Stanton House El Paso

Honestly, I only picked this place because of how clean the other reviews said it was, and they were all spot on! This place is very, very clean. Seriously, my room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at anywhere. I really want this place to understand how impressed I was with the cleanliness of my room. Please do a masterclass on how to clean a hotel room because every other place needs it.

I'm sad I can't remember the name of the young man at the front desk who helped me on the phone and at check out because he deserves some recognition too he was so very polite and helpful the whole stay, also the young man doing valet was equally as polite and helpful.

The only downside for me personally was that this is a downtown hotel, so expect things to be happening outside and for you to hear said happenings outside from inside your room. Not that big of a deal, probably depending on the days of your stay, and if they have events going on, this could be better or worse.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding last year and just didn’t get to writing a review. It was the best experience we could ask for. They set our room up with a romantic vibe and even created a little personal card saying “Mr. & Mrs.” And a note on the inside it was awesome. Room service leveled the whole experience. We wanted to go back for our anniversary but made other plans. We will be back for sure, thank you for a memorable stay.

You’ve heard the saying “the second times the charm”. Well, my wife and I just stayed at the Stanton House for the second time and it was better than the first. The location is easily accessible. The valet is curbside, and if Victor is there to help you it’ll be a seamless arrival. And as with our first Stay check in at the front desk is easy quick and efficient. The lobby of the hotel is appointed, modern, and comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows provide an inviting environment. The room is exactly as represented. We had dinner at the bar, which provides a full menu. Dylan, the bartender was fantastic. I really can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff is; the environment, food and drink is second to none. I would highly recommend.

This hotel would go for double the price in Dallas. Classy boutique hotel with 5 star service all around. You won’t have to lift a finger or get your own ice. Spa and sophisticated dining on site. Bathrooms are very nice and new. Solid downtown location. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was lackluster. Couldn’t take a relaxing shower.

You cannot pick a better place to stay in El Paso, Texas. From the staff, to the food, to the rooms, everything is perfect. The rooms are crisp, modern, and clean with just the slightest hint of the American Southwest. The art throughout the hotel is terrific. The food is absolutely fantastic. Best of all? THE STAFF. The staff have gone above and beyond at every single chance they get. From coordinating last minute laundry service, late night room service, sightseeing, and even working to accommodate the unusual request for nice background for a Zoom call! ALEJANDRO, BRADY, and CARLOS at the front desk were the stars of this show. LESLIE in the restaurant could not have been better. Need a place to stay in El Paso? Stay at Stanton House.
