Nice condo with a good view of the beach, beach right across the street but not close to anything within walking distance unless you like doing 10k's everyday lol parking garage is very confusing and parking spaces are small especially if you're in a big vehicle. We stayed at the Panama city beach one last year and it was much nicer with more accommodations and had more places within walking distance

Great place to stay but nothing within walking distance from hotel. Make sure to have transportation while at this resort

Wenhave a two bedroom suite and it is lovely. The furniture is kid friendly, we have our two grandchildren with us, they are 3 and 4 years old. Beautiful view from the balcony. I love that the kitchen has full size appliances and enough dishes and glasses for ten people. I was surprised that there was a stacked washer and dryer also. The jacuzzi tub is great. The difference between a one bedroom suite and a one bedroom deluxe is that the suite doesn't have a balcony. Keep in mind when booking and always call the resort directly with questions!!!

I'm not sure if it was the time of year or what. A lot of the amenities were not available or had weird hours. Carts were a big issue, none available when you were unloading your car or ready to leave. They had more carts but said only the valets could use them.....but the valets were not working! This is a quality resort/condo complex. It presents a good mix of family friendly and grownup oriented activities. I liked the large pools and hot tub. I also loved the coffee shop and outdoor bar. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I will be going back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, clean, and convenient. Our kids loved the pool area and the convenience of the restaurants on site was great. The front desk was great and helpful our only complaint was it took a while for the food and for the cost we would've liked for the food to be a little better but still a nice convenience with having small kids.

Overall the experience was good. The room we got was a 2 bedroom. It literally felt like your own apartment. The kitchen was well stocked had drinking glasses ,silverware, pots and pans, coffee machine,plates and bowl they even had a cutting board. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Absolutely loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Room was very clean , staff was beyond friendly. Fran was awesome making sure we were able to check in after 4. I locked my keys in my room, Dan (Security) came within minutes. We will be staying here again!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was nice and big. Pool was awesome but cold. Always could find a spot to sit or swim. Didn't realize you had to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Went down to the front desk to get another trash bag, and she said sorry they only supply stuff for a 1 night stay otherwise you have to supply your own. For paying $225 a night I thought I could at least get a trash...

Absolutely a joy to stay here. It's quiet and clean, located just off the main road but still close enough to walk to the beach. Less traffic/noise but still super convenient. 100% plan to stay here again.

Very comfortable & roomy. Just a short walk to the beach. The only "con" is parking. If you have more than 1 car, parking can be a problem.

It was nice! I loved how my hotel looked just like an apartment or townhome. I could walk out to my patio to the pool that was nice. The only complaint was that people had their babies with their diapers in the pool so I didn't want to use the pool but laying out was just fine.

Our son got this place for us to stay. Very clean and roomy. Plenty of eating places, shopping places and entertainment for the kiddos. Close to the beaches but traffic and parking were a little ruff. We all had a great time.

There is a fatal flaw in this otherwise beautiful setting. The air conditioning system for the adjacent convention center literally roars 24/7, making the use of the pool area and pool side balconies a total disappointment. Very nice stay. They had a nice open outdoor patio for my pup to use the bathroom. Very good location. Close to all the shops in the village! But far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds! Many of these condos are individually owned and furnished, so they're all going to be different. There are also a variety of floorplans. Some are smaller, some are larger. The location in the village is outstanding! Easy access to everything! The pool and grill area are really nice too.
