From the start, this hotel is a step up from some of the others closer to the mall. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful (24/7 availability) and seem welcoming and helpful throughout check in. Rooms are clean and quite with amenities all clean and new. Beds are soft but comfy. Lobby bar is a quiet place to grab a drink and a small bite well relaxing. Bar staff are very friendly and attentive and the food comes from the on site restaurant. It was fresh and hot. Located in downtown Fargo so a small drive to the mall if your shopping, but a lot of night life, and restaurants in the area too!

I really wanted to treat my family to a stay at a nice fancy hotel. All all of the reviews say this. I unfortunately wasn't able to actually stay in the room I paid for. I was pulling a trailer with a very expensive car on it. And the only parking they had to offer was a "free" parking garage which I wasn't able to use. So I was told to find street parking. I was unable to I cancel my reservation so I had to pay the unbelievably high price and go find a hotel with more parking accomodations. I don't feel like the staff at the front door was friendly in anyway shape or form when I asked where I was going to be to park my trailer. I don't think that I will be returning to the Radisson Blu ever.

Whenever we stay in Fargo this is our go to hotel. Nothing but amazing service and clean spacious rooms. We stayed on the 12th floor this time and had a beautiful view of the city. The only negative on this trip was the fact the room was adjoining to the next room. We could very easily hear the other guests but they were quiet at bedtime and in the morning so wasn't so bad. The hairdryer was very easily heard. The room was also extremely warm which is not our preference. We tried to set the thermostat to a lower temperature but it stayed the same all night. We ended up sleeping without blankets to try and stay cool.
The front of house staff is always super friendly and polite and helpful when needed. We also visited the hotel bar which is always great. The main bartender is extremely friendly and has great knowledge on drinks - would recommend to visit anytime!!

The room was cold. No heat. No light in main area. Their was a wedding one night. People in halls all night. The staff was always busy. Ate there, they told us 10 minute wait which turned into 30. No free breakfast. Same place we ate at the night before for breakfast. Very long wait. One roll of toilet paper.

Nice hotel in a great location for the purpose of our stays. Parking is easily accessible and free on the weekend. Updated rooms and interior finishes. 2nd Floor bar/lounge is a nice amenity. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

The Radisson staff was great with a quick and easy check-in. The bar is a nice place to relax. The hotel is close to a good selection of places to eat and hang out if you leave the hotel. Would stay here again.

( Added a star for the prompt feedback from management. Thank you for the response and the refund.) I personally had a bad experience with my room. Paid $100 each day and there temp in the room was between 55-65 degrees between the time of day. When I woke up, it was really cold. Complained to management they looked at it but didn't fix it. The room was 402. The didn't offer me a different room. Since this is a big issue compared to other complaints, it has a huge strike. Room was barely usable. Good thing I had a Carhartt jacket.

Very clean hotel, good staff. Quiet Thursday night stay. Fairly priced for a “premium room” view was great as well!

Hotel was fine. They have made small improvements over the years. The beds are better than the "sleep number" beds they had prior. My room had a lot of things unplugged in the room from the previous guest. The hotel WiFi is basically unusable. The the workout facility is tiny and only has dumbbells going up to 35#, where most hotels it's 50#.
