One of the worst Marriott hotels. Signs of atrocious management are everywhere. Lots of excuses and finger pointing and feigned ignorance from various staff and managers. One says they don't do certain things and another completely denies it. On top of all that, the heater in my room didn't work and there were no extra blankets around. Patronize the other airport hotels. Better experience and better value. To quote a reviewer you see below: AVOID!!!

AVOID!!! I organized a group stay for an event at Fort Bliss. During the week stay, my group had to report multiple personal items removed from the room.

Very clean and friendly front desk! The 24/7 shuttle was awesome! There's a specific area at the airport outside you wait for them. When you are ready to be picked up, just call the hotel and they will come pretty quick!
I had a red eye and was in lobby at 3am and they were there (I didn't have to call first) to take me to the airport.

This place is whack, reservation is a request you request your room they ask for everything and say it's good to go but then you arrive and it's not good to go you have to pay extra fees your room isn't ready isn't just not worth the hassle. I'm a fire fighter and they gave me soooo much problems after I thought my room was booked i arrived and literally had to fight them to get my room situation fixed whackkkkk one lady she came in clutch she knew my predicament and help me find a solution while the others did not props to her. But this motel is on the b.s.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay. The key to our room barely worked so you had to do it multiple times and get the timing just perfect almost like the door was broken. The heat was on in the room in the middle of summer. Where we purchased from listed it as having breakfast included and when asked they said “oh no we have breakfast available” which the included breakfast was a major reason we booked there. Just all around disappointing.

Comfortable rooms. A/C works well, which is very important to me. Bathroom is small but otherwise fine (reminds me of NYC). Service at the restaurant/bar was quite slow on Monday night, although when finally had someone come by she was very nice and then attentive. Sat at a table close to bar, and bartender never even looked my way.

Stayed here overnight without a reservation on a Friday night in mid-November. I was delighted to be treated like a VIP despite short notice. I would say that Marriott in El Paso is leading the re-emergence of customer service post-COVID. Had an excellent breakfast in the on-site restaurant the next morning. The attention to detail seems consistent throughout the hotel. Friendly and professional. Very refreshing. Thanks, Marriott Team!

The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. The 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport was always available and picked up within 15 minutes from anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The restaurant was excellent as well.

Considering the age of the building. This was a great stay for one day. The hotel staff were polite. There is a airport to hotel shuttle. Call front desk after landing so you won’t be waiting at that airport. The rooms were clean. I do believe the mattresses felt a little abused. Nonetheless nothing near as terrible as the Marriott by the airport in Tucson.
