good location top of the hill views of the surrounding mountains. choice of light snacks or full meals . courtesy shuttle to centre . pool was warm good size.
Very beautiful room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Mini split was awesome. Michael, the doorman was very courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. Benny, the shuttle driver was quick knowledgeable and friendly.
We didn't stay. We visited the Frisco Club while we waited for our ghost tour @ 10 PM. Club was fun. Nice atmosphere with live entertainment. We played bocce ball & had a coke. Good time. Ghost tour was the expanded one with a visit to the morgue. Great tour & left me with goose bumps all the way home. Tour guide was fun & informative. Would highly recommend a visit & tour.
Anytime. I'm anywhere near eureka springs. I make it a point to swing by and take in the views while having a slice of pizza and a great beer. My wife loves the ghost tours and we take them frequently. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time we've stayed here, it's been comfortable and fun. Not to mention that you eureka springs has an abundance of things to do. It is definitely...
Overall a great place. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is very old so some things are less modern than some may like. Service was very good. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. The pancakes are so good!! I will go back just for those. I do not recommend the Italian food. Someone told us not to try it, but we did it anyways….. The location of the hotel is way back through a lot of narrow...
Nice, if you're not looking for quiet relaxation or traveling with pets. The hotel has nice amenities, but even though you can pay a fee for staying with your pet, the hotel expects you to leave it locked in your room if you want to eat at any of their facilities. Also, if you happen to be staying in a room near any of the "ghost tour rooms", expect to have crowds of people roaming you hallway every...

They had breakfast. The room was clean. The evening staff was friendly (the early morning guy - not so much!). Ice cream and cobbler in the evening after our swim! Delicious!
There is nothing to write home about this hotel. Check in was friendly, breakfast lady was friendly. Check out was unfriendly. Room was clean. However, it was significantly over priced and when you serve breakfast, don't ever run out of coffee. The food was poor. Eggs and gravy from a mix. Biscuits were dry. Waffle was good.
Enjoyed our stay large clean rooms beds where comfortable nicest super 8 I've stayed at in long time. Nice cobbler and ice cream desert in evening pool and hot tub nice. Left to early for breakfast but they had nice area set up for the service. Good employee interaction no complaints. not A 5 star resort but definitely nice for price.
This place was very nice. Sure it could use a little paint and repair but they make up for it in service and under $100. They serve cobbler and ice cream every evening. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Pool was clean and very pleasant. Staff were very pleasant. Best place we stayed in all week of our vacation. We will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!
This is our go to place! The staff is amazing and super helpful, in EVERYTHING! They include a delicious hot breakfast & then the nightly dessert is so scrumptious! The pool was so fun & they played a cool movie too. We will keep coming back & the Jeep Jam was too cool! Thanks Super 8!!!!
I loved staying here! The room was super clean ,the pool area was fantastic! The breakfast was super! It was nice to have a Super 8 that actually had a warm breakfast and not just granola bars! The eggs were nice and fluffy and the biscuits and gravy were pretty good as well...I liked that there was no sausage in the gravy, being a vegetarian and all. They served ice cream and cobbler every night ,I...

We did not stay there, we ate there. The fish was really good, the chicken was OK. The service was slow, but we had a big party. The appetizers were all shellfish and we don't eat shellfish. Atmosphere was nice.
The Staff was very helpful with getting our luggage up the stairs to our room, that was far bigger than I had expected for the price. Sure it was older and could use some touch ups here and there, but we were informed the current owner is upgrading rooms one at a time to bring the hotel back to its former glory. That being said, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the fact there was a separate sitting...
Stopped for dinner. Service was adequate, barely, staff unwelcoming and barely spoke, also our server seemed to Not know much about the menu or taking orders in general. However the Fried green tomatoes were outstanding. Unfortunately the Salmon was a disappointment, unseasoned and possibly on the verge of being spoiled(very fishy tasting) the sauce and rice with it was good. Disappointed in the fact...
Very nice place for a nice meal. $$$$ but a really nice menu. We ate in the back room so we could close the door, because the music in the main room was too loud and not our taste. This would be a better experience with just some live soft piano music playing. Excellent staff and wonderful food.
We checked in on a Friday evening and were greeted promptly. The room was clean and there was plenty of room around the bed. The bathroom had plenty of space too. There is parking right next to the hotel which is nice. A few hundred feet up the street is a nice place for breakfast and right next door is a beer garden, that was seeing plenty of activity Friday and Saturday night. Right across from the...
Reasonable food for the price, on the high end, drinks are even a bit pricier though. Service is friendly and quick, seating can feel crowded if they are busy. Call first or get reservations ahead of time.

It was reasonably priced and the place was adorable and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
We had a very early Spring Break where we are from so my teen daughter and I drove to Memphis first and then to Eureka Springs. Quick online search, I chose the Brownstone Inn, and crossed my fingers. Boy was I glad I did. Beautiful room, beautiful location, walking distance from the historic downtown area. Easy instructions on accessing room and common areas. The room had everything we needed...
The Good. Historic old building with tall ceilings and old charm. We stayed in the Innkeeper suite, smallest of the rooms; great bed, nice sitting area, well appointed, nice shower, outside patio area with table and chairs, elevated deck area with nice shade trees, tables and chairs, big common area with a kitchen, dining table and lounge with lots of books. The Bad. The sink is tiny. No microwave...
My husband and I had the best weekend here while we were in Eureka Springs this summer. Our room was fully stocked with soaps, snacks, and complimentary wine. The Brownstone is located within a 5 minute drive of town center, which is perfect when you are wanting to just get out and explore! The best part for us was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Most of the food was grab and go, but they...
This B&B is wonderful. It feels as if you have taken a step back in time. The managers are wonderful and so helpful. They make you feel more than comfortable. I never wanted to leave.
The ole lady and I hadn't been alone together for 8 years now. She booked this for us and I can say I've been on a few vacation and this was phenomenal the place was right off of Main Street the lady greeted us at the bed and breakfast she was very kind cleaned our room daily and we were only a mile or two from the downtown the room itself was absolutely wonderful if you ever have a chance to go to...

My wife and I had been on the road for several hours when we finally pulled into your property. We were greeted by Dustin. He was nice and had a great sense of humor. After telling us about the hotel, we asked him to see a room and he was more than happy to show us around. It's really nice to see customer service still alive at your hotel!
Quiet inn off the main road. It is much larger than it seems as it curls back into the tree line. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens without tripping over each other. Beds are soft but not sink into them soft. Plenty of outlets for chargers and other electronics.
Super clean rooms. Breakfast not included because they have a restaurant in the property. Excellent service as well. Very close to the downtown and other tourist areas. Dog friendly hotel. Pet fees are $20 per pet per day. Property is very well kept and extremely clean. Definitely recommend this hotel
Stayed here for the weekend and we were very pleased. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! The only recommendation I would offer is to provide waste stations for pets. We traveled with our dog and the hotel welcomed her and provided areas for bathroom breaks, however, when I cleaned up after her, there was no place to dispose...
Got a room here on 17 Oct as part of a 2-week trip to Arkansas. When out reserved B&B fell through right as we arrived due to a failed water heater, we searched the area and found this Best Western recommended for service and cleanliness. The reviews were spot-on. It is an older motel, but very well kept. The service was great, the on-site restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast the next day...
Awesome every time we stay, right in the middle of town, great central location. Rooms are huge and very clean and up to date. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast. I'd suggest eating breakfast at the restaurant in the main building, everything is homemade and delicious! If breakfast is your favorite meal of the day, you need to eat here!

Cheryl, who checked us in was so kind. Kristina, who made our breakfast, did a great job (especially with the homemade biscuits and gravy!
The hotel is amazing. The room was nice and clean. The whirlpool bathtub was just what I needed. The fountain in the courtyard was beautiful. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning. It was well worth it!
Helpful and friendly staff. Loved the view. We were in town for the Bikes Blues and BBQ. We had a great time. My only complaint is that the room did cost more than we were told at the time of reservation.
We only stayed for one night but were very pleased with the service, location, access to the trolleys and the excellent free breakfast. Rooms were clean, affordable and the grounds and walking path with fountain were delightful. The location is excellent as it’s close to downtown and other areas. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a huge jacuzzi tub and was really nice and clean. They have an outstanding breakfast included. Convenient location to middle of downtown Eureka Springs. We will definitely go back.
Great value and very accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and the grounds are beautiful with a lot of plants and flowers. The facility is aging a little but the staff work very hard to keep things working and in good order.

Brenda and Doug pay close attention to every detail. From Arsenic and Old Lace room sprays (they have their own signature scent), to the carafes of ice cold water in the room, the bath salts next to the tub, amazing breakfasts, 24/7 drink station downstairs, and comfy beds - I could go on! This place is nestled in a beautiful wooded area within walking distance to downtown. The ambiance is perfect...
Rob and Brenda were so accommodating and made us feel so welcome throughout our whole stay. We stayed in the library for one night until the top tree suite was available during our honeymoon and both were absolutely fantastic. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. Snacks were always available. The sheets and robes were so cozy. We will most definitely be coming back and would not stay anywhere...
The host is really friendly and the food is delicious. The room is very clean and stocked with some goodies. Bathroom is heated and has a fan. In the main house there is a big window in the dining room where you get to see a lot of special guests (Deer, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and Humming birds.) They also offer free small baked goodies made by the hosts wife. Also a coffee bar in the morning...
My husband and I spent 2 nights and it was awesome! Rob and Brenda made us feel right at home and the breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Chantilly Rose room and had a great balcony that overlooked the backyard. We were able to see a ton of wildlife from the balcony. Great fire pit in the back that Rob will light for you if you ask. We will definitely be back to stay again.
My husband and I have stayed in many B & B's and this is definitely one of our favorites. So many great areas to relax from inside to the exterior wrap around porch to the beautiful gardens. The comfy bed, sheets/pillows, double sinks, large shower and separate contemporary tub and private porch made our stay in the Monet room a delight. The breakfast 'feasts' were delicious. Brenda and Rob are...

This B&B has a new owner and Innkeeper who is so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the claw foot tubs are fun. It is a great Victorian house experience and the location to the downtown shops is exceptional. Although only a continental breakfast is served the food is very good.
House was very clean. The water had Very slow pressure. The showers was a tube and shower together. If you are young and agile it is easy to get in and out of. If you are older and a little heavy it is hard to get out of in either tubs. Nice kitchen. The beds are hard and pillows not so good. Barbara is very Friendly. The surroundings is beautiful.
Our room was very clean. Food was outstanding! Barbara was helpful with directions and ideas. We never had to drive the whole time we were there! Walked everywhere. Wonderful guests. Very friendly. Hope we get to return soon!
A pleasant experience at a reasonable rate. Would stay again. The house is located in an area that is great to walk from, but a bit difficult to drive from. Rooms are small, but charming and adequate. The view in the morning is beautiful. It was so nice to sip coffee and look out at the gardens. Breakfast was delicious. I reccomend trying it for yourself.
Barbra was amazing to us! The breakfast was so delicious and full of variety. There is a pathway there that leads right to downtown so you don't have to drive there. The house is over 100 years old and looks great!

We chose this lodging establishment based on the favorable reviews. We made a great choice. The room was clean, comfortable, exceptionally well decorated, and the bed was excellent. Definitely would consider staying here again when in Eureka Springs.
The Lookout Lodge is impressive upon arrival with the nicest staff/owners and a country atmosphere. Our room was bursting with rustic charm-- lots of wood grain, farmhouse style furniture and lamps/decor, an awesome bed with huge fluffy pillows, a super clean bathroom and vanity area, a warm heater for these freezing outdoor temps, fridge/microwave, and more! There are several restaurants and shops...
The receptionist was a very sweet lady she gave my husband and I their last room for the night with no hesitation she even let us view it before we rented. The room looked like a cabin inside which was unexpected and the beds were full of pillows the decor was very cute and perfect for a couple or your fam bam the bathroom was clean and the floors looked like pinewood. We will definitely be back for...
Super comfy rooms! Perfect size, had a fridge and microwave. Location was awesome. Back deck looked out into woods and mountain side and front was on the main drag. Kari and her husband were the best hosts which made a huge impact. She ensured that we knew everything going on and all the good spots to eat and go check out. We will absolutely stay there again!
Carrie the owner of the of the lookout lodge is top notch! She was sweet. Attentive and when I needed something she gave me what I needed! The rooms smelt clean. Looked cleaned. The A.C. worked great! Shower was nice and hot! The towels were super soft not the typical thin white ones you get at other hotel. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet, cozy and clean hotel room with nice amenities. Kari was so nice and attentive to all our needs. We definitely recommend this spot! Beds were very comfortable but be advised that the bathroom is small. It’s also close to main spots in Eureka Springs.

Room was immaculate, organized, and comfortable. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. I'd stay here again, anytime. The owner took great care of his property.
Wonderfully clean; I am a stickler, and our room passed with flying colors. I loved that the property is updated and the owners very clearly take pride in their business; inside and out, everything was very well taken care-of. We loved hanging out on the gliders in front of our room and on the deck.
This little Inn is a blast for the past and not your typical chain hotel. It is like most motels were in 60’s and 70’s, except this place has been taken care of and our room was updated and very clean, the beds were good, the towels were thick and soft, it was very nice place to stay. We arrived and went to office and Robert the owner welcomed us and took to our room showed us around and ask it everything...
Great location close to downtown. Close to a few great antique stores. The mattress was super comfortable. I really want to know the brand. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly. The bathtub was stained which was off putting but the hot water was good as well as the water pressure. They have a couple of sweet cats that live there. Breakfast was lacking, just some yogurt and cereal but all...
I had an excellent stay at the Edelweiss Inn. The room was large and clean with a mini fridge and a microwave. The WiFi was free and the signal was very strong. Free continental breakfast is provided in the morning. This is definitely a place that I can recommend for staying at Eureka Springs.
GREAT motel. The owner was extremely pleasant. He provided us a map of the area, went over all the restaurant info. , entertainment info, tram. He showed us to our room and showed us around. We were on the backside of the motel that had a lawn, forest area and a fireplace area. There's a deck with tables and chairs. There was about 4 doors that were near the tree line grazing on grass. Me and a coworker got a room for one night here and couldn’t complain at all. The owner was super nice and very attentive. The rooms are dated but comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
There’s a new owner in town & he along with his wife have done some amazing things here so far. They don’t use being shorthanded w/staff as an excuse for poor service. These guys work their tails off to make sure you have the best possible experience while you’re here. He was adding logs to the fire at 11PM & he was up with us the next morning at 6:30 while we were prepping of bikes. He opened breakfast...
I don’t have a google account so I’m using my wife’s account to post this review. I stayed there this past weekend for the Volkswagen and German car shows. The owners are such nice people and the newly updated rooms are nice. Even my 14 year old grandson commented on how comfortable the beds are.
Stayed one night in this dated but cozy little motel. AC worked great. Swimming pool was clear but needed a cleaning. Rose at the front desk is great!! There was no chain our door and house keeping barged in on us lying in bed.
Very accommodating managers. I needed a Jacuzzi tub in a smaller room and they were able to do it for me. It was the honeymoon suite with a heart shaped Jacuzzi tub. ? My husband and I both fit comfortably and plenty of good hot water. So relaxing! Nice continental breakfast. The bed was hard to me but my husband liked it. I'm partial to softer beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great for us because we weren’t in the middle of town and could easily get out of the parking lot going in either direction according to what our plans were for the day. Traffic at times in Eureka Springs can be hectic, especially on a motorcycle.
The staff is wonderful and friendly! I have stayed here several times and they always make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Very clean and nice rooms with no odor. I have only stayed in the jacuzzi rooms, which are wonderful! Love the view from the back poach and relaxing in one of the gliders. I recommend this lodge to everybody going to Eureka Springs.
Very clean, convenient, manager friendly and helpful. Review is for double Queen room. Easy access to Eureka Springs downtown area. Price was perfect and outside area clean. Kitchen area very clean and tidy with attendant available. Front checkin exactly as pictured
Clean rooms, no noise from the road, staff very friendly and very peaceful. Will definitely be back. Price was great. Thank you for your hospitality.
Of all of trips to eureka, and all the places we've stayed, this is by far the best place to stay. Rooms are clean and disinfected because I've seen them do it. Pool clean and cool. Amazing view. Good value motel. Our room bad a smell like cigarettes and cleaner and thr toilets were slow each flush which made us all nervous every time we pushed the handle down. Pool was clean. Patio was nice! I've stayed here from the time I was a young child, then as a teenager. A young adult. Then as a 50 year old woman. This is my favorite Motel in all of the world!
Now the wanderoo lodge and owned by the Joy owners grandson. Remodeled rooms and a newly constructed bar and grille with amazing local musicians
It had fallen into disrepair under past owners, but now it is doing a lot better. The new owner was very helpful, and I have seen some noticeable improvements since I was there last year. I will be looking forward to seeing what it looks like next year. 9/11/17
The hotel has a new owner, as of 8/25/17, which happened to be the day of our visit. The new owner (Tim) was extremely friendly and welcoming. He was eager to tell us and the other guests about his renovation and re-branding ideas for his new property. I'm excited to see his progress when I visit the Joy Motel, next year. Right now, the property is in need of major renovations. Regardless of that,...
I only stopped to take photos of the mid century modern style signs. The motel looked very run down. Not a place that I would stay at. It is up for sale, hopefully someone with a passion for mid century modern motels will purchase the property and return it to it's former glory.

We loved our room it had 3 beds in one bedroom which is why we rented it. My 82 year old mother, 23 year old daughter and I had a gret time. Staff was very friendly. Would definatly stay again.
Clean, quiet and the beds were super comfortable. Close to historic downtown Eureka Springs, which must be seen if you are looking for the unusual and wonderful. I would definitely return here!
Good location, but the place was funky. We arrived after hours, and the staff forgot to leave a key, which they were supposed to do. We had to wait 45 mins for someone to arrive. Then the toilet was broken, the front door didn't shut properly, and the mattress was so hard. The price was decent, so I guess we got what we paid for.
Very clean! Love the vintage (original) bathroom. Rooms are updated nicely and spacious; however, bed was not necessarily comfortable. The staff was very nice. My family of 6 stayed 3 nights. “Breakfast” is a stretch. There was no milk on Monday. They stated they ran out from the busy weekend, but they still didn’t have milk on Tuesday. There was milk on Wednesday, but they had run out of spoons. ...
Great room, the toiletries even include make up remover wipes. Water gets hot fast, room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Management was sweet and accommodating for our late check-in.
We loved our stay at Land O Nod Inn. The staff really seemed to care. They were informative and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The retro bathrooms are beautiful. Our kids loved it there too!

It was wonderful, clean, comfortable and everything we could have asked for inside the treehouse. Plenty of towels, bathing soaps, kitchen dishes, etc. We will be back. The owner Pat and the groundskeepers were out and about every day and extremely friendly. We stayed in Treehouse #7 with a family of four and the amount of space and beds were perfect.
Let me start with a highly recommended rating, but we weren't issue free for this visit. Rooms weren't properly cleaned (Owner was willing to have it cleaned properly the next day, but we didn't feel comfortable allowing this after we had moved our stuff in.) Lighting on the front porch/entrance wasn't enough lighting for the stairs at night We didn't have access to extra clean towels. I received...
My wife and I have stayed once at the tree houses and once in a room on spring street. Felt like being at home. Spring street had the view and music of downtown and the treehouse had the beautiful rock and forest next to the creek. Can't wait to go back.

Good price when booking directly with the motel. Wallpaper was a little dated but room was clean. No breakfasts. Nothing special. We would use again.
This was a basic room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Jacuzzi worked good. AC was really great! Breakfast was lacking. Unless you want oatmeal or cereal and coffee. Plan to eat out. The room worked for what we need this trip. We planned to be out alot. 70.00-80.00 room at best. The owner was nice. Best part is that they still offer smoking rooms for those of us that want them.
For the price this hotel is clean and functional. I have paid more to stay in less. The 5 stars are for this type of place and mostly for the customer service of the staff. I left a pair of leather gloves in the window sill and they called pretty quick. We were already a ways down the road so I asked if they would mail them to me for $20. They did but they only charged me for the cost of shipping....
No frills motor inn in the heart of Eureka Springs. The room itself was ok, but dated. The bed was moderately comfortable, but for the life of me, I couldn't get the pillows to work quite right. Some areas of the property could use a little work. Some panels are broken, light fixtures are missing in some places, but other than that, the place is fine. Staff were friendly and live on-site so anything...
