This was one of the best experiences we've had as a family. Very family friendly and had a couple of complementary activities for kids. The rooms, pools, and restaurants were impeccable as was the service. Right on the beach and a great location. Also, how cool is it they have a complementary Mercedes test drive? You can borrow a Benz once, for 4 hrs.

I’m only writing this review because Chi was the best server I’ve had in Florida hands down. We felt very welcomed and accommodated. The patio bar was such a relaxing place to enjoy lunch and drinks. We came back the next day and luckily got Chi again. We just booked another trip back for new years.

So what this hotel lacks in physical appearance and technical things it makes up for in service. The staff was all phenomenal! The room was clean but in need of some TLC. Breakfast and the people serving every morning were wonderful! Pool and hot tub area are need of attention. Location is perfect also. Near the beach and only a few minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Our 5 night stay was incredibly comfortable. The kitchenette in the suite made all the difference. Great for reheating food in the microwave or even cooking some light lunches on the stove. Saved on not having to eat at restaurants every meal. Free breakfast held its own with oatmeal, eggs and waffles if you’re lucky enough to snag the waffle machine. Very affordable rates.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We have stayed at other Aloft locations and this one was just as nice. If you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing a fan or using a noise machine as you may sometimes hear people in the hallway. I always travel with a fan or noice machine since I am a very light sleeper so this is usually not a problem for me.

First time I've stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. Very nice. Comfortable rooms and bed. Not the most sound proof rooms, but with the air unit on, it's ok. Very good service and parking. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was also friendly. Only reason I gave the room 3 stars and overall 4 stars, is because the bathroom smelt like marijuana. I left the staff know this the next morning. It wasn't a big deal for me as it was only a one night stay. But didn't want to get charged for a pot head stinking up the bathroom.

I haven't experienced that level of customer service at very many places, and I travel a lot. No room service unless you stay there 7 days or more. Had to wait over an HR for clean bedding. One of the rooms had German cockroaches. The staff was pleasant and responsive in taking care of the guests needs.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room not working efficiently, and they immediately moved us. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially Tina. In this world nowadays, where oftentimes you don’t even get a smile from employees who wait on you, she was a ray of sunshine while she happily performed her job assisting guests at breakfast.

The place was cheap. However there was no hot water. There was no refrigerator. Parking was fine, close to the room. But the room was very very run down. I think they need to finish a room before they rent it to guests. We had a socket in the room that had no cover on it that was loose which could potentially be dangerous.

Majority of the rooms have been remodeled! Me and my family enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. The staff was very nice and even though our room wasn't ready at the time of check in, they got us a room that was with no hesitation! The kids enjoyed the pool as well.
