Room was clean. Booked a room with 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds that where not very comfortable. The shower had no hot water. The pool water was cold and the hottub was not hot at all. Very disappointed for what paid for the night.
Our recent hotel stay was excellent. The staff was friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and in good condition. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. We came near the end of the breakfast time and the food was still hot. Only 2 minor issues. Their definition of a queen bed is different from mine. I would say their queen bed is more like a double. And secondly, the pool area wasn't as...
We had a large family vacation and needed to sleep 5 and we got a larger room with bunk beds. The room was very spacious and open. From the moment we got in and till we left I can say this was one of the my favourite hotels I’ve stayed in while visiting Fargo. The staff were great and I would highly recommend staying here. You have a returning customer, Thank you!
Our suite was lovely and spacious. The secondary room with the hot tub, had french doors and a lovely sitting area. The fireplace was great for relaxation and we appreciated having a TV in each room. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast items were stocked regularly. Even though the facility is pet friendly, the grounds are kept tidy. Although certain high traffic areas are a little worn, things...
Excellent location, a short walk across the street to the curling club. Was a great place to stay during our weekend curling bonspiel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
This a great place to kick back and relax after a day of shopping and driving. Friendly staff clean comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning to get your day started! See you soon soon! Joe & Karla from winnpeg

Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel has many ammenities and the check in and chek out processes were very fast
Really friendly staff. Very clean rooms and facilities. A/C is super cold! Bathrooms are well stocked and very clean. Bed was comfortable and hotel in general is quiet and has a very friendly atmosphere. Very close to main hospitals for visiting relatives. Parking is safe and so is the area.
Overall our stay was fairly nice. The lady at the front desk was very prompt in getting everyone checked in when we were checking in. She was the only one up there at the time and the phone was ringing practically off the hook but she handled it perfectly. Our room was so so. We got a king suite for the weekend. The room was clean overall, however the water pressure in the shower was less to be desired...
I really loved the hotel. The staff are attentive and respectful. The rooms are clean, and the furniture is situated very well, however indoor lights could be brighter. Our room Bathtub had some colord marks which I thought they were cleaning issues however it wasn't, so some maintanace would fix these minor issues. Cleanliness = 5/5 Rooms size =5/5
Stayed here for one night on our way home to Canada from a road trip. Checking in, Tiffany was super friendly, and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well kept. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool area was well maintained (quite a large pool too!) although the chlorine levels were very high in the hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic with...
Nothing but a great experience. This was our second time at this location, first time was at the start of our trip out west. Room was clean, plenty of towels, extra bedding, cups, and toiletries (love the sage lemon smell). Multiple outlets for charging items. Beds are very comfortable and the AC works great. Pool with slide was a hit with the kids and the hot tub was a nice treat for us adults. Liked...

Comforable, pleasant room and hotel — not fancy but had everything we needed and felt clean and safe. Near lots of restaurants and stores, the mall, etc. — we drove to get food, but one could walk to a variety of restaurants easily if needed. We didn't try the hotel restaurant/bar during our short stay, but it looked nice. We had one of the king "suites" with a sofa bed and a semi-separate bedroom...
My husband and I got married here in September and I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. Morgan was the best wedding coordinator and she made everything so easy and laid back for me, the bride. She made sure that my vision came to life and was never pushy. She was a great communicator throughout our process, and I would recommend her to anyone thinking about having their wedding...
The pool is unuseable as it was dirty and had no heat at all,the hot tub was scolding hot. The tv is not useable for usb/hdmi.
The only nice place to stay in Fargo with a dog. New, clean, comfortable. Most hotels that take dogs in the area are awful. Room was very clean with great amenities (fridge and microwave). The staff were very kind and accommodating!
I have enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very clean. Nice, friendly staff. P.S. was nice to speak with Beckie!
The hotel staff and lobby were really nice. We felt welcomed and looked after. The hotel overall, i think, and the room we were in for sure could use updating/remodeling. For the price of a stay here, I feel comfortable in saying that you could pay the same or potentially less for a more mode, sleek look.

Rooms were beautifully appointed, large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and lobby was nicely decorated. Breakfast was OK but slightly crowded, not enough room for everyone and staff seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up with dishes, etc. The pool area was fun for all ages, but again, crowded with not enough seating for all those looking. But...the biggest disappointment was the amount of chemicals...
Great hotel. Restaurant and bar is fantastic. Whole building was clean. Will stay her again without a doubt!
This is my third stay at the Clubhouse and it is becoming my first choice when staying in Fargo. The lobby/ breakfast area is spacious. The pool area is great for kids. The rooms are well appointed with luxurious linens, and spacious bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection with friendly service. The attached restaraunt is fantastic, and the hotel is in a great location for shopping...
Fantastic Hotel! We stayed 2 nights and it's close to everything. Complimentary beer wine and snacks in the early evening. Wonderful Continental Breakfast with the nicest lady preparing things. She made us feel like we were guests in her own home! We will be back!
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. The WiFi was strong and free. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I will definitely book there again.
Great place for a graduation party! Large room, plenty of tables and chairs. Coffee and ice water included.

My wife and I have been in an extensive road trip across the country and have stayed in *a lot* of pet friendly motels and hotels in the last few months. Some have been better than others, but the Kelly Inn is one of the best. Clean, no lingering smell of smoke in the "non-smoking" rooms and friendly service at the front desk.
James took my reservation. He answered the Phone with a happy greeting. Our room was clean. The bed was so comfortable I slept amazing. The price was great and it also allowed our dog in the room. The covid breakfast had granola bar, muffin, and your choice 🍎or🍊. Will stay there again 😁
We really enjoyed our stay! Truly dog-friendly; we brought our 12-year-old yorkie on our roadtrip, and all of the staff were so kind to her and asked what her name is. The room was really large, and the bed was super comfy. It had a nice family vibe. Great breakfast too; lots of options both hot & cold! Thanks for the hospitality!
We drove in on a Saturday and booked around 7pm the same day. The gentleman gave us a little discount. The hotel was very clean - hallways, bed, walls, washroom, carpets etc. The room smelled so clean and fresh & I am picky. The 1 room suite we got was on the second floor. It was very obvious that they’ve upgraded the room. If you like a hard pillow bring yours, as the pillows were soft. The breakfast...
I stayed here for 6 days. It was decent. The water was horrible though. The taste, was gaggable. Leave water from the faucet there for half a day, come back to it not drinkable. Take a shower and you notice the difference with your hair The people a nice though, it's not run down. And the breakfast is good. I would recommend it. But the water system needs to be changed
We travel across North America and this is at the top of our favorite hotels list. Amenities are incredible (breakfast, hot tub/sauna/pool, large and clean bedrooms, rooms with both interior/exterior doors), our cats adore it (they play here more than anywhere and stay free) and the staff are all extremely accommodating and treat guests with utmost respect. Bruce, the General Manager, really helped...

Stayed there over night, it's convenient and cheap. The front desk staff was nice. The place is a bit run down but does the job.
A basic hotel. Clean but the chair in our room was stained. The breakfast was good, lots of variety, but pretty basic. If you need a cheap place to stay, it's comfortable. It isn't a place I'd choose to lounge in for the whole day. They do month rates if that's what you're looking for. It's roughly $826 a month.
Just stopped by to see a friend wasn't there long was fairly clean and quiet had a nice area for breakfast

Room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. I love free breakfast, and they have a good one.
The clerk was snotty to us upon check-in. The room was tidy and very comfortable. The overnight clerk was funny and talkative. The morning clerk gave me the cold shoulder this morning and didn’t even say good morning. The breakfast looked and smelled fantastic! When I came back a hour later, it was a very different scene. Oatmeal and sausage patties were gone, and the gravy was soupy. I was not impressed
Amazing customer service! I got stuck here when my flight got rerouted because of bad weather and they were so kind about getting me to and from the airport! They got me some toiletries and made sure I even had snacks. Very grateful for their kindness!!
Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Staff always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Breakfast offerings was very good and varied. I was surprised with the place as it is older but we'll kept
The staff went above and beyond for me. Let me do an early check in, which was awesome of them since I was traveling there. Rooms were cleaned. The beds were comfortable. Would stay here again
The hotel itself was nice. They had cookies and the rooms were comfortable and adequate. The service was not great. The worker when we got there was a bit standoffish when we asked him if we could check in and didn't seem willing to help us. Other than that, they had free cookies and fresh fruit and breakfast, so I can't complain too much.

Breakfast was good, quality of rooms was clean, but my nonsmoking room definitely had someone who smoked in the room. Location of the hotel is close to many things in fargo
5 stars, I was greeted with a smile late last night by a very professional gentleman named Demarcus at the front desk when I walked in at 11:30 pm.. Super easy and fast check in at a very good price! The room was very clean as was the bathroom. I asked for a extra towel with no hassle. The pet fee for my dog was only 10 dollars. In the morning I woke to the smell of waffles comming from the lobby...
Rating would be much lower if the price we're not so low. You get what you pay for. We arrived late after a long day of driving and the heater in our room was out. It was not cold enough to make a big deal but when we woke up we could see our breath in the room. A good place to go if you want winter camping with walls instead of a tent. The room also smelled weird.
More comfortable than Motel 6! Cozy, roomy and each room has its own fridge and microwave. More pricey than the 6 and a large family has to get two rooms, not cool. Continental breakfast is nice and the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi is a nice touch. Nearby restaurant's and grocery store add to the convenience. Not to mention they are right off the highway. Nice staff and a overall great stay. Quiet...
If you're looking for a place to just sleep and shower, this is it. This isn't anything special to look it--in fact it seems a little dodgy from the outside. But, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and it's obvious they are trying to upgrade.

If you are staying in Fargo for a hockey related event, it is a great location. It is right across the street from the primary youth hockey rink. In fact, walking there from the hotel is faster than driving there, parking, and walking. It is also only a 5m drive to the other rink, which is where the Fargo Force play. The staff was excellent to work with. The lobby is disconnected from the rooms...
Nice hotel, good staff, a little dated and could use a facelift. But generally clean and functional. Gym: dumbbells set, free bench, two treadmills two elliptical machines. Both treadmills out of order, pool lift out of order, but areas clean, water clear. Breakfast was typical with hot eggs and meat kept well refreshed, waffle makers and toaster for bread. Cereals, juice machine. Adequate but not...
You can always expect the same good service, cleanliness, relaxing rooms, and the comfortable beds at the Comfort Suites in Fargo. I've been very pleased time and time again...The oversized glassed in showers with seating in the kings suites are wonderful!! Great place for business and leisure traveler, family time, and a relaxing "girls' spa weekend" for some 50+ high school friends to unwind!!
Awesome experience. Only Hotel I made sure to return to! Loved the clean pool room. Clean and large rooms and amazing breakfast area.
This hotel is awesome. Check in staff is pleasant. Stayed two nights within two weeks and both times the experience was great. Rooms are clean and modern. both rooms we stayed in were wheelchair friendly, one had a tub the other was a walk in shower. Only thing about the shower is that there's no lip so it's really easy to get water all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful. Pool area is well...
Check in was quick and we to our room in 10 minutes. Super clean comfortable room with big screen TV. The only complaint was that it was very noisy in the hall-maybe bc it was a large group of kids staying there and they had no consideration for others. But also, maybe the doors could be tighter.

I loved the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Fargo. It was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and they even left little gift bags for us. Definitely would recommend!
It is not a five-star hotel, but it's exactly what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the service was very welcoming and accommodating. It definitely has some age, but it's not a bad place to stay for a night or two.
One of the few Fairfield inns that I have stayed that is sub par. Staff was not especially friendly, room was poorly set up, there was a huge wet spot on the floor, no towel rack by sink and the bed seemed uneven in spots.
I was satisfied with this hotel. Good staff, no complaints. A very good hotel for North Dakota. I would stay here again.

There is a charge for breakfast which gave a choice between 4 different microwave sandwiches and a poptart with orange juice. No pool. The refrigerator made noises that sounded like someone knocking at the door. Boring place.
Considering on why I was staying at this hotel, I was not disappointed in the room. The bed was so fluffy & comfy, I feel asleep immediately. Also, not often do you get an almost full kitchen, like they offer here. Very convenient íf your situation requires a longer stay like my mom had.
Shemisa is absolutely the best. She was more then accommodating while we were trying to extend our visit due to a medical emergency. Her service and compassion were second to none. We had to find another hotel after 5 days of hopping hotel to hotel, she got us thr best rate and helped us extended our stay to the unknown future date. With out chaos and situation not only did she do everything...
Stayed here while I was having work done at my house. The staff was awesome and I loved that the manager was visible, helping in all areas (even the less glamorous ones). I was kind of sad going back to my own bed. (So comfy)
I stayed here because I had family member at Sanford hospital in Fargo ND. It's less than a mile from there to the hospital so it was very convenient. From what I understand it's a newer establishment and it has the basics that you need when going to a motel. My room had a refrigerator with ice maker a stove and it even had a toaster in the cupboard. The staff are very caring and housekeeping does...
This is my 3rd attempt at finding a hotel that I liked in Fargo...and this was a definite success! The room was spacious, had free WiFi, plenty of storage, a reclining chair, as well as a refrigerator and kitchenette! Great hotel for the price. While the building is a little older and it shows in some ways, the rooms are very well maintained and the tvs/appliances and everything are nice and up to date. The rooms were the same quality, if not better, than what I'd expect at a newer chain hotel. Also, I dealt with some very friendly staff while I was here. Both women I spoke to at the front desk deserve a kudos...
For what it's worth this is a great little motel. The negatives are no restaurants anywhere close, no breakfast, and no pool or hot tub. The motel is clean and comfortable with a warm atmosphere (for a motel). I was on Amtrak headed to Chicago, but tracks en-route are covered in 4 ft of snow, so Amtrak put us up in a room. Personally I would choose for a motel around restaurants and has complimentary...
Nice friendly staff, newly renovated, fresh clean rooms, conveniently located across the street from the hospital, and only a block away from the train station
A nice quiet little place that was clean and in the perfect location to all the bars downtown (Broadway). The staff was very friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the lack of a fridge in the room is why. Other than that it was an excellent location. 4/5 would stay again.
It's really basic and not very fancy but it definitely has a good location and a decent price. It's almost as if this hotel is part of the hospital across the street and there are a lot of people who stay the night here before their surgeries or their kid's surgery. But I really like that it's close to downtown. No frills, no breakfast, no fancy anything. Just a cheap, clean, reasonably priced place...

Turn down service and breakfast delivery was a wonderful and unexpected addition to my stay. Possibly a couple of more breakfast option would have been a bonus, but that’s just me nitpicking. I will definitely come back
My girlfriends and I planned a weekend at the Hotel Donaldson. It was everything we imagined and more! The HoDo is a cozy gem in downtown Fargo. We enjoyed the wine and cheese social hour and met others that were also staying there. The desk staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 5-star experience. Amazing vibe and the updates on the rooms/ hotel are amazing! The new Blarney Stone there is also so good in all aspects (look, atmosphere, AMAZING food and drinks). Lovely, classy, timeless establishment.
The hotel manager was especially helpful. She made the entire stay that was already wonderful even better. Great place, great people, top 10 all time.
Chic, sophisticated, comfortable. Five star service. Great dining within a short (half block or less) walk. Stay in the Big Dog suite. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with our stay at this unique spot in Downtown Fargo. Not only was the hotel one-of-a-kind but the staff was great. It's a cheapish 2 star hotel. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. The beds appear to be original. Same mattresses as when there place first opened. People generally get a hotel room because they plan to sleep. I don't understand why hotels insist on being so cheap that the beds are this horrible. I'm fine of the hotel chaos out in other areas, instead. For instance, if I want high end toiletries...
The staff are exceptional (both front desk & house keeping). We booked a last minute room here after some complications we had at a different hotel & I was blown away by how accommodating they were. The location is perfect, the rooms are a little dated, but for the price it was well worth it. They have a wide cable selection, including HBO & the beds were comfortable. It's budget hotel. Bed was clean, matress comfortable, pillows lumpy. Room had an off smell and some surfaces ( table, lamp, bathroom floor) felt tacky to the touch. Might have been from the cleaner used. No bugs! Friendly staff. Low on breakfast items on Monday morning by 7 am. Then again, you get what you pay for. Overall good for the price.

Stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms... Literally everything was new, from the mattresses to the toilet... The room was clean and comfortable but a tad small. No problems during our weekend stay and the staff was very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
This was the highest-rated place available for walk-in bookings. It was perfect for what I needed - a place to sleep for the night. Bed was actually really comfy, and the room was pretty decent sized. No coffee maker though, which was the only downside. But breakfast included, so wasn't really an issue after all. Would stay again.
My newly renovated room was very clean comfortable spacious And quiet. They are upgrading the rooms in this hotel I highly recommended the breakfast was amazing.. The staff was super friendly courteous and professional they made me feel very welcomed.
I was so pleased with my stay!! I couldn't even believe it was the same hotel I stayed in last year! The manager Jackayla made us feel so welcome. She carried my luggage and helped us find multiple stores before we even got to the room! The room was also clean with a great bed! I will absolutely be back. Truly a diamond in the rough!!!
My second time staying in this hotel and once again I was very impressed by the service provided by the staff. The staff was friendly and upbeat.
