel recently. I had a good stay as room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bed was very comfy and cozy and one can have a comfortable sleep. Bathroom was well lit and shower was amazing. Free tea and coffee in room is good. Free water bottles provided from the check in counter. Small fridge is there. There are couple of things I would like to point out for people...
Stayed at Element which is in same building at Aloft. Erik at the front desk was great. Professional and willing to assist. The hotel appeared to be well maintained and rooms were clean. The reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the shuttle driver. We were told to be at shuttle at least ten minutes prior because it leaves exactly on the half hour. We were down but no shuttle driver. At...

Beautiful place to stay. Big rooms. Close to Love Field for an early flight.
I'm a Hilton Honors member and a employee. I love the Hilton brand and feel it's my duty to review the brands that we recommend. This Doubletree received 4 stars because it had good food, great employees, and plenty of towels, crisp white linens, and a good working air conditioner. However, it didn't make the 5🌟 because the furniture and bathroom cabinets needs to be updated. Overall it was a good...
Truly enjoyed my conference stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Love Field! Whether it was the conference set up and services, room service when I just wanted to chill out, or the breakfast bar and dinner buffets at the Sports Page Grill, my 5 night stay here was just a pleasure! Conveniently located only minutes from the airport is a big plus too!! Will stay here again the next time I visit Dallas...
Rooms are fine. Minimal airplane noise. Really convenient to love. On site restaurant is quality - better than most hotel restaurants. Breakfast was great, especially if you're diamond or gold Hilton.
I spend a week here nearly every month and look forward to each visit. The front desk staff are always friendly and quick to help (think warm chocolate chip cookie!). I generally have the breakfast buffet, where I look forward to seeing Maggie, Patti, and Tiara, as well as enjoying a hearty meal. Evenings in the restaurant are just as nice; either bar food (quesadilla, pizza, wings) or a great entree...
Good stay at this hotel. Very close to Love Field: possibly the closest hotel from the exit of the airport. Very clean and classy-looking, seems to be a recent remodel. Rooms are nice and no issues seen. Noise from nearby railroad and airport seems to be non-existent. The only downside I found here is the sounds from the air conditioner in the room. They're loud enough that I had to turn the TV up...

I was over charged! I was told when I called that the resort was included and when I left the resort was charged separately causing me all kinds of issues.
We loved our stay here and are planning to be back again. Dalya was wonderful and welcoming when we checked in and made us feel so welcome. It was our first stay here and her kindness and attentiveness made us feel like we were at home. The pool was immaculate and the lazy River was a dream. Super nice hotel. The fitness center was amazing. Water park reviewed separately, nice but very crowded. Room was good but starting to get dated. Walls a bit thin could heat the neighbors in 1472 quite clearly from 1473. Ac unit a bit noisy in auto but quieted down by putting it to medium. The Asian exhibits throughout gives it a very nice ambience. Geneva at the lobby bar was amazing with her...
This hotel is truly amazing, it has so many things to do, and is a great date night destination or a little getaway with your kids. Jacob checked us in, and he was extremely nice and helpful with any questions we had. We definitely plan on staying here again!
This is a truly beautiful hotel with great rooms. I found mine to be very comfortable.  Even the in-room coffee was good. Personnel were very friendly.  I had positive exchanges with each employee I encountered. I found myself turned around frequently, and with the elevator hidden around a corner it didn't help! The hotel staff are super friendly (with the exception of Larry in the ground floor restaurant, who made us feel uncomfortable and gave the room an air of complete tension), it was an amazing stay, hotel is fabulous, room was generous size and the team very very helpful. Such a fun stay!
Me and 10 friends stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was INCREDIBLE! Everyone from Edgar at the front desk to Chris the bartender to Peter the food and beverage manager! We had so much fun!!! The hotel was so unique and even better in person! The rooms were huge! The rooftop pool and bar was the best part! Such a cool view and atmosphere! Very cool, vibey hotel in Downtown Dallas. The lobby has an industrial yet arty loft vibe and is scattered with comfortable chairs and couches, pool tables and even a fully hand painted baby grand piano! Rooms are spacious with cool views of the city, huge bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and happy to assist with any issues. I would definitely stay here again!

I love old buildings and houses, so I was really excited to stay here while in town for a convention. NYLO did not disappoint. Rooms are so cool, with concrete floors and exposed ductwork- truly loft style. Lighting in the rooms isn’t great, but it’s workable. Rooms are clean, although some elements are getting a little dated. Best part of all was the staff - there was not one person that I encountered...
Check-in was professional and courteous and efficient. Great lobby bar. Our room (305) was on a corner and had very good light. The room itself was very well and comfortably furnished . . . nice bed with good linens and pillows. The bathroom was excellent, with a large shower and plenty of light. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Overall our stay was amazing. THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE WAS BREATHTAKING!!! Service was good and the staff were very nice. My only issue was that I booked the romance luxury package and I assumed it included a complimentary breakfast but that was not the case. No big deal but it would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast for 2 included in a romance package.
This is our go to hotel when staying in downtown Dallas. With 7 different restaurants on site there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Bob's Chop house although they are all good. Came in for a Hockey game, just a couple of nights, and had no problems with the hotel. Loved all of the restaurants, and had meals at Texas Spice and at The Owners Box, multiple times. Crowne Plaza better revamp this place quick before it goes even more down hill! It’s horribly maintained, old and outdated and not clean. Exceptional staff. Kind. Compassionate. Room Service THE BEST. I had to have a medical procedure done and this hotel was 7 minutes away from surgical facility. I slept like a baby in my bed, with feather-free linens and pillows. I will return. So quiet and soothing. The staff are 10 stars plus!
Very welcoming was the bellhop I believe his name was James B. Please give him a great tip for his service and Will was also super accommodating. I would like to say, to the person in training - greet the guests upon their arrival and smile. It will help your future at the establishment by a lot. People pay attention to those things! Anyway, I love the lobby, very modern and up to date. The hotel gives...
Very nice hotel, comfortable and beautiful. The same hotel of this chain is also located in the very center of the city. The hotel has 20 floors. We stayed in a room on the 15th floor. Pleased with the view from the windows. Good hearty breakfast.
I would really love to give a five-star based on its good service, nice environment, amazing bed, and the unbeatable price. However, I’ve had the most horrible showering experience during my second visit and I AM NOT EVEN KIDDING by saying “the most” instead of “one of the most.” The water temperature would either go freezing cold or steaming hot, nothing in between. I’ve never been that miserable...
Beside the setbacks upon checking in and the not so pleasant staff while dining upon our arrival the weekend here turned out pretty nice. I understand there were two large conventions that arrived to the hotel at the same time and we took over a lot of rooms and space at one time. Than you for a great weekend Westin Inn and pulling through with great service!
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great hotel! Rooms are large with comfy beds and very nice showers. Has a good restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Gym is a bit small relative to the size of the hotel so can get crowded in the mornings, but still manageable.

Yes 5 star service from this place. Lena, LENA, LEE-Nah, the young lady who served us for breakfast EVERY morning...FANTASTICAL IN ALL HER SERVICE .She made our last morning blessed with her service and well wishes for an anniversary and fellowship within our group. A true gem in an unlikely place. THANKS to the MARRIOTT for a wonderful stay, beautiful rooms, fruit water, chocolate covered pretzels...
Very friendly overall. Shuttle service every hour to the nearby shops and restaurants. I was given a special room, spacious and user friendly for the elderly. Starbucks available from 6am to 9pm. The hotel has a small gift shop and has a bar too. Neat hotel. Location is very convenient.
I was very impressed with the service, my room, and the food. The concierge lounge was nice. And the hotel restaurant was fantastic. No need to head out for lunch if you don't want to. I recommend the club sandwich.
Beautiful hotel. Room service was excellent. I had the BBQ chicken flat bread. The bar and bar service was great. The rooms are nice as well as bathroom. I was on the concierge level (Marriott Points Platinum member) so I have been on a few. This one had the best service selection etc. Highly recommend this hotel for staying. Only negative is if your coming for an event, the lunch they served was horrible...
This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Addison, and we've been coming here annually to see the Christmas lights of Dallas for years. The Marriott Quorum's staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The decor is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable. The parking situation is a little confusing (we had to call the front desk to be able to get out of the parking lot after we checked out!) but...

My husband and daughter surprised me with this beautiful hotel for my birthday!! The Crescent Court Hotel offers an absolutely wonderful experience and stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the main attractions of the city center. The stay was one of the most comfortable in recent years and the hospitality is second to none. The angel at the front desk really made our stay and holiday special, he showed true hospitality and care for each guest. We will definitely return here...
I am so grateful that there is a place that still values customer service throughout the entire hotel. We stayed at the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas for our wedding anniversary. Angel at the front desk made our anniversary extra special by upgrading our room and sending chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates to our room. His hospitality was nothing short of "great service". Angel...
For a wedding, the hotel was the shuttle pick up. Parking was easy, the front desk was helpful, but they didn't know anything about the shuttle and neither did valet. With that said, I don't blame them for the confusion. Really pretty inside
Tasteful and Elegant! The rooms were recently updated and they did a fantastic job. Large TV, great mattress, and fantastic sheets. Highly recommended.
I had a gift certificate and selected the facial and pedicure. Both were wonderful. Ask for Steven for a pedicure. We had such a fun conversation and he did a great job. Loved the relaxing facial. The included lunch was a choice of a packaged sandwich or a custom salad. I loved the salad and it was pretty big. Bottled water was extra and expensive. I bought a turkey club to take home to my son and...
