Was very happy with our quick stay here. Booked later in the day while driving I40. Was welcomed warmly on arrival. Check-in was friendly and seamless. I was pretty impressed with the rooms. The room was well furnished, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy to find and near the highway. Plenty of food options near by.

Excellent stay at this updated hotel. Professional, friendly, polite front desk and breakfast service staff. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast choices were excellent. Will stay again!

I booked a room at this hotel for next weekend, on this Sunday I received a message thanking me for my stay, and was charged around $190. I was surprised to say the least, as I was at home all weekend.
When I called to ask about the charges they said I had digitally checked into the room, and there was nothing they could do about it.
I just want to warn people about using the app for booking rooms, apparently they can automatically check you in. Don't use the app, or better yet stay at a different hotel.

I've slept better camping. The bed was softer than the floor. But just barely. Pillows were pretty much rocks. I ended up sleeping without one. The room is poorly lit. The shower door closes on you as you are trying to step out once all the lights are turned off there's a bunch of glaring tiny lights that occupy your thoughts as you are trying to sleep. The room was clean except for the hair we found in the sheets as we were getting into bed. We stayed at a super 8 which felt less secure, but we slept better there. Not a great experience.

Fantastic hotel. So very clean. And the staff is so nice. Love the little lobby touches. Water/coffee/tea/comfy seating spots and the fireplace ❤️ no free breakfast but the breakfast you can order is delicious.

Close to stuff. Cut through NAU campus to S. SF St then north to 'old' Flagstaff & all the interesting eateries.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, both during checkin and checkout. The rooms were fairly priced and clean, comfortable, well lit. The bathroom was clean and overall well designed with plenty of space and privacy. Shower worked well. The interior of the building is pleasant, easy to navigate, clean. The location is easy to access. Parking was a little rough but only because they were rather full. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but if you're in the area, looking for a comfortable hotel, i cant recommend this one higher.

Nice hotel, but nothing spectacular for the price.
There was a $50 pet fee, which I thought was rather high. I wish I was offered a king bed instead of 2 queens, but that may have been standard for a pet room.
There was no lining on the bottom of one of the box springs and my scaredy cat kept slipping inside the metal bed frame under the bed to hide, so I had to dismantle the bed to retrieve him. Since I didn't feel like having to do that again in the morning, the cat spent the night in the bathroom-thankfully it was large enough to set it up for him and not interfere with humans being able to use it.
The shower and the kitchenette were very nice. It was also awesome that they gave you 4 towels instead of the usual 3.

Room was nice & the pool was warm. Had a huge shower with good pressure just the water took awhile to heat up. The restaurant next door was ok. We didn't try the breakfast, but they had a good coffee maker in our room. They called hours after checking out to find out if i wanted to come back to get the leftovers i forgot to get out of the fridge. Which i thought was funny since there was a milk dud on the floor when i 1st got in my room. I wonder if the person before me would've wanted that back.
