Fairbanks, 813 Noble Street 🧭 Map
The hotel is close to everything and the staff on the front desk and restaurant are awesome. Emily and Adam knock it out of the park when it comes to service. Her attentions and his long island ice tea made the entire stay so much better.
The hotel is located close to the city centre and it’s easy to find it. It has a parking lot in front so you have space to park your car. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and cozy. The furniture was not the newest but it was in a good condition. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, so don’t have expectations in this regard. Staff is nice and friendly.
Walked in and was greeted right away! Stayed at the north tower.. rooms were amazingly comfortable and clean. I accidentally demagnetized my key with my phones MagSafe case but was able to get that fixed away with the friendly front desk staff. The breakfast was ok. Not much options but it will do for a morning meal. Overall great stay and awesome service!!,
excellent check in was great the rooms were good really enjoyed the restaurant food and service was excellent
They DO have WiFi now, as well as usb charging ports in the room. Sign up at front desk for call for Northern lights.
The rooms is a nice size and clean. The location is good. Staff is friendly. I wish the food was better. Breakfast doesn't offer much choice. Lunch at Red Lantern was lackluster. Coffee shop in lobby is great though!

It was one of the best resorts I stayed in North America. I felt like I stayed at home. Spacious parking, clean room, kitchen, bed and couches. Friendly receptionists, easy check-in made my stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended!!
Spending over a week in Fairbanks for XC skiing. Wedgewood was the perfect place for this. Roomy, had a kitchen. Big TV good for 2018 Olympics on then. Close to restaurants. Sports stores. Close to Birch Hill where we were skiing. Would go there in a heartbeat.
Very spacious and clean that some minor maintenance issues. I'm not sure what criteria makes a hotel a resort but there is no pool sauna hot tub or gym. Prices are very reasonable and they do have plugins in the parking lot for your cars. The washer and dryers suck and it's $4 a load. Housekeeping is awesome. And we saw a moose here two different times. I'm not that familiar with Fairbanks but it seems...
Enjoyed our stay at the Wedgewood Resort. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. I enjoyed the on-site Auto Museum too.
It's basically am apartment. It has a full kitchen, furnished, living room with a 50 in. Screen TV, a dining room and separate bedroom. They clean once a week if u stay weekly or monthly. I needed benadryl and they think it out of their first aid kit and brought it to me. I don't normal hear the people upstairs like I do at other hotels. Shower water pressure is adequate. A great waking trail right...

Absolutely!! I would like to recommend Sophia for everyone who visit in Fairbanks. 1/Shuttle pick up from airport for free . 2/Walking to Safeway from Sophia just 10 minutes ( snowing). 3/Cooking. 4/ The photos about the room is same which I saw from website
If you have a couple people to split the room cost with, this hotel is awesome. It features a full kitchen so you can prepare your own food, making your trip to Fairbanks much cheaper. They also have a good little gym open 24 hours
I stayed here for work. It has a kitchen, the bed is comfy, very clean and on-site laundry. I'd recommend it to anyone for work or vacation. The restaurant has yummy margaritas.
Lived here for several years. For me it was the best bet to land sight unseen in a completely unknown region of the country... And it really worked well in that context. If you're coming up from the states this is a great option to land at, even if it's just while you gain knowledge of the area and shop around. I highly recommend Sophie's permanently too though!
Much smaller rooms than the Wedgewood, but nice to have a restaurant/bar on site year ‘round. Also a good/convenient location with stores and the airport close by. HUGE meltwater puddle in parking lot this Spring was less than ideal and should be dealt with. Good customer service overall.
Comfortable place, nice kitchenette, good price and very helpful staff when we locked ourselves out of the bathroom.

Excellent staff and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is the best I have seen. They even have a bar inside the hotel. Great place to stay. The staff again is fantastic they always are there to assist. Thanks for taking care of me during my stay.
the room was clean and big, the best part of the hotel is the staff. they are extremely friendly, caring and kind. they were always willing to help out. the hotel provides free breakfast option and the free shuttle to the airport is highly appreciated as getting a cab is definitely an issue in the area.
This is a fairly run of the mill chain hotel. The rooms were adequate but you could see where some of the construction was shoddy with pretty basic rooms, features, and amenities. The hotel has sufficient parking and is conveniently located. There is an adequate fitness center and pool, as well as a decent hotel bar and restaurant that are open until 10p and 11p respectively (at least in the summer...
Room is big and clean, quiet place. Breakfast has more choice. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Personally, I would like to thank to the lady at front desk that helped me for my daughter forgot backpack in her room. I don't know her name but my stay was on May 19-20, 2022. Definitely, I will recommend to all my friends for next trip.
I really stopped in to see family satying there. The interactions i had with staff were very pleasent

The hotel was nice, but they need more variety of food for breakfast and a more variety for lunch and dinner other than hamburgers fish and fries and wings I even asked him could they put the steak and he said no cuz I need a special type of frying pan when it's going to run a restaurant in hotel they need more variety of food
I stayed here for work and because it was pet friendly. The first 4 nights (M-Th) were 100% ok and pleasant. If my whole stay were that way this would have been at least 4 star. The staff were *really* nice and down to earth and welcoming to me and my 2 pups and it felt like home. It's easy to walk to the court building behind the hotel and let pups play on the grass. The linen on the beds is nice...
This should be a better hotel for the price. Location is convenient. It's very clean and has basic amenities. The rooms are large. Front desk staff are polite and responive. However, the wifi is iffy. The hot water takes forever to come on. The breakfast Nazis are in full force. Show up at 8am when they close at 9am and they will be out of most everything and struggling to fix the pancake machines...
I know that the hotel is a very basic one, but the customer service is 5 star rated. The rooms were spacious, but very simple and bare minimum. They were clean and the linen was superb. specially the manager Amanda was extremely helpful and friendly. Elizabeth, a lady working in the reception was outstanding too. Later we met all the other staff at the reception desk equally nice and helpful. I would...
This was a gem. The hotel is older but is very clean. The staff is super nice and accommodating!! I enjoyed my stay
It's right off a main road so there's easy access to everywhere else. I've been here a few times and the staff is always friendly. There's a restaurant downstairs and quite a few more within walking distance. The look of the hotel could be updated, but it's always clean and comfortable with coffee in the room, too. Fabulous property! Close to the airport, 24/7 shuttle service for guests, hot breakfast every morning, cozy rooms… They also have a great gift shop where you can pick up some souvenirs… a hotel bar, ice cream for sale… I could go on and on. Stayed here for 5 nights on my honeymoon, and we absolutely loved our stay.
Charming, family owned hotel with an accommodating, friendly staff. Stayed for 23 days in November and would highly recommend this property. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning which always included Corned Beef Hash, something very rarely offered for a complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable, and though the decor might be considered somewhat dated by some, it is very well...
The lobby is pure Alaskan lodge and a wonderful way to be welcomed after a long flight. Unfortunately the desk people while fine for check-in were no help beyond that. There is NO housekeeping service during your stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, but the showerhead was terrible, either a drip or a jet stream. The complementary breakfast was good but nothing special. Nice...
Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! First the place is amazing! Such charm and authentic Alaskan ambiance! Second, the staff is beyond amazing. So friendly, so efficient, and so warm. Tiffany at the bar was so engaging and friendly spending a few hours at her bar convinced us to stay another day! And our Cabins were fabulous! We cannot say enough good about this stay!
This place is one of my fondest memories from Alaska. This has got to be the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Right away the staff was incredible and I just felt at home. Usually when I check into a hotel I wonder what is on local TV but I could not wait to just run around and explore here. There is a ton of fun things to do here for both kids and adults...and adult kids.

This is the second time we stayed here and I still love it. The rooms are so clean, the staff is very nice, and the location is great. I will definitely stay again here next time I'm in Fairbanks. Did I mention it was clean?!?! The breakfast was also really good too.
8-10 minutes from downtown, clean and breakfast was nice. The only problem we had was the temperature. It was so hot in the entire building. I couldn't use the hot tub because I couldn't cool off enough. Slept with the thermostat set at 64 and the window open with the overnight lows around 5°
Honestly, this HI&S was amazing. I travel a lot. In fact I used my free points to stay here during my trip to Alaska with my wife. Not only were they courteous and friendly, the evening crew went above and beyond. We needed a ride to the airport from the train station in order to grab our rental. They did not hesitate at all. Since 2009, I stay here when visiting Fairbanks, rooms are comfortable, and clean. However this visit our room was next to the swimming pool , which i requested a room away from the swimming pool, and naturally kids are near which makes for happy, excited kids Breakfast is complimentary and serves awesome buffet!
This has to be the friendliest staff at any hotel. Ive had many staff, that are "Professional" and "Courteous"... But the staff here is FRIENDLY. Genuine smiles, conversational and make eye contact. Its very refreshing... oh and the facility is clean and comfortable and top notch. Breakfast was typical, but still good. I'd love to stay here again.

Our room overlooked what seemed to be the ghetto of town. Food way overpriced in the restaurant. The staff were nice and the bear in the lobby was cool, but the best part was leaving.
Convenient place to stay and easy walking to restaurants, park, etc. Rooms were well appointed and clean.
The place was more than I expected. I would love to stay there again if I ever return to Alaska. The staff was very nice .
Hotel was standard convention center hotel. Staff was friendly and responsive when you asked for something. Room clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was bad. Venture out into town for better food.
Room was spacious and neat. Fridge was available. Extra sink was available outside the bathroom to speed up people getting ready in the morning. Breakfast is paid -15$ or so extra
Nice rooms. Very nice property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only open for the summer, but if you're in Fairbanks, good place to stay.

They have a breakfast buffet every morning that ends at 9 am. The buffet has a decent variet of foods such as bacon, eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc. The location is amazing. It is centrally located in downtown and very close to a lot of places of interest. The hotel has a shuttle service once an hour every hour. They will almost take you anywhere if you don't rent a car.
Very spacey for two people! Clean and cozy. The hotel is located in downtown, restaurants, ice museum and shopping center are within few minutes walk. The beautiful river side walk is a great being of the day.
I have the privilege to stay here for long stints of time. The staff is always helpful, and the breakfast provided is amazing! I have a wheat allergy and they have many options for me. You will not regret this stay!
Very centrally located. Excellent rooms and amenities. Great city view. Friendly service. Great free breakfasts if your accommodations included it.
The people are amazing, very polite and helpful. The rooms are amazing, huge, clean and modern. When I went inside the room I thought I was at the wrong room because it looked like a suite. And the location is excellent as is located at the downtown near all restaurants.
Had dinner at Lavelles', and it was awesome. Great atmosphere, service, and food. Definitely give the fried banana wontons a try.

It's under construction, housekeeping was cleaning and you could tell by all the noise they were keeping. Wifi went down so had to wait to check in but I did have a kitchen in my room.
First room smelled like ciggerets second room assent cleaned. They didn't give us fresh towels the next day.
I like staying here it's nice and peaceful. Nice good rooms and bathrooms. I got no complaint from me.
Impressed it had a indoor pool very nice close to grocery store . Wish the curtains were black out hard to sleep during the month of June when 21 hours of sunlight
The rooms are nice, and are stocked with the dishes/stove you'll need to make dinner in your room. The continental breakfast is severely lacking though. WiFi is about as slow as 3G.
I'm a computer guy, and unless you pay the extra for a max of 2mbps, you ate stuck with around 200-300kb/s... Outside of normal browsing it's a pain

Ok for the price. Not super nice but not super rundown either. New management seems to be making improvements and apparently is remodeling the majority of the rooms here. So far, the changes have been a considerable upgrade from the way it's been for quite a while now. Good job on the improvements.

No breakfast. No room service. After your towels and bed sheets are dirty, you must carry them to the elevator, take the elevator to the lobby, then carry your dirty towels and sheets to the front desk where theyll exchange them for clean ones.
The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. But what made our stay rate a 5 star review was the staff! We were being picked up at the airport in the middle of the night after 30min, the taxi hadn't arrived I called the front desk & she called another taxi who arrived in a few minutes! Then in my excitement we got downstairs the next day to be picked up by shuttle for another excursion. We checked out...
UPDATE 11/2022 This hotel has no hot shower. I am surprised no guests have mentioned this in reviews. But when I talked to other guests, everybody said the water was just lukewarm. Even when you turn the knob all the way to the hottest setting, you just get lukewarm water. Last night the water was so lukewarm that it felt like cold water. For a hotel this new and modern and not to have hot water is...
The room was very clean and cool, and had perfect darkening shades for the nonstop daylight. Excellent sleeping! Which was a lifesaver, as our work schedule was long and irregular. The front desk staff was AMAZING in how they worked with us on that; we had multiple changes, last-minute adjustments and more. Yet they worked hard to help us meet our needs. Other hotels in Fairbanks were MUCH harder to...
This place was so quiet and clean! Everything was perfectly cleaned, dusted and organized. The amenities were nice, J. R. Watkins and a nice bathroom. The kitchenette was great for leftovers and the bed was very comfortable. They had 2 pillow choices, and “soft” or “firm” embroidered on the pillow cases. I’m not usually a one for hotels but I would stay with this company again!

We stayed at BWPC for a week. Our biggest compliment goes to the breakfast cook. We all agreed that it was the best "COMPLEMENTARY" breakfast we've had at a hotel. The bacon smell woke us up every morning, and we were on the 2nd floor.🥰 We were told, in advance, that there wasn't housekeeping services for our stat, but we could request linens as needed. The heater in my room broke, and I had to switch rooms twice since the heaters in other rooms were also broken. Otherwise, the front desk receptionists were quite nice and helpful with anything I needed. (Edited after some issues were resolved)
Hotel is clean. Staff is nice. Madeline at the front desk was kind and helpful. For decent prices in Fairbanks this is your best bet. Stay away from Extended Stay. The prices are comparable. Best Western is far better. Extended Stay is a crack house.
This is a very nice hotel, located across from Walgreens, Fred Myers, some eating places, etc. I had a car, so very easy for me to get around to some of the local things - Univ of Alaska, North Pole, and just a drive about. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts very good.
The room is nice and big, it's not too far from the airport either which is nice. The bed was just OK, I've had worse, but I've also had better. The bathroom was nice but my wife noticed some possible mold in the shower. All in all, not bad for the price, but I've definitely been in better rooms.

Nice and clean resort. Transportation provided to/from airport. Very friendly staff. Cabins were obviously renovated recently and well appointed. The resort is 5 miles from town so you’ll need to use the local shuttle or taxi if no rental car.
Stayed for 1 night. Pros: cute little cabins along the river! They were clean and spacious. The staff were very nice. Cons: full buffet breakfast is not worth the price. Comparable to free continental breakfasts provided at other hotels. Our cabin also had a LOT of mosquitoes inside.
Stayed here while hosting a football camp in town. Great spot close to everything. Was exactly what we needed to sleep and have fun. Right on the river and good food close by.
Excellent vacation spot. Easy access to Denali state park, Santa's house in North Pole AK, great your expeditions on Riverboat Discovery, Gold Dredge 8 and much more. I highly recommend staying there. The RV Park located next door is quiet, scenic and very friendly staff.

The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. My only complaints was that the room was very hot (so was the lobby) upon entering and they don't have enough parking on site for their guests. We had to park about two blocks away. I was surprised the vehicle was still intact when I returned to it the following morning.
Old building that was well taken care of. The ownership's / staff's attention to details to maintain a nice hotel was appearant. We had a comfortable quiet stay. The van shuttle was a welcome service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay and would stay there again on a future trip to Fairbanks.
Loved how friendly everyone was at this hotel, special kudos goes to Taylor at the Front Desk who was fantastic throughout our short stay. While the hotel may be old it is in great condition both inside and out and in a quiet part of town. I would highly recommend this hotel while staying in Fairbanks and will come here again!
