My Place Hotel-Fargo, ND

This hotel refused to refund my cancellation request the night before. I had wasted 30 minutes of my time in the lobby trying my best to be the middle man and communicate between the third party booking service and the front desk employee. The manager shuts me down and says "we do not authorize cancellation." My check in was supposed to be the 11th, and I came to them the night of the 10th, yet I'm still out 345$ that I am not refunded. This is extremely frustrating, humiliating and I wasted my time trying to communicate to the human beings behind the front desk without any consideration to my time nor the proper knowledge to guarantee me the refund I deserve.

Stayed here while my baby was being born and my girlfriend and I woke up with sore throats and colds from the heat AC.One towel had small blood streaks on them,Also My girlfriend got bit by bed bugs and im hoping my daughter does not catch anything from here.Most definetly wont be staying here ever again. Terrible experience

Disappointed. The room was very odiferous upon arrival. The cleaning supplies (or lack thereof) were overwhelming and set off my wife's asthma. The recliner in the room was peeling, and the tv wasn't working properly, which helped give the room that trashy feel. While it was a decent price and the staff was friendly, you may want to consider a different Fargo hotel.

Update, I received a call from the GM who apologized for the state of the room that we stayed in. She assured me that the recliners are going to be replaced shortly and was going to look into the smell with the cleaning products. She also gave us a credit and asked if we would please consider them on our next stay in Fargo.

Absolutely one of the WORST hotels we've ever stayed in! The room was marginally clean...but the chair in the room looked like it had been purchased at Goodwill. Not only was it falling apart, the leather was worn and flaking off, and the stains on the leather were disturbing! (Interestingly, the exact same chair was in the lobby in like-new condition.) If it had not been late at night when we arrived, we would have left immediately and found somewhere else to stay. We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, but apparently it has gone seriously downhill since then! The location was the only positive thing about this place! Avoid this hotel AT ALL COSTS...
