Fun place to come gamble and/or stay. The hotel rooms are clean and big. Room prices are better than those found in Flagstaff proper. The Zenith Steakhouse is excellent. It’s closed Mon & Tues.

Just left this resort and everything was amazing. Clean, beds are comfortable, good temperature in the rooms and to top it off they have a humidifier on for once you arrive. Casino always well kept clean with still the covid19 precautions. I was only off about wearing a mask through the whole time there but it’s understandable. Overall I highly recommend this place. A very pleasant surprise. The property is no-smoking inside. It is very well maintained. Parking is plentiful. The food court has a cafe shop that is open until 3am The rooms are spacious. Ok hotel, very clean, great amenities. There is a nice indoor pool which is bigger than the other indoor pools I've seen in town, but I'm not sure if it's heated, seemed a little chilly when we swam. This has to be one of the nicest casinos in all or Arizona. Rooms were luxury style and very comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced and well made. Casino floor was very clean and so were all the machines and tables. One of my best casino stays ever!

Ok let me start off with saying the beds are clean with NO bed bugs. The room is really clean and that makes the wife happy. The ONLY complaint we have is the air really does not work. This was a nice Hampton Inn that had a lot of updates. The rooms were clean. The main problem with this location is that they did not have a pantry with frozen foods nor did they have microwaves in the rooms. For those of us that travel a lot to Hampton Inns we have come to expect this convenience rather than having to order takeout.

The hotel staff are very accommodating. We went during a busy summer time so the breakfast buffet was a little chaotic but aside from that it was a great stay. The check in and check out process is all done using the app including keyless entry to the rooms which is a nice feature.

I love how smart business owners recognize investment/reward. Yes, you may need to buy well drinks for a couple hours or pay a dude to cook up breakfast, but you build brand loyalty. Breakfast was spectacular, huge variety, good service and made to order omelets! Free drinks at happy hour was a nice touch. Customer service was outstanding! Room itself was mediocre, dated decor and overall just run down. Hard bed, furniture was ripped and shower was not inviting.

Took the family here for a winter trip. The employees were super courteous and the rooms were nice, but aging. Breakfast was decent, but extremely busy on Saturday morning. Props to the team there for recognizing my Ambassador status. They gave me a goodie bag and waived the daily parking fee.

During my travels I stayed the evening here with both of my pets. This place definitely has great guest service and the food variety was amazing. Both Handicap rooms were very nice could have used a raised toilet seat though I had hip surgery up there and it was hard to get up and down with existing toilet seat..on other hand the management went above and let me use their wheel chair upstairs until I left. This helped way more than you know.and the breakfast buffet was bomb.really great.

Nice comfortable stay! Location was great! Suite was nice, lounge area with a couch and desk separated from sleeping area, beds were very comfortable as well as the linens. When I stayed, the hotel was under construction, which is fine, it happens. The room I stayed in was supposedly one of the recently remodeled rooms, but I couldn't tell what had been remodeled. We had a wonderful stay !! The beds where just right, pillows new and soft. It was quiet luckily and our stuff was safe. Breakfast was adequate for being fly food. They provided cereals milks boiled eggs oatmeal cereal bars and apple sauce. My daughter and I felt a lil silly not understanding how the shower worked but they quickly sent help to show us. The night receptionist Jeannie was very friendly and accommodating. She was helpful and the common areas were very clean. We had some minor things needed and she was able to bring them to our room each time with a smile. Thank you Jeannie! Overall the staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment tou check in. First place I’ve stayed alone and it was pretty good! The room was cleaned and the bed was made☺️. It’s an amazing location there’s plenty of food options walking distance. It’s not noisy at all morning and night. After taking a nice hot shower and getting into the amazing bed it was super easy to go sleep! I would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, clean,and a great staff! Their breakfast is good considering covid. Nice big lobby with lots of really cool art, couple of pool tables at $1.00 a game. There was a TV in the lobby too. Their pool looked very nice, water was a little chilly for me. The area was nice, table and chairs and a gas bbq for your use if you wanted. Microwave and small fridge in our room was good.
