Very clean and friendly front desk! The 24/7 shuttle was awesome! There's a specific area at the airport outside you wait for them. When you are ready to be picked up, just call the hotel and they will come pretty quick! I had a red eye and was in lobby at 3am and they were there (I didn't have to call first) to take me to the airport.

Stayed here overnight without a reservation on a Friday night in mid-November. I was delighted to be treated like a VIP despite short notice. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. The 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport was always available and picked up within 15 minutes from anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The restaurant was excellent as well. Absolutely no issues with our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable rooms. A/C works well, which is very important to me. Bathroom is small but otherwise fine (reminds me of NYC). Service at the restaurant/bar was quite slow on Monday night, although when finally had someone come by she was very nice and then attentive. Sat at a table close to bar, and bartender never even looked my way. Close to airport but quiet.

Considering the age of the building. This was a great stay for one day. The hotel staff were polite. There is a airport to hotel shuttle. Call front desk after landing so you won’t be waiting at that airport. The rooms were clean. I do believe the mattresses felt a little abused. Nonetheless nothing near as terrible as the Marriott by the airport in Tucson.

Got a poolside room, so worth it. There was a tattoo event on the premises during our stay. Some questionable attendees, but rarely had to leave the room interact with anyone from the event. We recently stayed at the Hotel Paso Del Norte while in El Paso for a wedding. The building is renovated historical building. The lobby is gorgeous. New favorite hotel in El Paso! The lobby and the ceiling is designed where it feels like you're in Europe. Very elegant and a great hotel to dress up (if you're feeling it). The staff really goes the extra mile to make my stay great. I like the suite design. Order the Shrimp Pomodoro, the home made noodles took the dish from good to great. If you are not a fan of garlic cream sauce, steer clear. I also like the location in the airport parking lot. Not having to arrange the shuttle van is nice. The room was a great size and very clean! What made the stay was the hospitality provided by John and Joe in maintenance. My boyfriend and I's rental car got a flat and they kindly filled up our tire and helped us get on our way! We would have been stuck waiting another 2 hours for triple A had they not assisted us. I lived in a couple of all highly ranked and competitors of Raddison, in my earlier trips, but when I tried Radisson I stopped searching for a good hotel. Didn't actually get to stay here. Visited it to chaperone for a school prom event. The service was excellent; we got servers to attend to our dining experience, and the buffet and dessert was good. The dance floor, however, was too small to accommodate 100 students, and the kids were moving tables out of the way to be able to dance. The scenery from the top floor was also nice.

Great place for the price. It's a go-to for travellers with dogs or those who need a kitchenette. The room probably needed a vacuum, but had all the perks you could ask for. And great breakfast recommendation from the desk. Service was 12/10 for check in and check out.

It's my go to place in El Paso. Travel to doctor's appointment and stay there all the time. Rooms have full size fridge, stove, coffee maker, microwave. It's not luxury, but it serves all my needs. Free breakfast, with plenty to eat. The staff has always been friendly to me.

Breakfast exceed expectations with good options for everyone. I really enjoyed beans and eggs with tortillas. The rooms are spacious and very well laid out with a full size refrigerator, microwave and cooktop. The specific room we were in was overdue for a refresh. The carpet was nasty, slightly tacky underfoot and burned in spots. Drapes would not hang properly so there was always a gap.

I enjoyed the stay here. Friendly staff, offered us water bottles upon check in after a long hot day. Like the new swipe card door locks instead of having to insert key cards, love the numerous options for power outlet, unlike some hotels the inexplicably have zero plugs by night stand or by either beds. Great central location. You're close to the airport, Fort Bliss, shopping Malls and food! Just around the corner is El Toro Burger and Bar, that was a great experience. I'll be coming back to this hotel next time I'm in El paso. Hands down a great hotel. You get free breakfast every morning with these breakfast vouchers, they do not clean your room unless you specifically ask for it, and the bar has a halfway decent selection of alcohol.

The room was not a very comfortable environment. The AC did not seem to function efficiently and when there was not airflow, there was a dingy smell to the room. The bed linens were rough and scratchy, the furniture was dated, and the toilet did not flush properly. It served its purpose for one-night stay, but I would not consider an extended stay at this hotel.

Hotel hallways carpets are stained looks like murd3r was the case. Breakfast is continental although website says hot breakfast. Bed was comfortable but don’t like that the ac is set at 1 temperature. They took the knobs off so u can’t adjust it. Just know u get what u pay for. Front desk was super nice and he was talking about the city and things to do! Super friendly staff.

My dog and I loved the mountain view! This location is also within close proximity to the best texmex you can find! Easily accessible to food delivery and taxi service as well. This location also has a rare grassy area my pet enjoyed as well.

Nice staff that are helpful. Rooms tend to run a little hot and take a while to cool down. Bed is pretty good, but pillows aren't. Continental breakfast is great! ☺️
