Nice selection of food. The hotel restaurant is awesome even if you don't have a room. The service station has a nice crab salad, slaw, potato salad. The canned products are a bit pricey but they are awesome. Lots of big truck parking. To go restaurant inside with decent food choices, and of course the ice cream.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. The outdoor pool was heated and looked nice, but weather was too cold and windy for us to use on this trip. The 2+ miles of trails were a nice added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun place to come gamble and/or stay. The hotel rooms are clean and big. Room prices are better than those found in Flagstaff proper. The Zenith Steakhouse is excellent. It’s closed Mon & Tues.

Just left this resort and everything was amazing. Clean, beds are comfortable, good temperature in the rooms and to top it off they have a humidifier on for once you arrive. Casino always well kept clean with still the covid19 precautions. I was only off about wearing a mask through the whole time there but it’s understandable. Overall I highly recommend this place. Staff was very nice. 10/10

A very pleasant surprise. The property is no-smoking inside. It is very well maintained. Parking is plentiful. The food court has a cafe shop that is open until 3am The rooms are spacious. Very reasonably priced. Easy access to I-40. There is an above-average attention to detail in how the staff takes care of guests. Ok hotel, very clean, great amenities. There is a nice indoor pool which is bigger than the other indoor pools I've seen in town, but I'm not sure if it's heated, seemed a little chilly when we swam. The hot tub is quite large and it's open until midnight which is nice. The rest of the facilities have odd / inconvenient hours though. The island bar was closed by 9pm as well as the gift shop...

This has to be one of the nicest casinos in all or Arizona. Rooms were luxury style and very comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced and well made. Casino floor was very clean and so were all the machines and tables. One of my best casino stays ever!

Was very happy with our quick stay here. Booked later in the day while driving I40. Was welcomed warmly on arrival. Check-in was friendly and seamless. I was pretty impressed with the rooms. The room was well furnished, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy to find and near the highway. Plenty of food options near by.

Check in was fine, checked in early with A 20early fee. Our room was clean for the most part, our bathroom shower wasn’t sparking and there was still mud on the floor in the bathroom. Our hallway to the room smelt like dog pee. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever had to use. We stayed multiple nights, definitely not again more than one night.

Overall, the hotel was great and worked well for our family of 7. Check-in was efficient and the woman at the front desk brought us a cot at our request within minutes. Good, but not great. The rooms were very clean and recently renovated - the ground floor rooms all have vinyl wood floors which makes it great when traveling with a dog. All I can say is absolutely beautiful with the most amazing and awesome staff. Was so happy coming here without a reservation and they were able to fit us in. The room is gorgeous with a back door to the swimming pool yet very quiet. Could not ask for better! Highly recommend!!!

Stayed here for a two night stay to have a break from travelling on a long road trip. Rooms are very well equipped with fridge, microwave, TV, coffee-maker, towels and toiletries. Clean and comfortable beds and air-conditioning. There is coffee and juice available throughout the day in the lobby area. We didn't have breakfast (although it is included in the price) so I can't comment on it. Lovely...

I liked the updated decor in my room. It was fresh, modern, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the noise from other rooms was almost nonexistent. It's been awhile since I stayed in a Motel 6 and I was pleasantly surprised at the nicer feel to it. It was a basic room, but also at a very affordable price. The biggest strength is the STAFF. Friendly, helpful front desk, friendly housekeeping. The room was clean, except the floor hadn't been swept....which on linoleum is disturbing. And I suppose once a person planned on the spartan accommodations, it's not a big deal to not have shampoo, hair drier, coffee maker, wifi. Hotel was quiet at night (a HUGE plus...no train noise.)

I know you are keeping costs down and I appreciate that. The room was fine (a bar of soap and no shampoo is marginal, but shampoo would have been nice). The beds were very comfortable, the front desk staff were exceptional- very nice, informative and prepared for a sold out night. The front desk over night person also helped quiet down some gentlemen who were sitting out back talking like it was daytime, even though it was 2:00 AM.

Rooms are very clean and adequate. Close to several restaurants. Debbie is fantastic at customer service and very hospitable. Always makes me feel very welcome. As a frequent business traveler I appreciate that. I have been staying there for years. They now charge for parking and something called a sustainability fee? Nice and cozy hotel. Even with renovations in the 5th floor, everything looks clean and stylist. Rooms well kept, comfortable and clean. Wish we stayed more days at that comfortable rooms. Stayed here for a few days and had an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and awesome all around. One of the best breakfasts I have ever seen/had at a hotel. I had a king room which was spacious with plenty of charging options. TV had plenty of channels and the beds were comfy. Brenda!! Your AMAZING! That was the best breakfast by far! Wow! I walked out of my room and I can smell the bacon cooking. Brenda can whip up some good sausage gravy and biscuits!! The egg omelettes! Very happy with my stay here. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are lovely. Lovely and clean throughout. Bath and Body Works toiletries! I love those. There is endless coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the lobby, plus more drinks to make in the room. Breakfast was really good and plenty for a vegetarian. Friendly staff. This is perfect for an overnight stay.

For the price, not bad at all. Pet fee (for non service animals) isn't outrageous, and I'd stay here again. I agree with others, some improvements to update the bathroom, etc., would be nice. I had a great stay here, just as when I stay in other nicer hotels. You can say the traffic outside is a bit noisy but I don’t ever notice it since I travel with an air purifier everywhere I go, which drowns out the outside noise. Everyone should have one of these. Overall I had a great time staying at this motel. The welcoming is very good. Bed are comfortable as you'd expect, you still get some noise from the near road but nothing too disturbing. In my case I've noticed that some improvement could have been made on the shower but I won't mind as the price is just good and it's located in a nice spot. (And free WiFi is always something enjoyable)

First of all, white bed covers are the best. The room was nice. Animal shapes with towels is an extra touch you don't expect for such a low price. The desk clerk was efficient and really nice. He made me feel welcome. I would stay here again.

The first year of the pandemic we rented a cabin here for the first time! And now it's a tradition as a family we try to go twice a year for but sure once a year since then! Absolutely amazing and beautiful cabins! Recommended 10/10 !!

This is our favorite "get away from the city!" We stay at least once each year, oftentimes more than once. We have stayed in most all of the cabins, as well as the main B&B. You can't go wrong at Arizona Mountain Inn!

To be fair, we were there in July when it's very hot. Some rooms have cooling in the upstairs only. (Upstairs areas have very steep stairs or ladder access. Double check if that's an issue for you.) Our cabin was clean, family members say their cabins could have been cleaner. Rooms had dishes for cooking and a coffee pot. Beds were comfortable. The cabin was amazing and very peaceful to be in. My wife and I used the fire place to heat up our cabin with firewood that we got from the office. The staff even brought it to our room and recommended a good setting for a good temperature to let the maximum warmth. The staff was helpful in many ways and God willing we will be going again next year.

This place is definitely interesting. I came here about 2 years ago and as far as I remember it. The front desk person was friendly. And the location is great. But the rooms... it can be upgraded a lot. And the price can be adjusted a little cheaper if they are going to keep it in the condition it is in. Cheap prices, the manager is seriously always smiling. The rooms are a litttle run down like the carpet is shag 70s style but there are NO bed bugs, i check every hotel i stay at. Located near the highway exit which was nice. Room was okay, small physical defects but everything worked. The breakfast was average but filling. The staff was awesome, always willing to be helpful. I'd stay again.

We got there early and we were allowed to check in anyways. After we got our luggage to our room, we went to the pool. They were cleaning at the time bit they did everything to accommodate us. We greatly enjoyed the Jacuzzi, steam room, and the sauna whole we visited. The continental breakfast was phenomenal! Every day we were there was something different. I'd definitely go there again.

Horrible horrible horrible... Hotel staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Don't ever stay here unless you want to throw your money away they claim to have certain appliances when they dont.

Sweet and humble hospitality. I was passing through Flagstaff, tired and still had a long ways to my destination. I booked online and called ahead to let them know I was coming. They had my room warm and toasty, heater was on for me, and It was clean and ready for me to sleep. I was very pleased. The room was neat and organized and very cozy.

Love staying here.. can't understand the bad reviews if you see train tracks of course there will be noises but we love staying here staff is very friendly and help with issues right away. Always stay here when we need to spend the night cheap prices and everything you need is close

The staff at the Travelers Inn get 5 stars! They are kind and accommodating. Travelers inn is a great place to stay for the night or a month. You can’t beat the price for the extended stay.

I traveled here in December with my family of 4 and had a great time. The house is beautiful and I love the back yard with an amazing view of the mountains. The internet is very stable and they provide Netflix and Roku for all of the rooms. Flagstaff is absolutely gorgeous in winter, and this house was perfect for us. They had everything we needed to feel like we were at home!

It was very very nice, and the view was really good. The furnace couldn't keep it above 74 when it was less than 30 out. I prefer 76, but such is life. I'd probably go again when it's a bit warmer. The master bed was comfy. The others not so much.

It was big, comfy and clean. The views were stunning and the kitchen was very nice to use. There are TVs with cable or Roku in every room of the house and with a big family it helps.
