Very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean. Perfect after 400 miles on motorcycles.

Location - easy two block walk to middle of historic downtown. Staff - very accommodating and pleasant. Room - clean nice beds, prefer the courtyard view, river view is across motel parking lot. Other - laundry on site, pool good for little kids, nice courtyard with tables and benches. Would stay again.

The room is basic. It's old, no fridge, no microwave, feels damp, tub didn't drain well. That being said, the room was clean and the AC worked. It's super dog friendly as I saw several grassy areas for dogs to go potty and socialize. It's connected to an Applebee's. There a great walking path behind the hotel with views of the river and more grassy areas. Best part of the hotel is its location....

Convenient location along the river and the river trail. Connected to an Applebee's for convenient eats. The room was simple but clean. The green areas between buildings were beautifully landscaped and maintained. The pool and hot tub were clean. Tim in maintenance helped us get quarters for laundry. He was so kind.

First time staying in Durango Downtown Inn, historical -type motel with great security and a cool pathway snuggled in the back area that I am only guessing goes thru the town but not sure how expansive it's path goes. ;-)

The rooms were very clean but the staff at the front desk were less than friendly. There also appeared to be two elevators but I only ever saw one running. This got a little frustrating when I was staying on the fourth floor and my room key failed multiple times and I had to wait for the lone elevator longer than I would have liked to. Musician Doug Phillips stayed here recently while on tour, and they were very glad they did! The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating to the late hours check-in and the room was perfect! Good location and nice rooms. View is of a cliff wall about a dozen feet from the window. Air condition system is loud and whines, but works. Internet speed is good and the restaurant in the hotel has good burgers. Parking is easy and plenty of it.

A total kid friendly hotel! We came for the polar express and absolutely loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool and happy hour. The best part is we just walked right over to the polar express. We got a card with 8 free drinks during your stay to use during their happy hour which was around 5:30-7:30 I believe. We will definitely be coming back here next year!

Nice Hotel with a great location near the RR station and Main Street. Good variety of food for buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the Managers reception in the evening. Lots of close parking. The rooms are located around and above the pool in the center of the hotel which can be kind of noisy in the evening. We would stay here again if in Durango.

Perfectly nice Best Western hotel with the one odd thing being that many of the rooms have no exterior view. I was a bit surprised to realize the one window was a view out to a corridor - after which the curtain was shut. Odd configuration but nothing wrong otherwise. My wife & I stayed here with our dog over Christmas and New Years 2021. The rooms were clean & nice. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We Loved their breakfast every morning. Nice hotel. Our family of four visited Durango for a few days and our room was the perfect size for our family of 4 to space out. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The continental breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool but it is small and can get crowded quickly.

Mostly I enjoyed the room. Good value for a suite with 2 private bedrooms. The wifi was slow but not the end of the world. The only giant negative was that we never had at least warm water. The showers taken were cold. No exaggeration the water was cold.

Cute place about 15 minutes away from town. If your budget allows I would recommend staying in one of the cottages. Breakfast is amazing and hosts are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again while visiting Durango.
