good location top of the hill views of the surrounding mountains. choice of light snacks or full meals . courtesy shuttle to centre . pool was warm good size.
Very beautiful room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Mini split was awesome. Michael, the doorman was very courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. Benny, the shuttle driver was quick knowledgeable and friendly.
We didn't stay. We visited the Frisco Club while we waited for our ghost tour @ 10 PM. Club was fun. Nice atmosphere with live entertainment. We played bocce ball & had a coke. Good time. Ghost tour was the expanded one with a visit to the morgue. Great tour & left me with goose bumps all the way home. Tour guide was fun & informative. Would highly recommend a visit & tour.
Anytime. I'm anywhere near eureka springs. I make it a point to swing by and take in the views while having a slice of pizza and a great beer. My wife loves the ghost tours and we take them frequently. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time we've stayed here, it's been comfortable and fun. Not to mention that you eureka springs has an abundance of things to do. It is definitely...
Overall a great place. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is very old so some things are less modern than some may like. Service was very good. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. The pancakes are so good!! I will go back just for those. I do not recommend the Italian food. Someone told us not to try it, but we did it anyways….. The location of the hotel is way back through a lot of narrow...
Nice, if you're not looking for quiet relaxation or traveling with pets. The hotel has nice amenities, but even though you can pay a fee for staying with your pet, the hotel expects you to leave it locked in your room if you want to eat at any of their facilities. Also, if you happen to be staying in a room near any of the "ghost tour rooms", expect to have crowds of people roaming you hallway every...

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay! One of the best hotels we stayed at and we been to alot! The breakfast was good and I love the old fashioned style they have. They got a hot tub and sauna which is very nice and the roll in shower in the room are very relaxing. Thank you osage for the amazing stay!😊
Great location and amenities. Pool, Hot Tub, Exercise Room and Sauna were excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. AC had option for fan to be always-on. The biggest problem we had was that the wifi router in the rear left of the properly (near room 125) was not working. The staff admitted it had been a problem for a while. I was given a number by the front desk to work with tech support. Tech support...
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. It was so nice having a room in front of the pool and spa area. I also liked the location of the hotel. It is located at the top of main street giving you easy access to all of eureka. Has trolley stop but also has plenty of free parking. The breakfast was great and was comprised...
We stayed for our anniversary in July . The room was very clean ( I own a cleaning company and I'm PICKY). The pool was beautiful and well kept. The staff was really nice . Breakfast was really good. The price was extremely reasonable for what we got. We will definitely be back 💜🦩💜

They had breakfast. The room was clean. The evening staff was friendly (the early morning guy - not so much!). Ice cream and cobbler in the evening after our swim! Delicious!
There is nothing to write home about this hotel. Check in was friendly, breakfast lady was friendly. Check out was unfriendly. Room was clean. However, it was significantly over priced and when you serve breakfast, don't ever run out of coffee. The food was poor. Eggs and gravy from a mix. Biscuits were dry. Waffle was good.
Enjoyed our stay large clean rooms beds where comfortable nicest super 8 I've stayed at in long time. Nice cobbler and ice cream desert in evening pool and hot tub nice. Left to early for breakfast but they had nice area set up for the service. Good employee interaction no complaints. not A 5 star resort but definitely nice for price.
This place was very nice. Sure it could use a little paint and repair but they make up for it in service and under $100. They serve cobbler and ice cream every evening. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Pool was clean and very pleasant. Staff were very pleasant. Best place we stayed in all week of our vacation. We will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!
This is our go to place! The staff is amazing and super helpful, in EVERYTHING! They include a delicious hot breakfast & then the nightly dessert is so scrumptious! The pool was so fun & they played a cool movie too. We will keep coming back & the Jeep Jam was too cool! Thanks Super 8!!!!
I loved staying here! The room was super clean ,the pool area was fantastic! The breakfast was super! It was nice to have a Super 8 that actually had a warm breakfast and not just granola bars! The eggs were nice and fluffy and the biscuits and gravy were pretty good as well...I liked that there was no sausage in the gravy, being a vegetarian and all. They served ice cream and cobbler every night ,I...

I loved the view, was a little misled by the pictures of the newer rooms. But it was extremely accommodating! Mr. Bonds is just very tall so that little potty was funny!!
I’ve visited Beaver Lakefront Cabins four times and absolutely love it. The perfect spot to relax with my partner and enjoy the outdoors or stay in our beautiful cabin and watch movies. Rooms are beautiful and clean with stunning views. Lake is clear with so many fun things provided by the cabins to enhance the water fun. This is my favorite place to relax!
Seriously one of the top five places we've had the pleasure of staying in. Beautiful unit with literally everything you could think of. Quiet, respectful, interesting, and just so relaxing. Loved the little paddle pontoon boat! What a fun way to get some exercise. Will recommend and return-
This place is soooooo beautiful. I booked this place for my myself and my wife for our honeymoon. The view we had from our suite (Suite C) was spectacular, the bed was very comfortable, and that shower was probably the best shower I've ever been in. We enjoyed some time in the jacuzzi as well, a good plus for couples like us. I really enjoy how "home-y" it feels and it was a great stay. The only two...
High quality accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view of Beaver Lake. We stayed in Suite A and I think it likely has best view of all the suites. We opted for the couples massage in our suite. Very enjoyable. Bed is comfortable. If you are looking to get away and relax this is a great spot.
5 stars for sure... This was our honeymoon suggestion and I am thankful for the suggestion.. it was breath-taking... My new husband and I enjoyed every second of our stay.. We stayed 3 night and we were fully stocked for our stay. It was quiet, peaceful and romantic. The only suggestion I have it some road repair, the path up to the cabins is rough..

We did not stay there, we ate there. The fish was really good, the chicken was OK. The service was slow, but we had a big party. The appetizers were all shellfish and we don't eat shellfish. Atmosphere was nice.
The Staff was very helpful with getting our luggage up the stairs to our room, that was far bigger than I had expected for the price. Sure it was older and could use some touch ups here and there, but we were informed the current owner is upgrading rooms one at a time to bring the hotel back to its former glory. That being said, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the fact there was a separate sitting...
Stopped for dinner. Service was adequate, barely, staff unwelcoming and barely spoke, also our server seemed to Not know much about the menu or taking orders in general. However the Fried green tomatoes were outstanding. Unfortunately the Salmon was a disappointment, unseasoned and possibly on the verge of being spoiled(very fishy tasting) the sauce and rice with it was good. Disappointed in the fact...
Very nice place for a nice meal. $$$$ but a really nice menu. We ate in the back room so we could close the door, because the music in the main room was too loud and not our taste. This would be a better experience with just some live soft piano music playing. Excellent staff and wonderful food.
We checked in on a Friday evening and were greeted promptly. The room was clean and there was plenty of room around the bed. The bathroom had plenty of space too. There is parking right next to the hotel which is nice. A few hundred feet up the street is a nice place for breakfast and right next door is a beer garden, that was seeing plenty of activity Friday and Saturday night. Right across from the...
Reasonable food for the price, on the high end, drinks are even a bit pricier though. Service is friendly and quick, seating can feel crowded if they are busy. Call first or get reservations ahead of time.

It was reasonably priced and the place was adorable and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
We had a very early Spring Break where we are from so my teen daughter and I drove to Memphis first and then to Eureka Springs. Quick online search, I chose the Brownstone Inn, and crossed my fingers. Boy was I glad I did. Beautiful room, beautiful location, walking distance from the historic downtown area. Easy instructions on accessing room and common areas. The room had everything we needed...
The Good. Historic old building with tall ceilings and old charm. We stayed in the Innkeeper suite, smallest of the rooms; great bed, nice sitting area, well appointed, nice shower, outside patio area with table and chairs, elevated deck area with nice shade trees, tables and chairs, big common area with a kitchen, dining table and lounge with lots of books. The Bad. The sink is tiny. No microwave...
My husband and I had the best weekend here while we were in Eureka Springs this summer. Our room was fully stocked with soaps, snacks, and complimentary wine. The Brownstone is located within a 5 minute drive of town center, which is perfect when you are wanting to just get out and explore! She booked this for us and I can say I've been on a few vacation and this was phenomenal the place was right off of Main Street the lady greeted us at the bed and breakfast she was very kind cleaned our room daily and we were only a mile or two from the downtown the room itself was absolutely wonderful if you ever have a chance to go to...

Randy was amazing, kind and so helpful! We could not have asked for a more delicious breakfast. The cottage was adorable and so cozy, just perfect for our Moms' Getaway! We could walk to most of the things we wanted to do and there was the trolley to ride if we didn't want to walk up the hill to get back. Perfect vacation that fed our hearts and souls!
We went for a girls weekend and stayed in the Carriage House. We had an amazing time, it was located not far from downtown, there was great parking, well-stocked amenities, the breakfasts were out of this world and Randy was an amazing host. We would definitely go back again!
The charming and well appointed Heart of the Hills B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location with easy access to off the street assigned parking. It's only a 10 minute walk into town to visit the artisan shops and art galleries. Randy is a friendly, thoughtful and gracious host, who treats you to a delicious gourmet breakfast which he wonderfully prepares and hand delivers to...
David the owner was very nice and welcoming. The room was very nice although tight. The deck is very nice to sit on and relax in the evening. The walk to get to the room is rough if you are disabled or have walking issues. It's down 4 cement steps and the bottom one pretty high. It worked havoc on my knee. Then a walk on cobble stone back up another flight of stairs. This was the Gabrielle suite. I...
Quaint little bed and breakfast. My husband and I stayed in the Gabriel room. It was decorated beautifully and we even had our own little deck area with a outside table and love seat. My wife and I had been on the road for several hours when we finally pulled into your property. We were greeted by Dustin. He was nice and had a great sense of humor. After telling us about the hotel, we asked him to see a room and he was more than happy to show us around. It's really nice to see customer service still alive at your hotel!
Quiet inn off the main road. It is much larger than it seems as it curls back into the tree line. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens without tripping over each other. Beds are soft but not sink into them soft. Plenty of outlets for chargers and other electronics.
Super clean rooms. Breakfast not included because they have a restaurant in the property. Excellent service as well. Very close to the downtown and other tourist areas. Dog friendly hotel. Pet fees are $20 per pet per day. Property is very well kept and extremely clean. Definitely recommend this hotel
Stayed here for the weekend and we were very pleased. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! The only recommendation I would offer is to provide waste stations for pets. Got a room here on 17 Oct as part of a 2-week trip to Arkansas. When out reserved B&B fell through right as we arrived due to a failed water heater, we searched the area and found this Best Western recommended for service and cleanliness. Awesome every time we stay, right in the middle of town, great central location. Rooms are huge and very clean and up to date. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast. A truly authentic Route 66 experience. We were welcomed by a friendly human and the canine owner, Elvis. As we entered our room, we were transformed back in time with a mid century modern vibe and a radio playing authentic old time music and commercials from back in the day. We have been coming to the Roadrunner for a few years now and are always blown away by the views. The Cabins are lovely and super clean. They even have a hot tub for those cold winter nights. Terrific Place to Stay! Location is Perfect, so close to Starkey Marina boat ramp. Rooms are immaculate and Mike and his family always make are stay a pleasant one!
We planned on staying only 2 nights but loved it so much we stayed 1 more. The things people always want to know.. Beds excellent, we have an adjustable at home and slept just as good on these. Had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. Very clean facilities and was a whole lot better than I originally expected. Had a great time with Bob and his dogs. Overall everything was great. I'm just partial to staying on the West side. Reservation was smooth, rate VERY reasonable, rooms spotless and stocked with essentials.
Quaint little old style Motel. Clean and basic and the rates reflect that. Convenient to many local restaurants and attractions
I stay here on my honeymoon 9 years ago and it was awesome then hot tub in the room, two person hot tub, customer service clean room great view highly recommend this place.
Clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly, and made us feel welcome at their establishment! Quiet and can sit on the balcony and watch the animals.

This was our second stay at the Heartstone. It is an incredible B & B! The owners, Rick and Cheri, are more like “old friends” as soon as you meet them!
My wife and I were talking and we wish we could have stayed longer. I felt like the owners were friends of ours. Business owners should take notes on The Heartstone Inn. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I would. Bravo. -Smith fam.
We stayed at the Heartstone Inn August 25-27. We absolutely loved our time here. Our hosts were wonderful and welcoming, and sitting out on their deck watching the hummingbirds amidst the quiet was so relaxing. We loved our suite and each morning our breakfast was varied and delicious. The next time we visit Eureka Springs we will be staying here again!
Heartstone Inn is certainly a jewel in Eureka. The hospitality of Rick and Sherrie, the beautiful rooms, breakfast, and location makes this a come back. In addition the "hummingbird" Sanctuary is another plus!!
Heartstone Inn is an absolute gem in every way and the best Inn and B & B we have ever stayed in and that’s saying a lot as we are older folks. It is our happy place in every way imaginable. The most amazing mini vacay ive ever had! Absolutely amazing! Perfection is an understatement! Since it was winter, we were the only ones there. Quiet and secluded. Think Super 8 but in the woods. We had Cabin 1. Feels and looks like a quick flip with cheap furnishings, faucets, toilet seat, and mismatched lightbulbs in fixtures. From the moment we arrived I knew I made the right choice the people running it were extremely friendly and personable room was spotless clean. Had the hot tub suite for 2 day could not have ask for a better experience. Extremely quiet even though sit right on the strip. Will be back
Very clean and moderately priced for the area. Jacuzzi suite was roomy and nicely decorated. Very quiet for being on the main drag.
We booked last minute. It was not "fancy" motel. People on here complaining like this is the Ritz. I was worried after some bug reviews I read. Not the case. I checked the bed when we got in the room. Staff was super nice. Felt safe enough. My only complaint is that I wish I could lock the dead bolt when I leave
Definitely not a 5 star but we had very little issues with our room. We was a little leery with some of the reviews and by the way it looked from the outside. Not a lot to say about this place. It's quiet, and the bed was comfortable, but the room had no refrigerator or microwave, and the continental breakfast was about the saddest I've ever seen. The only protein on the table was the tiny containers of peanut butter. It's a good place to sleep, but that's about it.
