No suites they are only rooms. That’s my only complaint.

It was a horrible day. They have air purifiers in the rooms, strong smell air fresheners in the lobby to cover up mold and mildew. I believe the place is ridiculous overpriced dirty would not recommend Hollywood not recommend. They are covering something up there. The mood is seriously a problem. I can’t believe they have air purifier in the room. Who knows if they work or not.

Lovely 3 Days in Folly
Lovely stay at Tides. Location and staff were great. Room was nice and very clean but bathroom a little tired. Fantastic view and location on beach in Folly. Staff on front desk (Eli) and manager (David) handled concerns excellently. Concierge staff Jim and Carlton welcoming and helpful everyday. Would stay again.

Great location and service but old hotel kind of run down. You are paying for the beach access more than anything
