The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island

Our room is dated, but it does have plenty of space for two. It does have a Nespresso machine, a small fridge to keep your water cold, and a full-sized hair dyer. The room has an awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is a bit small, but you have the Atlantic Ocean within a few steps from the property. The service is phenomenal. The staff makes an effort to ensure that you feel welcome. 👏 Kudos and Bravo to the entire hotel staff for the experience. The location, well, it's Amelia Island.

We love Amelia island, but this is the first time we stayed at the Ritz. WOW, WOW WOW. They really know how to make a trip special. We went celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it a most memorable experience. The property is spectacular. Getting up early to watch sunrise was completely worth it. Its breathtaking

From start to finish it was perfect. The room was lovely. The staff were all so pleasant. Stacey in Salt restaurant went above and beyond for our special celebration. Heather by the pool was so friendly and great care with our lunch and drinks. Valet was easy. Chairs on the beach were plentiful but by the pool it was an issue getting a chair on Friday. Breakfast was nice on the patio. We used the bikes and enjoyed the bike path suggested by the fitness staff. We used Amelia island horseback riding and could walk right down the beach to meet them for our sunrise ride. We will love to come back. We could not use the late check out for bonvoy gold member because they told us they were fully committed so they could not honor that.

This was one of the best experiences we've had as a family. Very family friendly and had a couple of complementary activities for kids. The rooms, pools, and restaurants were impeccable as was the service. Right on the beach and a great location. Also,
how cool is it they have a complementary Mercedes test drive? You can borrow a Benz once, for 4 hrs.

I’m only writing this review because Chi was the best server I’ve had in Florida hands down. We felt very welcomed and accommodated. The patio bar was such a relaxing place to enjoy lunch and drinks. We came back the next day and luckily got Chi again. We just booked another trip back for new years.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton was excellent, literally faultless, from beginning to end. Everyone took care of us, and the room was comfy and clean. And don't forget about the view! There are no words to describe how breathtaking the view is. Stay here and hang out throughout your vacation since there is plenty of food, drink, and beach vibes.

Absolutely fantastic. Great rooms and super clean. The view was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. We have visited many Ritz hotels around Florida and this was one that was so nice and secluded. But was still about 10 minutes from the down town area with shopping and little restaurants. Hotel has a couple on site restaurants and has a fitness center. The pool area is small but this is a smaller Ritz hotel. The beach is huge and super walkable. What a great hotel and will definitely be back
