Everything was great. Use of the hot tub was great and there were lovely toiletries which I wasn’t expecting so they were a lovely touch

Amazing little place with a home feel to it - from check-in to check-out! The river flows right outside, making it a serene place to fall asleep at night. Rooms are clean and have nice little touches.

This place is terrific. A lot of other reviews talk about how great the owner is, and it's true. He's extremely friendly and helpful and cool.
They have the amenities down. My wife and I took advantage of everything, such as the hot tub, the fireplace and the little kitchen.
While the kitchen is small, by utilizing the grill I was able to cook some basic meals, which is crucial when you're busy hiking in the park. I put together simple breakfasts early in the morning and made sandwiches for lunch. On our last night I even prepared some game meats (elk and bison), which I bought at a local market.

Fantastic!! Loved the location, the ambience, rustic vibe and little touches. We will be staying here again for sure. Our room had a fireplace, access to the hot tube, and a microwave and fridge. The small extra touches when celebrating a birthday made it all better! Staff kind, inviting and knowledgeable about the area. Loved seeing the wildlife.

Tyler called the day of our arrival and I felt like I was talking to my best friend who is letting us stay at their home. When we arrived we had a personalized note, there was the extra towels I requested, even Febreze in the bathroom and fancy shampoo and conditioner. So many extra touches definitely would recommend. We had a perfect spot in Fall River with live elk and turkeys.

Stayed in 4 Seasons a couple of nights while touring RMNP. Sweet location on the Fall River. Our visit was very pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging just outside of town and near the park. I think the rooms upstairs with a view of the River are most desirable. You can enjoy the elk grazing in the evening and early morning.

We had a very nice short & sweet stay. Wish it would have been longer. Mark was very helpful and accommodating. Mark takes time to make fresh baked cookie in the a.m. The room was nice, clean & comfortable. The bed was very comfortable & the pillows were amazing. It’s in a great location, just out of the town and near the RMNP. The rushing Fall River was relaxing in a private setting away from the town of Estes Park. It was hot while we were there, so glad they had a standing fan. We plan to come back.

Super nice owners and a wonderful little hotel on the river. If we return to Estes Park, we will stay here again.

Warm, clean and inviting setting with attentive wait staff and creative menu. Good vegetarian options. Food was good but for us the service and atmosphere were the high point. A highlight of our trip for sure. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent one night here and were immediately greeted by Mark who was very nice and even gave suggestions on what to see in Rocky Mountain National park. Complimentary beer and wine when checking in and we were also provided robes when we used the hot tub which has a great view.
Room was very clean with a comfy bed. Fridge and microwave were also in the room. We would highly recommend you stay here, very close to downtown and very close to the national park entrance.
